What a great experience! We came and did a walk-on for paintball. Good: - We were a little late and they accommodated our group still and got us into a game with some super nice folks - The package pricing is really good - we got sniper guns and a case of paintballs for the 2 of us and it's good value for the 3 hours of fun we had - The referees are professional and help make each game feel personalized - Multiple courts and arenas to play! Felt like loading into a video game level Bad: - There's a bit of waiting between games if your group isn't ready and I can see how busier days would be more waiting. Luckily we were able to play whenever we wanted when we went Overall could come back! Loved my experience with my partner

Amazing place, nothing but 5 star experience every time we return, always a good family day on the field, exercise, running, shooting & eating pain for fun!!! If you leave a bad review, it's just because, you soft........ This place rocks!

It hurts like hell but it’s so worth it me and my friends absolutely loved it

Came here for my nephews birthday party, I didn't play but watching was just as fun for me without the pain lol. Decent prices. Parking is a little weird, but nothing we couldn't handle. I also like that they have bleachers so you can watch whoever you came for play around.

They have a nice field, it's splayed out well, staff are very nice and are great at helping newbies. The regulars are also kind and helpful.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. My 11 yo son and I went to play paintball on Saturday. First time for both of us. We didn't realize we should be wearing protection and all we had were the t-shirts we were wearing. First hit on my son and he burst out crying. He was hit in the shoulder on his t-shirt sleeve. It left a nasty bruise. We had to leave because he was too upset and in too much pain. I don't want to sound like a wuss, but I really don't think the staff should let newbies go out there and play without a sweatshirt - at least. I even asked how much does it hurt on bare skin and the staff member said "6/10". The ball left damage - the bruise is still there a day later. This was very painful. If we had known better, I would have left, gone next door to Target, bought some cheap sweatshirts, and come back to avoid this. Another thing is that the parking lot is not paved or gravelled. It had rained the day before and the dirt lot was the craziest, stickiest, mud I've every seen. The kind of clay that gets thicker as you walk on it and you have to scrape it off with a blade and dig it out of the pattern on the soles of your shoes with a screwdriver. I'm still cleaning it out of our shoes a day later and not looking forward to getting it out of the carpets in my car. Spreading gravel out on the parking area would solve this problem. Other than that it looks like a cool place, and obviously has a lot of good reviews. Maybe I'll get a chance to bring my son back when he's older, but his first experience was bad so he may be sour on paintball forever. I'd like to come back with my buddies (when the parking lot is dry).

Open and awesome place to bring the kids family and or friends They close at 5 Friendly staff and guests! So nice to my 7 year old and she got to play too. We love this place!! Must go to place!!

My 10 year old son went to play paintball, for a birthday party, and he had so much fun! He is very excited to go back and have his own party there next year.

Yelp
Trevor the man who check us in was funny and welcoming! We had a really good experience! We will definitely revisit Playland again.

Markinson R.

Yelp
Pretty good. I went for the airsoft field. The staff is friendly and there were tables to sit at. They had rental packages. The cons is that it might take a bit of time for you to find the entrance and the plane at close spawn had potential. (Apparently it used to be in the middle of the field)
google avatar

Alexey C.

Yelp
Nice place, but the airsoft sessions are so weird and short. I would prefer long "mature" games (at least 45min sessions) and you have a huge empty unused space behind the airsoft field... I would recommend you expand the field and change your policy about the game sessions. You will be an awesome airsoft field if you can do this.

Yelp
Fun place! Staff needs to start more games for walk-ins But overall really liked the experience.

Yelp
We had to make changes to our party plans due to unforeseen circumstances, and the management was incredibly understanding and helpful. We will definitely be back for another Playland birthday party.

Yelp
It was our first place to go air Softing and everyone is so nice definitely would recommend

Jasmine K.

Yelp
We have been airsofting a couple different places in the Bay Area and this one is our favorite! We rented equipment and had an awesome time. Staff was helpful and worked hard, great staging area in the shade. There are a lot of self equipped players that love to play and all the players were fun and nice. They lose a star because the down time in between games was long, like long long. They had just finished restoring the area because the fair just finished so I am hopeful that it was because of that. The price is right, we all had fun, glad we tried this place and we cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
We had a party of six teenagers that had never been to a paintball field. They only had teenagers and a child working at the check in desk. I did not see a single adult that worked there the entire time we were there. When we got to the course, they gave the kids a very, very brief explanation on rules and safety tips. Be prepared to load the paintballs yourself and wait around until other players show up.. Our group was put in with eight very experienced adults. Many of our players ended up with several injuries because they used the kids for target practice.

