Pizza Window

Dennis Dyck

Google
The Pizza Window is really only worth it for its convenience. With all the restaurants on the Boardwalk having over an hour and a half wait, I gave it a try but unfortunately, the quality just wasn’t there. The ingredients didn’t taste great, and the pizza itself had more of a fast-food flavor rather than something worth the price. That said, if you need a quick bite, it does the job. The mini cannolis were actually pretty good, but I’d skip the salad. Next time, I’ll definitely make a reservation so I don’t have to settle for this.

Katie Boudreau

Google
The pizza here is not good. I would even say it’s bad. No flavor, tastes and feels like cardboard and way too expensive for what you get. For two sodas and four slices it was $51. Sure it’s a convenient spot if you want something quick, but it won’t be good. Also four slices equals one weird sized pizza. One slice was completely a bubble so no sauce or cheese on it.

Andrew Coniglio

Google
I do understand this is Disney. But $10 for mediocre pizza. Hits the spot if you need something quick. Crust was good. Best part is the view on the boardwalk.

Jennifer Valerio

Google
$10 for a slice of pizza?! Come on Disney!!! Such a disappointment. We also ordered the mini cannolis. They are lemon flavored and there was no mention of lemon on the menu, so another disappointment. There was a woman by the name of Jen working, I believe a manager and there was nothing Disney about her, meaning she was not friendly at all. Love this resort, but disappointed with this place on every level.

Nick

Google
I get it, it’s Disney but come on!!!! 30 dollars for 3 slices of “mega slice” pizza. The employees are miserable and it’s just a plane walk up food window so no song and dance for this sad excuse .This has got to be the number 1 scam and profit items in all of Disney.

Dan Perez

Google
We have been ordering pizzas from this location for years when we stay at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort. The pizza is pretty good, more on the soft doughy side, but good. Always hits the spot! This location does get many orders so you have to be patient waiting. They also offer room service. I highly recommend when in the area.

dean binette

Google
Please ask for warm pizza or you may be disappointed. We have ordered pizza here a few times and it was cold in 2022 and 2025. I hope disney would be better than this. Weve been to Disneyworld, Disneyland and a cruise. Very unsatisfied with this place. On top of that Disney will never reply it looks like so not sure if they are embarrassed or just dont understand service over quantity.

Mark Zenga

Google
As someone from Boston where phenomenal pizza is abundant this place is ATROCIOUS!!! They take the simplest of foods and overcomplicate it. For the equivalent of a large cheese to cost $42 and it literally being the doughiest and messiest pizza I’ve ever had, they should be embarrassed! But like they say a sucker is born every day and Disney profits off all of them. Admittedly I became one!

Yelp
Had a long busy day and didn't want to tackle getting in my car and finding a restaurant for dinner. The boardwalk was attached to my hotel, so I took a walk, hoping to find a quick eat. This pizza shop is quick and easy. There are tables sitting outside, but they offered little to no shade. Pizza was decent, I couldn't complain, but it certainly wasn't the best in the world. It hit the spot.

Yelp
Pizza Window is one of those spots that definitely should exist for us late night park goers, even if the food is absolutely mid. My boyfriend and I ordered 3 slices of pepperoni and when we walked back to our hotel at the beach club we realized they gave us cheese only. Yes- you might be reading this and think it's our bad for not opening the box and checking. But we wanted to be polite, I mean $30+ for pizza slices, we expected a bit more consideration. Other than that, the cashier was friendly and the view is beautiful.

Ed M.

Yelp
This was truly the worst experience my family has ever had at Disney World. We have been visiting for 20+ years, and we've never felt so disrespected. The workers here are unbelievably miserable in what's supposedly the happiest place on earth.
google avatar

Yelp
We tried the Pizza Window a few nights ago and honestly I really enjoyed it. The pizza was hot and fresh with a crispy crust. Overall I was pleased and would go here again for a quick bite!

