This cool restaurant checked off all the boxes for me! As a Wedding and Event DJ it combined my passion for music coupled with food, movies, exceptional hospitality! My server Tracey was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I really wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was. We had the Chicken Pesto pasta w added shrimp, and Glazed Salmon. The portions were very generous, cooked to perfection, tasty, and an excellent value for the money. It's soooo cool to be surrounded by all the movie memorabilia and costumes. They add a unique vibe to the restaurant that you can feel. There's a cool multimedia music and video presentation constantly going on that adds much to the experience. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is a classic for me! I really enjoy the structure, the big screen, and the DJ who always plays good music. I love the burger options and the sides! I always have to wait a bit for a table, even though I've made a reservation. Their menu has many options! Even the salad is tasty.

Went to Disney Springs for dinner & happened to pop into Planet Hollywood in the off chance. Luckily they had a spare table for 4 people. We were seated upstairs on floor 3. Our server was great, very attentive & took the time to sit with my youngest daughter & help her decide what to have. Food and drinks were bought out quickly. Portion size was fantastic, food nice & hot. We were offered sauces & condiments. Once our drinks started to run low the waitress was prompt to offer refills (& extra straws for the kids). My 2 kids loved the atmosphere & singalongs which were joined in by just about every guest. I can't think of a single negative about our experience, great value for money, great food & service with a brilliant atmosphere.

This restaurant is very special. It has an incredible atmosphere and the burgers and drinks are incredible and delicious. The service makes you feel at home in a very pleasant environment. It’s a highly sought after spot at Disney springs so it’s best to make a reservation or put your name and phone on the list and enjoy the time. If you don’t have US phone number, make your reservation online

Our recent visit to Planet Hollywood was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the energy and atmosphere were lively and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish exceeded our expectations, and even our notoriously picky eater couldn’t get enough! She was happily sampling from everyone’s plates, which says a lot. What truly made the experience unforgettable was how they celebrated my daughter’s birthday. Seeing her name displayed on the big screen lit up her face with pure joy and made her feel like a star. The entire experience was both memorable and family-friendly, with our kids talking about it long after we left. Planet Hollywood delivered both in flavor and in fun, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip! Highly recommended for families looking for great food and a great time.

I had a reservation for 6:45 but we were able to get seated an hour early which we were very grateful for! They sat us right under the dome like screen and our son loved watching all of the videos on there. The food was of course expensive but very delicious. Our service was impeccable! Our waitress was very accommodating to our need with a toddler. She got us the half juice half water, extra straws for when he chews his up, and they brought out his food before ours. It was a great experience! My only complaint is that one of the waiters there thought it was a good idea to literally scream song lyrics for whatever song they were playing at the time. It was extremely annoying while we were trying to have a conversation over the already noisy restaurant and it kept scaring our son.

Planet Hollywood didn't disappoint! The food was excellent, our Server, Jessica C. was phenomenal. She took our order right away, brought refills without asking and even accommodated a request for my husband's birthday!! She had us & a Happy Birthday from Goofy up on the large screens in the dome! The movie clips and sing-a-longs were the perfect entertainment while we waited for our meal, which didn't take long at all!! It has been remodeled since the last time we were there and there seemed to be less movie memorabilia on the way up the stairs. We had a great table on the 3rd floor and would highly recommend Planet Hollywood!!

Google
This place is so much fun! Spent Monday night with my wife and two kids. Service was phenomenal and the kids had a blast! The manager Giulia was amazing. We have a lot of allergies and she was just so knowledgeable recommending entrees and appetizers and even went above and beyond to suggest some places in the Springs where to try some dairy free desserts! We will be definitely back!

Yelp
Great food! Jennifer was amazing. I highly recommend. I have a gluten allergy and they really took care of me.

