I had an incredible dining experience at Pizzería Restaurante Via Appia’s in Puerto Rico. I started with the calamari, which came with a house-made tomato sauce—something I had never tried before. The combination of perfectly crispy calamari with that unique sauce was simply delicious. For the main course, I had an anchovy and prosciutto pizza with onions. The balance of flavors was amazing, creating an explosion of taste in every bite.
Beyond the fantastic food, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service, especially from El Colombiano, who guided me with great recommendations. For me, customer service is even more important than the food itself, and this place delivered an outstanding experience on both fronts.
One interesting note: I noticed many locals dining here, which is always a great sign. As a tourist, that’s exactly the kind of authentic experience I look for.