Dustn S.

Yelp
We hosted our sons birthday here over the weekend. He had a blast as did all the boys in the group. Good Job to Trevor and the staff for hosting the event and providing much needed instructions for them. Trevor especially went out of his way to make our party run smooth always asking if we needed anything. We will be back, and look forward to another good time.

Yelp
Just had my sons 7th birthday party here. We chose laser tag on the owners advice, he was completely right there was not arguing about guns. The set up is perfect. Called to check certain details the owner was super helpful. Zac helped the boys gear up and was super patient teaching them how to use the guns (13 boys). The boys had a blast my son said it was the best party ever. If you are interested in laser tag this is a brilliant set up we will definitely be back and in a few years will definitely do the paintball!!! Thank you playland for a great party.

Yelp
My son has chosen to have his birthday at Playland 2yrs in a row. Last year was nerf guns. This year he chose laser tag. He had a blast and so did all the friends. I appreciate the ease of bringing in drinks/food/desert. We ordered from Red Boy Pizza this year and they delivered on site. I Brought in cupcakes and made sure to pack all the utensils/candles,etc. Our Playland "host" Zach was great and handled the craziness of 11 kids perfectly fine. All in all, in and out in two hrs, kids had a great time and we get to go home to no mess or cleanup. Great spot for parties! Thanks Playland

Pam R.

Yelp
Super fun day. The staff was great. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was vests were not offered when I asked & they had vests!! My 11 year old son took a paintball to his chest which could have been prevented with a vest. It hurts a lot obviously & left a welt. The helmets should also have a back covering, they are more like face shields. Someone else in our party got shot in the back of the head and they were dizzy and didn't feel so good. The "practice" area would be more fun If there was something to shoot at not just a wall. (Just saying) Thanks playland for a great birthday party
google avatar

Kamara W.

Yelp
Thanks Playland for accepting our large group and staying open later for us to go a couple more rounds. Your staff was incredible, especially the older guy I forgot his name. The field was so much fun I thought I was in actual battle lol. We experienced a horrible time at Midway Paintball facility in Vacaville (which you guys had no idea about).. With much anxiety we pulled up to your facility & to our relief had a totally different experience. We were treated fairly and customer service was great. Your facility reminded us that one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch. We will surely be back again!!! Thank you.

Yelp
Tyler and Ty were so great! We had a birthday party here and Tyler took great care of us made the day perfect! Will definitely come back many many times!!!

Yelp
Pure fun and pandemonium. Diamond in the rough for sure. Easy to drop in and fire away for a few hours. Can't beat it.

Yelp
The good: We bought a Groupon ($5 for gun, mask and all day admission) and 500 paintballs at the venue ($25 each). Right as our group (9 people) arrived, the staff got us all set up and went over the rules of paintballing. The staff was incredibly well versed in all the technicalities of paintballing and you could tell that this wasn't their first rodeo. The referees on all the fields were patient and informative. They maintained a consistent schedule and rotated the large parties in and out of games super efficiently. The bad: Located on what I would assume was once a ranch, Playland smelled like cow dung everywhere and it was as unpleasant as one could imagine. It was mostly our fault that we hadn't done enough research prior to going, but all the fields at Playland (as of February) were incredibly muddy. Some muddy areas were even knee deep and it really restricted us when trying to navigate around the arenas. Summary: While I personally wouldn't come back again during the muddy season, if you don't mind the constant smell of cow poo and getting super muddy, it was overall a fun excursion. I'd highly recommend you wear rain boots or clothes you truly don't care about and bring a spare change of clothes as well.

Yelp
This was my first experience with paintball and I was shocked about how brutal it really is .. I took 4 ten year old boys here and they all left with big welts and bruises all over their bodies .. There is no real warning about how painful it actually is . They were told to wear long pants and long sleeves but still they got wounded . The boys were put into the same arena as men who looked liked they just came out of Afghanistan and who brought their own weapons ( which are probably the top of the line assault paintball rifles ) They would come in on the boys within feet and shoot their bodies with their high powered assault paintball weapons causing extreme pain Apparently there are two types of paintball games people can play (which I was not informed about ) The one which would have been more appropriate is with a lower powered gun I think and softer pellets .. there was no information about the differences and we were not even offered the other one .. My kids lost their motivation early and the last straw was my kid getting pummeled by a huge army dude within feet leaving him running screaming in pain . I think paintball in general is not explained enough and there are not enough options for younger kids .