Yelp
Checking in the Gil's seemed a bit annoyed that we needed to take our stroller in as we had a small child with us. The snobby look, eye rolls and whispering to one another then laughing didn't seem very professional as opening presentation to the establishment. Then it seemed like one of the girls came down to gawk at us as she passed by. She had long nails and braids I think it was no name tags so no name was captured. Anyways I'm glad our server was completely opposite of them!! I believe our servers name was Korey with a K. This young man was very nice and checked on our table not obnoxiously frequent but just enough to let us eat peacefully and yet ask for anything we needed between. As you can see I forgot to photo the meals before but the after photos show how good it was! Our only issue other than the guest check in was the spaghetti plate. The sauce did seem very rancid or acidic not sure we couldn't figure it out other than it didn't taste good. We did let Korey know and he did have to speak to the boss man but it was taken care of with no issues. Ambiance was good for us, it was around lunch time so not overly crowded and the music was good not all crazy. Thank You Korey for being profesional and taking care of the customer and being a nice and friendly server! Job Well Done!! Hope your boss sees this and it's actually nice to see a manager on the floor watching over things instead of hiding in an office until needed!!!

Yelp
Not the Planet Hollywood you remember... Dined here with the family last night. We had made reservations in advance and getting seated was easy enough. First thing we noticed was that there was very little in ways of Hollywood Memorabilia around. At least not on the main floor. We did see Christopher Reeves' Superman costume, so that was cool. The food was just OK. We did get a well done steak when we ordered a medium one. I worked in food service all through college. Mistakes happen. We politely alerted the manager as he was walking by and he told us he would get a new steak properly cooked. What felt like 30 minutes goes by before they brought out another steak. This one was cooked properly. This is definitely a tourist destination so lots of people are there celebrating birthdays. They put people up on the big screen and display their names on the televisions. It's fun but would be better if they spaced it out or did it every 30 minutes. It seemed like we couldn't watch a music video all the way through without it being interrupted by the birthday messages. With all of the nonstop birthday announcements it felt more like a Chuck E. Cheese than a Planet Hollywood. Lastly they must have lost the rights to play scenes from movies and or trailers as they had generic cgi categories like "Super Hero" or "Spy Movie" playing on the tvs. They did have a James Bond montage that played though. I suppose if the food had been better we might have been willing to go back again but with little memorabilia, average service and low quality food I think this is my last trip to Planet Hollywood. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a gimmicky dining experience I'd say the Hard Rock Cafe is a much better choice.

Yelp
Came here with some friends who have been here before and I am so glad they took me here. I really enjoyed the ambience of the place. Everyone was relaxed and to themselves. They immediately asked to sit outside because it's VERY NOISY inside so I definitely suggest being outside and the view outside is nice anyways, as long as you're in the shade. Otherwise, the bar is a nice place to relax with yourself. Our waitress, Maya (I believe) was so nice an attentive. She made sure our waters were topped and that's always a plus in my reviews! The food came out nice, warm, and at a reasonable time. A bit on the $$$ side BUT the nachos is DEFINITELY a value! I didn't realize how huge it was! It really is a serving for two or more and for me, I ate it in three days lol. The food basket of chicken was delicious although you can taste the same oil it was fried in. Overall, I'd come back! :)

Yelp
on such a busy night, we received outstanding service. The food came out hot and fast, even though we came an hour before closing. We still were able to get the same service and experience even with it being so late. I love the big screen with music playing at a decent level for a restaurant, but also enough to get your attention.

Yelp
Great experimental dining room with Hollywood memorabilia from across the ages! Food was great, service was very friendly, and I would enjoy dining here again!

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs for a late lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Since it's right across from the movie theater, it was a super convenient place to grab a bite. At around 2:00 p.m., the lunch rush had died down, so we were seated quickly. If you're planning to visit during peak lunch or dinner hours, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation online to avoid a wait. The Atmosphere: Even at lunch, the place was buzzing with energy. It's a mix of music videos, movie clips, and a lively crowd, which makes for a fun and upbeat dining experience. If you like a place with some action, you'll enjoy the vibe here. Service & Food: Our server, Olga, was quick to greet us and take our drink orders, and everything seemed to be off to a smooth start. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up with our food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich (which was pretty standard), and my wife ordered the bacon mac & cheeseburger--but she was served the classic cheeseburger instead. Since we had already waited about 20 minutes, we just rolled with it. Then, a bit later, a food runner came out with both the pulled pork and the bacon mac & cheeseburger, so it seems like there was some kind of mix-up in the kitchen. Pricing & Overall Experience: Despite the service hiccup, the pricing was reasonable for a Disney Springs restaurant--about $30 per person including tax, tip, and drinks. If you're looking for a casual lunch or dinner while exploring the area, it's a solid option. There are also multiple gift shops on-site if you're in the mood for some touristy souvenirs like T-shirts and sweatshirts. Would I go out of my way to eat here on a regular day? Probably not. But if you're in Disney Springs and want a lively atmosphere with a decent meal, it's a good spot to check out. Plus, the bar area could be a fun place to grab a drink and soak in the scene. Final Thoughts: Convenient location near the movie theater Lively atmosphere with music and movie clips Decent food, but service could be smoother Reasonably priced for Disney Springs Food mix-up was a little frustrating Would I go back? Maybe, but I'd probably try a different dish next time.

