Had a great stay during winter of this year at the Llechwedd Glamping Tents at Plas Weunydd. The tents came with everything needed, the fire and portable heater were of course very handy too! Brilliant and friendly staff, highly recommended stay.

Really lovely stay at the hotel. Made the feel incredibly welcome by lovely staff. Hotel was really comfortable, warm and spacious. Room was immaculate and the room facilities were of an excellent standard. We could walk to zipworld from there and the town centre was a 25 minute walk. Definitely going to be staying there again. Great value for money on the evening meals and very good quality food. I found the breakfasts a bit expensive for what they were and would definitely get a breakfast included price next time I go. Very central to snowdonia national park.

The place was magical. We were accommodated by a friendly staff who gave us all the information we needed. The room was clean, spacious and luxurious. There was a handwritten letter waiting for us which was very nice. Since we were hungry, we went to eat at the hotel restaurant. The prices were not particularly overpriced. The food was delicious and they even had a vegan option. The breakfast was delicious. We would visit again.

What a fantastic night's stay we had at this modest but beautiful hotel. The staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble . The food was beautiful, it's a simple menu but plenty of choice and the breakfast was perfect . The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and sleeped like a log .

Had initially booked to stay at the glamping site however due to unforeseen circumstances and adverse weather we were moved to the hotel. The team were extremely quick to get us sorted and were super friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and warm and the decor is very nice. Food was decent but the main thing for me was where the hotel is located. Such an amazing location with breathtaking views, they also have a number of activities on site making it a great place for the family. I will definitely be coming back here. Great place for the winter.

Perfect stay with accessible rooms, beautiful views and a lovely onsite restaurant and bar opposite zip world quarry. We always struggle to find places to stay as we need an accessible room with an adjoining for 2 carers so we can get to my dad easily to assist but give him some freedom. The accessible room has a giant well provisioned bathroom. Views were over the quarry and perfect! Me and mum had a late afternoon walk down to the secret waterfall and zipworld for a drink and a shop and then returned for dinner in the relaxing on site restaurant. It’s a really comfy warm hotel and not too big. The decor and art really makes it. Breakfast was fantastic. Only points of reference were the dressing table is missing a mirror so you can’t really get ready in front of it and we were a little confused by check out as Breakfast was 10:30 but check out was 10:00. They were lovely about it though. The staff are a welcoming warm bunch and we will be back. Thank you for your kindness

I am visiting North Wales as a disabled traveller. On arrival there is no disabled parking however there is a flat area at the top of the carpark where I could get out, then let my partner park the car. The staff were welcoming and our room was great with a fully accessible shower room. We ate in the bar where there was a small, limited menu but everything we ordered was fantastic and very reasonably priced considering the quality. Breakfast was good with the buffet style cooked breakfast, again all cooked to a high standard or a continental breakfast and fruit. On this occasion, I didn't need any help, but the staff were always offering assistance which is very reasuring. If I was visiting this part of Wales again I would certainly be back.

Had such a wonderful stay here. We were staying at a place down the road, but it was so loud and we were up early walking. We rang up last minute and the woman was so accommodating for myself, my boyfriend, and our dog. Room was beautiful and clean. Lovely and quiet. I find it really unfair that some of the reviews seem to complain about the age of the staff… just because staff are young does not mean that they are incompetent. They did a wonderful job and me and my boyfriend are looking at coming back for another stay!!! Highly recommend.
