Love the pizza here. I also like how I can buy it by the slice from the window instead of needing to go into Dante’s. Every time I come to the window and see a band playing I feel so tempted to go inside and buy a ticket. The walk up window usually goes quickly even if there is a line. Pizza starts at $4.50 a slice and goes up to $6.00. A whole pie is around $30 or more.

Google
Good size slice of pizza. Decent price. It's literally a hole in the wall. Good chew on the crust, sauce is savory, not sweet. Good amount of toppings. Very limited seating around to enjoy your pizza and drinks. If you're in the area, it's worth a taste.

Lindsey F.

Google
Tiny window on the corner of Dante's. They also have pizza available inside next to the bar. I love ordering from the window when I'm skating downtown. Slice + drink. These slices are huge and can easily be split in half to share with someone else. Highly recommend. Great friendly service every time I come by. I asked if I could take a seat to eat at one of the tables outside of Dantes and they always let me. Just be cautious, it's also a smoking zone. No trouble.

Google
The service and atmosphere almost make up for the (at best) mediocre pizza. We came here last year and it served phenomonal food. Now? The pepperoni wasn't crisp, the cheese wasn't melty, and the crust felt stale (even though it was fresh out of the oven.) Come only for a slice and the experience.

Krystal M.

Google
It's actually kind of absurd how good the pizza is here. It's literally a giant New York slice, right here in Portland. I just wish they were on DoorDash and I'd deliver a whole pie every week. They're incredible.

Jordan B.

Google
A cheekily named hole in the door pizza by the slice (or a while pie, if you’re keen) alongside Dante’s. First ever visit and I found the crew efficient and kind. No wait in line, and I walked away with everything I’d wanted.

Lisa S

Google
Rude employees. And the nerve to ask for tips. Being rude for no reason is so ugly. Do better. Or maybe don’t work with people. Lame burnt pizza too. Not worth it at all.

Romina B.

Google
Quite literally a hole in the wall right at the corner of a main street. Came here for a slice of pizza while browsing the streets during the evening. This city generally feels a bit sketchy at night so this place is no different, but the service interaction was fine and the pizza hit the spot in the moment. It‘ll definitely hit the spot when you‘re there but wouldn‘t consider this a spot worth intentionally going to.

Yelp
Was so good! Went here after a show and it was everything I needed. Love that they were open so late. Best pizza I've had in such a long time! Also vibes were chill and so Portland lol.

Yelp
Incredibly delicious pizza at this little shop! I totally fell in love with their cheese pizza. I ended up trying their combination pizza later on and it's also very good. Their service is quick and efficient, which is great at a busy stop like this. Their location is right inside of a bar with an outdoor window as well as a small indoor counter, it's pretty noisy but well worth the experience!

Yelp
What a cool concept! When we realized this was down the street from our hotel, we knew we had to visit. The pizza spot is located in Dante's Inferno and can be missed if you do not pay attention. You literally order through a little slot in the door. It's pretty cool concept I may say. At night, it seems a little sketch but we knew we had to try it. The girl inside was pretty cool too. She took our order and served us quickly. Prices are great, too. Not expensive and great for a late night snack. I ordered the cheese pizza and it was everything I hoped for. The pizza was great and I wish we went back a second time before we left. Not too saucy and not too cheesy, it was just right. The location is really unique so if you are in Portland and looking for a late night snack, you have to try this out. I mean, come on, check out my pictures I added, this place is cool.

Yelp
Easy to get a quick slice and open late which is great but the pizza is terrible. Crust was so hard you could build a sturdy house with it.
google avatar

Andilee J.

Yelp
Convenient for late night eats, but the quality just isn't there. Unfortunately it was super greasy. I love a good slice of NY style pizza but this was a lot of grease. Thin crust and a light amount of sauce left an unremarkable flavor. Good amount of cheese and pepperoni. An improved crust recipe or quality sauce might help. Service was fast and friendly. No seating as it's an outside pick up window. The streets of downtown Portland serve as your ambiance.
google avatar

Brad W.

Yelp
Large slices of pizza take a few minutes, but this was a good dinner even though I wasn't drunk. The cheese was a better choice but the pepperoni was spicier. Watch your back for angry homeless.

Yelp
Great quick services amazing pizza Would love to post my pictures but unfortunately was eaten before got to post anything thank you for quality services see yaw soon again

Yelp
Meh pizza for like $4.50 a slice... I wouldn't go out of my way to come back but it wasn't bad.
google avatar

Jay S.

