My family and I always come to Planet Hollywood whenever we visit Orlando. It is a very fun entertaining place with a planetarium style scenic ceiling. They have a really cool sing-along section with good music as well as really cool trailers to movies. They play music videos like the old MTV use to as well. I have a pop culture style music playlist as well which my wife and I find very entertaining. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and very neat. It has a very interesting set up for the seating area to view the really cool ceiling. The portions are extremely huge, so be ready to eat. Biggest plate of nachos I’ve seen ever. The staff was very friendly very engaging. They have a really cool souvenir/gift shop upstairs where the food restaurant is and downstairs when you enter.

Pretty good overall. Service was really good, the chicken basket was a little more greasy than I remembered so not sure I would order that again. Everyone enjoyed the burgers. 🍔 they did forget the ranch on the one burger but my friend still enjoyed it. They all really loved the fries with the combination of curly fries, straight fries and waffle fries. 🍟

Everything was delightful from beginning to finish! We came for my friends birthday trip and I got the Bacon Mac n cheese, best burger ever. Ms. Teri L was amazing server for us, so if you guys come here you should request her! The vibe here is very relaxed and entertaining at the same time.

We made a reservation at Planet Hollywood and our server was Chuck. Regarding Chuck, what an incredible person! He truly knows how to engage people and create an amazing and unforgettable experience! If you come to this restaurant, ask to be served by him, and I assure you that you won't regret it. I will definitely come back and I want to be served by him again. You have an excellent employee!

This was a kid friendly restaurant with a lot of movie memrobilia. This was a concerted movie theater just from the layout and the levels. They project movie clips on the big wall. I have not been to a Plant Hollywood restaurant in decades and I recalled ordering a Fried Lasagna back then. I looked at the menu and they still have it today. The food was okay, but the service was good and the atmosphere fun. The salmon was very tasty though. The Lasagna tastes so much better when my palate was not as refined. I would return for a no frills meal. Again, service and atmosphere was great!

Had not planned on eating at Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs, but decided as we were walking by that we would check it out. Went for lunch and was able to immediately be seated. I’m so glad we went and will absolutely go again. Atmosphere was so fun, food was great, service was quick! Huge shoutout to our waiter, Gabriel S, he was fantastic!

This cool restaurant checked off all the boxes for me! As a Wedding and Event DJ it combined my passion for music coupled with food, movies, exceptional hospitality! My server Tracey was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I really wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it was. We had the Chicken Pesto pasta w added shrimp, and Glazed Salmon. The portions were very generous, cooked to perfection, tasty, and an excellent value for the money. It's soooo cool to be surrounded by all the movie memorabilia and costumes. They add a unique vibe to the restaurant that you can feel. There's a cool multimedia music and video presentation constantly going on that adds much to the experience. Highly recommend!

New logo, same decoration, decent food, decent service. At Disney Springs in Orlando, a reservation months in advance is highly recommended, especially for a large party of 12. Unless you enjoy waiting for hours for a table the same night, book in advance. Huge location, 4 floors worth plenty of Hollywood cinema props, decor and big screens. Very busy and crowded! Food was above average, although my friends pork chop was undercooked and the server gave him a hard time, but after 30mins, the Manager removed from the bill. The sampler which came in a ‘Ferris wheel’ stand was interesting but overpriced. My half chicken wasn’t dry and somewhat tasty, even the salmon and burgers was cooked perfectly. But not a place to offer steaks! Worth to go for the atmosphere and decoration!

Yelp
Lowkey was mad cause we waited an hour to be seated for our reservation BUT once we were seated all anger faded away because chuck our server was the best server i have ever had. Chuck brought the energy and was just an absolute delight, plus he will sing for you. slay chuck. If you eat here request chuck as your server.

Yelp
5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Garrett! We had an amazing experience at Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs, thanks in large part to our incredible waiter, Garrett. He was everything a great server should be -- friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a perfect meal. From the moment we sat down, Garrett delivered top-tier service. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered several spot-on suggestions, and went above and beyond by bringing every available condiment before we even thought to ask. It's rare to find someone so thoughtful and proactive! Garrett catered to all of our needs with a smile and made the entire dining experience smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. Restaurants need more people like him! We'll definitely be returning -- and we'll absolutely be asking for Garrett next time! Highly recommend!

