"The painting of the Gulf of Naples and the Maradona uniform decorating the wall exude the spirit of Naples, where the chef learned to make pizza. He pursues authentic flavours and puts much effort into procuring and using Italian ingredients. He even had the oven artisan from where he trained come over from Italy to install his oven.