Yelp
I went here recently with a wedding group. About 12 of us showed up and got equipped with guns, masks, and paintballs. I wish we'd brought a cooler with drinks but they did have bottled water available for purchase. I'm writing this review because I was generally struck by how friendly and family oriented this place was. Everyone was generally very welcoming. On multiple occasions I noticed friendly self-policing behavior amongst the more advanced players (who would jump in on our games). I'd definitely recommend trying this place out.

Yelp
Tyler was very helpful throughout our first time here. He was very professional and his priority was safety. He explained everything very clearly and he also made it very fun. Over all it was a great experience. I Will be recommending to all my friends and tell them to ask for Tyler.

Yelp
Went here last Sunday to play paintball for the first time in a couple years and had a great time. The players are friendly, good competition and the fields are set up well. Airball goes absolutely crazy Shoutout ref Travis

Yelp
This is the 3rd time that I've been to Playland and I can't say enough good things about this place. Came here to have a birthday party and the staff took such good care of our party. They took their time to explain the rules and regulations to the newbies of our group for our safety. The staff also explain some games that you could play that are different from the regular paint ball games a game in particular was Zombies which was really fun. After the party was over the owner was nice enough to come over make sure we having a good time you don't find that that often in a business. Thanks for making our experience awesome, we will definitely be back.

Sam M.

Yelp
Amazing outdoor activity arenas! This is the place for birthday parties, work team building, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and just plain fun walk on games. They have almost every FPS sport there is. Paintball, airsoft, nerf, laser tag, and even summer camps. With running water clean bathrooms, private stalls, and soap dispensers. Many fields do not offer these comfortable rest areas. It has shaded seating with lots of rooms between tables. Located near a grocery store and take out food, snacks are easily obtainable. The well staffed facility is focused on safety and getting a lot of games in. I look forward to bringing new players to try airsoft and paintball here. Also located right off highway 101! Easy access.

Yelp
Took my Nephew here for our first time doing Airsoft. We had a blast, the staff was super friendly and helpful. EVERY SINGLE person we met was kind and willing to teach us. Tons of fun for the whole family and really inexpensive compared to what you get.

Yelp
Fun place to pew pew some fools with other fools. You pew pew as a team against another team that goes pew pew as everyone hides behind giant air filled bouncy cover. The pew pew isn't some weak pew pew so expect some pain and bruising if you get hit by the incoming pew pew or freak out like me when the pew pew hits you right in the goggles. This place is very fun for pew pew. Grab some friends and pew pew your way to victory!

Wilson L.

Yelp
This was the first time we played airsoft here. The overall experience was good. The staff was helpful. However, the field seems a bit small, consider there is only one field for airsoft. It would be perfect if the field is bigger, and with one or two demolished vehicle.

Yelp
Thanks to the AMAZING staff at Playland, my 11 year old son had "The BEST birthday parties EVER!!". He wasn't the only one who had a great time, all of the adults as well as kids (10 people in total) had a great time! The Manager there was super helpful and patient prior to me booking the private party! He answered every and any question I had with patience and humor and made the whole booking process simple. He was even awesome at the party site and made sure we had our table space available for my sons party. I'm so grateful to everyone there for making this the best experience for my son and his entire party. With this pandemic going on... it was nice to have a little/lot of fun! Thanks staff at Playland for your awesome Team!!!