Yelp
05/09/2025 Rating: 3.5 This is our very first visit despite coming to Disney Springs several times a year for nearly 10 years. We've gone inside to take photos but that was about it. This weekend, we were celebrating Mother's Day. RESTAURANT: The restaurant is filled with Hollywood paraphenalias ofcourse. So many thing to see from Cousin It from the Adams Family, Terminator, Jackie Chan's Rush Hour suit and more. It's very immersive too with the birthday greeting and huge screen with the camera focusing on the celebrants which was very nice. The restaurant have about 4 floors but for some reason the top floor were left unused. There's also a bar on each floor and outside in the patio with live music. It's a very cool place to be especially if you're a movie buff. SERVICE: I made a reservation via OpenTable...which I appreciate because unlike the Disney App, this restaurant allows us to make reservations without payment and canceling without penalties. Upon checking in, we were given the choice of high top table now, or a regular table for 30 minutes. I did not understand why I have to wait 30 mins. if I had a reservation but went ahead and accepted the high top because we were hungry. Unfortunately, although we were seated right away on the 3rd floor, I soon realized that our table were right outside the restrooms. I asked if we can grab the table near the balcony but they said no. And so, every time someone go in and out of the restrooms, we hear flushing and I can only imagine all the sharticles that were flying out of that corner straight to us. Our server however was Phil, and she was pretty great. Everything we asked for, she said "I can do that!" FOOD: My expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoyed everything we ordered. We had the pulled pork burger with fries, bacon mac and cheese burger with cilantro rice and the steak salad. The fries came in different shapes and sizes which was fun. The cilantro rice were hard and felt like they had been sitting under the warmer way too long. The pulled pork were well seasoned and tender. And the bacon was delicious on the burger, the mac and cheese was a bit dry and not memorable. The salad was surprisingly delicious with lots of pieces of blue cheese and the steak nice and medium pink. Overall, this was a nice experience. Pricepoint is what you'd expect in this touristy spot. The whole family can come and celebrate and go down the movie memory lane. It's too bad they got rid of the bigger props they used to have like the bat mobile. We'll definitely come see Phil again but hopefully far from the restroom. Make sure to make a reservation.

Yelp
What amazing service! We went on a Saturday night and it was busy! Service was excellent and Misty was amazing as well. The food was so tasty and for a chain restaurant it was so good. The environment was cool too! We will be back and Thank you Misty for awesome service! The best we have had in a very long time!

Yelp
Sing along was so fun, food was great and everyone had a good time. service was amazing, especially chuck. hes the BEST server ive ever had. 5 stars overall.

Yelp
Did a team dinner here (40 ish people) They had a reduced menu, and honestly everything worked really well. They got us in on time, food was quick, full marks. Cocktails were fun, staff was attentive. The venue was fantastic, it's set in a planetarium and we ate on 4th floor, they project stuff on the domed walls. Great for a buzzy crowd.

Yelp
The whole reservation system is a mess. We had reservations at 7:15. We stood outside for 20 minutes with everyone who had no reservations. They didn't have separate lines. Then once we get in, which now we are late, they tell us "they're paying their bill, it will only be a few minutes. That's 27 minutes ago. I've been waiting 45 minutes now. They told us our table was ready go to the third floor. We get up there and they tell us they're cleaning the table, that was not true. The people weren't even finished yet so they just had a standing upstairs. I highly recommend not going there to eat, the service is horrible. It makes no sense why they accept reservations, they don't understand how reservations work. The pictures is a table that's empty for five people. We happen to be a party of five, instead of sitting us there, 45 minutes later, on our reservations time, they keep lying about people at our table are paying their bill, now we need to clean the table. The picture shows it all. Now I'm being told that empty table is for VIP and we're not. I don't know why they bother taking reservations Who cares how good the food is if the service sucks

