Ordered a king cake espresso. they gave me a cup FULL OF ICE NO COFFEE. Called store multiple times to let them know and no one ever answered the phone. Trash, a waste of my $7!

The Mardi gras iced shaken espresso was horrible. I had my two friends try it and they agreed. I had to throw it away. Edit* my next visit was much more pleasant today than it was previously. Hopefully the continue. Ther service and my drink were both much better this time

First time at a PJ's and the service was great. The food and coffee were very tasty. They had just enough tables for a small crowd with some outdoor seating. They sell merch as well. We ordered a spinach and feta croissant with a veggie breakfast sammie. They were very filling.

The new "loyalty program" is absolute crap. And I went to this location to get double points, I'm a regular. And it went as usual, she asked for my loyalty number, I paid. Okay, I get my drink. And then she says to redeem your points now, you have to have the app. Okay, cool. Drive off. No text confirming my purchase, giving me a copy of my receipt, telling me how many points I earn, nothing. So I go on my app. It says I have to have the app to earn them and that she souldve asked me for a code, not my phone number. So I went to this pjs, my regular one, specifically for the double points day event, and she made it to where I get zero points. Oh, and they upped the amount of points you have to redeem for certain items. On top of it all, now the points expire. So. I'm done with pjs. And the girl working the drive through tonight, the night of February 5th, 2025. Get your stuff together. Because that is not right. It's supposed to be double points. And the first day of a new system. You need to be better educating your customers on how it works. I'm sure we won't be the only customers you lose.

Working in the hospitality industry.. I know the markers of a bad work environment when I see them. An employer or trainer was way too comfortable in how they were dressed and how they spoke to/around everyone. Nice, yes, but loud and a lot of uncomfortable under-tone. This would leave any customer uneasy. Leaves a bad taste for me personally. No complaints about any other staff, though, or their drinks at all. I think I'll take the drive thru from now on.
