This place is a gem and we need more gems like this. It was a bit overwhelming only because there is so much product to look at and choose from! But also a dream because it’s over all an amazing place! Everyone there was so polite and kind. Our tender (I’m so sorry I forgot their name!!) was an absolute angel with helping us. Even the tender at the register next to us was a complete doll to talk to. Thank you Planet 13 for a delightful experience. The next time we’re in Vegas, we are definitely coming back!

Massive dispensary, not fond of the "wait for your name to be called" protocol. Knew what we wanted in 2 mins, had to wait 20 mins+ for our name to be called, even though there were many empty tellers. Also, so you know, the prices advertised on their website are for locals👎🏻. I had to pay over $70USD for a 0.8G vape, advertised for $32.50 online. 3 stars are being generous, it's only because the guy who served us was super helpful and friendly.

Had a fun visit to this dispensary. It’s definitely very large and it’s more than just a dispensary. They also have stores, gift shop and restaurants. Be aware you do have to be 21 to even enter this property which I didn’t realize. After you check in, they give you a number and then when your number is called, you go to that register. The customized one on one service is outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable , which was a huge help since I really don’t know much about This. They explained everything in great detail and gave me all the different options and price points . Jerry was patient and very kind and I ended up choosing some items that I thought were great. I highly recommend this dispensary due to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They also have an amazing selection of products and it really is a site to see the largest dispensary in the world.

This place has gone way downhill. It’s giving full-on DMV vibes now: obnoxiously long waits, total disorganization, and you better hope the “budtenders” feel like calling your number—or else you’re just another body wasting hours. They hoard multiple numbers at once, and when you finally get called, you’re offered lackluster, overpriced house strains that are more likely to give you a headache than a high. Customer service? Gone. Quality? Gone. The “lounge”? A gimmick. Flashy lights and no substance—just another failed attempt to cover up the fact that this place is all hype and no heart. No surprise your stock is tanking—your product and service already did. If you want a lighter, fine, walk through and grab one. But for actual weed, go next door to Reef. Planet 13 is just a tourist trap at this point.

Over priced in my opinion. It's an experience, though. I won't take that from them. Lots of pictures and paintings and lots of people, always busy. You have to sign into a kiosk and wait until you're text to be served. We spent 240 dollars here in 2 days, which included edibles and flowers. The edibles I never felt kick in. We had a session every 3 to 4 hours, 3 spliff per session. The flower we chose kept us alert and happy, which made it easier to stay on the go. We didn't experience the lounge as there was a 20-minute wait, and you had to purchase whatever you were going to consume in the lounge, which did not include your already previous purchase to take home. Oh, and whatever you did not finish in the lounge, you could not take with you. You had to leave. Say what?! Yes!

The atmospheric lighting and calm, relaxing vibe set the tone for a welcoming experience. After checking in with a staff member who helped walk me through the mobile process, I was free to explore while I waited for a text notification to meet with a budtender. Walking through the space, there’s no shortage of selection — from edibles, specialty cannabis blends, oils, creams, and terpene products. Everything is well organized and visually inviting. Once I was called, the budtender was extremely informative and patient, helping me narrow down what worked best for my needs. I also learned that if you’re purchasing the last of a product, a manager can sometimes apply a discount — I personally spent under $60, which was a great deal considering the quality. Beyond the dispensary itself, Planet 13 also features fun attractions like gift shops, interactive elements, and the Dazed Lounge for relaxing. Just a heads-up: all purchased items are placed in a sealed bag, and consumption is not allowed on-site due to Vegas laws. You’ll need to wait until you’re off the property, though public enforcement is fairly relaxed as long as you’re respectful. Overall, the pricing was great, the atmosphere was top-notch, and the selection and service exceeded expectations. They even sell cool souvenirs like t-shirts, lighters, and other memorabilia. If you’re visiting Vegas and want your first dispensary visit to be memorable, Planet 13 is absolutely worth checking out.

This place is suppppeeerrrr coool. They not only have a dispensary there now, which is top of the line. But they have a consumable area where you can consume your purchases, a coffee shop, a speak easy, a massive game room with corn hole, Nintendo switches, mini baseball hoops, all kinds of games. This isn’t a dispensary, this is an experience all within itself. Employees were friendly and helpful. Learned a few neat tricks for locals. This place is really cool, def enjoyed it, thank you.

Best experience in Las Vegas. Huge emporium. Wonderful employees. Fun experience. Great attitudes. Tattoo shops. We were assisted by Brenda. And she was amazing and very helpful! She got us the deals and had all the information on all the products we needed. Great experience! Loved it!!

