Plas Dinas Country House

My sister and I were gifted an afternoon tea which we were looking forward to very much. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea, could not fault anything. Very impressed with the service and the fantastic afternoon tea . Looked and tasted beautiful. Spent two hours at our own luxury and made most of the comfortable interesting lounge. Highly recommend an afternoon tea experience , ideal gift or as a worthwhile visit .

What a fantastic dining experience. The food was presented beautifully, the different courses were wonderful. One of the best meals we have had, if not the best. We all enjoyed the evening from arriving to leaving. Plas Dinas is well worth visiting.|Thank you Rupert for looking after us and making the evening special.

We stayed at a cottage on Anglesey by the sea for much needed break. This place was recommended to us by the cottage owner as good for Afternoon Tea and dinner. As we had some time with family we visited for for Afternoon Tea. It was wonderful from start to finish. We chose the option that contains a few more savoury options. The flavour choice showcased Autumn and presented in a dainty professional manner. I particularly loved the choux bun just would have liked it to be bigger as it was sumptuous. The setting is splendid and appropriate for such wonderful historical facts. We loved it from start to finish. I would return.

From the second you arrive at Plas Dinas you know yoi are in for a treat. The winding road to the beautiful setting as the night closed in. Walking into the lounge and being greeted by the lovely Rupert. The gorgeous warm fire as we enjoy our cocktails. Followed by the 9 courses. If you haven't visited this gem please do. The venue is exquisite. The food is divine. The staff are the best each and everyone so attentive. It is our favourite place for evening meals as well as the afternoon teas. Try and I promise you will not be disappointed. Special thanks to Rupert he made our anniversary one we won't forget anytime soon. Diolch pawb.

Booked for the festive afternoon tea and we weren’t disappointed! |Sandwiches were delectable, especially the ham with pear chutney. The cakes were equally tasty, and so many we couldn’t finish it all.|The festive mulled wine was a lovely touch, and not too overpowering of clove either.|We’d definitely go back

We stayed just for one night but wished we could have stayed longer.|The bedroom was absolutely beautiful. Every fine detail was considered.|We've never experienced a hotel where there is so much of interest.|Tastefully and elegantly decorated and furnished complimenting the history of the house and the family.|Whilst we loved our bedroom, we look forward to trying others and working out our favourite.|The staff were delightful. Very friendly and welcoming.|The whole experience was first class.

Excellent country house, we stayed as 2 couples for a two night stay and we all had a great time.|we were greeted on arrival by the lovely Rupert who during our stay was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he was always available|The house furnishings are of top quality and well maintained, the rooms are very comfortable, with homemade cookies and fudge and a nespresso machine and a teapot too. We had prosecco on arrival and sherry in our room. The bed was so comfortable and the house very quiet.|The drawing room with open fire has plenty of seating, a wonderful room for Canapés and cocktails.|The food was outstanding and definitely worthy of a michelin star, the best I have eaten in this country, beautifully presented and served. I am vegetarian, I ordered off the main menu on the first night and I was presented with 2 different choices for the second night.|We all felt really comfortable staying here, Daniel the owner who was always available and charming and Liam was equally wonderful.|We will be coming back |Thankyou to all the staff, hope you stayed safe in the storm

Our stay at Pas Dinas exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a luxury boutique hotel, with a high quality restaurant, from which to explore the Snowdon area. Plas Dinas provided us with great comfort, in a house of wonderful character, with a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. The house is surrounded by delightful gardens and the location is utterly peaceful.|Our dining experience was exceptional. The availability of a 'tasting menu' accommodating a vegetarian diet (a rare find) was impressive.

Plas Dinas is one of those discoveries of a lifetime that just ticks all the right boxes. The standard and the quality of the product that Andy and Julian deliver seemingly effortlessly is what others with years more experience in the industry only dream of. From the feel of this old house and the welcome when you arrive, to your first drink in the magnificent drawing room by a blazing log fire,to the evening meal after a long drive,to your room and your first night's blissful sleep through to your first breakfast..all are top drawer
