From the moment you get there, the place feels special. The decor is super pretty, everything’s really organized, and it’s easy to figure out what you want. The staff is super nice. I loved it and hope to go back soon!

This is the dispensary you go to for a modern innocent as IKEA store shopping experience. Restrooms are similar to Vegas style casino with check in being a breeze. Great deals on cartridges and early bird 20% discount on fruity pebble bar.

I was driving in the neighborhood coming back from dinner in Irvine with family going home and FOUND thus Amazing Dispensary that I've seen on Social media PLANET 13 WAS AWESOME, great Atmosphere, great customer service.And the staff was so informative due to I have epilepsy got some great advice and great products

Out of all of the dispensaries that I looked at in LA this is one of the only ones that wasn't offering any type of discount or special. The location is nice but a little too big yes they have an array of options but if you don't get a deal especially being a first-time customer I don't understand what the point is going to La and spending so much money when you could go to other dispensaries that offer wonderful discounts. I suppose you could just come here for the experience and being able to say that you went to the biggest dispensary. Other than that the person that helped us seem to not really want to engage in much conversation they seem to want us just in and out

Best dispensary I’ve ever been to. I’m always getting helped with great customer service ! There’s one budtender than stands out from the rest and I have to say it’s Susan. She’s always amazing ! Keep up the great selection of staff ! Will definitely keep coming here !

What’s not to love about this Willy winks of cannabis stores. It’s fun, it’s interactive and staff is helpful and knowledgeable about products. I will say prices are a bit higher than the other average dispensaries but a fun visit.

Went into Planet 13 for the first time today. Yes, it’s huge and fancy, but that’s not all that it’s about. It’s about getting into the right frame of mind. It’s a relaxing, unpressured, informative, atmosphere. I met Cameron who was friendly, fun , informed and very helpful. I’ll be going back to see him often.

Accidentally happened upon this place when I was picking up running boards in the area. Huge store. Really well designed. Definitely a level up from your standard dispensary. One of the largest selections of products I've seen. The personalized shopping experience is great because it gives you a chance to ask questions about products, get recommendations, and discover products you might not have originally come across if you were just browsing on your own. They also carry soft merch and even have a section for dogs. Prices weren't bad, either. The service and selection really shine here. Shop has a huge wow factor and is definitely worth a visit. Looking forward to coming back. Got a nice Valentines rose for my hubby, which was a really nice touch.

NEVER GO HERE. EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED. We ordered online and when we got in the store to pick up the employees told us they cancelled our order. To get the same stuff we were trying to order online - they charged us $25 more for. When we showed them the receipt from ordering they refused to honor it but then proceeded to tell us we're crazy. This guy started talking to my boyfriend from behind the counter when he wasn't the employee even helping us. The lady then said we needed to leave because we got upset that their employee was yelling at us. TERRIBLE SERVICE. overcharged. Yelled at customers. Defended their employees when they spoke rude to customers. There were 10+ employees in the store when it wasn't busy. These two should be fired. Will tell everybody never to go here. They were extremely out of pocket. The product and atmosphere was 10/10 but their employees were awful awful awful

Great Service & Selection just like Vegas. Instagram-able experience. Didn't give the final star cuz they were out of the battery of the specific brand i went there for. But I still got to try another one. The prices are steep due to the freakin' taxes. Quality wise, you get what you invest in. Bring a good budget & don't use ATM inside unless you want a $4 fee. Check their menu online & Google the brands and specific products to see other peoples' reviews of them. WeedMaps is a great resource too.

Had the best experience my last visit my budtender he's was very knowledgeable and had amazing suggestions! I wish I could remember his name and when I do I'll update post! Everything I purchased was quality!

Daily deals aren't what they use to be. Plenty of other places that sell the same selection for a better price. Noticed a pattern from shopping here prices go up on popular Strains very frequently to a point you're better off going somewhere else.

Visited for the first time tonight. This place is huge and looks like an art museum inside. My budtender Cameron was super friendly and helpful. I was surprised how budget friendly this place was considering how large and fancy it looks. They have tons of product to choose from.

Great selection with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take their time to ask you questions and go over every item to see what will fit your needs. Prices for everything is decent but damn the government taxes on them!!!!