Gives you extra 15% discount when you present your out of state medical card and will include you and your friends with the deal and you cut the line. Which we forgot to do and instead browsed through the whole store until it was our time. A 100mg can of energy soda That would have been an insane purchase. Did not try but considered sharing with friends if it wasn't cold outside already as a walk around town vibe. The prices weren't cheap tho. I expected it to be considering east coast is insane and west coast is so cheap. I had hoped this would be more west coast prices it was more in the high end. Recognized some favorites from pacNW - Grön - but it was the most expensive line of gummies. Haha did the trick. I expected the building to be more of a party scene for the rest of the building / rooms / features but it was pretty dead on a Friday night so we got our stuff and bounced off into the night

This place is running a classic bait-and-switch to rip off tourists. They advertise amazing prices online, but when you get there, you're told those are 'locals-only' prices. I don't mind the locals' discount, but why not clearly state that on the website? We all know why. I spoke with a manager who admitted they're tired of dealing with angry customers over this. Even they agreed it's a bait-and-switch. They suggested I write to corporate because there's nothing they can do. Meanwhile, one cashier claimed it's 'clearly stated' on the website but had an attitude about it. When I showed them the website on my phone, it took them five minutes to find where it's buried. And if you just look at the menu online, there's no mention anywhere that the prices don't apply to everyone. Do yourself a favor--go across the street and pay less. Unless you're a local, avoid this place that's exploiting tourists and paying cab drivers to recommend them.

Came here with a couple of people for the cheap tattoos. We had passed this place earlier and wondering what it was because the name sounded cool on some billboard that we passed. Wow I didn't think it was a dispensary. I didn't buy anything or try anything but it was interesting. I also did not get a tattoo. Looks brand new. Amazed at how big this place was. Very clean.

Amazing place! The WORLDS LARGEST DISPENSARY! Great products. I loved everything I purchased. It's huge and tons of variety. Giveaways if you spend a certain amount. And lots of kind employees that take god care of you when you ask questions. The free use area is weird. The rules are that you can't use what you purchased and can't bring it inside but you actually have to go buy something from inside. The line for it was a two hour wait so RSVP IN ADVANCE! I missed out but I'm sure lots worth it! I'll be back!

It is a cool space to see but buyer beware...So we walked in and walked around to select what we wanted to try. The price behind the glass says something different than what the guy charges you at exit. Some items match and some are triple the price. Very shady the way they do business. Make it easy for customers so they know what they are buying and what they are paying. Also, when you check out, the price does not come up clearly when he is ringing you up. Be aware, and make sure you ask how much everything is prior to paying for it.

Absolutely amazing experience! We stopped here during my birthday Vegas trip, and it was SO WORTH IT! The dispensary was huge, the vibes were immaculate, and the smoking lounge was AWESOME! It was so cool to be able to sit around a table and order rental pieces along with a wide selection of bud, concentrate, and cartridges! Quite a few different strains to choose from! They have lots of card and board games available! There's also an entire THC infused BAR, we didn't check it out but it all looked great! Highly recommend anyone to come experience this amazing place, you won't regret it!

Out of town friends were visiting us in Las Vegas, and drove them around town to show different things about our city. We stopped by at Planet 13 because they have never seen anything like it before. They went inside and purchased some items, I'm really not sure what because I don't know anything about the product they sell. I personally didn't go inside. They told me that everything was "alien" to them, lol. But employees were very helpful and patient with them, and explained everything they needed to know. Definitely a "treasure chest" for people who value this kind of stuff.

The response i got from the manager is a lie! Straight up lie. I wanted a 25 dollar cart the budtender told me it was 50 as i was not a local! all carts start at 50 for non locals. You should be in prison for 2 tier pricing. Gouging tourists is absolutely pathetic.

The BIGGEST cannabis store in the world is MORE than just a store. Incredible! Immersive!

The location was convenient and parking was adequate. I had the opportunity to browse the menu on their website. The check-in process was clean and friendly, and they provided a tablet for checking into a virtual registration line. The cashier was also friendly. The prices were reasonable, and the selection was abundant. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Nice selection of pretty much everything, my friend enjoys coming, so I usually tag along for the ride. There is usually some sort of deal on pre-rolls and edibles. We always receive great service and the cashiers are friendly and knowledgeable. Seems to be priced similar to other dispensaries. This location has a consumption lounge where you can purchase and consume prerolls and drinks, whatever you buy must be consumed within the lounge.

