"Tucked inside the Lincoln Eatery, this spot serves tongue-in-cheek items like Nacho Libre, Oh My Cobb! Salad, Guava Mariahhh BBQ Burger, and Rawsome Cheezcake are both vegan and flavorful. There are also gluten-free empanadas and an array of juices ranging from pineapple with mint and exotic Andean berries." - Alona Martinez

Yelp
Literally the best hidden gem in Miami Florida. Found this place 3 days before I left and been eating there for the last 3 days. This place is not only delicious but also #organic #gluten-free but good kind of gluten free -Eco friendly -conscious living -vitality food -on point with sustainability & health There's no place like this even not so many in the California. So please take advantage of it!! I ordered the missing egg + coconut bacon burger out of this world with Lupin beans (super high in protein ) with keto bun ( super clean ingredients with almond flour based) Empanada was also incredible and I mean where can you find gluten free delicious not oily empanadas that has a good amount of filling.. I will wait! Just go! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Plant Theory is located inside The Lincoln Eatery. I was drawn in by the cute decor, and was just looking for drinks as I had gotten my food at a different place in the food hall. The menu displayed is very different than what is actually available. There were things on that menu that weren't available, and they had things that weren't on the menu. Apparently you're supposed to order on this iPad that's kind of hidden, but there wasn't a way to know that and the cashier didn't speak English which made ordering hard, especially when the menu was wrong. I got the CBD lemonade, which just tasted like completely normal lemonade. I also got the elderberry lemonade, which was very good and I would highly recommend.

Yelp
Vegan spot located in Lincoln eatery! Had the meatball sub + empanada. 8/10. Was pretty good. The wait was a bit long but worth it

Yelp
Obviously the Lincoln Eatery has plenty of options but Plant Theory definitely deserves to be up on top of that list. With all of the food being Vegan friendly, you can't really go wrong choosing anything in the menu and feeling good about it. We got the nachos and the jackfruit bbq on the nachos were PERFECTLY DELICIOUS. The presentation may not have been the prettiest but the taste of the food more than made up for it. The Tiramisu was also delicious and would be a good recommendation for anyone!

Yelp
Talk about a hidden gem. Finally a place in Miami Beach that has real organic non processed food, and very fairly priced. They recommend that I try the artichkn sandwich and I'm super glad I did. This was truly an experience. Also had one of each empanada and they were both great, make sure to ask for sauce on the side so you have something to dip them in because they are hot For dessert I got a green tea from XO espresso bar next door and had the German chocolate cake from here which was pretty good. Overall, will definitely be back here. Just hoping I'm strong enough to try other items but it will be tough because that sandwich was so damn good.

Yelp
Located in the Lincoln Eatery food hall, just off Lincoln Rd. The menu is 100% vegan. Like most food hall menus, it was slightly overpriced. My bf tried the phyllis Cheezesteak Roll. The portion was small for the price, but it was a tasty, vegan take on a cheesesteak, with portobello mushrooms as the meat. The cashew crema on it was very good. The side salad was fresh, and the vinaigrette had the perfect amount of tang.

Yelp
BUGS & HAIRS. In the food. The first three bites were delicious so it was super unfortunate they couldn't take the standard sanitary steps to ensure a healthy, clean experience for their customers.

Yelp
Nestled inside the Lincoln Road Eatery Food Hall is this super gem of a vegan restaurant. Since discovering Plant-theory in this new location, we've been back multiple times. The Southern Baked Artichik'n Burger is crunchy, tangy and delicious! The Phyliss Cheezesteak Roll is marinated to perfection. And their desserts are so good that I often buy an extra piece of cake to bring home. The Eatery location is easy to find and parking has never been an issue. I'm so glad to see Plant-theory open back up in this popular location. The Eatery attracts a local crowd. There is a rooftop bar that opens for events, and a more casual downstairs bar that opens in the early evening.

Yelp
I rarely rate places 10 out of 10, but Plant Theory was phenomenal!! The staff working were super helpful and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the artichoke chickn sandwich which was amazing. The artichoke had a nice crunch to it and the provolone was a great compliment + the best vegan cheese I've ever had! My boyfriend had the guava bbq jackfruit which was bomb too. Only thing I would change for that is to have more chunks of the jackfruit instead of just all shredded. Also had the choc chip cookies which were delicious but very small. Last but not least, the empanadas were incredible!! It's hard to find good GF and vegan ones but plant theory nailed it.