Yelp
We ate here for dinner since we were already at Disney Springs one evening. I thought the experience was very fun! If you tell them you're celebrating a birthday they'll post a message for everyone to see on the giant TVs and the dome TV and if they find you dining they will show a live cam which is funny. The food is standard American fare so expect a lot of burgers. I tried one of the chicken burgers with the hot honey and thought it was fine. The hot sauce reminded me of Frank's red hot with a slight sweetness. If you go upstairs the view of the dome TV is much better than sitting on the first level so if you can, snag a table in the upper levels! There is some fun movie memorabilia scattered on the walls throughout the restaurant but it's a little hard to view when the restaurant is crowded and there are patrons sitting by the walls.

Yelp
Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs is a great spot to grab dinner, especially thanks to its convenient location. The restaurant is filled with fun and interesting movie memorabilia, including items and costumes from popular films. There is also a huge movie screen where they play popular (seasonal) music videos to sing along to or clips from famous movies, which makes the experience feel lively and entertaining rather than just another sit-down meal. Our server, Crystal, truly enhanced our visit. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. They had a pretty extensive entree menu as well as a huge drink menu! Of note, you can order a drink in one of their specialty glasses (that sometimes light up) and take it home with you as a souvenir. Our party ordered a variety of dishes, including the lasagna, baked potato, wings, baked chicken, and I ordered the shrimp florentine. I absolutely loved my dish; the portion size was generous and the flavors were delicious. My only small critique is that I wish the shrimp had come without the tails, since detaching them took away from the ease of eating an otherwise great dish. The rest of my party felt their meals were okay overall; enjoyable, though not especially memorable. Even so, between the fun atmosphere, excellent service, and solid food, Planet Hollywood is a great place to stop for dinner while visiting Disney Springs.

Yelp
Came here for a snack while in Disney Springs. This is one of a few Planet Hollywood restaurants left in the U.S. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a pleasant young lady. We ordered the buffalo wings, fried, and a beer. This place was loaded with movie memorabilia and the ambiance was full of excitement! There was a sever singing " YMCA" with the guest fulling participating, including me! Our order arrived in a decent amount of time. The wings and fries were fresh and good. The beer was cold (from what I heard) and good coming from the keg. All in all, a good spot to escape from the heat of Orlando for a quick, aatisfyin

Yelp
Not gonna lie, I was excited to be able to finally visit a Planet Hollywood. I know this isn't their heyday anymore, and there are only a few left, but I was excited nonetheless. I happened to show up here at the perfect time. Well after the lunch rush and before the dinner influx. Dining by yourself is amazing, there's no timetable to complete your meal, there's no one to rush you, and most importantly, no wrong choices. After being at the host stand I was told all I had to do was go up to the top of the steps, inform them there, and then head to the bar. Sitting at the bar was probably the best and fastest thing to do in here. You get to see a lot of the floor, you get to see a lot of the movie themed decorations and you get kind of a show with how fast the bartenders do their thing. You also get to see the employees interact with one another. Once at the bar I was given a menu and left to look it over. I figured, since this was my first meal in the area I would get an appetizer and entree. For the appetizer I went with the Five Cheese Dip, entree, The Original Ringer. I have to note here, I wasn't expecting Guy Fieri burgers here, but that is what I got, more on that later. The five cheese dip is a mix of Swiss, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, and Asiago cheeses. Include some spinach and artichoke hearts then top with roasted tomato, and you have yourself and appetizer that could be a meal on its own. This come with tortilla chips and flatbread for dipping. The flatbread is not as easy to dip and contain the cheese as the tortilla chips are. However, they are a welcomed addition to the plate. As for the burger, I was a bit disappointed by it. Not because it was a Guy Fieri burger, but because of the way it was prepared. For those that have not had one of his burgers, it's a spectacle. The Original Ringer is a smash burger that is grilled to your liking and then topped with what they call a crispy rojo onion ring, Guy's signature barbecue sauce, SMC (super melty cheese), cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and donkey sauce (garlic aioli). All on a brioche bun. The burger to bun ratio is perfect. And if you know you know, you have to kind of hunch to eat it. But my first bite into the burger I was having trouble. See, they overfired the onion ring. To the point that I couldn't even bite through it. It was fried so hard that the onion inside the coating had nothing to it. Paper thin and almost like hide. You couldn't even chew it let alone bite into it. I had to take the onion ring completely off the burger. Then there were the pickles. Cut almost paper thin that you couldn't even tell they were there, also not able to bit through. In the end, I scraped off a lot of the toppings. If I didn't, it would have turned my stomach. For the price that I had paid, I expected at least totally edible food. However, it was not the best meal. In the beginning, I did come here for the atmosphere, so that panned out. Upon leaving, I had stopped at the store on my way out to purchase some items. I had intentions to only get a magnet, but since the guy working this night was so pleasant to deal with, he talked me into purchasing some shirts as well. It didn't hurt that they were having a sale on them either. Walking out, I noticed that the line to get in here was enormous. The wait times must have been at least an hour at that point.