Yelp
Booked this place for my sons 9th bday for a nerf dart party. Called in advance to see if they allow outside food and they were super friendly and asked about the ages of my son and his friends. They then recommended we try laser tag and if we didn't like it we switch to nerf. I took them up on their suggestion. They were also nice enough to tell me the closest pizza places. We we arrived we were sort of confused on where to go as there were a ton of people there for paintball/air soft but eventually we found where to check in. It took about 25 minutes after check in for the worker to get the kids into the laser tag /nerf maze área to start. After about 15 minutes all the kids came out as another party showed up and we had to wait over 20 minutes (past 3) to enter back into the area . I guess that gave us time for pizza and what not. Still a lot of idle time for active 9 year old boys. Apparently they had a computer crash and the other party had to do it over again. The. They let us back in for over 30 minutes before the other party went back in. Gave us time for cake . Then they let us back in til almost closing time to make up for the long previous waits we had. Overall it was fun. The laser game has different types with different options. The inside has tons of hiding places and places to snipe or surprise your opponents. It is also pretty big so there's plenty of space to roam around and hide. It's very enjoyable. My only recommendation to the ownership is make it clear to parties that they may need to go in and out of arena due to other parties booking at same time. In my opinion they should only book one party per time block to not have to tell one party or the other to wait during the time they booked. They did go out of their way to let us use the facility til closing and that was awesome. Next time we may try paintball. It looks to be very popular here and people are serious about it!

Al R.

Yelp
Its been 4 plus years since I last played paintball and I'm glad these guys are still around. Not only are the staff kind and helpful but the walk-ons who go play are good characters as well. Only word of advice to the staff is to be a bit stricter with chrono-ing markers, and also please check people's tanks for hydro test pass stamps. That will ensure more safety for both staff and customers. Keep up the good work and know that you have a returning customer for years to come!
google avatar

Carmelita A.

Yelp
Two different ways to enter depending on the weather.. It would helpful if they put out better signs out since it was not only hard me to find the location but many others as well. GPS took us to the Kenilworth Drive entrance and it was closed due to weather and road being flooded. Wish they had better way of notifying people of the two ways to enter based on the weather. Also parking is limited if in rainy weather parking area. **If its currently raining: use the back entrance on Payran St. Overall it was a fun place to entertain a group of 12 kids between 15-16 yr olds for a birthday party. The kids play time was 10am-1:30pm and went through 3 boxes of paintballs at $50 each box.  Be sure to bring your own food and drinks. Food of any type is not served here but luckily nearby you can find pizza and other options to bring back and munch on one of thier outside tables. Bathrooms were questionable. The toilet paper rolls are just sitting on top of the dispenser and that made me nervous since there wasn't a sure feeling if the toilet roll had been dropped on the floor prior to me handling the roll *gross feeling*, there were no paper towels and no garbage cans in sight so hand sanitizer is a must here.   I would come back for a kids birthday party but I will come prepared with food, weather check, and hand sanitizer.

Yelp
We came here for our son's 10th birthday party. I will say it was one of the funnest birthday parties we have ever done but may be better for kids a little older then 10 (I am thinking 12 & up) The good: it is fun, entertaining, & physical. You can use the picnic tables for your party and they allow you to bring anything to eat or drink there so it really is all inclusive. The bad but not bad if you prepare for it: It smells like cow manure, it's muddy, the paintballs hurt, and almost everyone cried (remember they are 10) All are battered, bruised & smell like a cow afterwards. You will run out of paintballs (the kids will spill most of them) so plan on buying a extra case for$50! It's worth it. The parking is in old cow stalls & everything there was muddy & wet. (It has been non stop raining so that is to be expected). If you plan on mud and dirt you'll be fine. Do not wash your car before you go here & bring a towel & shoes for afterwards. To be better prepared I would recommend wearing long sleeve shirts and jeans, a heavier jacket or fleece over your shirt something that is washable. If you have padded sports type pants ware them underneath your jeans. Ware gloves and a have hood or beanie (you'll get hit in the head a lot) plus water proof boots or rain sloggers (during the rainy season) work boots in the summer. Half of our group wore tee shirts only & when the paint balls hit they create large welts & the kids cried. Adults were fine, the pain goes away pretty quick but the bruise stays so if your taking someone else's kids prep the parents before hand. The more clothes you ware the les of a welt you'll have. A lot of the kids were hit in the hands so gloves would protect the hands. The only form of protection you get there is a face mask. So go prepared & you'll have the best time ever! We actually can't wait to go back!! About half of the kids we took will never go again but the other half.. well I think they are hooked, I know I am...

Yelp
After experiencing a horrible encounter at Midway paintball in vacaville, this was a breath of fresh air. The staffs was friendly, respectful and very helpful. I will definitely be back. Cool atmosphere, lots of parking and a truly lay back staffs.

