I stayed in their 2 queen bed room with a view of the strip. At check-in, we had a very helpful employee get us checked in early with a late check out. He remembered us at checkout and made sure we had a great time. The housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and sweet. They wouldn't touch the tip left in my room until I chased them down and gave it to them. The bed was very comfortable. I had a shower and a very nice deep tub, which was awesome for my tired body after so much walking every day. The hall and casino carpets are in serious need of cleaning or replacement. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We were right in the heart of the strip. Everything was in walking distance. There are 2 Starbucks in Planet Hollywood. There is a huge mall attached with plenty to see and do. There is also a Walgreens right around the corner.

Wonderful relaxing spa oasis in a run down old casino. This spa is unlike the rest of the hotel. It’s a place to exercise and then rest and rejuvenate your soul. The spa is divided by men and women’s sides as the areas are both clothing optional. There’s robes and slippers and lockers to use. You are greeted and assigned a locker you put your own code in for safe keeping of your belongings while you enjoy the amenities. They have a large hot tub with soft jets moving the warm water. There’s also a hot and dry sauna. The dry sauna is cedar and the wet sauna is made with subway tiles. I quite enjoyed the wet sauna. I booked an 80 minute full body massage. The massage therapist, Gerry, was very skillful in his task. I had a full day at the spa one day. There’s a full spa menu including manicures, facials, haircuts and makeup application to name just a few. You can go to the fitness centre first and get a workout in and then relax and enjoy the spa offerings and then take a shower with all the toiletries provided for your use. No need to bring all your soaps and shampoo or razor with you. It’s all for the taking. They have bottled water and it’s either room temperature or refrigerated as you prefer. There’s also fruit and coffee in the lounge area while you wait for your massage appointment or other services. The staff come and get you when it’s time for your appointment and escort you there and back. I would highly recommend this spa.

I went here for a hot stone massage that included hand/feet paraffin wax treatment and had a wonderful experience. My masseuse was Sheila and she was so great. She asked great questions on my problem areas, she was super friendly and accommodate my preferences for pressure, heat, and even the scent in the room. The paraffin treatment was perfect, given how dry my skin has felt. This was the perfect way to start the day. I definitely would go back.

Jacuzzi jets didn't work. Rolled towels for use were a mess. Steam room out of order. No shared pool for my husband and I to share. Showers were dirty. I posted one of the shower heads. Messy storage rooms open for guests to see. Only plus was the lady at the front desk was very nice, when she was at the front, which was hardly ever. Luckily a day pass was free with hotel stay. Would be more upset if I had to pay to use. This hotel is wonderful though! But don't recommend the spa.

This has been one of the best massages I’ve had in Vegas so far. Lindsey was my massager on a Sunday morning and she really made me feel so much better. As a lash artist I hunch over a lot and sit very stationary, and she took all that into consideration as I received my massage. I can honestly say even though it’s been almost two weeks since I saw her, it has helped me in my day-to-day comfort even now. Their spa was very nice and clean, though there is no spinner to de-water your bathing suit after using the spa/hot tub and sauna’s. The wet sauna was broken when I arrived, so only the dry sauna was working. The front desk was also really sweet and made us feel very welcome and pampered. Next time I go to Vegas, I’ll be sure to visit this Spa again for sure and enjoy their amenities!

Had tons of fun thinking about booking a trips with the kids. Food was good and drinks was awesome. The spa was super clean and incredible. Staff was nice and polite across the entire hotel.

Was excited to try the spa and booked a massage. Truthfully, as someone who travels a bit and has been to more than my fair share of spas this one wasn’t the best or worst. The biggest downside for me was the massage therapist not LISTENING to me. She was super friendly and did the massage but as someone who can stand a fair amount of pressure the pain I felt during this massage bordered on ridiculous. I asked for medium pressure which honestly felt like a deep tissue sports massage. I mentioned it hurt and to lighten a bit and she said ok then proceeded to continue with the same deep painful prodding. I mentioned several times that the pressure was too much and though she replied she continued to press like I was there for deep muscle therapy and not relaxation. Several times the pain got so intense my body would jerk suddenly and she’d day sorry then return to assaulting the same spot over again. After the massage finally ended she put my robe across my body and asked me to fill out the tip portion of the tab on the counter and said “I’ll be waiting outside the door”. I have never felt so rushed out of a room in my life. I dressed quickly and left, opting for some Advil when I got back to my room. A couple hours later my back legitimately felt bruised and the relaxation I’d been seeking never came. Honestly the experience was not worth the money I spent.

It was a pretty good place to go for a spa day. Good massage, the people were very nice, and the facility was clean. My only reason for 4 stars is that I paid for an add on, which was a foot scrub/massage, and it was not great value. It was like a 3 minute scrub that took the masseuse 5 minutes to set up and still counted against the hour massage I paid for. Would have been nice if it didn’t cut into the actual massage time. Other than that it was good.
