"After nearly 30 years on the Las Vegas Strip, the Planet Hollywood Restaurant and Bar inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace has closed, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Las Vegas Strip restaurant permanently closed on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 25. The restaurant initially opened in the Forum Shops back in 1994. In 2012, it relocated into a 9,200-square-foot space on the mall’s third floor. The restaurant was known for its casual dining, but moreso for the celebrity memorabilia that covered the walls." - Janna Karel

If you don’t read anything else in this review, ASK FOR “CHANDA” TO BE YOUR WAITRESS!!! You WILL NOT REGRET IT! She really made this visit amazing. She is hilarious, attentive, I’m observant, and has an amazing accent!! Planet Hollywood, Give this lady a raise because she made this review be 5 stars! —— I came here at 6:50pm on a Monday evening to get some dinner with my friends. There was a little line because the host left lol. A waitress, Chanda, came and helped out. I loved her energy and was really glad when she turned out to be our waitress. We ordered at 7:03pm. We got the high roller sampler to start. I got ribs as my meal. One friend got a bbq pizza and the other got the blackened chicken pasta. There are TVs located around the restaurant and even a place to buy merchandise at the front. The music was decent. I would suggest some variety in the genres to appeal to all audiences (R&B and hip hop for example). I loved the seating. It was couch like and comfy. The 3 sauces for the app came at 7:17pm and the app itself came 2 minutes later. There was ranch, sirahi mayo, and creole mustard. My friend ordered some type of a shake and it arrived 7:18pm. Our food came around 7:25pm. Boy. We had so much food on the table!! The shrimps and tenders on the appetizers were my favorite! So delicious. While the breading on each is similar the flavors are different! There was pita chips to go with the tasty cheese dip. If I had to complain, I would say that there wasn’t enough pita chips for the amount of dip we got. I don’t eat Buffalo wings, and I didn’t get any or the nachos, lol. My fries are crunchy and tasty. I got bbq sauce for dipping! The Sriracha mayo was actually good. It was meant for the shrimp but I dipped my fries in it. My ribs were simply okay. I prefer my ribs to be charred. I ate one and that was it, which was fine because I was already full, which is why I didn’t say anything. However, Chanda noticed I hadn’t really touched my ribs and asked if I didn’t like them. I told her about my preference and she went and had them cooked longer. They came out PERFECT!!!! I ended up eating 2-3 more, even though I was full because I wanted to enjoy it fresh. Now that’s some great observation and customer service. We would come back JUST for her!

We had dinner here on Dec 5, 2022. We were searching for somewhere we’d never been before. We received friendly and helpful service from the moment we walked in. The food was great. I had been craving a Philly cheesesteak for quite some time. The one I had at Planet Hollywood was as good as any I’ve ever had. And the chicken Caesar salad my husband had was more chicken than salad! We declined dessert as we were going to walk off our dinner on the strip and find something there. Our server gave us several great suggestions which we eventually followed up on, during the course of our stay. We enjoyed the decor and the food and service.

The service was very good and the staff was friendly. The food was acceptable, but not award winning. The restaurant was actually quiet with only a few couples. It was clean. I tried the L.A. Lasagna and my wife enjoyed the salmon. It turned out to be an expensive mediocre meal.

This hotel was awesome and very convenient location on the strip. I love the different shops that are within the hotel itself as well as the MAC Store. Had a blast staying here and will stay here again my next trip to Vegas. I had a room with the Bellagio view and I loved it

So this place has a cool overall look due to the movie props. It's really dated inside. The floors have duct tape patch holes on the floor and the bathrooms just need to be updated. The cushion in the bench seats are sagging really bad. The wings were good but their hot wings are just standard and not worth the price tag. Some of the other food like the fajitas were good but the prep on the tortillas in a piece of checkered paper made them dry and hard. If they put some effort into cleaning up the place. It could be an excellent place to eat.

Steak was really great, but mashed potato on side could be better. Do not order coffee at that place, especially if you are from Europe. It looks like they don't know what's latte should be: the waiter brought me a big cup (like tall in Starbucks) of something black with drop of milk. Otherwise: place has stylish decoration, and service is target good.

OK service, cool atmosphere. Although the house salad was fresh & crisp with an innovative dressing and the french fries came in a cool wire basket, the food was too expensive for what you get. Only with coupons (readily available: "$10 off of $20" & "$10 off of $30" easily found with quick search) was our meal a good deal. Decent for two, however won't be much help for parties of 3 or more. Drink water or beer 'cause sodas are $3.99. OUCH!!! I found HRC a better choice for similar type of experience with more interesting memorabilia & a menu with better choices for my taste: equivalent price & coupon availability. Bottom line: go by yourself or with one other person, drink water & bring a coupon. Otherwise prepare to be underwhelmed.

Great place food was excellent great presentation staff was courteous. Deserts are fabulous. Price point is what you would expect for las vegas. Definitely worth it got the martini(no alcohol comes in huge martini glass) sundae for desert $15 more than enough for 4 adults to share good family place