Yelp
Planet Hollywood has some pretty decent food but let's be real, the main thing you're paying for is the spectacle and the vibes. I believe that your experience here is heavily reliant on the people you bring with you and your guys' willingness to just let loose and have fun! I ordered the BBQ ribs and they were tasty, but I HIGHLY recommend that you guys try their World Famous Chicken Crunch. It's an appetizer of chicken tenders that have a crunchy, sweet coating that honestly was really yummy and different from your usual chicken tendie. Arnold's Lemonade was also a signature drink they had that was refreshing and made me feel good haha! So...the experience. My extended family and I decided to go to Planet Hollywood for dinner since we were already at Disney Springs. It was cool to see all the replicas from all the iconic movies while we were walking to our table. We were completely baffled by the HUGE projection screen in the middle of the dining room where everyone can see all the cool effects and stuff while they were eating. We noticed that every so often the screen would switch to a live camera feed where there would be a prompt saying something like "Happy Birthday Kayla" or whatever and we had a genius idea. Our little cousin who was visiting Florida just got onto the honor roll so we asked our server if we could get him on the screen for his achievement and the server was like "heck yeah!" We wrote his name down on a napkin and handed it to our server and waited... About 15 minutes later they start doing the camera thing again congratulating people and we see his name pop up and the camera is pointed at the table. My whole family starts cheering and we start pointing at our little cousin and just having a good time (some of us are a little tipsy at this time too so it helps haha). Our laughter and cheers were so infectious that some of the tables near us got in on the action, standing up and cheering for our little cousin. The experience was one-of-a-kind and honestly something I will never forget! So...do I recommend Planet Hollywood? For the food, not so much. It wasn't bad or anything but nothing to write home about either. But if you're going with friends and celebrating something special? 100x YES. Get some drinks in you guys, enjoy Disney Springs, and just have fun! Life is too short anyways so spend some money, hang with friends, and just have a blast!

Yelp
Great experience at Planet Hollywood. The food was all very good. I got the mac and cheese burger which I got 10 years ago and it still tasted as good as I remembered it. Massive portion and could have split it for 2 if I wanted but decided to eat it all myself. Server was friendly and accommodating. Also got the tower of apps which was a big hit and had something for everyone. Will definitely be back

Yelp
Everyone was extremely nice but the service was slow. The food was delicious for a chain restaurant. Everything was clean and the ambiance was fun. I'd go back if we were not in a time crunch.

Yelp
Exciting place. Themed restaurant. We tried the Mac & Cheese Bacon Burger. Wow, I can't say I've ever seen this anywhere else in the world. It's really a very good combination of flavors and fresh ingredients. The fried lasagna was very tasty. It is balanced well and is also another dish I have not seen anywhere else. 2 nice dishes, and the portions are very generous. Definitely recommend

Yelp
They are not great with gluten allergies. Service is just average. They also restrict their menu if you have a Disney dining plan despite accepting the plan which is not cheap. Food quality was not great. It is not the worst but there are better places to go.

Yelp
What an amazing experience! Outside of the great atmosphere, music, cleanliness, and food... if you're lucky enough to get CHUCK as your server, you're in for an absolute treat! Electric energy! Positive attitude! Accommodating and welcoming! If you were to think about someone who gives their absolute best in their role - Chuck is the definition of that. We were a table of 10 and Chuck made it an A+ experience. Thank you for making our experience unforgettable. WOW! The Planet Hollywood team is lucky to have you. And we're all thankful to have had this experience with you on Christmas Day!