Huge place pretty impressive on the inside..a very large selection of products..drinks..smoke..tintures..balms..edibles..pills.the list is long..along with lots of merchandise. The other great thing is if you are a certified medical patient n bring Dr's letter or card..they honor n pretty good discount which i appreciated.prices are sky high probably higher than other places..I highly recommend day visits only because it's in a crappy area of Santa ana..I didn't feel very safe so I brought a man with me they have curbside delivery they send u a text with instructions when u arrive u are supposed to click on a link which I did...NO BODY CAME OUT TO BRING ME MY ORDER..I really did not like that so after waiting a good 20 min I went inside n got my order.employee at the reception was very nice and very helpful..cashier also friendly.they don't give any freebies like most dispensaries.. so don't expect any..lol I got my order left tip end of story..not sure if I will visit again but that was my expierence. They need to wash the damn glass front door it's nasty..wash ur hands after you touch the door handles..no hand sanitizer either..I also want to say THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE INSTEAD YOU ARE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE..LOL ONE EMPLOYEE CALLED ME BACK 2 DAYS LATER..NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE..FOR ME THE MEDICAL PATIENT I DIDNT FIBD THAT VERY HELPFUL PLUS ON TOTOP OF THAT SHE WAS COMPLETELY RUDE..IF SHE DOESNT LIKE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC..SHE NEEDS TO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB..WTH IS SO HARD ABOUT RETURNING CALLS IN A TIMELY FASHION??..RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST.

Ryan made this process super cool ! This place reminds me of the customer service you get in Las Vegas! He explained everything thoroughly and was super chill. He was telling me exactly what the product would do for me! Will be making the drive out to OC for this place.

Very convenient that they accept debit as well with organized queues they also let me take a picture inside the van.

I came in today with my friends and was absolutely impressed by the staff. The variety of items that they have is insane! There was a miscommunication, and I had to return to make an exchange, but management was so easy to work with, they went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely return!

Bad vibes every time ive walked in. Front desk guys look super miserable I feel bad for them. They made me and my little brother feel like checking us in was an inconvenience even though we were the only customers in there lol. Never going back and nobody should come here. There's a lot of dispensaries in the area that are better than this one even if they are smaller.

Fun dispensary to browse. If you are one of them Instagram folks, this is a great spot to take your pictures. Every time we have gone, the budtenders have been knowledgable and extra friendly. I like personable customer service. They are usually really prompt in getting you the help you need, as well as retrieving your product from the back.

I explain to the bud tender that this purchase was solely based on the THC count. I explained that I did not want a refund I just wanted to exchange it for something with a higher THC count even if it cost more. He explained that he couldn't make the exchange even though my purchase was based on their false advertisement. It feels like I fell for the "old bait and switch con" . It's a shame I spent a lot of money there and now I will never spend a dime again or recommend anyone else ever again. Thank you for reading.

I'm glad that they saw the potential in OC to expand here! I have been to their Vegas location and they definitely did a great job bringing the Vegas experience here. The atmosphere is super hip & chill yet premium, with a larger variety compared to most dispensaries in the area! And the staff were very friendly. The pricing is reasonable for this area. They also have daily deals and happy hour every day 7-10 am. Our budtender was awesome she is very knowledgeable about most of the products and was able to tour us around the store. Prices are definitely slightly higher than average but I would still recommend coming here if you are looking for a unique dispensary shopping experience.

Came here on 7/21/21 because some of my fellow Yelpers told me they lowered the prices substantially. Well, the prices are still high as heck here. Today I was quoted $218 plus tax for a half oz of Marijuana. No thanks, I'm still a Kannibis Works customer... I'm heading there now and will enjoy my $50 savings. Ps. They DON'T SELL HALF OUNCES HERE.. just keep buying the 8ths and watch the price go up.

Adriana was the most amazing budtender! She was very knowledgeable and gave me very many options. As someone who is new to weed I needed someone like her to help me out! I was having a rough day yesterday went into Planet 13 and accidentally got the wrong thing. I realized later on and was worried they weren't going to help me. Gilbert ended up helping me and made the switch with ease. He was so kind and helpful it made me forget I was having a bad day. Best experience and best customer service!!

Planet 13 is nice! The layout reminds me of a jewelry store, where all of their products are in glass display cases and they have people on the floor waiting to help you find something or talk you through the different products. They don't pressure you into buying anything either. It's huge, clean, well lit and welcoming. I will agree with Lillie H's review, it is kind of ridiculous to wait more than five minutes for someone to help you when there's hardly anyone in the store but the employees have always been really nice. They have an ATM inside and also take debit card. They are also fine with people taking pictures. It's a completely different vibe than other places and is fun to just walk in and learn about everything.