Yelp
WHEN: Tue @10pm At the Boardwalk Inn, this is one of the few spots that is open late. It's just a window you order from, with tables and seatings outside along the boardwalk. It's pretty simple, they only sell 2 kinds of pizza: SUPER SLICE OF CHEESE PIZZA - $9.79 SUPER SLICE OF PEPPERONI PIZZA - $10.29 So for $0.50 for we got like 7 pepperoni slices. It's a pretty mediocre slice but at least it's filling. It's okay, just tell yourself you'll walk off all this grease tomorrow. Sadly this spot doens't take any cast member discounts, that or the cashier lady didn't know what she was doing because we came during the week where cast members get discounts at participating places and this was one of them. It's okay. I'm just glad we have this late night option for a savory bite where we were staying.

Yelp
This place gets pretty busy. Service was fast, but people who work here didn't really talk much. We ordered: 1. Cheese pizza - hot and fresh, super cheesy. 2. Pepperoni pizza - hot and fresh, bottom was burnt. Didn't finish it. 3. Cannoli - Mini and eat to eat. Fresh and crunchy shell. It tasted really good.
google avatar

Mike A.

Yelp
Guess how much this "meal" was? $15 !!! This was the most average slice of pizza I've probably ever had, and a Diet Coke. It was on Disney's Boardwalk Resort, right outside of EPCOT, which is probably the happiest and most relaxing place for me and countless other people, so location counts. But in general the pizza was a 5/10 and just absurdly expensive. If you want better pizza though, either go into EPCOT and eat at the Italy Pavilion in Via Napoli, or at The Swan and Dolphin, Il Mulino has fantastic pizza for a much more reasonable price. So don't try out this place, have the other two options and you'll be happy with your choice.
google avatar

Yelp
Today was a rainy day and my family didn't feel like walking around or going to the parks so we spent a lazy day enjoying our hotel, napping, and just generally relaxing. We ordered a pizza from the window of the pizza place on the boardwalk (because you can't use mobile ordering for this location) and waited around for about 10 minutes for it to be ready. Imagine my surprise when one large half cheese half pepperoni pizza cost us $42. We grabbed some paper plates and some napkins and took the pizza back to our room. The most disappointing part was that this was just an average pizza, certainly not worth the price. However, I imagine that picking up a late night slice on your way back from having a few drinks in Epcot must be delicious.
google avatar

Rachel Macie H.

Yelp
Every time I come here to grab a slice it's super yummy it's fresh hot and just downright good the style here reminds me of NYC very much so and that's something you really can't go wrong with! Overall it's going to be short and sweet because all in all it's just a pizza window on a boardwalk which is what's totally cool to grab a slice why you are on the Walkabout!
google avatar

Kevin W.

Yelp
I don't have a previous experience with Boardwalk pizza like some other reviewers. To me, it was simple. Walk up, buy a slice of cheese or pepperoni pizza, wait for your buzzer to buzz, and eat. My pepperoni slice was hot and cheesy. The thin crust was hot, crispy, and needed very little support (I don't like when thin crust is limpy.) Yes, you pay Disney prices but it satisfied.
google avatar

Steve O.

Yelp
Staff: They were nice I must say. Food: I really enjoyed the pizza, so much that we got it twice in one week. Value: Decent I must say. Overall: Definitely would return for sure. Be prepared as this place gets very busy. Expect 35-45 mins for your pizza. The good news is their device they provide you to alert you when the food is ready covers a very large part of the boardwalk so you're not stuck having to sit right by the place so you can roam around.
google avatar

Emmy M.

Yelp
On the one hand the pizza we had both last year and this year was bomb dot com. On the other hand they no longer sell the whole prices and the prices have gone totally off the deep end. Last year we had a vegetable pizza and it was amazing. Like we still talk about this pizza- so we made our way to the boardwalk this year hoping for a repeat. We were very disappointed that we couldn't order a whole piece nor a vegetable slice and that the prices have gone wild. I have no idea why they would change things so drastically but we won't be back next year.
google avatar

Andrew R.