Yelp
Huge portions, but the sirloin steak ordered medium was really dry and on the overcooked side. The berry and spinach salad was very good. Huge restaurants with 4 levels and very interactive and fun wait staff. Use inKind for additional savings

Yelp
Decided to eat at this restaurant while at Disney Springs. We were warmly greeted and seated immediately. We were with a party of 7 (had made reservations). Our server was very nice, very attentive; great service. We had to talk loudly of course, but we know that we have to be prepared to do so in that environment where whatever is on the gigantic screen will be loud enough for everyone to hear! LOL! The inside of the restaurant is very large, with plenty of space to accommodate many diners. We were actually on the 3rd floor. We ordered the five-cheese dip for a starter. I had a side Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, my husband had the nachos; others in our party ordered burgers, steak, and salmon. Large portions! We all enjoyed our meals and the laid-back, loud vibes. :o)

Yelp

Yelp
Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs isn't just a restaurant, it's a time machine to the '90s with a ceiling big enough to rival a planetarium. Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs is one of those places you absolutely have to do once. It's loud, it's over the top, it's touristy to the core -- and somehow, that's exactly what makes it fun. Let's start with the building: the massive blue dome rising out of Disney Springs like a spaceship that crash-landed in the middle of Florida. Step inside and look up -- the ceiling itself is worth the price of admission. Giant video screens wrap the dome, blasting music videos, movie clips, and enough neon to give you flashbacks to the '90s. It's sensory overload in the best possible way. History check: Planet Hollywood first opened in 1991 in New York City, backed by Hollywood heavyweights like Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The chain became a '90s pop culture juggernaut -- restaurants all over the world, each one stuffed with movie props. The Disney Springs location opened in the mid-'90s and got a full makeover in 2017 into the "Planet Hollywood Observatory," adding the giant dome ceiling and an updated vibe. It's one of the last big Planet Hollywoods still standing -- a living time capsule of when movie stars also sold burgers. The restaurant itself is huge -- multiple levels of seating, all with views of the central stage/screen area. You could host a small city council meeting here and still have room for dessert. The menu is all about indulgence. Giant burgers (some designed by celebrity chef Guy Fieri), over-the-top milkshakes, ribs, nachos, and pasta dishes big enough to feed a family of four. It's not Michelin-star dining, but it's comfort food designed to make you smile and loosen your belt. Service is solid, especially considering the scale. The staff keeps the chaos moving and somehow manages to get food and drinks to your table while the entire dome is screaming along to Bon Jovi. So here's the truth: Planet Hollywood is not subtle. It's not refined. It's a theme restaurant turned up to eleven. But the nostalgia, the movie memorabilia, the sheer size of the place -- it's something you'll remember. Come here once, take in the ceiling, order a ridiculous burger, and soak up the neon-fueled spectacle. After that? You've checked it off the list -- mission accomplished. Come once for the burgers, the props, and the dome -- then brag you survived dinner inside a pop culture shrine.

Yelp
Came here with some friends who have been here before and I am so glad they took me here. I really enjoyed the ambience of the place. Everyone was relaxed and to themselves. They immediately asked to sit outside because it's VERY NOISY inside so I definitely suggest being outside and the view outside is nice anyways, as long as you're in the shade. Otherwise, the bar is a nice place to relax with yourself. Our waitress, Maya (I believe) was so nice an attentive. She made sure our waters were topped and that's always a plus in my reviews! The food came out nice, warm, and at a reasonable time. A bit on the $$$ side BUT the nachos is DEFINITELY a value! I didn't realize how huge it was! It really is a serving for two or more and for me, I ate it in three days lol. The food basket of chicken was delicious although you can taste the same oil it was fried in. Overall, I'd come back! :)