Yelp
Came here with a group of buddies twice in the past month. Always a great experience! Ryan the field owner was a great help getting us situated with our gear and guns. He gave me some great pointers on the field so I could work on my skills. Lawson was the manger on the field when I went and he was so nice and helpful as well. Great staff, fair prices, and a whole lotta fun! Would highly recommend for a great action packed day with some friends/family.
google avatar

Gillian H.

Yelp
Super unorganized reservation process, set up process, and play time. I brought 9 sixteen year old boys who didn't have a bunch of experience. We waited an hour before our gear was ready and guns & masks were given. No explanation was given to our group like I saw others get. We were told we reserved a private paintball course for the $320 but we never had a private course. Once we were geared up, we had to wait 30 minutes to get on a field. A large field was shut down because the pallet wall fell over. So We only had 2 fields to play. Once we got into the rotations the boys had a blast. Grounds were filthy, over flowing garbage cans, disgusting tables, trash everywhere. Despite the drawbacks, boys had fun so I gave it 3 stars. Plan on a whole day for a few quick games. Not really worth the money I spent for the poor service & nasty facility.
google avatar

Kaitlyn Q.

Yelp
This was my first time paint balling and it was an okay experience. The main reason why I didn't have a great experience is because I had a headache all day from the fumes of cow poop in the air. Also, all the fields were completely muddy. Some parts were even knee deep. Not sure if it's like that year round or just the time I went. But if I knew this beforehand, I would've booked my paintball outing at another location. Although they had a hose to wash off your shoes, I had to dump my pair of running shoes because the smell of cow poop still lingered and the mud wouldn't come off..

Kati M.

Yelp
Called ahead about COVID precautions, they said masks were mandatory. When we arrived half the people didn't have masks on including one guy claiming to be staff. I asked another staff member and he said he couldn't enforce the mask requirement. Other business are able to enforce. No mask no service. And there was one guy vaping in the prep hall, the staff all seemed to know him, and had no problem with his vaping. The actual playing field is less of a concern as it is in open air, but as the kids got their gear on, it was very uncomfortable with all of the people near by with no masks. The staff was friendly enough and the kids had fun, but it is not safe in the prep area for unvaccinated people (younger than 12 who cannot get vaccinated) It's not family friendly, not COVID safe.

Piper S.

Yelp
My son had a really enjoyable birthday. Left with a few welts as souvenirs and will definitely be back for more.

Adam P.

Yelp
One of the employees that works here is a asshole and doesn't understand that when it's a kids first time at an airsoft felid that they will make mistakes. He started yelling at these few kids in my group. We made a few little mistakes and he yelled at us for 5 mins. He also cut our time by 40 mins even tho we paid for 2 hours and cut a few other kids time even tho they paid for a half public game. They only got to play 1 game even tho they paid for 1. I believe that play is very over priced and they think to highly of themselves. They are very disrespectful and do not respect their costumers. We paid for a private party and the games were very short. They gave the public people longer games by at least 10 minutes.
google avatar

Mark K.

Yelp
We had difficulty finding the play since they use a different entrance when it's wet or raining (Gate 4 on Payran road - backside of posted address). I would recommend that they post the alternate directions on their website. We drove in at Gate 4 and still weren't sure we were in the right place. I only saw signs for Paintball. The location appears to be an old facility for horses which really hasn't been upgraded all that much for Laser Tag. We eventually found someone to help us and got set up at our party table. We had arranged for a Laser Tag party which includes a table. You can bring in your own food, etc. There doesn't appear to be any place to get food onsite. There is a Lucky store just down the street. If you are going in the winter, dress warmly. The area for the Laser Tag is covered by a roof, but is not an indoor space. It was cold yesterday. The kids had fun, which is the most important thing. When I asked my daughter if she would go back, she said "no". As I mentioned before, I had a Laser Tag party which gives you a 2 hour period of time to play games. If there are fewer parties going on, then you will have more games for your group. We ended up having 4 games for our group which was more than we expected. I would say that each game is about 15 or 20 minutes. Each group has the entire space for their game. I went to Playland for my daughter's 13th birthday. We had a group of 9 boys and girls of a similar age. There was only one other group waiting to play Laser Tag so we alternated between that group and ours for the two hour period between noon and 2 pm. The staff running the place are nice, young people who were really trying to be helpful.

Evelyn T.

