Never ordering from this place again, absolutely terrible service. I ordered delivery, and received a notification that my order had been picked up, I live a ten minute drive away. After 45 minutes I noticed that the drivers location hadn’t moved, and the estimate delivery time kept increasing. I called to see if there was an issue, and the person who answered the phone transferred me to the “delivery driver”, who said that he had no delivery orders, and anyways he had no drivers so nothing could be delivered. He was not apologetic, was extremely rude, and clearly had no interest in helping me out.
I called back and they said this was a “mistake” and that person was incorrect, that my food would be delivered after all. No clarity on whether the food had actually been sitting in a hot car the whole time and forgotten. I call back a third time and I’m transferred to the same rude “delivery driver” who says he is not the manager, and that no one can help me. I call back a fourth time and I’m told the delivery driver picked it up 45 min ago and they don’t know where it is. I did not use a third party delivery service, so really it’s on them. They finally promise they will send it an hour and a half after it was supposedly picked up, doubting the freshness and quality at this point, I requested a refund. I’m honestly shocked with how rude and dismissive everyone was, and how eager they were to get rid of me instead of solving the problem.