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by Planet Hollywood in Disney Springs for a late lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Since it's right across from the movie theater, it was a super convenient place to grab a bite. At around 2:00 p.m., the lunch rush had died down, so we were seated quickly. If you're planning to visit during peak lunch or dinner hours, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation online to avoid a wait. The Atmosphere: Even at lunch, the place was buzzing with energy. It's a mix of music videos, movie clips, and a lively crowd, which makes for a fun and upbeat dining experience. If you like a place with some action, you'll enjoy the vibe here. Service & Food: Our server, Olga, was quick to greet us and take our drink orders, and everything seemed to be off to a smooth start. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up with our food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich (which was pretty standard), and my wife ordered the bacon mac & cheeseburger--but she was served the classic cheeseburger instead. Since we had already waited about 20 minutes, we just rolled with it. Then, a bit later, a food runner came out with both the pulled pork and the bacon mac & cheeseburger, so it seems like there was some kind of mix-up in the kitchen. Pricing & Overall Experience: Despite the service hiccup, the pricing was reasonable for a Disney Springs restaurant--about $30 per person including tax, tip, and drinks. If you're looking for a casual lunch or dinner while exploring the area, it's a solid option. There are also multiple gift shops on-site if you're in the mood for some touristy souvenirs like T-shirts and sweatshirts. Would I go out of my way to eat here on a regular day? Probably not. But if you're in Disney Springs and want a lively atmosphere with a decent meal, it's a good spot to check out. Plus, the bar area could be a fun place to grab a drink and soak in the scene. Final Thoughts: Convenient location near the movie theater Lively atmosphere with music and movie clips Decent food, but service could be smoother Reasonably priced for Disney Springs Food mix-up was a little frustrating Would I go back? Maybe, but I'd probably try a different dish next time.

Yelp
Loved the vibrant atmosphere and amazing movie memorabilia! The burgers were juicy, the fries crispy, and the service was warm and attentive. A great spot for both movie fans and anyone craving a fun dining experience in Orlando!

Yelp
on such a busy night, we received outstanding service. The food came out hot and fast, even though we came an hour before closing. We still were able to get the same service and experience even with it being so late. I love the big screen with music playing at a decent level for a restaurant, but also enough to get your attention.

Yelp
Did a team dinner here (40 ish people) They had a reduced menu, and honestly everything worked really well. They got us in on time, food was quick, full marks. Cocktails were fun, staff was attentive. The venue was fantastic, it's set in a planetarium and we ate on 4th floor, they project stuff on the domed walls. Great for a buzzy crowd.

Yelp
05/09/2025 Rating: 3.5 This is our very first visit despite coming to Disney Springs several times a year for nearly 10 years. We've gone inside to take photos but that was about it. This weekend, we were celebrating Mother's Day. RESTAURANT: The restaurant is filled with Hollywood paraphenalias ofcourse. So many thing to see from Cousin It from the Adams Family, Terminator, Jackie Chan's Rush Hour suit and more. It's very immersive too with the birthday greeting and huge screen with the camera focusing on the celebrants which was very nice. The restaurant have about 4 floors but for some reason the top floor were left unused. There's also a bar on each floor and outside in the patio with live music. It's a very cool place to be especially if you're a movie buff. SERVICE: I made a reservation via OpenTable...which I appreciate because unlike the Disney App, this restaurant allows us to make reservations without payment and canceling without penalties. Upon checking in, we were given the choice of high top table now, or a regular table for 30 minutes. I did not understand why I have to wait 30 mins. if I had a reservation but went ahead and accepted the high top because we were hungry. Unfortunately, although we were seated right away on the 3rd floor, I soon realized that our table were right outside the restrooms. I asked if we can grab the table near the balcony but they said no. And so, every time someone go in and out of the restrooms, we hear flushing and I can only imagine all the sharticles that were flying out of that corner straight to us. Our server however was Phil, and she was pretty great. Everything we asked for, she said "I can do that!" FOOD: My expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised to enjoyed everything we ordered. We had the pulled pork burger with fries, bacon mac and cheese burger with cilantro rice and the steak salad. The fries came in different shapes and sizes which was fun. The cilantro rice were hard and felt like they had been sitting under the warmer way too long. The pulled pork were well seasoned and tender. And the bacon was delicious on the burger, the mac and cheese was a bit dry and not memorable. The salad was surprisingly delicious with lots of pieces of blue cheese and the steak nice and medium pink. Overall, this was a nice experience. Pricepoint is what you'd expect in this touristy spot. The whole family can come and celebrate and go down the movie memory lane. It's too bad they got rid of the bigger props they used to have like the bat mobile. We'll definitely come see Phil again but hopefully far from the restroom. Make sure to make a reservation.

