Plan Check Kitchen + Bar

Came in here on a cold rainy Monday Clean & welcoming place Clean & nice restroom I had the Chef's Favorite burger which was so tasty! Great flavors. Also shared the parmesan truffle fries with house made ketchup & pepper mayo. Very good too.

The burgers are divine. They serve a ranch sauce that was created by a god of some kind. Their sauces are not classic hits, if that's what you're looking for... They have reinvented some food and it seems to work for the most part. I don't like their sweet potato fries. I'm a fan of sweet potatoes, so that was a bummer

The burger was fantastic. The fries were crunchy and delicious. Our waiter was super friendly. I can't wait to come back

Came on a Saturday night with some friends. The staff was friendly, the cocktails were good and it was not overly crowded or busy. This place was not our first choice, but it turned out to be a nice back up. We did order food and it was very good, but they did mess up on one of our orders, my friend asked for cold slaw and a side of sweet potato fries to go with her burger, but they only brought out the sweet potato fries as her only side. I tried to tell her to have it corrected but she is shy and didn't want to say anything. Overall it was a very nice time here a good place to start out the night.

This place should be better than it is. I have now been twice and have left disappointed both times. Prices are too high for salads and burgers, which don't come with fries. Happy Hour specials are limited, and the best food and drinks aren't included. And service at the bar was surprisingly slow, even on a pretty quiet Sunday night. There are a lot of places offering elevated pub food and craft beer, and I don't think Plan Check is among the better ones.

I've been on the hunt for LA's best burger, and a couple of separate groups of people recommended Plan Check. Definitely had some great food there, and the burger was probably the best I've had. When I went in, I wanted to see one of the NHL playoff games, and the staff were happy to find the channel and switch some of the screens over. Kenny was our waiter, and he took great care of us. Highly recommend this place for the burgers, beer, and staff!

Upscale good bar. Was there early and it wasn't too loud. Every item is meat based and the fries cooked in beef tallow. Why they have a vegan burger on the menu is weird when even that comes with cheese and mayo. However, good drinks and atmosphere.
