Pizzeria Napoletana Da Yuki

Nice Neapolitan pizza spot in Kyoto! Stumbled across this place, it was close to closing time and pretty quiet. Service was quick, our food arrived less than 10min after we ordered. We got the margherita, diavolo, and Quattro formaggi and enjoyed all of them.

Amazing pizza and orange wine selection! We were able to do half and half on one of the pizzas which was very convenient. Better than pizza we’ve had in Italy!

We found Pizzeria Da Yuki by our air bnb and what a great find!! The food was great!! We were hungry and ordered a bunch of pizzas and they were all good! We had the funghi, margherita, and truffle. Also, very veggie friendly for anyone looking! The chef and staff were so friendly and took a picture and let our son see how the pizza was made! Great first meal in Kyoto!

Great pizza and other dishes on offer at this casual and very friendly pizzeria. Respectable list of wines from across Italy. We enjoyed a Greco di Tufo and a Cerasuolo, both quite good, even if the latter was lighter than expected. Had a good conversation with the Japanese couple next to us and shared wine with them (and them with us). Great dinner!

If you want to enjoy really good napoletanian pizza in Japan (!) you should definitely go to Yuki. The pizza is amazing, fluffy tasty dough, very good crust. Can also recommend the burrata with tomatoes and the tiramisu!! Everything was made with love & passion for Italian cuisine, you could taste and see that (we were sitting at the kitchen counter). 💜thank you for little Italian feeling in Kyoto, Yuki & team!

Wasn’t a bad pizza but definitely not anything special on the spectrum of pizza in Japan. Not sure what the high ratings are all about. The reasonably priced seasonal appetizers would be 4 stars, but the pizza gets 3. Friendly and attentive service, but if you’re just looking for pizza, better can be found in Kyoto.

This is such a cute and delicious place! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto. The smoked mozzarella pizza and salad are to die for! Ahhh so good. I’m a big New York pizza fan and I think I’m converted because of Yuki. Not to mention they are English speaker friendly and would try their best to accommodate the customer’s need. Only thing is to make sure you make the reservation at least 2 weeks ahead of time. I got lucky as Typhoon came and a lot of people cancelled for lunch that day. Otherwise it would have been impossible because they are so popular! Thank you very much again for the great food! 🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍😍

Highly highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area (or not)! Amazing Napoli style pizzeria, and options to customise too! The staff are all amazing, a particular mention to the chef Misae, what an amazing person and made our visit all the more enjoyable. Thank you Misae for making us feel special 🙏🏽