Best bud-tender yet! You rock Keaton! I came in to buy two pre-rolls, this guy had me overspending my budget! Just kidding, I could have really burned my money by hitting up a casino but I'm gon' go home and enjoy my evening.

I don't even use marijuana, yet this is still a pretty cool dispensary to check out. I'm unaware of anything like it. It's got a lounge/bar, coffee shop, gift shop, tattoos, and more. When you come in, it's kinda like the DMV. You get added to the list and wait for your number to be called and you go up to one of like 60 bud tenders that will help you. The decor inside is also really cool and All the employees are also super friendly and professional.

A lot of items I went looking for were marked "out of stock." I figured out a second choice while waiting for a turn at the register. It was a fairly long wait since it was very busy. When I got to the register, my second choice was out of stock, so I was given a few suggestions based on what I chose. Then I was able to bundle my purchase with my friend's to get a discount. We were originally planning on getting lunch here, but the restaurant had closed down and there was nothing in its place. We ended up with bottled water and a cold cut pack from the convenience store. It very much was not not what we went for. I was disappointed that so much was unable.

The largest dispensary in the US! Make this your first stop once you land. All ride shares are pulling up constantly so don't worry about not being able to get there if you don't have a car. The check in process was seamless with a valid ID. For those who do not want to enter where the products are, there is a nice comfy bench to sit and wait until your people have finished inside the main area. In the main area, you can log in if you have an account already or just create one quickly. Once that is done, you will receive a text with the number stall you need to go to be helped with your order or any questions you have. Customer service was TOP NOTCH! There is soooooo much product and the value was perfect being from NC! From the pre-rolls to the vapes, to the edibles of all kinds, to the tools and accessories such as smell proof back packs and tees. You want it, and they've got it! The pre-rolls were perfect and the 1/8 of Stizzy was littyyyyyyyy!!! Don't walk, RUN! Nah, take a Uber or Lyft! It's easier. Go get you some HAPPY! It's LEGAL in Vegas!

The best. I was a fan of CuraLeaf but Planet 13 is my new fav in Las Vegas. The service and selection are unmatched. Had a great time here. There's plenty to see and not only was the service outstanding but my fellow customers were chill. I did not have any trouble finding someone to help me and when I was ready to check out, my attendant was so nice and explained everything to me. One special item was cracked in the box, glad she checked and got me a new one. Had she not done that, I would have had chipped glass. Can't wait to go back and spend some time in there to fully explore.

They were super helpful and were able to show me everything with my restrictions! They have a very wide selection of edibles, flower, vapes and even drink infusion! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny! I also went to the Koolsville Tattoo that's located inside and it was absolutely fantastic!

This place is OK if you're local they have good discounts for you. If you're a tourist definitely don't go here they're gonna bust your head. Definitely have to watch out for security. They're on a power trip they think because they have power. They will harass you and they get off on looking for people so that they can walk up and say things to them. I go in there almost every day and Security has a problem every time I park in the parking lot even when no one's there they just wanna come up and say something.

Largest cannabis dispensary in the world, I mean already cool just by that. Inside was huge, including a restaurant, a tattoo parlor, and games. They had a Photo Booth as well. Great experience overall and Jerry was the guy!

Cool dispensary but I was visiting and I know that they are labeled 0.9 but this but this bubble isn't even considered a bubble there so much gone. Is that how these carts are normal

This place is humongous!! It's a stoners paradise. There is so much to see in this store. They have merchandise, flower, edibles, drinks and so much more! It's not only a dispensary, but it's even a restaurant and a lounge in this building. My review is only for the dispensary, I didn't try the other places. To be honest, it's so much stuff in here, it could be overwhelming. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the product so that helps, a lot. They offer deals and they take cards, so that's really nice. The product is prepackaged so there's no smelling anything before hand I'm from LA, there are places you can smell before you buy. Anyway in my experience, service was fast and friendly. I've left out satisfied every time. Mike with the purple dreads was AMAZING! I will always accept his recommendation.

Visited this place on Saturday afternoon, which would turn out to be the second hottest recorded day in Las Vegas. Fun stuff inside had limited time so did not get any of the "packages "to do the experiences. Maybe if we plan better next time we would have some time they said it would takes One to three hours for the experiences how much accurate that is overall great concept atmosphere

So for me when I read a review what I really want to know is if the person writing the review will actually go back and do business at this particular location again. Really that's all that matters right? It's either yes I can't wait to come back or no this place is not for me so what's my answer? The answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!! Great customer service and a great wide range supply of goodies. Going to the world's largest dispensary is kind of cool. I made a couple phone calls I told some friends about this place and we will be back next time we are in Vegas.

