+Lots of TVs for game day +Large selection of beer on tap +The brunch was one of the best I’ve had in a while +The breakfast pizza was AMAZING. Made with a hash brown crust instead of dough...I will be going back again just to get this again Overall we had a great experience for Weekend brunch. This is the sister restaurant to In A Pickle which constantly has a wait. Come here for many of the same brunch items without the wait!!

Owner of a popular Moody Street breakfast restaurant In a Pickle, Tim Burke, bought this bar that was literally “In a Pickle”. It is finally open again and this is great! This building housed the Moody Lounge from the late 1960th for 40 years. Moody Lounge was pretty popular back then - it had decent local live music in the 1970s. Then it became Robert’s Restaurant around 1999. Robert's Restaurant and Bar closed in 2011 and Stadium Sports Bar & Grill was opened. The name was altered to Playmakers Bar and Grill in 2013 after a change in ownership. I guess this place has some historical value for Waltham. P.S. We visited this place recently. Under new ownership it is much much better than it used to be. Food is delicious. The idea of sliders is awesome. I would recommend to start with a slider tower so you can taste different sliders for only $20. The selection of craft beers on draft is quite impressive as well. I am glad that this place is now A+ local bar.

The menu is focused on sliders, which is great for someone that can never decide on what to get. I was able to try two different sandwiches - fried chicken and a juicy lucy, Both were fantastic! Shared onion strings, which were really great. I love that they carried the slider theme into dessert. We had the churro sliders, which were delicious. Only suggestion would be to include some wetnaps - as the icecream was a bit messy! Beer selection was good, included some local Mighty Squirrel beers. Plenty of TVs so that no matter where you sit you have a view, but wasn't overwhelming. Renovations in the bar area looks great, bathrooms not as much. But everything was clean!

Check out this cool spot for yummy sliders and a great selection of beers and cocktails. The new bartender Grace is a foxy lady. So pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. Very refreshing!

Brunch was excellent! The berries and cream waffle was one of the best loaded waffles I've ever had. As good as their sister restaurant "In a Pickle" but without the wait.

Came for brunch and really enjoyed the food! Our waitress was so friendly and patient when we took our time ordering. I had the B-fast BBQ sandwich and it was delicious! Hoping to come again to try their burgers and truffle fries I've seen on IG 😋

I went there to watch a Bruins playoff game on a Saturday night. During the second period they announced last call. Who ever heard of a sports bar that closes at 10pm, in the middle of a playoff game? Food and drinks were good, so it would be fine for dinner, but not for evening sports.

Excellent food. Tried the might squirrel cotton candy and it was a good local brew. The staff was very friendly and the manager was personable and professional. 10 out of 10 would do again.
