Platinum Hookah Lounge & Grill

I came after watching the viral video of their amazing delicious halal food at this new spot. I came and really enjoyed the food. Their must try food I would recommend is the mix platter. I also highly recommend going for watermelon hookah with ice and milk base, I have had hookah at other spots but this one hits differently and goes for longer time. My friends loved their lamb chops and coconut shrimps which is also out of this world however I am coming back for that platter. This place has so much potential!!

Atmosphere is ok and when we came in they told us they ran out of food. It's not really entertaining and the hookah is weak. No alcoholic drinks, only mocktails. Seriously, don't waste your time or money here.

If you’re looking for a chill spot with really good hookah that doesn’t fade on you in 30 mins, come here. The couches are comfortable, it was a little empty but they’re still new. You make your own vibe at this place & the music selection was on point. They had a good mix of music. I will definitely be coming back here. The parking wasn’t too bad and the waitress was a sweetheart!!

I came because i saw this spot on HalalTrip and Halal Tourism Instagram and after seeing it has 100% Zabiah halal food and Family Friendly atmosphere for Hookah. I took my BFF and we both enjoyed it. We ordered ice base and and ice pipe hookah and it was well worth it. It was more smoother and felt cooler in the mouth. The quantity of lambchops were decent and we both shared the dish together.

We went there Friday night and place was full. Tried ice crush hookah for the first time and it was very cool. Food was also good specially chicken wrap. Music and ambience was excellent. Will be back for sure.

I been to this location 3 times and service is consistently a good experience. The ppl that work here are pretty welcoming. The price is the cheapest I have experienced in Jamaica queens. Also the hookah hits every time. They are even open during the day if you just want to come relax and get great food and with your hookah. I suggest it if you want to come. do do it

"Don't waste your money at this establishment like I did. The staff were absolutely unapologetic and lacked basic courtesy. After confirming my visit with someone over the phone, I arrived at the lounge only to find it closed. Despite knowing I was coming, they chose to ignore my calls and were completely indifferent to my inconvenience. To the management: get your timings right and communicate accurate information. I will never return to this place, and I strongly advise against it to others."

This is not your ordinary hookah lounge. The quality of food and meat are fully organic Certified Zabiah halal. If your interested in taking your buddies or going with a large group to a restaurant that can provide Good Flavorful dishes, Cool but tasty drinks and give you ability to enjoy a smooth Flavorful Hookah all at the same time well look no further than one and only The Platinum Hookah The name is very catchy, in my opinion. This kinda name is given to restaurants back in Pakistan where street people would go to for a quick bite but upon entering you are amazed with how upscale this restaurant is and upon ordering food, the presentation makes you feel like your in a fancy place not a typical Hookah spot. I would highly recommend this spot, and don't forget to drink special mocktails by Joseph, he makes amazing mocktails For Hookah, my friends liked the Icy Paan and I liked the Double Apple For Drinks I really liked the Mango Mojito under Mocktail section. I am definitely coming again

One star is being too generous. Their service was extremely bad. The food took 23 minutes to arrive, and it was stale. Their hookah pipes are fake khalil mamoon ones with chinese lotus heads. They dont give tongs to fix the coals. The hookah didn't pull, and we couldn't tell anyone for a while because the server was too busy playing with her phone and changing music on the ipad. Finally, the owner came and tried fixing the hookah but ended up changing it completely. That took half an hour. It was too dark inside the lounge. You can't tell what you're eating. The sound system is not good. Speakers kept glitching, and music was not clear. The tables for the couches were too low, and you have to keep leaning down to get food. We ordered a few drinks and a few sodas. The soda was not cold. They gave cups with ice after 10 minutes. The slushy straws were too big for the cups. When we got the bill, they advised us to scan to pay online. The bill had gratuity added on it, and when you scan and sign in to pay, it adds another gratuity on the payment site. Imagine paying twice the tips, which is ILLEGAL, by the way, for service you never got. It's a complete shyt show there. The lounge looks like someone's living room. Decorations are not well thought out. The owner definitely took the cheap route, and it extends to the service there. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go spend their hard earned money at this place. Anyone who likes this place is either a friend of the owner or is an an employee. They probably have the same taste as the owner does.

Stopped in on a weeknight with a friend. The hookah was great as were the drinks. The food was delicious too! I've definitely found my new spot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice my sister and I have been here on a Wednesday. Prior, this used to be the best spot to go to with the best service and food. The past 2 Wednesdays however, there are guys who work there who just rush you out. There's no set time when they close. We arrive at 10pm and they said "we close at 10:50", which was never the case. Regardless we got a hookah which was super harsh we had to send it back twice. Then, we ordered wings which came frozen and fatty. I had to have them take it off of the bill. My total was still somehow $50 which I paid just so I could get out of there. The service was horrendous, the food was inedible, & the hookah was trash. It's sad because we used to rave about this place to all of our friends. This was at one time the best spot.

Great food! I had a lamb gyro and french fries. The fries were hot and crisp, and the gyro was outstanding. The meat was perfectly cooked, a little crisp on the outside, with perfect seasoning. Service was excellent as well.

We started coming here when it first opened the workers are so kind and friendly the food here is great good variety and so is the decor the hookah is good and a reasonable price and large hookah setup compared to other places

Best Loaded burger in New York City!! This burger was one of best burger i ever had!! The ambience of this location is soo nice with top noch food! Best Burger in New York i could ever find!!

I ordered Postmates from them, not bad. The chicken sandwich and burgers were really good, the seasoned fries are delicious! But the reason for 3 stars... I ordered chocolate cake, and it's frozen.. so frozen that my fork can't cut through! I'm not mad because what does one expect when ordering cake from a hookah lounge.. but if you're gonna have it on the menu at least make it edible.

Very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. But the downside is they don't serve liquor. So I took off two stars. They said they're waiting on their liquor license so don't count them out just yet. I will try again at a later date and update my review.

I just ordered here through Postmates and I am so pleased with everything. We ordered a variety of things, including a garden salad with chicken, chicken wings, tenders, and a few other things. Everything was fresh and delicious even though we ordered relatively late in the evening. Highly recommended!

Not only do they cook bad food, they also LIE and don't know what professionalism is. Fries were barely there and the meat on that tiny ass burger tasted like a Mc Donald's double cheese burger. My boyfriend and I will never order from this place again!

Platinum Hookah Lounge And Cafe is so awesome, I wish I could hang here every day. It was very reasonably priced. Absolutely tasty and nutritious. The team is super helpful too. Happy Platinum Hookah Lounge And Cafe customer every time.