Yelp
This was a first visit for me and I came in the early evening. There was little to no wait for a table, our servers name was Sara and she was phenomenal. She went above and beyond by suggesting menu items, refilling drinks before we even asked, and clearing trash / empty plates as they were done being used. She was extremely aware and attentive and it made the experience 10/10. All the items she suggested were a hit. We got a Mac n cheese burger which was pretty good, a shrimp scampi which was the star, and their appetizer wheel which has so many options and was worth the buy!! Oh and she suggested a dessert which was probably the best brownie sundae I've ever had!!!! It was HUGE. I'm def coming back and always going to ask for Sara. She's definitely an asset to this restaurant!!

Yelp
4 stars for Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs. The inside was really cool - a lot of different props from movies and there is an upstairs seating area and a main floor seating area with a bar. The main floor seating area also has projectors playing various music videos/movie scenes. The food I tried was pretty good - I had some cheeseburger (forgot the specific name) and a Shrimp Florentine pasta which was delicious. The service could be a little faster but it is also a very busy location so that probably plays a part. Overall, it's a cool place to get a meal and to look around - a lot of stuff to look at inside the restaurant.

Adam S.

Yelp
Planet Hollywood at Disney delivers an incredible experience every single time. The atmosphere, energy, and service are consistently top-notch, and the food is exactly what you hope for on a Disney trip--fun, flavorful, and memorable. That said, they really need to change the soap dispenser in the men's bathroom next to the bar with the black marble. Everything else is polished and impressive, but the soap dispenser in that specific restroom needs to be fixed or replaced. Aside from that one maintenance issue, Planet Hollywood absolutely earns its five stars. I'll keep coming back--and I hope next time that soap dispenser by the black marble bar area is finally updated

Yelp
I have been to Disney Springs over 20 times and have never dined at this restaurant! It was a pretty nice night but a little packed so we decided to eat outside it has nice atmosphere as you over look on the balcony. I give it three stars because it is pretty pricey, but the food is actually was good. Inside seating was full of course but a nice experience the higher you sit up on the levels which I believe are four levels and a huge screen to be entertained with. The food temperature was OK, but we did enjoy it. The flavors were pretty spot on and the menu is not as big as I thought but if I had to choose to come back again, I would to try something else and sit inside.

Yelp
Food it's OK, just a little disappointing about the the burgers, burguêrs are like onion rings, others with Mac n cheese, they should have an burguer with more meat like hard Rock does. The Ambience it's amazing, specially for the kids, it's fun. Service it's a little low because the restaurant it's packed.

Yelp
Not the Planet Hollywood you remember... Dined here with the family last night. We had made reservations in advance and getting seated was easy enough. First thing we noticed was that there was very little in ways of Hollywood Memorabilia around. At least not on the main floor. We did see Christopher Reeves' Superman costume, so that was cool. The food was just OK. We did get a well done steak when we ordered a medium one. I worked in food service all through college. Mistakes happen. We politely alerted the manager as he was walking by and he told us he would get a new steak properly cooked. What felt like 30 minutes goes by before they brought out another steak. This one was cooked properly. This is definitely a tourist destination so lots of people are there celebrating birthdays. They put people up on the big screen and display their names on the televisions. It's fun but would be better if they spaced it out or did it every 30 minutes. It seemed like we couldn't watch a music video all the way through without it being interrupted by the birthday messages. With all of the nonstop birthday announcements it felt more like a Chuck E. Cheese than a Planet Hollywood. Lastly they must have lost the rights to play scenes from movies and or trailers as they had generic cgi categories like "Super Hero" or "Spy Movie" playing on the tvs. They did have a James Bond montage that played though. I suppose if the food had been better we might have been willing to go back again but with little memorabilia, average service and low quality food I think this is my last trip to Planet Hollywood. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a gimmicky dining experience I'd say the Hard Rock Cafe is a much better choice.