Yelp
I'm here for a pharma conference and we had dinner here last night. We were served from a prefixe menu. The salad was yummy but the dressing was sparingly. Best to serve on the side or toss the salad in the dressing. I ordered the salmon, it had a cilantro rice pilaf & green beans. It tasted like it was printed from a 3D printer. Like an MRE.. add water, form & serve. I only eat farm to table and this was from no one's farm. My colleagues stated it reminded them of hospital food. If I was a POW, that meal was enough torture for me to reveal government secrets, family secrets and my own skeletons to never eat it again. It was a meal you serve your enemies. Do not recommend for personal consumption if you have self esteem & a palate.

Yelp
This was a first visit for me and I came in the early evening. There was little to no wait for a table, our servers name was Sara and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond by suggesting menu items, refilling drinks before we even asked, and clearing trash / empty plates as they were done being used. She was extremely aware and attentive and it made the experience 10/10. All the items she suggested were a hit. We got a Mac n cheese burger which was pretty good, a shrimp scampi which was the star, and their appetizer wheel which has so many options and was worth the buy!! Oh and she suggested a dessert which was probably the best brownie sundae I've ever had!!!! It was HUGE. I'm def coming back and always going to ask for Sara. She's definitely an asset to this restaurant!!

Yelp
4 stars for Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs. The inside was really cool - a lot of different props from movies and there is an upstairs seating area and a main floor seating area with a bar. The main floor seating area also has projectors playing various music videos/movie scenes. The food I tried was pretty good - I had some cheeseburger (forgot the specific name) and a Shrimp Florentine pasta which was delicious. The service could be a little faster but it is also a very busy location so that probably plays a part. Overall, it's a cool place to get a meal and to look around - a lot of stuff to look at inside the restaurant.

Yelp
Great dinner for 8 on August 7, 2025; Chuck, our waiter, was very entertaining and attentive to various requests; the music and sing alongs kept the kids entertained

Yelp
I have been to Disney Springs over 20 times and have never dined at this restaurant! It was a pretty nice night but a little packed so we decided to eat outside it has nice atmosphere as you over look on the balcony. I give it three stars because it is pretty pricey, but the food is actually was good. Inside seating was full of course but a nice experience the higher you sit up on the levels which I believe are four levels and a huge screen to be entertained with. The food temperature was OK, but we did enjoy it. The flavors were pretty spot on and the menu is not as big as I thought but if I had to choose to come back again, I would to try something else and sit inside.
google avatar

Victor B.

Yelp
Food it's OK, just a little disappointing about the the burgers, burguêrs are like onion rings, others with Mac n cheese, they should have an burguer with more meat like hard Rock does. The Ambience it's amazing, specially for the kids, it's fun. Service it's a little low because the restaurant it's packed.

Yelp
First time at Planet Hollywood and we had a great time. The restaurant was packed and busy but everything seem to flow effortlessly. Our server Miguel was the best. He was attentive but not overly. We came to planet Hollywood for my 8year old's birthday dinner. If you tell them it's your bday your name gets put on the tv screen when your dessert comes out it was pretty special to an 8 year old. The chocolate cake was delicious! If you order off the kids menu the kids get dessert included which is ice cream. The portions In my opinion are huge. My husband had the mac and cheese burger which was massive and he said it tasted really good. I had the shrimp florentine pasta which has a lot of flavor normally creamy pastas don't tend to have flavor at restaurants. I could not finish my pasta. The kids had chicken tenders and fries. I tried the 5 cheese dip it lacked flavor so I would not order it again but overall the experience was great and so was the food. If you order your adult beverage in a fancy cup you can get it at the gift shop as a souvenir with proof of receipt. I would go back if I'm back in Orlando. The price for a family of 4 with desert, appetizer, meals and 2 drinks was a little over a 100 and that for me was affordable.

Lauren S.

