I contacted Greg and team to ask if they could make a display case for a model, and as the case was to be a birthday gift, it was on short notice. I had searched exhaustively for a premade case that would fit the large dimensions I needed, but to no avail. The model was to be a birthday dedication from family who lost their father earlier in the year, a decorated veteran of the United States Air Force, and for whom the family came together to build this model F4 aircraft. I provided the dimensions, and Greg came back with a specific description, as well as a very fair and competitive price. The communication was first rate all around. He responded quickly to all of my questions directly. Since I was on a truncated timetable as I mentioned, Greg went WAY above and beyond to ensure that I had the case with time to spare. The workmanship was first rate, with the case itself built to exact dimensions, sturdy, without being too heavy. The oak base likewise was constructed to fit perfectly with the lid. Discreet rubber bumpers on all four corners of the bottom of the oak base ensure that the case won't be moved easily once placed. With the model in the case presented for the occasion, it had a tremendous emotional impact on its audience, and made the occasion unforgettable. I couldn't have done it without Plastics Unlimited, and would recommend their work to anyone and everyone, without reservation.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I still have not received my order. I messaged them on November 11 and they said that they were behind on their orders, which I did not mind, the item that I am waiting for can wait. I messaged them again on November 26 and they told me that since they would close for Thanksgiving, my item would be shipped out on Dec. 3. It is now Dec. 18 and they have been ignoring the messages I sent them since Dec. 5 after not receiving the promised tracking number. If I were you I would think 10 times before ordering from this business.

Great place to get custom plastic cases for sports memorabilia and such. Greg and Shaun have made me a couple of custom pieces and they are very professional and easy to get along with. Their knowledge about what they do is unmatched.

My experience with this company ended up being a series of unfortunate events right from the start. I chose Plastics Unlimited because the local company I received a quote from told me they were backed up on orders and would not get to my case for a month or so. I ordered an acrylic case and wood base with bottom supports January 13th 2016. The seller informed me it would be shipped within 10 days so I assumed I would have it by the end of January. First, there was an issue with shipping and the zip code from my paypal account was not used. This mistake shipped my acrylic case and wood base (was shipped separately) to a different town. I contacted the seller, explained that the tracking information I received said the package was being "returned to sender." He said he would take care of it. The seller then contacted FedEx and assured me the package would be rerouted to me. However, it was sent back to the seller. About a month later I finally received the case on February 27th 2016. Regardless of the late arrival, I was excited to finally receive the case. The base had not arrived yet. When I opened the box it was cracked in several places. This probably happened because, I believe, it was poorly shipped. It was just wrapped in saran wrap and had cardboard corner supports. I would have assumed some Styrofoam or bubble wrap would have been used but it was not. I contacted the seller, he apologized and sent a new case and the original base to me. I finally receive the acrylic case, undamaged. A few days later on April 6th 2016 I received the wood base and it was damaged and missing the bottom supports. It did not seem to be packaged well either. It was wrapped in saran warp and put in a shipping box. The damage was some kind of paint or discoloration. At this point I am beyond frustrated and kicking myself for not purchasing from a local business. I contacted the seller and showed him the photos of the damage. He apologizes and says he would send a new base with the bottom supports in a few days. But by this time I just wanted my money back and to be done with this seller. I asked for my money back, he refused and informed me that he is now loosing money on this deal because he had to remake and resend the products. This completely infuriated me. It was not my fault any of this happened. I paid for a product and to receive it in a timely manner and that is not what I got. He then asked if I would allow him to remake a new base as customer happiness was important to him and his business. I said to do what he liked but I would be contacting reviewing accordingly. All-in-all, I am not satisfied with my experience with Plastics Unlimited. I will not purchase from them again. I feel I paid for a product and service only to receive the product three months later. I feel some sort of compensation would have been fair seeing as up until the 3 month mark I was more that reasonable and patient. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that the seller did have good communication and did send me a good final product. It is just a shame it was three months later.

Have called them 15 to 20 times in the past 3 days. They never answer my calls or return my messages. NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
