If you're tired of Japanese food and craving pizza, this is an easy solution that will transport you to Italy.
A few things to know ahead of time: Cash only
No pics or videos of the guy making pizzas. Just respect that and don't do it. Beware there are about 8 table seats and five bar seats so plan accordingly. They also have a sign saying they may close early if they run out of ingredients and sure enough, they roped off the entrance once they took us in.
There's some signs that you're in a special place
Little signs write about the quality of pizza in Napoli and instructions on how to eat with knife and fork.
Pizzas are about 12" in diameter so easily consumable by one person. The wood fired oven is many hundreds of degrees so it only takes 2 minutes to make each pizza.
Margherita - the best! Ingredients are obviously premium and homemade. The sauce is zesty tart fresh tomato. And like the Italians, toppings are sparse - like it's a privilege not an entitlement.
Prosciutto Cotto E Funghi
Tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and mushroom. Although delicious, it starts to get to the point where too many flavors are competing against each other.

No tomato sauce, just cheese, sausage and broccoli rabe. The rabe is an interesting selection, I didn't think it paired too well, and some bites result in a.m stringy tangle. The sausage is more American/German than italian. Could have had more spice to it.
Pizza dough is to die for - that and the tomato sauce are truly the highlight which is why I think the margherita was my favorite. Simple. And very very well done. That's all....
