We ordered two large cheese pizzas and a Nutella dessert pizza from Pizza Tascio, and it hit the spot for our whole family of seven. This is a solid New York-style pie—thin crust with large foldable slices. The texture was just right—not floppy, but not crispy either. It had a firm structure with a good chew, a soft interior, and a semi-crispy outer crust.
The sauce had a nice tang without being overpowering, and the cheese had good flavor. It wasn’t overly greasy, and it wasn’t the stretchy kind—it pulled apart easily and worked well with the whole pie. Everything was baked evenly with no soggy spots or burnt edges—just a clean, consistent pizza from end to end.
The Nutella pizza was simple: just Nutella on regular pizza crust. Thin, no frills. The kids loved it. I didn’t try it, but judging by how fast it disappeared, it did its job.
Delivery was quick—about 45 minutes. The driver even texted me when he was on the way, which I appreciated. It came with their homemade ranch, which was a nice surprise and really good with the crust.
All in, it cost about $78 before the tip. Not cheap, but it fed all of us and felt worth it. No hype, just good pizza. I’d definitely order again. If you’re in KC and craving real NYC-style pizza, Tascio’s is a reliable go-to