Definitely not my scene this is a party stop for out of towners with some pretty good specials for NV residents Pro tip the curb side pick up is around the left past back customer parking. There are zero signs for this Definitely expect a wait - even with a pick up order I've spent well over an hour here. I'd call this a must try spot - not a need to go all the time

Flowers do grow in the desert of $in City. Our hostess Sue at P13 was exceptional offering her favorite flower options to first timers inside such a landscape of a healing wonderland. You could get lost for hours inside if you just follow the electric floor fish. I'll be back to play in the lounge of trial and era. Stay High My Friends!

Every time I go to Vegas, I stop by Planet 13 to see what new products they have. Since my girlfriends had never been, we made sure we visited so that we all had a chance to look around to see if there were any items that we wanted. One of my friend's husband's has back aches so she was able to find a product that helped assist with the pain which she was happy about. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded so we were able to really take our time and read through all the details for each item. Once we all picked out our items, we had to wait for our name to be called in order to purchase them. Even though our name was first on the list, it took them over 30+ minutes to call us up. We were unsure what the issue was so we had to get a staff member's attention to assist us and they profusely apologized for the wait. Outside of that issue, we had a fun time at Planet 13 and the next time we visit Vegas, we will definitely be returning.

I bought a Puffco Proxy from Planet 13 that doesn't work. Doesn't turn on and doesn't charge. I tried returning it the same day I bought it with a receipt. The floor supervisor that works on Sunday night refuses to accept the return or exchange. She said that I have to contact the manufacturer even I bought it from Planet 13. She's rude and very disrespectful. She addresses me as "babe." Don't know why they are employing supervisors that don't know how to properly address their customers. Will never buy from them if that's how their supervisor treats their loyal customer. I'm stuck with a $300 accessory that doesn't work. Buyer Beware. Don't buy any accessories from Planet 13 or you will end up in my situation if the accessory doesn't work or is defective. They accept no responsibility at all. An exchange or in store credit is more than fair. She won't even do that with the receipt and all original packaging. I've been going there for years but will never go there again after this experience.

The half OZ deal is really good. What I didn't like is the curbside rep. Absolutely no personality at all. Poor customer service and this isn't the first time with her. My husband told her we placed 2 orders she didn't acknowledge what he said then later said drily which one do you want? We were like both. Anytime we said anything it was like she was as ignoring us because she never responds. Definitely does not make you want to spend your money here

Weigh your weed people, it might have started off at 7 grams but in those bags the weed dried up over months and it losses almost 2 to 3 grams per quarter, I've done the research.

Cool to visit & see. The selection they offer if stellar & slightly overwhelming for newbies. They have everything you need. They also have a restaurant, smoke lounge & a few more stores inside. Pricing is high but they do offer some amazing perks & the biggest selection.

This is my favorite dispensary for locals deals. HOWEVER....I F'ING HATE new app and website. Absolutely a pain in the ass to use. And, like an idiot I deleted link to old website

Good idea, poorly executed. I drive uber and would recommend people to planet 13 since I have been to their consumption lounge and like the vibrant colors. I went with my girlfriend and played Ganja land and saw the store. As a local it's bearable but it is over priced for the tourist that need a ride there and I've dropped at least 3 tourists there within the last month And haven't been able to get a kickback pay out because of some loop hole or another police change, doesn't mean the guys behind the counter are any considerate either. It's either you have their money to treat you decent or get lost here. Taking my business else where. There are so many other dispensaries

Teri was awesome. Such a kind way about her. She helped me get my local discount and picked good items I enjoyed. It is the employees that make me come back here when I do need anything. She was even understanding when I forgot I needed cash and I had to make her wait while I found a solution. I wasn't even mad that the woman I had brought there, bailed on me during the visit . Thank you Teri for having hope anyways!

The trick with this place is you have to tell them you're a local no matter what- otherwise you're at the freedom of the budtender to charge you whatever they want I came for a couple specific items that were recommended by several friends- lo and behold, we all got charged differently, no it wasn't because of a sale, I wasn't offered any kind of first time discount and my price was the most expensive. I was planning to purchase several items but between the insanely high prices and the incompetence of the budtender I'll never return!