Yelp
I don't understand the low rating, this is clearly meant to be a cheap late night pizza spot. Maybe also a place for a quick bite if you're at the bar/venue it's attached to. But a $3 cheese slice that's pretty good and it's open till 3+ AM, solid! The service was good too, I had a very friendly lady who helped me with my order. The ambiance/surrounding area is sketchy, but it's not some fancy/sit-down spot, it's kind of a quick grab and go joint. As long as you're there with the right expectations, I don't see why it's not a good/cheap option. They do charge a small fee if you're paying by card to your total, the flat prices are for cash. Also, it's right by Voodoo Doughnuts (also open very late), so you can get dessert after! Pizza: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 1/5 Value: 4/5 Overall: 3.5/5

Yelp
I have to admit I was apprehensive at first because what could go wrong getting a slice of pizza through a door with a hole on Burnside in the middle of the night Boy was I wrong. This place is absolutely legit. Probably one of my top 5 pizzas. Price was on point, service was excellent and the ambiance was legendary. My wife and I came here two out of three nights we were in town. We'll be back!! Do not pass this place up!!!
google avatar

Daniel A.

Yelp
I was pretty intoxicated but thought it was good in the moment. I ordered whatever just came out the oven so it was hot and fresh. There was a line but I was ok with it.
google avatar

Melinda G.

Yelp
Delicious is an understatement. This has to be hands down the best pizza I've had. Truly! The ingredients are fresh and I don't know if they use magic but they just tasted better than fresh pizza vegetables. The sauce was delicious and I just felt like I was mesmerized lol! Decided to grab some takeout since it had already taken me 6 1/2 hours to get home due to snow storm Piper so I was in the area and ordered to go. Best decision I have ever made during panic and hunger pains. I will return again when I can really explore the menu, but I definitely recommend Pizza Slut.
google avatar

Jason V.

Yelp
[Highly inappropriate, immature review below. You have been warned!] Advertising her wares on the street corner outside Dante's (as well as within), Pizza Slut is a tasty trollop that commands your attention, from the moment you catch a whiff of her savory, tomato-based perfume. Sold most commonly by the slice (although full pies are available), ranging from $3-$5 bucks, depending on toppings (cheese, pepperoni or the combo of the day), and definitely worth the price! Each piece is massive wedge of thin crust, New York style pizza, enough to content even the most ravenous John, without breaking the bank. Parmesan, red pepper and sriracha available upon request, as well as sodas and water. Whether you're attending a concert within, or simply strolling by the corner of 3rd and Burnside, Pizza Slut is there to cater to your nutritional needs, because she is always hot and ready to go!

Carson C.

Yelp
Great pizza. $5.50 for a big pepperoni slice. Inside Dante's or outside they got a food ordering window.

Q G.

Yelp
Grabbed a whole pizza on 10/13/2024, during the Sinferno Cabaret. When we got back to the hotel, we ate the whole thing. It's really good at $32 for a big ass pizza. The fact that I could get it right at Dante's without missing the show makes it even better.
google avatar

Nacie R.

Yelp
Back in January during the ice storm I ordered a pizza for pickup through the GrubHub app, since that's the only way to order online. When I arrived they were closed (probably due to the storm). I even called and heard the phone ringing while standing outside. We cancelled the order and still have not received a refund. Called the credit card to dispute the charge and then was told that we picked it up. Total BS!!
google avatar

Jess B.

Yelp
After an interesting night, we were super hungry. Stopped by the pizza window and got some slices of cheese and some pepperoni. Service was quick. It was literally a window. Pizza was fine. This is not a place I'd go to to order pizza for the family but it is a great place to go for a late night snack!

Yelp
Nothing I like better than a slice (or 2) of NY style pizza after a day/night of bar hopping, and this place fits the bill. Large slices, reasonable prices, quick wait time while they heat your slice in the oven. The pizza can be slightly dried out, though, but it's still tasty!

Melissa C.

Yelp
The best 2am pizza!! Being from NY/NJ this place was legit big slices and cool ambiance

Dalton L.

Yelp
Still some of the best pizza in Portland, but late night on a Friday (time that they should be prepared for a lot of people to want pizza) it was a 50 minute wait for a slice. Used to be worth it but the price has almost doubled recently so I would not recommend going unless the line is REALLY short.

Syd A.

Yelp
Had a cheese slice and a pepperoni slice. Ripped up the inside of my mouth, had no flavor. I've had better gas station and school cafeteria pizza before. Never again.
google avatar

Marta O.

Yelp
This place isn't in the best location but the pizza a good! If you want pizza for a good price go to Pizza slut! My son ordered a cheese pizza slice and I got a veggie pizza slice. I was happy and satisfied! You walk up to a window and place your order! If you want a good slice of pizza go to pizza slut! I believe you can get a whole pizza too. Don't quote me though!
google avatar

Adam Z.

Yelp
The pizza just wasn't very good. It's hard to explain why. The cheese somehow felt... old? The sauce didn't have much flavor. It didn't feel very fresh. Shrug.

