Pizzalina claims to "enrich the community", but how can you when the staff/manager is combative and disrespectful? Thankfully there are MANY other pizza options as I won't be going back... here's why:
I ordered 3 heat and slice pizzas (online) from Pizzalina as I like being able to take them home to heat and eat, hot out of the oven. When I arrived, the manager gave me fully cooked pizzas. I told him that I ordered the heat and slice. He said, "No we stopped doing that months ago." I told him that I had just ordered the heat and slice two weeks ago and again tonight. He said, "No, you couldn't have. We don't have that anymore. I should know, I'm the manager!" I even showed him that on the box it said "NB" for NO BAKE, but he STILL continued to argue with me! He then grabbed a woman and explained the situation. By this time I had found my order and showed her that their site STILL offers a heat and slice option, which I chose, and that they had made a mistake. She told me several times to " just bring them home and heat them for 3 minutes and they'll be good-I promise!" I explained, since they are fully cooked, cooking them will make them dry! She then said, "If you want me to redo them, It'll take at least 25 minutes. What do you want me to do?" I then said, "What I want you to do is make sure your manager knows the logistics of online orders and instead of asking me to wait 25 minutes for a mistake you made, you should offer some sort of compensation." She just ignored me. Needless to say, I left without an apology and with cold pizzas. DONE!