Yelp
We had the Texas Tostadas as our meal and they were wonderful. Our waitress, Sara, was wonderful as well. Happy Birthday to her! All around a great experience. We will definitely be back

Yelp
What amazing service! We went on a Saturday night and it was busy! Service was excellent and Misty was amazing as well. The food was so tasty and for a chain restaurant it was so good. The environment was cool too! We will be back and Thank you Misty for awesome service! The best we have had in a very long time!

Yelp
This place was surprising, well themed, and idiosyncratic. I came here for a birthday, it is well suited for a big group. You can get the birthday person's name displayed on a big screen with their favorite Disney character and sometimes with a camera directed at the birthday person. There were random songs and karaoke sing-a-longs as well. Our party very much enjoyed the experience. The food was good, especially the pasta section. The servings are large and worth the price. Enthusiastic and respectful service. I will come back here again, overall fun ambiance with affordable food!

Yelp
I'm here for a pharma conference and we had dinner here last night. We were served from a prefixe menu. The salad was yummy but the dressing was sparingly. Best to serve on the side or toss the salad in the dressing. I ordered the salmon, it had a cilantro rice pilaf & green beans. It tasted like it was printed from a 3D printer. Like an MRE.. add water, form & serve. I only eat farm to table and this was from no one's farm. My colleagues stated it reminded them of hospital food. If I was a POW, that meal was enough torture for me to reveal government secrets, family secrets and my own skeletons to never eat it again. It was a meal you serve your enemies. Do not recommend for personal consumption if you have self esteem & a palate.

Yelp
Planet Hollywood is absolutely stunning. Anyone can visit Disney Springs, even patrons who do not have tickets into Disney World. On that note, Disney Springs is absolutely stunning. Just a note, I visited July 2021, years & months prior to creating a Yelp account. But I figured I'd add my two cents even now because my experience was a culture shock. RESERVATION My sister, niece, and I reserved a table for 3 at Planet Hollywood. I had no problem reserving a table on my phone & the app, which was a OnePlus 6t (android) at the time. And just about 30 minutes later, I received a notification on my phone letting me know there was a table ready for me. We made our way in, they led us to our table. We had no problem getting sat down and getting started immediately. Barely much of a wait time. This was the first day covid restrictions were lifted for Disney as well so they were busy all around! The restaurant was full. But still, I had no issue with reserving via my phone. I know it's not the same if you walk in without a reservation because I heard someone speaking and saying they prefer in-app reservations over walk-ins as we were being led to our table. The people who get served first are the ones with a reservation, as they should. FOOD This is a great choice for those who are picky eaters. Prices are very doable. Everything was very filling and huge portion sizes. Well-made, no complaints. ATMOSPHERE The first thing I noticed about Planet Hollywood was how big it was inside. All those screens and right when we came in Ice Cream by BLACKPINK and Selena Gomez was on. So I was like, oh my God there's KPop at Disney! It is quite loud inside. It's booming with hit songs. The lighting is dim for a more cozy vibe. PERSONAL STORY I decided that I wanted the penne pasta with steak instead of chicken, and the server asked me if I wanted to add shrimp to it. I said, "No I'm allergic." I had NO idea it was going to shoot off the number of questions and information on my minuscule allergy that it did. I've never had this type of reaction to that grand of a scale before. I kept reiterating a few times, you can cook shrimp in the same kitchen, I just can't ingest it. And I get where the concern is coming from, and that's amazing! Even the manager came out, the manager looked over my meal before handing me my meal. I was culture shocked. I'm first generation American, my parents are from Poland. I was raised in Polish culture, but I integrated in American society so I have the best of both worlds. To me, an allergy is MY problem and my problem only. I don't expect people to go out of their way to make me comfortable. I was not put on this Earth to make others feel comfortable, therefore, I don't expect it. But I understand some people have major allergies to the extent where they can't even breathe same air as it. I don't know what to tell you, but it was just an experience. Even till this day when I tell anyone I'm allergic to shrimp, I do not get that reaction. OVERALL The food was absolutely delicious. I felt great after my meal, and I was starving from so much walking in the sun at Magic Kingdom. I actually didn't finish all my food. Instead, I opted to take the rest with me as leftovers. It was great to have for lunch the next day too! 10/10 would definitely go back to eat at Planet Hollywood! Enjoyed my stay! Enjoyed my meal!