Yelp
Misty made my birthday amazing! She gave excellent service staying on top of our refills and recommendations for food. She was very nice having the DJ put my name up on the screen for a special moment with my family. Thank you so much for giving myself and my family a great first time experience at Planet Hollywood! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
We had the pleasure of being served by Tracy at Planet Hollywood in Orlando, and I can honestly say he turned a regular meal into a great experience. From the moment we sat down, his energy was on point -- welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He handled our table with care and attention to detail. Drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly how we ordered it, and Tracy made sure we had everything we needed without ever hovering. He struck that perfect balance of being attentive without being overbearing -- a rare talent in hospitality. Even with a busy dining room, Tracy treated us like we were his only table. You could tell he took pride in what he does, and it made a difference. Planet Hollywood is lucky to have someone like him on staff. If you're eating here, ask for Tracy -- he's the kind of person who reminds you that great service still exists.

Yelp
Sara made our experience absolutely amazing! Even at the end of the night we felt so well taken care of and not rushed. The vibes were there fr. Planning to come back just for her! We are so happy with our food, she had some great recommendations and great conversation! Couldn't be happier with this dinner, 10/10 loved it all!!! Go see her!!!

Yelp
This place is like a thunder dome. I was not sure we would survive. Super loud music, super hot inside and the food was definitely not good. I would not go back even if the food was free.
google avatar

Jane M.

Yelp
It can get a little loud inside because of music playing and the crowd at times cheering if something is on the screen. I do like the food esp the Nachos worth sharing. We ate the Prime Kobe.

Kayla R.

Yelp
Chuck!!! That's all we can say... lol, just kidding! We've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years during our visits to Disney, and tonight we had the best service we've ever experienced. Don't get me wrong--we've never had bad service here--but if you want an unforgettable time, ask to be seated with Chuck as your server. He was absolutely amazing! He got us singing, had the entire restaurant joining in, and truly made the night special. Chuck is hands down the best server we've had anywhere--and we've traveled a lot! Huge thanks to Chuck and to Planet Hollywood for a night to remember!
google avatar

Yelp
This place was surprising, well themed, and idiosyncratic. I came here for a birthday, it is well suited for a big group. You can get the birthday person's name displayed on a big screen with their favorite Disney character and sometimes with a camera directed at the birthday person. There were random songs and karaoke sing-a-longs as well. Our party very much enjoyed the experience. The food was good, especially the pasta section. The servings are large and worth the price. Enthusiastic and respectful service. I will come back here again, overall fun ambiance with affordable food!

Yelp
Food was mediocre. Place looks dingy . Service was horrible. Waitress acted like you were bothering her. Don't try to express your dissatisfaction with management they don't care. Plenty better options at Disney springs.
google avatar

Diana S.

Yelp
Planet Hollywood is absolutely stunning. Anyone can visit Disney Springs, even patrons who do not have tickets into Disney World. On that note, Disney Springs is absolutely stunning. Just a note, I visited July 2021, years & months prior to creating a Yelp account. But I figured I'd add my two cents even now because my experience was a culture shock. RESERVATION My sister, niece, and I reserved a table for 3 at Planet Hollywood. I had no problem reserving a table on my phone & the app, which was a OnePlus 6t (android) at the time. And just about 30 minutes later, I received a notification on my phone letting me know there was a table ready for me. We made our way in, they led us to our table. We had no problem getting sat down and getting started immediately. Barely much of a wait time. This was the first day covid restrictions were lifted for Disney as well so they were busy all around! The restaurant was full. But still, I had no issue with reserving via my phone. I know it's not the same if you walk in without a reservation because I heard someone speaking and saying they prefer in-app reservations over walk-ins as we were being led to our table. The people who get served first are the ones with a reservation, as they should. FOOD This is a great choice for those who are picky eaters. Prices are very doable. Everything was very filling and huge portion sizes. Well-made, no complaints. ATMOSPHERE The first thing I noticed about Planet Hollywood was how big it was inside. All those screens and right when we came in Ice Cream by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez was on. So I was like, oh my God there's KPop at Disney! It is quite loud inside. It's booming with hit songs. The lighting is dim for a more cozy vibe. PERSONAL STORY I decided that I wanted the penne pasta with steak instead of chicken, and the server asked me if I wanted to add shrimp to it. I said, "No I'm allergic." I had NO idea it was going to shoot off the number of questions and information on my minuscule allergy that it did. I've never had this type of reaction to that grand of a scale before. I kept reiterating a few times, you can cook shrimp in the same kitchen, I just can't ingest it. And I get where the concern is coming from, and that's amazing! Even the manager came out, the manager looked over my meal before handing me my meal. I was culture shocked. I'm first generation American, my parents are from Poland. I was raised in Polish culture, but I integrated in American society so I have the best of both worlds. To me, an allergy is MY problem and my problem only. I don't expect people to go out of their way to make me comfortable. I was not put on this Earth to make others feel comfortable, therefore, I don't expect it. But I understand some people have major allergies to the extent where they can't even breathe same air as it. I don't know what to tell you, but it was just an experience. Even till this day when I tell anyone I'm allergic to shrimp, I do not get that reaction. OVERALL The food was absolutely delicious. I felt great after my meal, and I was starving from so much walking in the sun at Magic Kingdom. I actually didn't finish all my food. Instead, I opted to take the rest with me as leftovers. It was great to have for lunch the next day too! 10/10 would definitely go back to eat at Planet Hollywood! Enjoyed my stay! Enjoyed my meal!