Yelp
The pizza was decent, but nothing amazing. It was DEFINITELY better than most pizza at Disney, but that's not saying much. The crust was the most disappointing part, because it was a little too crispy and had a strange flavor. Other than that it was pretty tasty though. There is only outdoor seating available, and it can be hard to find a spot nearby, but the views of the boardwalk are great. If you're on the boardwalk, it's a solid option if you want a quick and easy pizza, but I wouldn't go out of my way just for it.

Erik T.

Yelp
Pizza was about as good as you'll find on disney properties. as you'd expect really expensive. 12$ a slice.
google avatar

Miguel R.

Yelp
So I have been coming to Disney for some time and staying at the Swan & Dolphin resort and if I don't make a stop at the boardwalk for pizza it wasn't a good visit, meaning I always made a stop at boardwalk pizza. Well tonight I made my way over like always and was immediately disappointed. I went to order like always an entire pepperoni pizza and to my surprise was told they no longer sell whole pizzas they only do slices but I could order enough slices to make a whole pizza but I would be paying by the slice so no longer $26 for an entire pizza it's now $9 a slice. Oh and it's still the same size pizza. So sad I heard prices going up and food quantities and sizes going down but I didn't think it would be true. Many people left when I was in line but some did stay.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
Are you serious with this tiny pizza? $22 for a large. THIS IS A LARGE??? Insane highway robbery. You should be ashamed, Mickey!
google avatar

Trevor M.

Yelp
Here's the thing with any Disney restaurant, you know Mickey Mouse has to take his cut and this place is a good example. I got the large pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and cannolis. So, did mobile order, at 9:25 PM. I'm assuming this peak time, it took about 45 mins of me standing outside the window for it to be ready. The pizza itself, wasn't that bad, it looked and tasted like a hand made pizza. It wasn't one of those pop it in the microwave and charge 10 dollars a slice. A little too much flour but overall decent. Was it worth 22 dollars? No, more like 15 but again Mickey gets his cut. The cannolis weren't bad, again, overpriced but not bad. Overall, you're gonna have a bit of wait because it's always busy, the food decent, no complaints, but it is a little pricey for what you're getting.
google avatar

James W.

Yelp
35-40 mins for a slice?! So many customers walked away after hearing this. They offer 2 choices: cheese and pepperoni. Why is there not a stack of pies ready to go for customers that want to give you money? This is entirely too easy but for some reason too difficult for these cast members. Shut this place down and fix it. Slices should be available and ready in a matter of minutes, they do not need to be custom made every time.
google avatar

Lindsay M.

Yelp
This place is fast service pizza. On the boardwalk in Orlando . We got half cheese half pepperoni it was cooked to perfection. . The cheese was so cheesy and good . The pepperoni part As well the crust was so doughy so if you like crust highly recommend . We also got cannoli and you can taste Every bite very well made . The prices are. Reasonable for a large pizza it's about 22 bucks . They also have pepper and parm. Cheese packets because it's a fast service place. They also give you plates . Which is a plus if you are staying in a hotel and the pizza box is so cute .