Yelp
First time at Planet Hollywood and we had a great time. The restaurant was packed and busy but everything seem to flow effortlessly. Our server Miguel was the best. He was attentive but not overly. We came to planet Hollywood for my 8year old's birthday dinner. If you tell them it's your bday your name gets put on the tv screen when your dessert comes out it was pretty special to an 8 year old. The chocolate cake was delicious! If you order off the kids menu the kids get dessert included which is ice cream. The portions In my opinion are huge. My husband had the mac and cheese burger which was massive and he said it tasted really good. I had the shrimp florentine pasta which has a lot of flavor normally creamy pastas don't tend to have flavor at restaurants. I could not finish my pasta. The kids had chicken tenders and fries. I tried the 5 cheese dip it lacked flavor so I would not order it again but overall the experience was great and so was the food. If you order your adult beverage in a fancy cup you can get it at the gift shop as a souvenir with proof of receipt. I would go back if I'm back in Orlando. The price for a family of 4 with desert, appetizer, meals and 2 drinks was a little over a 100 and that for me was affordable.

Yelp
Tons of food options at Disney Springs. We decided on Planet Hollywood because I've never been to one. Atmosphere inside is a lot of fun. Ordered a chicken sandwich. It was very good. Came with side of fries and soda. Also ordered a side of Caesar salad. It was all good.

Yelp
The whole reservation system is a mess. We had reservations at 7:15. We stood outside for 20 minutes with everyone who had no reservations. They didn't have separate lines. Then once we get in, which now we are late, they tell us "they're paying their bill, it will only be a few minutes. That's 27 minutes ago. I've been waiting 45 minutes now. They told us our table was ready go to the third floor. We get up there and they tell us they're cleaning the table, that was not true. The people weren't even finished yet so they just had a standing upstairs. I highly recommend not going there to eat, the service is horrible. It makes no sense why they accept reservations, they don't understand how reservations work. The pictures is a table that's empty for five people. We happen to be a party of five, instead of sitting us there, 45 minutes later, on our reservations time, they keep lying about people at our table are paying their bill, now we need to clean the table. The picture shows it all. Now I'm being told that empty table is for VIP and we're not. I don't know why they bother taking reservations Who cares how good the food is if the service sucks

Yelp
I feel like planet Hollywood is always a fun place to come eat. Had in mind to have nachos and a burger but we didn't realize how LARGE the nachos are!! It says it's for 2 people but this can easily feed 4 people! It was a lot, and honestly it was so good but we couldn't finish it. We decided to eat outside which I didn't even know they had since I've always eaten inside. If you like music and fun atmosphere you'll have a good time.

Yelp
We grabbed a same day reservation for Planet Hollywood on the Disney app for 5:45 pm on a Friday night. We ended up arrived a few minutes early but were seated right away - outside in shade after I asked it if would be possible. Our server was attentive and friendly. We started with strawberry margaritas and an order of bbq chicken tostadas appetizer. Both were good. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich, which had a slaw and cheese on top, as well as a sauce. It was a great size and taste, and came with fries.

Yelp
Checking in the Gil's seemed a bit annoyed that we needed to take our stroller in as we had a small child with us. The snobby look, eye rolls and whispering to one another then laughing didn't seem very professional as opening presentation to the establishment. Then it seemed like one of the girls came down to gawk at us as she passed by. She had long nails and braids I think it was no name tags so no name was captured. Anyways I'm glad our server was completely opposite of them!! I believe our servers name was Korey with a K. This young man was very nice and checked on our table not obnoxiously frequent but just enough to let us eat peacefully and yet ask for anything we needed between. As you can see I forgot to photo the meals before but the after photos show how good it was! Our only issue other than the guest check in was the spaghetti plate. The sauce did seem very rancid or acidic not sure we couldn't figure it out other than it didn't taste good. We did let Korey know and he did have to speak to the boss man but it was taken care of with no issues. Ambiance was good for us, it was around lunch time so not overly crowded and the music was good not all crazy. Thank You Korey for being profesional and taking care of the customer and being a nice and friendly server! Job Well Done!! Hope your boss sees this and it's actually nice to see a manager on the floor watching over things instead of hiding in an office until needed!!!
