It has been such a pleasure. We are so greatful for the experience we’ve been lucky to enjoy. Every worker here has been extremely kind and nice to us, and this has made the trip even more special. I would like to mention Ricci and his team at the Atlantis at the rock; Ellin and the crew at Xanadu; the cleaning and luggage staff; the spa lady; the lobby crew; and of course the owner of the hotel, who has been so kind and careful. The room and the common areas had every detail, everything was so clean and elegant, it was like a dream. The beach, the coral reef and the landscape were magical. We highly recommend this fantastic experience to everyone willing to meet paradise. We will come back for sure. See you soon Plantaran. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the day we left, every moment of our trip was thoughtfully attended to. We were given a team of personal staff who immediately answered our requests at all times of day. From room service requests to planning private dinners on the jetty and at their secondary location, Lost Paradise, not a detail was lost. They also suggested and arranged activities like SUP and snorkeling. Every single member of their team was hospitable and went above and beyond, but some notable mentions are Hendrick, Nadhira, Santi, Yati, Elin, Aldi, Ifon, and the very handsome Egi. ||The location is stunning, private and peaceful. They meticulously care for the beach and landscapes without interrupting the natural beauty. All facilities have beautiful details, cultural touches, and are well maintained.||The spa is a highlight of their location. We were able to book multiple times throughout the week and enjoyed all services. Definitely a bonus being right on the beach and enjoying a massage to the sound of the ocean. ||In addition to room service, the location has 2 restaurants. With a robust menu and satisfactory drink list, we were able to try new dishes every day and were continually impressed. A special mention to the chef's local off-menu special he made the afternoon we left.||Plataran is unique in its ability to provide exceptional, attentive service without disrupting the natural beauty and calmness of the natural scenery. We will miss everything and everyone at Plataran but will most certainly be back.

This is quiet resort situates half an the rock half on the beach with a pier extending into the sea. When you are shown into the resort, you feel you are entering a well designed tropical garden. Our room is facing the beach and the swimming pool. The room is very big and clean with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The resorts provides butler service and takes good care of all your needs. It also gives two room cleaning and tyding up service every day，one in a daytime one before sleeping. The breakfast and afternoon tea are also Impressive. The fish and lobster are also very fresh and tasty.It is a great experience to stay here.

A marvellous, secluded spot with a perfect beach location and very friendly service (including personal butler) from the whole team. Also fine for kids. Many opportunities for trips including Komodo National Park. Also visit the local fish market and book Yano, if you need a perfect guide, who really cares. We will come back!

What an amazing Birthday stay! 😭🙏🏻💙 Nadhira and team were super nice! I asked for the room service for 2, but then bunch of people knocked my door, gave a little yet toughtful surprise, sing the birthday song with cake, candle and so on. We can't wait to be back. the hotel location is fantastic, quite and clean. The hotel people are very nice with good service. ||My family tried to play kayat in the 2nd day to the front mountains named monky hill with hotel people. But due to the rain started after we arrived, so we decided to come back to hotel and the hotel people drive the kayat with my two daughters back. So we were very thankful for the hotel safety sense.||On the fourth day, my two daughters practiced the diving, the hotel people was very kind to give advise and training. It made use feel very safe and very hospitable.||We will come back again definiately.||Andrew

I found the resort very relaxing and the staff exceptional especially our butler Aris. Always attended to our needs with a smile! We had a villa with two bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable and overall no complaints! 😃||5 stars for the resort as well as the staff! Keep up the good work!

Beautiful environment, delicious foods, warming and helpful staff. The Manta villa has a wonderful oceanic view. My butler Eka did a lot of effort to make my stay here comfortable and enjoyable. It's such a precious memory for me. I will absolutely come to visit again!
