The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor was the perfect midday treat at Magic Kingdom! You'll find it right on Main Street, U.S.A., with a fantastic view of Cinderella Castle. We went all out and ordered the Kitchen Sink Sundae—it was a glorious concoction of two ice cream flavors, whipped cream, cherries, and served in its iconic "kitchen sink" holder. What made it even better? Our server even added a Hidden Mickey to it! We absolutely loved every spoonful and highly recommend stopping here for a refreshing, sweet escape.

Google
Very good ice cream. I got the Plaza sundae. It is 2 scoops of your choice of ice cream (I got mint chocolate chip and strawberry) with hot fudge or Carmel drissel (I got Carmel) and whipped cream and a cherry in a waffle bowl. I ate it while watching the fireworks show. It was busy when I got there but it was definitely worth the wait.

The ice cream here was spectacular. Everyone in our family enjoyed their treats. It is literally the best place we have eaten in the Disney parks this year. Disney did not disappoint here.

The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor in Magic Kingdom is an absolute must-try! We made sure to take the opportunity during our visit, and it was everything I imagined it would be — and more. The portions were generous, the ice cream was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. I also really appreciated the outdoor seating, which gave us a perfect spot to sit, relax, and enjoy our treats while soaking in the magic of Main Street. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to on every future trip!

Google
Limited vegan options here — just a raspberry sorbet, plus chocolate and vanilla Tofutti. Sadly, no vegan cones. The peanut butter sauce and maraschino cherries are vegan though, which is a nice touch. I had the chocolate Tofutti with peanut butter sauce and a cherry. It was good, but heads up: the portion size is huge. One scoop was easily half (or more) of a pint of Ben & Jerry’s. Worth it if you’re a vegan who loves peanut butter, but otherwise it’s pretty standard vegan ice cream at a premium Disney price.

Google
Delicious icecream - we had the traditional all American sundae and did not regret it. It was just the right amount of sweet and the fudge and peanut butter was the weren’t amount of sticky. Yummy. Most sundaes are priced just under $10. If you want it in Minnie’s/Mickey’s kitchen sink, it’s about $10 more

I love me some ice cream!!! And the prices aren’t bad at all.

Every time I go to magic kingdom i make a stop at this ice cream parlor. My go to is the hot fudge sundae. The last time I was here I got my ice cream sundae and sat outdoor with my friend and we just people watched. It was so much fun just to sit and relax and take in our surroundings after hustling and bustling with all of the different busy rides. The workers are always pretty pleasant, true to disney fashion. I always get vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and some chopped nuts. We’ve also gotten the brownie Sunday before which is delicious. I love going to Disney annually and this will all be a part of my Disney itinerary.

Yelp
You really can't beat a hot fudge sundae on an extremely hot day in Magic Kingdom. Is the ice cream anything special? No of course not haha. It's Edy's. However, that doesn't make it not delicious! It was just what we needed to refuel with a sugar rush. The inside is a quaint early 1900s ice cream parlor. Absolutely wonderful. If you don't wanna go simple like we did, they do have some really cool creations, especially seasonally. Their s'mores milkshake looked really great. Skip the Mickey Ice Cream Bar and come here instead.

Yelp
Looking for a classic ice cream shop, then look no further. Plaza Ice Cream is located inside Magic Kingdom, right on Main Street. It is the only hard scooped ice cream in the park. You will need a park ticket to come here and for some tickets a park reservation as well. This is a place we will always hit when we are wanting ice cream. The park itself has lots of ice cream all around, however it is all soft serve. If you are wanting scooped ice cream, then you need to head back to the front of the park and stop here. The shop is very small, and on busy days, you could be in line for quite some time. There are usually two sides to order from and then the counter to pick up your food. There are also no seats inside. The shop is that small. There are some tables outside but we usually can never get a seat. They share with the hot dog restaurant across the street. Most times we just sit on the curb and enjoy our sundaes. In the summer, when its hot, make sure to eat fast, because this ice cream melts quickly! You might get lucky if you go up the ramp to the right and sit in the Tomorrowland area. This is usually only used at night but there are plenty of tables. The options are small here. They have about 6-7 ice cream flavors and a handful of toppings. My favorite is the mint chocolate chip with hot fudge. They do not list sprinkles as a topping, but they have them, just ask. They also have a few different sundaes. These are usually larger in size and have more toppings. Recently some friends had the all American which had hot fudge and peanut butter. They both said they should have shared, because most of it went to waste, it was so large. One of their most popular and definitely good for the whole family is the Kitchen Sink. This comes in a very cute plastic Mickey sink dish. It is the largest sundae they offer. All in all, this is a really great place to get some ice cream. We don't go every visit but when we are craving a sweet, this is the place we go. The ice cream is always good, and the cast members are all friendly. I love to get ice cream right before fireworks and stand in the middle of main street, watching fireworks, eating ice cream. Perfect ending to the day! Check it out, next time you are at Magic Kingdom.