Yelp
Made the mistake of visiting Boardwalk Pizza for a slice on Saturday night. Not looking to sit down and still wanting some food, opted for a Cheese Slice from the take-out window. Quality Boardwalk Pizza provided me with the worst experience I have ever had at Disney World. As someone who has taken vacations in Orlando since I was only a few years old, that is quite an accomplishment. In addition to being unreasonably expensive, this pizza was absolute trash. We can start with the fact that they gave me a slice that was missing half the crust. When I sat down to look at it I honestly could not help but laugh. What could have happened to this pizza to cause half of the crust to disappear and why would they serve it. I took a bite and was not surprised to find that it was barely lukewarm. The coagulated cheese was a disgusting mess and the sauce was beyond sweet. They really managed to take all the worst elements of pizza and shove them into one expensive package. It is very possible the plate the pizza was served on may have been tastier than the pizza itself. Quantity The piece of pizza they gave me was slightly larger than what you would get at a pizza chain. I believe they would argue it is the size of two slices, which would be an unfunny joke. Value Walking up to the window I saw that the Cheese Pizza Combo was $9.99, which came with side salad or chips for some reason. I said I just wanted a single slice of pizza. I paid for my pizza by card so didn't realize until after that they charged me $8.50 for my pizza. In no world can I defend the absurd cost of this piece of garbage pizza. It is a travesty that Disney allows this place to operate on their property or worse yet, if they operate this place themselves. As a giant fan and supporter of all things Disney, this is simply not right. Ambiance Boardwalk Pizza is found on Disney's Boardwalk in Orlando. It is just a small takeout window located within a row of other restaurants and bars. This is a smart move as it limits the ability for customers to see the terrible pizza they are about to be served. The window is under a small covering that also extends over a few tables. From this spot you can at least take in nice views of the boardwalk and nearby water. However, I have to assume they hope you take your pizza and walk away so they don't have to hear your inevitable complaints. Crowd By the time I made the decision to grab pizza the Disney Boardwalk area was already clearing out. Other nearby restaurants were closing up and this take-out window remained one of the few options still available. However, it seemed like other people had gotten the memo that I missed because I was the only customer they had. Service The tables that sit outside the window were dirty and sticky. The slice of pizza they gave me was missing half its crust. The guy behind the counter did not warn me of the cost of the pizza. I mean I guess they really nailed the crappy rundown boardwalk exprience. Parking Free self-parking is available for visitors to Disney's Boardwalk. However, this should not be a place made part of your visit to the area. Extra The pizza served by Boardwalk Pizza would be unacceptable anywhere, but the fact that it is at a Disney location makes it even more egregious. With the amount of money being spent at the theme parks, hotels, and restaurants, they should at least have the decency to offer average pizza at a reasonable price. The piece of trash they ripped me off with is unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down and soon.

Shervonna S.

Yelp
Excellent Pizza and Cheese Sticks. I would definitely recommend this spot for lunch or dinner.
google avatar

Douglas D.

Yelp
I ordered two pizzas on two different nights and each time it absolutely sucked and I threw it out each time and the pizza isn't cheap at $25.00 per pie and $7.99 a slice. You would think at those prices they would use quality ingredients but they don't. The sauce is watery, the cheese has so much salt added it's inedible, and the bread tastes like cardboard. I watched several people order single slices and just toss them out after tasting it like I did. The Tombstone pizza I bought at the grocery store after to eat was way better than this place's offerings. Stay away!!!

Zach D.

Yelp
I used to come here every trip but when the prices jumped to $10 a slice I just couldn't stomach it. 72$ for a freezer pizza is insane! Im all for splurging when at Disney, but prices have officially crossed a line.
google avatar

Elixandra C.

Yelp
1 word. AMAZING!!!!!!! Order, walk up for pick up! Eat at the tables on the Board Walk or take it back to your room or pool! We had pepperoni pizza twice in one day!
google avatar

Candi D.

Yelp
We ordered pizza from here for the first time. It was really good pizza and I am kinda picky about my pizza. A little on the greasy side, sauce was really good, and the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. Would definitely order again!
google avatar

Amy S.

Yelp
Great place to grab a bite while strolling Disney's Boardwalk. You can grab a slice of either cheese or pepperoni, or you can grab a whole 15" pie. If you get the whole pie, it's cut into 8 slices; but, if you grab a slice, the 15" is cut into 6 slices, so you get a pretty decent slice. The prices are pretty good for Disney. You'll pay around $4 for a slice, and if memory serves me correctly, it's about $15 for a whole pie. Don't expect the best pizza you've ever had, but it is pretty good. It's also very convenient if you are staying at the Boardwalk or one of the other nearby resorts, because you can grab however many you need for your family and take it back to your room. It's also easy on the wallet if you're not wanting to spend a fortune on a sit-down meal at one of the restaurants. Service is very friendly here. Very clean. They also even have paper plates for you.
google avatar

Martin D.