Christopher S.

Yelp
It's perfect for what it is. You get to choose from four slice options: Cheese ($3), pepperoni ($4), meat ($5), or veggie ($5). You order at a window and get a big slice on two paper plates. It's fresh, cheesy, sauce is nice. Outstanding cheap snack.

Yelp
I've been here before and pizza has been decent. Went here last night and waited in line around 30 minutes but was loosing my appetite with the stinky smells around the waiting area, once I got close to the window I could see the employee working kept scratching his head repeatedly and also had no hair net on. I ended up just getting a soda. Very dirty place only good thing is that it is open very late, if there are any other places open, do not go here.

James R.

Yelp
Good crispy pizza, little pricey for a slice but it's a good classic. Right across the street from voodoo, so makes for a fun late night combo.

Yelp
Wonderful/only option at this hour anymore. A brave gladiator fighting the tides to keep me sober-ish.

Yelp
I don't like to write reviews that hurt business, but I had to because of a safety issue. My husband and I are here on vacation, and we just wanted a night in to enjoy some local pizza. Door dash offered Pizza slut as an option for delivery but after they add on their taxes, fees, and steep delivery times, it was much easier to pick it up. We knew it wasn't a good sign when it took nearly thirty minutes for the payment and the order to be processed. At first, this wasn't a big deal. It got sketchy when it came time to pick up our pizza. We were told the pizza would be ready at 1053 pm. My husband drives down to get the pizza, and when he arrives, he can't find parking. Not a huge issue, until he has to use the pay lot where he had to pay $27 to park. Normally, you can pick an hour for parking, but he was only given the overnight parking option. Spoiler, Pizza Slut place is a music venue with a pizza window. My husband arrives and asks about the pizza, and he's told by the person working that the pizza was going to not be ready for at least another 45 minutes. Here's where it gets real shady. He asked if he could come in and grab a beer and wait for our food, but the staff refused him bar service and proceeded to ask if he was even in the right place. That pissed me off because my husband is Native American with dark skin and hair within a sea of white people. I was wanting to avoid the racist label, but it seems like racism was at play. Of course, after this was said, he wanted our money back. Nobody wants to give their hard-earned money to a business where they're not wanted. But the too-cool police didn't want to give us a refund, and when he complained to door dash, they only offered a $10 credit on a $43 order. On top of the discriminatory customer service, he was followed by some mumbling random with his hands in his pockets, while he was in the parking lot. He asked the guy three or four times to stop following him before he had to get mean. I can deal with a little rudeness and even a little price gauging mixed with false advertising (this place is NOT a pizzeria), but personal safety is a big deal and for that reason alone, this place is getting a half star. We got no pizza, and we're out $70. If you want to be harassed by patrons who enjoy trying to intimidate paying customers then go to Pizza Slut. They will stand in front of your car door, and get pissed when you ask them nicely if you can get in your vehicle. I could say a lot more, but I feel this was enough. I don't enjoy slamming a business, but people need to be careful when going to this place. #noparking #dangerous.

Yelp
Okay pizza. Super racist security. Went here last Saturday after the bar for some pizza with friends, ordered 5 slices at the window, asked the employee if we could eat inside and she agreed. After entering the establishment, and being the only brown people, with multiple other tables/ the bar being full we were extremely rudely pushed out by a white security guard after having approval to eat inside by the other employees. We didn't sit down or even ask to, we just wanted to eat our meal outside of the cold for 5 minutes with the approval of the employees(which we had). He screamed in my face and physically pushed me. I expressed to him that his colleagues had allowed us to eat our pizza inside to which he proceeded to yell at me for and in turned I yelled back and he shoved a camera in my face. I had never been put in this type of situation and even the other security guard heavily apologized for his behavior. If he would of treated me like a human being I would have promptly left, but his white superiority complex heavily kicked in that night. Not only did he yell and push me but he also called me ugly and other mean things repeatedly. Being paying customers with respect for the establishment meant nothing to him, it should be mentioned it was NEAR closing time but not yet closing time and I will reiterate that (1) we had approval to eat inside, (2) we didn't even ask to sit and (3) his manner of handling the situation was extremely uncalled for and still saddens me to this day. I'm hurt being that I had NEVER been treated like that and will not be returning. I can only hope other people of color won't be treated like this here and they be better in the future. My standards for service weren't anywhere near high for a place called "Pizza Slut" but damn...

Sharon C.

Yelp
We paid close to $40 for a very large pizza I can't say that it was good it was okay something was missing I'm not sure if it's not enough cheese or enough sauce and if I remember correctly we never asked for thin crust but it's okay but for sure it's not worth $30 or $40

Tyler W.

Yelp
Not sure if pizza is supposed to be crunchy and oily. XD It's not that bad given the size and price of the slices but about a 4/10 quality imo.