Planet 13 has products that are always amazing and have different value tiers depending on your budget. They have daily deals and can send a txt in the morning to let you know what they have for that day. They also have a happy hour after 8pm and early bird specials before 10am on weekdays.

Adriana was amazing she recommended the dime cart and I'm glad she did she was friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time to a cannabis shop. Inside the door you have to show your ID and register which took awhile. We went inside and looked at many products is glass cases. Our name was called and our "budtender" came out to help us. I told him I wanted something with CBD for sleep. He showed us some. But there was so much info that I asked him to help my friends first. When I finally decided what I wanted- they were out of it. My second choice was out of stock too. I got really annoyed. I finally decided on my third choice which they had.

Visited Planet 13 Orange at end of October Saturday night around 7:30pm. The store was normal busy and had about 10-15 customers inside with 3-4 people in line. First time buyer will receive 35% off first order so take advantage of the deal. I tried the Next Green Wave brand because this is a Planet 13' own brand that it is very high quality indoor flower with affordable price. Planet 13 have vertically integration on harvesting it's own flowers to control quality and price is what differentiators from other dispensaries. I will stop by again whenever I go visit OC.

Just the fact of you cannot speak to anyone on the phone before you drive an hour is a put off and if they are anything like the last Vegas store . Get ready for a Disneyland experience of long lines and sub par meds . Vegas was loud and people milling around leaning on the cabinets that had products in it

Planet 13 always has such a wide variety of products to choose from. From edibles to flower to vapes, my boyfriend has always appreciated the weed here. I don't smoke myself and not trying to hate on the stoners. But I have appreciated the selection in edibles so that's what I've done the most. The worker that has helped me the most ever since I've been coming here is Ryan. The value of his personality is always so helpful to me. When I hear different things about being a stoner, he always seems to know what he's doing. I even bought a shirt the last time I was here so when I come on the 13th of every month I can get a discount. It's been really nice to come into this store as well because I have been building up loyalty points. And with these loyalty points, it's been saving me money as well on all of the purchases. So I recommend coming to this place to get your weed product because it even lasts quite a while too. The value of the product is such a strong dose as well so it helps us get more for our money. Oh yeah the last thing I want to say is that the area of the location is nice as well. The ball in the front with the water is really nice especially when the sun hits it. The bright red coloring of the ball and colors of the plants here making the place look really good. I have also noticed that their parking lot is always clean when I come as well.

This place sucks. Over priced items. Bud tenders with a lack of knowledge: most of the staff also was just hanging out and chit chatting. Probably one of my least enjoyed visits to a dispensary: Customer service could use a boost in training and more knowledgeable and passionate staff wouldn't hurt. Just a great fun place to come visit. I'm not much of a cannabis person but received a wealth of knowledge by coming here. The staff really knows their stuff! I did not buy anything but did very much enjoy talking to the bud tender and also casually browsing their inventory. They have some great art work and the decorations was just stunning. Would highly recommend any cannabis enthusiast to come check out this huge place!

I have always been the one to wait in the car never really wanted to walk into dispensaries. I love planet 13.. It actually hurts to leave this review. However whoever does the Flower Buying needs to quit it with the Brown Buds. Runway Island Moxie ( usually good ) These flowers are brown, moldy and the THC has degraded over time. I have been stuck with this all week and it feels like I'm drinking coffee. Not taking a bonghit. I realize some of these have been free or as a gift for purchasing and I still say.. Why is this trash even in your lineup?! A little quality control please. I haven't seen buds this bad since the black market days

fbfwself to take away my first time buyer deal and gave me the special instead of my first visit because it was cheater i said ok cool so my friend that's with me for sap she can use her first time.... dissatisfied customer will not return anytime soon..... then we ended up paying i believe way to much.... i feel ripped off and disappointed...... and the guy that helped us wasn't so friendly made it very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience and probably won't be going back when she was sad because it really is a cool looking place had a lot of are varieties but no if they're gonna rip me off, they should've gave me the special they were running it for the day for everybody, so what was my special deal I got for being the first the first time patient nothing they should've gave me both deals together. That's what I think would've been fair.

One of my favorite dispensaries. Huge inventory so you'll probably find what you need. Brooke is incredible when it comes to customer service. Not only will she help you find what you need, but she will let you know the other deals that are going on so you can get more bang for your buck. She is truly a goated bud tender.