Yelp
Ok it is Disney. Not cheap 8.50 a slice I get it. However they will not let you order an entire pizza. You can order the equivalent at 8.50 a slice which seems odd. Pizza was average. Don't think it's a place and go to get a quick slice of pizza It will take you at least 20 or 30 minutes to get it. When I was there people were asking for refunds because They were waiting over 40 minutes and it wasn't that busy. They should have slices queued up and ready to go. I will not go to this place again they definitely need to get more efficient.

Ted M.

Yelp
If a $9 slice of cheese pizza with 1.5 inches of crust is what you're looking for, it's your lunch spot. To the positive, it tasted pretty good and it was a big slice of pizza. Nice view of the lagoon from the outdoor seating area.
google avatar

Jay C.

Yelp
This place always disappoints, can't really say much beyond that. Poor customer service. Food takes forever. Online ordering is a joke. Do you order online, arrive and mark on the app that you are there; they haven't even started your order yet. Basically starting from scratch once you get there.
google avatar

Vivienne L.

Yelp
Went by the Yelp that said this place closed at 12 and apparently they don't and close at 11pm. We got to the window at 11:03 pm and they were shut down already.

Brandy A.

Yelp
The slice itself isn't horrible, to be honest up until about a month ago this place was our "go to" for really decent pie in Disney. Except, today. Gone are the days of a full pizza. Slices only, at almost 9 dollars a piece. A quarter of a pie. A family of 5 now has to pay 75 bucks for pizza since I'll quote the cast member "it was a 2 hour wait so we only sell slices now". Sure (insert sarcasm emoji thumbs up). The service alone and their cash grab has turned this 4 star to 1 star. Y'all, I hate dominoes and chains but hell no to a 9 dollar slice.
google avatar

Ilisa N.

Yelp
Went to dinner with friends had the sangria was amazing terrific pizza amazing minestrone soup waitress and Waiter are with perfect drinks for Full of water kept fall will definitely go again
google avatar

Tracey B.

Yelp
It's not New Haven style pizza, but compared to any other pizza I've had in Florida, this one is definitely on the better side. The slice of signature pizza with sausage, onions, roasted peppers and balsamic glaze plus a side salad for $6.69 ranks as a decently priced good lunch by Disney standards. No complaints.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
Terrible. Just awful. Waited 40 mins checked on order: we lost your order. How do you lose my order when I have a beeper here to tell me when order is up? Said 10 mins more. Fine. Went back 10 mins later- THEY LOST THE ORDER AGAIN. Good help is hard to find and apparently eludes this establishment. Everyone should be fired. Not the way to end a tiring day at a theme park.
google avatar

Catherina F.

Yelp
After a long day I decided to get pizza. Service was good. I had ordered the personal pizza bundle. Comes with salad, pizza and soft drink. Ranch or Italian dressing are offered. Took about 10/15 mins to come out. Not too long of a wait. Seating areas outside are nice. They handed me a wait buzzer. Personally, the pizza wasn't all the best. Nothing over the top. Just a normal tasting pizza. The size is was great. Presentation was alright, just came in a white cardboard box. Salad in a plastic see through to go container. Paper straws always a plus! Plastic utensils. I had paid around $15 for my meal which isn't too bad but maybe a better tasting pizza next time. Workers are very nice. Salad had various lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots. Not too sure if i'd come back but it was a nice experience.

A T.

Yelp
Surprised by how good it was!! It was miles better than it was four years ago. Expect to pay a higher price since you are so close to the mouse.
google avatar

Elyse G.