Elijah L.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza, the area was kinda weird. Cool concept of just serving it out of a door. Not the best flavor wise but the crust was very good

B l.

Yelp
Service is shit. They told everyone outside in line 15 more minutes and 40 minutes later they told everyone they aren't selling anyone outside anymore. They were only selling to people inside the bar so that they can charge their cover fee. They were hella rude to everyone and just led everyone on. And whoever sliced the pizza is dumb. They sliced it like a fucking 4 year old. Y'all left kids outside hungry. They were waiting for an hour and it's Halloween. AND the pizza wasn't even good. Stiff and had like no cheese or sauce.
google avatar

Jasmin Z.

Yelp
Great place to get a slice of pizza after a few drinks!!! Not too greasy and probably the best pizza you can get after hours!!!
google avatar

Ryann M.

Yelp
it's just the easiest best way to get good + inexpensive pizza when ur downtown late night. beautiful wonderful show stopping stunning

Noah N.

Yelp
if you're drunk, GO!! they had a fire show at Dante 's. We didn't see it, but we know it was cunty
google avatar

Stephanie H.

Yelp
Was able to not only eat it but dance with it on stage at sinferno! Don't miss out on this pizza!

Kris L.

Yelp
Dirty! not just because it's in downtown Portland, but the person that served up the lukewarm pizza looked very unkempt. They definitely looked like they should not have been working in food service..shame on you! I won't be a slut for that zzza that's for sure. I won't bother going there ever again. The one star is being generous.
google avatar

RockMagnet S.

Yelp
OK - if I could retract/rewrite review, would do so. Yeah, my kid quite sick, but now spouse sick too (didn't eat here). So maybe just a summer bug. Anyway, willing to give these folks another try, even with the grimy name.
google avatar

Bob H.

Yelp
Dodgy name, amazing NY style pizza. The slices used to be humongous, but they're still sizable. Great staff as well.

Zak S.

Yelp
Pizza that will make you squirt out your ass for a whole week. They recently upped the price, and lowered the quality. Their cheese is made of straight up lard. There's no way a few slices of pepperoni can generate so much grease. The only people who eat this trash are people too drunk to know the difference between hot garbage and real food, the only other living thing that consumes this is the giant rats that inhabit every corner of old town.

Brinelle R.

Yelp
4 stars for the location/ seems a little trashy and sketchy around the general area, but the pizza was awesome, I'd definitely get it again :) not to mentioned the nice lady who helped us out (however she did mention she was running the place herself, so maybe consider adding more staff? Like I said, sketchy place) apart from me being nit-picky about presentation, which gave off more of NY vibes than PDX, food is awesome, and they're open really late!

Kayla S.

Yelp
Staff was great, food came super quick and was fresh out the oven. Awesome New York Style pizza & definitely the best you'll find outside NYC!
google avatar

Olivia L.

Yelp
I don't like many different styles of pizza... I guess. But, when you're hangry... Pizza Slut... will have pizza for you. When I first arrived in Portland, Oregon... which I call "Potland"... there weren't as many pizza places. Also... it snowed Downtown once in 2001... after I ate my pizza. I seemed to find some friendly people living in Downtown Portland, Oregon... and most of them didn't know about Pizza Slut,... but they wanted to know... why I had stains on my shirt. It's from the grease/ cheeses at this Pizza Slut location. Also... why name it after a guy who can't wait to have some unprotected nookie? I don't know... anyway... I ate the pizza slices I was purchasing... and was handed a huge amount... or so I thought of Napkins. Take the napkins. I don't know where the guy went that was serving pizza that afternoon. He didn't seem to know where West Seattle was, either. And.... if you can't seem to relax at the corner of this Pizza Slut location it's because of the guys with the Death Metal tattoos at Dante's most likely... they think they are hardcore... or somethin'.

Sophia R.

Yelp
We waited an HOUR for a whole pizza pie with no warning of how long it would take. Wasn't even good.

Lopsan N.

Yelp
Waited in line last night to get some pizza with a friend and the employee didn't say they were closing or anything and just closed the little window in our face, no acknowledgment or letting us know that they were closing. Haven't been to this place since it changed names to Pizza slut, was a fan when it was Lonesome pizza....

Unhappy C.

Yelp
They were too busy to work with the grub hub delivery person to confirm our order and when we tried to call Pizza Slut to help figure it out they never answered the telephone. I tried calling them for over 10 minutes. We still do not know if our order is coming.

Daniel M.

Yelp
NY style Pizza by the slice, what more needs to be said. It was good, staff was nice.

Katie A.

Yelp
Told us only 1.5 slices left when we tried to order and then there were miraculously more when the next people came up after we waiting 40 mins