Yelp
Chili's, if it were ear-splittingly loud, over-crowded, and wildly overpriced. Worst margarita that I've ever had (even compared to Chili's). I also kept getting a random spotlight shined into my eyes, which was cool. Our server, Cory, was great though. My burger was also decent, and my partner's steak salad was yummy from the bit that I tried. Overall, though, a really mid tourist-trap.

Yelp
Great experience! We ordered Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger + The Original Ringer! Overall great service, our server, Tracy, was super tentative and offered great advice for our experience! Look forward to coming back again!

Yelp
Tons of food options at Disney Springs. We decided on Planet Hollywood because I've never been to one. Atmosphere inside is a lot of fun. Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was very good. Came with side of fries and soda. Also ordered a side of Caesar salad. It was all good.

Yelp
I don't know if you'll walk away from here and feel as if the menu was life changing. That does not imply the food was bad at all. What really blew us away was the service. So many places miss that. Every single person we encountered was so polite. And they took a moment to talk to us. Even the staff that came by to clean the table asked us how our meal was. It was a fun experience and loved the vibe inside. Wouldn't hesitate to return.
google avatar

Yelp
I feel like planet Hollywood is always a fun place to come eat. Had in mind to have nachos and a burger but we didn't realize how LARGE the nachos are!! It says it's for 2 people but this can easily feed 4 people! It was a lot, and honestly it was so good but we couldn't finish it. We decided to eat outside which I didn't even know they had since I've always eaten inside. If you like music and fun atmosphere you'll have a good time.

Yelp
We grabbed a same day reservation for Planet Hollywood on the Disney app for 5:45 pm on a Friday night. We ended up arrived a few minutes early but were seated right away - outside in shade after I asked it if would be possible. Our server was attentive and friendly. We started with strawberry margaritas and an order of bbq chicken tostadas appetizer. Both were good. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich, which had a slaw and cheese on top, as well as a sauce. It was a great size and taste, and came with fries.

Yelp
First time at Planet Hollywood. Came on a Tuesday evening and Emily took care of me and my girls. We are here for the big AAU volleyball tournament so naturally Disney springs is going to be 10x busier if it wasn't already. We ate on the patio where the vibes were great and weather was hot, but Emily quickly handled us with care to get us hydrated and get our orders in. Ringer burger, loaded potato, bbq ribs, all delicious. Emily was a great presence to have around during this busy weekend. Huge props to her for being awesome! 10/10 would go back and ask for Emily

Yelp
We visited on a Thursday evening. We had a reservation and they were friendly and accommodating since some of our party was running late. The food was good. They had some great sing alongs on the screen. They post anyone here celebrating. Our waiter Garrett was great. Super personable and efficient. I would return if we come back to the area.

Yelp
It is a marvel to be able to eat inside this globe! Staff were sweet and informative of the many props and decorum around the place. It's like a Museum! Really fun place for the family and a place to check off the bucket list.

Yelp
We had 10 people for dinner tonight and it was excellent. The food was trendy but still delicious. Tracy was our server and he was top notch. They were very crowded and busy when we arrived but we never got that "is he ever coming back??" feeling. Great experience.