Yelp
It's expensive and it was worst nachos I ever had in my life. We went there because of the reviews but it was big disappointed.

Yelp
So bad. Hot entree was ice old. Waste of money. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Makes me want to give up vegan food.

Yelp
#vegan empanadas! craving more as we speak. drool. get the one with cheese and olives. i also got some artichoke burger, um phenomenal. it was a little crunchy and the flavor just wow!!!!! I wish Id of had time to return. located inside the market area it is on the $$$$ side, hence no 5 star but it's good food made in a tint space oh the cheese cake was decent too!

Yelp
Incredible! Got the raspberry cheesecake, cbd lemonade, and the artichoke chicken sandwich. It was incredibly delicious and you feel so good after eating it.

Yelp
LOVED the menu and concept!! Wish I couldve tried more options. I only ordered a couple of empanadas. They were very small for $5 each. They were made FRESH which was very nice.

Yelp
I just found this amazing vegan place. Everything is so fresh and so so yummy. I tried the Guava Mariahh bbq burger delicious. Look for it and try everything. Food is 100% vegan, organic, gluten free and there are Keto options as well. Definitely coming back to this place.

Yelp
I stopped by Lincoln Eatery and this food stand caught my eye. It is 100% vegan. I had the artichoke club and it did not disappoint! It was flavorful and filling.

Yelp
It's hard to find good vegan places on the beach so I was skeptical to try out Plant Theory. Honestly, with all of the carrots and sprouts I told my BF "Oh that's one of those places that think vegan means unseasoned food." You all know what I'm talking about. Those places with the most bland and dry vegan food like salt and seasonings are illegal. Anyways, this ain't that kind of spot. This food seriously SLAPS. I was pleasantly surprised and happy I gave the place a shot. I got the Artichikn sandwich with tortilla chips along with a guava and cheese empanada. They were having a big opening party with a DJ and free samples. Everyone was so nice and the cherry on top was the delicious food. It's now one of my favorite vegan spots on the beach so I'll definitely be back again and again. The location is great, I really like the vibe at Lincoln Eatery.

Yelp
Visited plant theory today. Hadn't been there since they relocated to the Lincoln eatery. Their menu has changed some. Pre corona, when they were located in the hotel we ordered the twisted Reuben on a raw wrap and the artichikin burger. We were so pleased, we ordered seconds on both..... along with a delicious slice of cheese cake. One of the best we have ever had. Today, we were shocked the Reuben and raw wrap are no longer on the menu. So, we ordered 2 artichikin burgers, along with a Missing egg coconut bacon sammie, all with salad. The artichikin was delicious. All the flavors melded so well together. The bread was crunchy and soft. As far as the sammie, we could see it has potential but something was missing. We did not taste coconut bacon AT ALL. We called them over to ask about it and they said it was under the cheese. We did not taste it at all. Thinking the coconut bacon needs to be revisited and could really add to the overall flavor of the sandwich. The salad was fresh and delicious, but we have tasted better dressings. We are very grateful to find a location that does not use faux meats, along with gluten free and puts love and pride into their food. Thank you! We highly recommend the artichikin burger. See u soon, PlantTheory Creative Cuisine

Yelp
I had a salad and it was good. All raw ingredients and super healthy just like they advertise. I only gave it a 3 star because the portion was small for the amount I paid.

Yelp
This place is a gem! Everything organic and vegan. The empanadas are delish. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Unpretentious, high-quality food using all-natural ingredients. It's basically kiosk in a food court that's operated by one person, so that helps keep the cost of the food low (at least relatively) for what you get.

Yelp
We were looking for a vegan option while on vacation in Miami Beach. After the restaurant we had planned to order from was closed, we happened upon Plant Theory and were blown away! The food is phenomenal! We ordered the Guava Mariahhh Pulled BBQ Burger, Southern Baked Artichik'n Club, and both g/f empanadas. All were beyond delicious! Wish we would have found this gem sooner because we definitely would have eaten here at least one more time before we left. You will not get disappointed!

Yelp
Amazing raw food options and also cooked. I had the raw salmon and it blew my mind! Must try.

Yelp
This spot has amazing and fresh vegan meals! We ordered the empanada and it was delicious - seriously the home made pastry was so great! The flavors are paired very well together and nothing we ordered was greasy. We ordered the quesadilla which was raw and super fresh along with the egg and bacon sandwich. We loved this place and will definitely be eating here again!

Yelp
The food here is amazing!!! I order the fried artichoke sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I have ever hand. My boyfriend got the philly which was also really good!!
