I came in and stood at the entrance for about 30 seconds before a random person had to tell the staff to seat me. I chose to sit at the bar, where the bartender took my order but didn’t greet me, offer water, or provide silverware, even after I asked multiple times. Despite the overall poor service, Elizabeth was the ONLY STANDOUT. She was the only one who paid attention and genuinely seemed to care. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference in an otherwise disappointing experience. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t even consider coming back to Moretti. Surprised she isn't working as a server since she went above and beyond.
