PJ's Coffee

Great coffee , forgot our extra empty cup( for our littles ones to share a hot chocolate) But I reminded them with a swift apology and cup from the staff. Very sweet presents at the drive through and at window. Quick, in and out and back on the road. Kids love the hot chocolate and mom enjoyed the go juice for the ride.

Best iced lavender latte I've ever had! Also the vanilla shaken espresso is really good. The people are really nice and our drinks were made super fast!

The 2 girls working on Sunday, 7/13/25 at 1:30 at the dove park location need to not be working or have a grown up there babysitting. It took us 7 times to explain a simple drink. It was given to us totally wrong and by the the time we finally got it it was still wrong. A medium cold brew with whole milk, 2 sugars and whip in top. I even said no chocolate at all. We left with chocolate drizzle all over the top. This generation needs to get off their phones and start learning how to listen and communicate. I have been going to this pjs for 15 years and never had issues until the past year. Management needs train better. Oh there was nobody in line either so it wasn’t hectic busy.

The customer service was great! The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. We tried the iced vanilla and mocha lattes, the vanilla one was too sweet for us but, the mocha was really delicious! I would recommend giving it a try if you are looking for something different from Starbucks.

I wish I had caught the young lady's name that served me this morning. She was an absolute delight. The pastry was delicious, the wedding cake coffee was dreamy...but the attention and care that I felt was priceless. Keep up the good work but definitely invest in giving these folks the tools they need to succeed.

Was just passing through on my way to Orange Beach when my wife spotted this place. Stopped and I’m glad we did, they had an awesome pumpkin spice latte.

Don’t place a mobile order , they don’t even think about making it until you arrive 20 minutes later.

Excellent staff! Very helpful my first time trying a chai tea at PJ's and it was really awesome! Thank you to the staff for fixing a great beverage I also got a small pralines and cream something I have gotten before, but I won't be getting it again because this is the second time at 2 totally different locations when it has tasted burnt so I think you guys have a bad batch of beans coming from somewhere. There was practically no praline taste at all just an overbearing burnt taste so I won't be doing that drink again anytime soon. LOL

I love Pjs but this location is never good. I love Pjs white mocha latte but the last couple of times I've had it from this location it was chucky at the bottom. I also got a sandwich and it was cold in the middle.

I stop at several different PJ's and this one's staff courtesy was less than satisfactory. I'm very polite, saying please and thank you. Staff on 9/16/24 at 8:20am could use some slight improvement. Also, my Matcha Velvet Ice was less than satisfactory as well. Very light green meaning too much milk or too little matcha. Get my business back with a free large drink coupon otherwise I can live without- it's just a treat

Specialty Coffees are so good. The regular coffee is just ok. Service is usually quick and baristas are always friendly.

I like to think of this as the secret PJ's location. Unfortunately a lot of people know the secret. This location is in a strip mall. I find that all of their strip mall locations have difficult drive-thrus. This one is no different and the turn as you approach the building makes it difficult to pull up to the window without hitting the yellow poles or being too far away. I usually just pull up and re position since there are rarely others in line, but it's something to be aware of. The reason I refer to this as the secret PJ's is that the location is nearly impossible to see from Hwy 59. You'd think no one would visit, but they have found it. Although the drive-thru is rarely crowded, I have almost always found a line when I walked inside. The staff have always been friendly, and my iced coffee always delicious, but the store seems well used. The few tables often have trash or newspapers strewn about. They are often not straight from people moving them around as well. It doesn't give a very inviting feeling. If you need a good iced coffee to-go, I think this PJ's will suit you just fine.

I was lost on the Northshore looking for a family party and stopped in for a bathroom break and a quick ice tea. There is a sign on Hwy 59 directing you to this side road and a strip mall. It's location just off the main road allows for easy on and off. I did have to ask the 13 year old boys to stop blocking the entrance; this seems to be their hangout. The whole place was messy & needed tidying. The decor was nice and tried to make you forget you were in a strip mall. Service was fine but my iced tea tasted burnt. And I ended up throwing it away.

LOVE this Pj's! Very quick and convenient. I don't usually order anything fancy though. I just order a medium iced coffee with a splash of skim milk. It's good, but not too sweet. If you're a black coffee drinker like myself, it's a nice little change without going crazy. Oh, and definitely get a ham and Swiss croissant if you're hungry! Only thing is, I wish the sizes of the cups were a little bigger.

Great little coffee house to do work without interruption. They have enough tables so that you're not crowded when trying to use their free internet connection to do work or surf. The staff is friendly and ready to serve...yes, as it should be - but not as common anymore it seems. They have a great little sausage, egg and cheese biscuit that tastes just like we make at home with the Aunt Bee's biscuits. They have a drive through too, and it gets busy in the early hours, as they're close to I-12 at Hwy 59 and people grabbing their daily fix for the ride.

The worst PJ's I have ever been to. The staff appeared to not know how to make the drinks and the drinks were poorly made after I waited about 15 minutes to get my order with only one person ahead of me. The one person ahead had to get a refund twice, one for a drink he didn't order and again for charging him for the wrong drink. Not a good first experience at this location.

I ordered a medium and a large granita, and they gave me a small and medium. I love pjs but this is ridiculous. Loyal customer

This coffee shop is a little of Hwy 59 but is quiet and has great employees. PJs carries all of the local favorites plus a few of their a own special blends. The Bananas Foster may be the best flavored coffee on earth.

I love PJs Coffee, but this location is terrible. I waited in line at the drive through for ten minutes at 6:45 am with only one car in front of me. The baristas were inside laughing and talking and slowly making my drink. When she finally greeted me at the window she didn't say good morning she just asked for my order again then got mad when I asked her if she already had my order since I had been waiting so long. Due to the very unfriendly service, I will not be returning to this location.