I'm an uber driver, lots of passengers asked me where is a good Dispensary store near by, I often recommend P13. But after today incident, I will NEVER recommend anyone here, period The short bitch at the driver lounge with her attitude, is not acceptable, talking down to me like I owed her something. I recommend P13 to the passengers because is a nice store, gift shop and a interesting store to look around But to be honest, this place target tourists, so overpriced, don't fall for their scam, go somewhere else, if you in a Uber or Lyft, tell the driver to bring you somewhere else beside P13 Lots of people went there once, and never return, they realized how expensive this place is. You probably think "oh you just an Uber driver" But let me remind you P13. When passengers landing at the airport, we are the first person passengers will be talking to. Don't underestimate us. There are so... many other dispensary stores out there I will NEVER bring another passenger here, if someone wants to come here, I will for sure redirect them to somewhere else

The girl with the purple hair is probably the BEST employee here! She is so nice and was willing to just hoops to help! Love herrr!!!!

Visiting from Cali. Their prices are significantly higher than everyone. After waiting for 5 min I asked the cashier if there is any specials or sales, she said no. I was charged $73.00 for 0.02 oz disposable vape. Later on when I checked their website same item and many similar items were half off. Left messages for their customer service. No return call so far. Check your prices before you go there.

We stopped in to check out what all the habla was about. We got there fairly early so we could have breakfast. The restaurant unfortunately was not open. It is being renovated. A nice sign on the website would be amazeballs! We walked around inside for a bit before going into the dispensary. There is a van where you can take selfies. It has smoke blaring out of it like the van on scooby doo. They have a window where you can watch their the edibles being made. It was so cool. We had no idea there was such thing as a $10 tattoo from a quality tattoo artist. We got matching anchor tattoos and they came out awesome. Everything was clean and sterile. Koolville tattoos is a Very professional place and we plan to go every time we're in Vegas.

This place is a tourist attraction ! Huge Everyone was helpful. I enjoyed the bar across the way while waiting for my friend. Computer services help to find what you're looking for . Excellent set up

If you love everything THC and then some you're gonna dig this place. I felt like a kid in the candy store. Any strain any percentage any mode of administration merch smoking lounge, a tattoo parlor and anything more you can ask for this is the biggest dispensary in the world and besides the dispensary there's a lot of cool other places inside here that sell merchandise, tattoos. If you spend more than 120 you get in to a raffle which automatically makes you a winner. I got free flower mind you I had already spent like $200 so waiting in line after being high felt like a difficult challenge, but this place is well worth it. The bud tenders are cool but the Lounge tender was even the coolest. He took our pics even when we were out of the lounge and it was just so cool about bringing me water cause I need to stay hydrated and even through some fruit in my water. I love this place definitely it's the place to be.!

Wow super disappointed in the flower quality. I'm pretty sure they sold me something that they really needed to get rid of. Overstocked / bud tenders please move this product. No effects and flower crumbles into shake with just 2 fingers. Store is huge and has a lot of "flash" but as far as quality and customer service you'll be better off going elsewhere without the gimmicks. Spent about $100 bucks called the store to see if they could do something for me as far as maybe a discount on maybe another better flower. NOTHING! As a senior citizen and medical patient, I rely on cannabis for my medical condition. I will also leave a google review warning patients to go elsewhere. Medical patients are not truly recognized at Planet 13

My review is not for the dispensary, didn't go in there buuuut the whole place/building is cool and has things to do. Apart from the dispensary it has a bar, restaurants and the koolsville tattoo shop which was the purpose of my visit. One of the shops for the "viral $10 tattoos". Our artist was professional and made us feel comfortable. The shop was clean, nice selection and vibes. The place gets super busy and they are flash art tattoos but I mean, a cool Vegas souvenir for sure.

Tried to buy product. Wouldn't let my husband touch it. It's dry and old product. Burned us the last time. Treated him like a criminal because he wanted to make sure he was getting a quality product, which he was not! Going elsewhere.

Hands down, on of the best dispensaries I've had the opportunity to visit. Just walking in is an experience by itself (looking forward to getting my next ink done at Koolsville Tattoo :D ). The triple threat: Service, selection, and value at the dispensary, specially for locals was something else. Best deal for edibles I've come across in recent memory (Ha-Ha gummies are on point, for sure give them a go next time you are craving strong and well balanced gummies ;) ) Thank you for the prompt and attentive service to all the staff, you guys rock!. it's expensive guys for a half gram indica was $100 but leme tell ya, IT WORKS the smell is very strong so i would get a scent proof bag!! i highly suggest!!

07/04/24 They have a wide variety of edibles, weed, etc. checkout process is ridiculous! You can't check out until you're #1 on the list no matter how many open registers you see or if you know what you to purchase. Service is super slow! The prices you see online is for locals only.