Yelp
Not sure if it was because it was late night 30 mins before close...but it's the flour for me. Tasted like it should have been a crust option...Italian herb, garlic and butter, or flour. Not a lot of flavor and crust was really chewy. Sadly...this is the second best meal we have experienced with a Disney Eats. It's not awful, and good filler after a long day at parks.
google avatar

Marc R.

Yelp
While the pizza is good and tasty don't expect a fantastic custom pie here. But I gave five stars for the following reasons. . . 1 - feed a family of four for $21. Seriously the cheapest meal we have had all week. 2 - even on a very busy day it was still not overly crowded. 3 - their special pizza, roasted garlic, spinach and mushrooms was really tasty. After overpaying for all the disney food, including the infamous turkey legs, this meal was a pleasant surprise for our family.
google avatar

Adam S.

Yelp
Convenient slice of pizza on the Boardwallk. There is a small window on the Boardwalk where you can buy pizza by the slice. My wife bought a slice of pepperoni and said it was ok, but will probably not get it again.
google avatar

Jennifer J.

Yelp
This place has upgraded their pizza!! I hadn't been in a few years but back then it was almost inedible. We honestly went here just because my nephew wanted pizza. We had no intention on trying it! We noticed it wasn't that think cheese lacking sauce pizza we had known. Glad to know there is a good pizza option on the boardwalk now!
google avatar

William C.

Yelp
Disappointing. We ordered pizza on the mobile app, which is what Disney prefers now, because of COVID, and chose the 8:05pm time frame. We got there 10 minutes early, bought some pastries at a bakery next door, then headed over. After waiting another 20 minutes past the original timeframe, they told us it'd be another 15 minutes. It was going to be 45 minutes spent on this. We ended up having to cancel because our transportation was leaving in 10 minutes and we couldn't wait any longer. We ended up having leftovers at the hotel.

James W.

Yelp
Only in a pinch. This is one of the last food options of the day, making it a very popular spot at night. The pizza is terrible. Cardboard would have been better than this crust. The toppings are awful and the sauce is out of a can. That said, if you are hungry and don't care, it is an option, the only option, open late.
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Place was good and seem to be clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Did not wait vary long for our food. There was not much of a line at all.
google avatar

Sara W.

Yelp
I was really skeptical about this place based on all the reviews on Yelp, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not the best pizza I've ever had but we were fans! Fresh, tasty thin crust... way better than what I was expecting and different than some of the pictures other Yelpers have posted. Maybe they changed their recipe? Or maybe it depends on the time of day you visit? We had a nice late lunch here overlooking the rest of the boardwalk. I will say that the pricing is pretty ridic -- even for Disney standards. About 10 bucks for one slice of pizza. Yikes.

April M.

Yelp
Theme park quality pizza that takes an hour to cook. Don't bother using Mobile Order as they don't start the pizza until you show up at the location and ask them to make it. The employees are rude and unprofessional. This place needs a lot of work to be considered a "Disney" experience.
google avatar

Emily H.

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in to grab a pizza before leaving the park for the night. The pizza and dough was extremely bland. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. There was ash on the bottom of the pizza from the pizza oven, which just added to the mediocrity of the pizza.
google avatar

Kaylee H.

Yelp
The 34 minute wait for 2 pizzas was hardly worth it. The pizza was bland and the $4 sodas had no carbonation and were also subsequently awful. They offered a refill but it, too, was lacking carbonation. Terrible place. Spend your money anywhere but here!
google avatar

Kelsey P.

Yelp
Open late, hot and chewy pie and they had grapefruit beer on draft. Perfect late-night snack, excellent views and we had great service. What's not to like? Oh, and I got a slice and a pour of schofferhoffer (twice the size of a EPCOT Germany pour) for a quick serve credit. Deal!
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Edible, but not enjoyable. Better than Pizzafari in Animal Kingdom, but worse than Little Caesars. Pros: It's cheap for Disney prices and a great location, especially if you are staying at the Boardwalk Inn. Cons: The pizza isn't very good... at all.