Yelp
We have had several laser tag parties here and we are never disappointed. The boys have a great time and they like the guys who work there, very helpful. We will continue to go there. I will admit the guests have a hard time finding the driveway even though it is marked. Evelyn T

Yelp
Took my boy and his three friends here for a small bday get together. Staff was very friendly. Location is cool. Except if you have allergies. Lol. Take your allergy meds! Prices were SUPER reasonable."Battle area" large and equip with cool props. Overall GREAT experience.

Yelp
Came here for a friend's birthday party. My son had a blast as did all the boys in the group. Good Job to Ryan and his staff for hosting the event and providing much needed instruction to our 11/12 year olds. You can tell people get serious with this game and all the teams were very encouraging to our group of boys. We will be back, and look forward to another good time. Thanks
google avatar

Yelp
I have done two group parties there. Easy to make reservations. Reasonable cost and you don't need to buy all the upgrades (they don't pressure you either). Things are well organized by the staff. The facility makes for fun games and you switch fields and games to keep things interesting. Great experience overall.
google avatar

Jason Z.

Yelp
Wonderful place that is safe and fun for all. The owners really are in control and do a great job of keeping it clean. The referees are great. The guy who lead the group Austin did a bang up job. Would come back for sure. Thanks play land. They have a Petaluma location that does paintball.
google avatar

Kathleen D.

Yelp
Once your kids hit their teens, it gets harder to plan birthday parties with their friends. Playland was the perfect venue for our son's 15th "airsoft" party. You can make reservations online and once you get to the venue, the staff get right down to business, explaining the rules and safety information. During our time there, the staff were accommodating, friendly and were even able to squeeze in one final game before our time was up. Our kids and a couple of parents had a blast! You can get hurt (mostly little welts) so paying attention to instructions is important. If you want to pick up snacks or sandwiches, Whole Foods and Petaluma Market are just a few minutes away. I believe there's a snack bar there as well. Overall, it was a great time for everyone. The boys are already talking about organizing their next visit. I highly recommend airsoft for ages 12 and up.

Patrick S.

Yelp
I have been to Playland to play paintball on several weekends and every time was great! The staff is very professional, and I've seen private parties having a blast. When I played rec ball, the refs were well organized and professional. Professional paintball player Ryan Podesta even helped me improve my game!

Robin B.

Yelp
I think playland is fun because it's like real war for instance if someone was shooting at you and you were behind a wall, and moved to another wall but were hit, it would hurt. But don't worry. It hurts a little, like a bee sting, or 6 x a nerf bullet. It's really muddy there now, wear rain boots and rain gear. Jackson . age 10

Yelp
We had a blast for my stepson's 11th birthday! I never realized how truly long 2 hours can really be until I played an intensified, adrenaline-pumping version of hide-and-go-seek (aka laser tag)! At one point, it got so competitive that I started woo-ing like Ric Flair after a headshot..and then I realized I just took down a 6 year old boy. Smh/lol. My husband had so much fun that he wants to do it for his next birthday! One thing I wish I would've known prior to going is that they have a couple of picnic tables right outside of the laser tag area entrance. It's semi-walled off and private enough. I would've brought a cake and pizzas, had I known. Or maybe just some snacks and beverages because the manure stench from the paintball field was something fierce. We were starving afterwards!

Yelp
Went here with my fiancé and his friends to play airsoft around 3pm on Sunday - the prices for 2 with rentals was around $50 - not bad at all. The ref was very informative and friendly. I had no idea what I was in store for but it was pretty fun. I'd do it again.

Yelp
Planned a trip here for a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. They were great on the phone, and easy to talk to and plan with. We had to put down a $50 deposit- which he did via square over the phone. You get an email, so you know they aren't being sketch. The day of, it was actually raining pretty hard, so naturally, some people just didn't show. We ended up only having 11 people play. My boyfriend's assessment of the equipment: it's kinda old, not really well maintained/can jam at times. The fields are also in a state of decomposition (it could also be due to the rain- though they could have scattered some sand/straw to help reduce the muddiness). They only had two fields open. We forgot to remind them that we already paid a deposit, so they didn't return it to us that day. I had to call a few days later, and they returned my deposit to me. Pros: Really nice, great customer service, acceptance of groupons. etc... Cons: The equipment isn't that great, sometimes not many fields are open, fields aren't well kept.