Yelp
My husband won a gift card to this restauarnt at the Give Kids the World holiday auction so we decided to use it tonight for dinner. I am so glad we did because despite having been to Disney Springs numerous times before, we had never eaten here. It was a real treat. The ambiance is so fun with music and videos playing constantly. The menu offers plenty of appetizers, salads, burgers, entrees and desserts. I opted for the LA Lasagna because it is one of my favorite dishes and it looked so artistic. The portion size and flavors were fantastic. It was rolled and fried lasagna noodles filled with ricotta cheese and bolognese sauce, with extra tomato sauce and garlic cream sauce. It was delicious. My husband had the prime rib special with horseradish and au jus sauce. It also came with mashed potatoes and green beans. He also loved his meal. We got a New York cheesecake to go. The restaurant has great theming, as well as a gift shop.

Yelp
SUCH a cool restaurant!! A must do if you're in Orlando. Located in Disney springs just off the Orange parking garage is the new planet Hollywood. I say "new" because it was under constructions for a while. Grab a reservation on open table or their website & head there for a fabulous entertaining meal. We got premier seating right in front of the big screen. The wait staff does the YMCA and have names of movie characters. Thor made our night extravagant and worthwhile. I highly recommend the nachos and any steak dish. Walk around the restaurant to see pieces and articles of clothing from celebrities and movies, like Dorothy's dress from Wizard of Oz

Yelp
I'm a little surprised by all the negative reviews. Many complain about the food, but I didn't think it was any worse or better than many restaurants on the Disney property. I mean, yes, there are better places to eat in Disney Springs, but no restaurant in Disney Springs is an absolute must and almost all restaurants on Disney properties are pretty average and geared towards fun family dining and not exquisite culinary dining experiences. Anyway, we were able to get a table without a reservation, but I can see how this place gets busy since when we left, the lobby was pretty packed, so I would recommend reserving a table if you're going during their peak hours. What I liked about this restaurant was that it sort of felt like a themed restaurant you would experience in a Disney park with their over-the-top movie screen. It didn't necessarily have Disney images all the time, but it was pretty cool to see all the music videos and other things that were displayed. Also, unlike many of the themed Disney restaurants, such as Sci Fi Dine In, Space 220, etc., you don't have to reserve a seat here months in advance and you don't even need to be inside a specific theme park. As others noted, the food wasn't anything special and similiar to what you might get at a Hard Rock Cafe, Rainforest Cafe, or any other large themed chain restaurant, but I thought the atmosphere and overall service for the price was well worth it and I think if you have kids, they will like it too without you having to reserve a table months in advance to experience a cool restaurant experience.

Yelp
I enjoyed the decor here, and my burger was pretty tasty. The French fries were delicious, and unique in that they were different kinds of fries. Some thinner, some more potato wedge, some waffle fries. Service was friendly and the restaurant is large, so you can definitely come here with a bigger party of people like we did.

Yelp
Jessica C was honestly one of the best servers I've ever had, not just at Disney, but anywhere. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. She was friendly without being overbearing, super attentive without hovering, and somehow managed to be incredibly efficient while still taking the time to connect with us. She gave great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and had such a warm, positive energy that it honestly made our whole experience that much better. You can tell she really loves what she does, and it shows in every little detail. People like Jessica are what make Disney feel truly magical

Yelp
Love the ambience, great music and visuals too although sometimes the music could be to loud. Every-time I come to eat I always get the pasta. Its super delicious, creamy, and the broccoli gives it a good crunchiness to it. The service is normal nothing crazy

Yelp
We love the High Roller Sampler! I stopped by with a friend for a quick appetizer and we enjoyed it so much! I am a huge fan of the Crunch Chicken and recommend anyone coming here to order it! The Texas Tostadas go well with the Spinach Dip! Chicken Wings were a bit cold but nonetheless tasty. Wish they would serve more jumbo shrimp well. Nonetheless, service was quick especially for a Saturday before a major holiday. We got immediately seated and served within 20-30 minutes. Planet Hollywood is a lovely place with music, lights, and overall great atmosphere. If you're stopping by you can make a reservation online ahead of time just to be safe!