Lindsey D.

Yelp
I am loving all the plant based options available across the parks including soy based ice cream at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. I had a scoop of the chocolate soy based ice cream while my husband had a coke float with vanilla soy based ice cream. Both ice creams were creamy and delicious!

Jerry B.

Yelp
The atmosphere of this retro ice cream parlor in the heart of Main Street is delightful. Beyond 4D, you are transported into another era as you walk in. Unfortunately, Magic Kingdom, ran out of magic when it came to their Edy's ice cream selection. Their "hand-dipped" ice cream flavors are bland and lack texture, and even their ultra limited selection of drizzles lack a reason for being.

Abe A.

Yelp
This is a classic ice cream shop located in Magic Kingdom. I believe it has been here since opening day, it is located on Main Street. This is also the only hand scooped ice cream in the park. You will need a park ticket to come here and for some tickets a park reservation as well. This is the place we will always hit when craving ice cream. Magic Kingdom has tons of ice cream around the park, but it is all soft serve. If you are wanting scooped ice cream, then your only option is to head back to the front of the park and visit Plaza Ice Cream. The shop itself is extremely small, and on busy days, you could be in line for a while. There are two sides to order from and then the counter to pick up your food. There are also no seats inside. There are some tables outside, but we usually can never get a seat. These tables are shared with the hot dog restaurant across the street. Most times we just sit on the curb and enjoy our sundaes. In the summer, when its hot, make sure to eat fast, because this ice cream melts quickly! You can also try and grab a seat undercover to the right in an old Tomorrowland restaurant. They use it only at night so its available during the day. The options are limited, only 6-7 ice cream flavors with a handful of toppings. I am not a sweet person, so I usually prefer something plain like chocolate with nuts but there are no nuts here. They also have some different sundaes, which are larger in size and have more toppings. Recently some friends had All American which had hot fudge and peanut butter. They both said they should have shared, because most of it went to waste, it was so large. One of their most popular and definitely good for the whole family is the Kitchen Sink. Yelp
I was a nice stop to have a cool sweet treat to rest & recoup! Strawberry flavor could be better!

Mike A.

Yelp
The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star rating is because it's not their original ice cream, it's Edy's. The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor fits perfectly well on Main Street in Magic Kingdom as it has the old storybook Americana feel. You're greeted with the smell of ice cream and chocolate and the sense that everything is going to be alright. There are plenty of ice cream options for everyone as well as toppings to enjoy. Getting ice cream while at Magic Kingdom seems like a no-brainer, so yes I recommend!

Art C.

Yelp
One final indulgence After watching the great fireworks show, one final stop for ice cream. The bright Plaza Ice Cream Parlor was close to where we were standing, so we got in before too many others got in line. We all got spoons to help our granddaughter eat her Mickey's Kitchen Sink, an ice cream container designed like a kitchen sink but looked like a pair of Mickey's pants. It was all in fun as everyone dove in before I even had a chance to snap a photo. I believe it was two scoops of ice cream topped with whipped cream, cherries, and a fudge topping. A delicious final indulgence before heading to the exit.

Emilee W.

Yelp
We decided to get a late snack on our way out of Magic Kingdom to enjoy on the boat ride back to the fort. They stay open while the park is closing so no worries about missing out. The line was long but gave us plenty of time to decide. The ice cream was just fair nothing super fantastic. We got the brownie sundae you can choose your flavors. The cookies and cream was better than the vanilla. I wouldn't recommend it if you are a foodie looking for something great. No place to sit down and eat afterwards unfortunately though

Yelp
Who doesn't love a good ice cream treat in the Magic Kingdom?! As an ice cream aficionado, I have been to many ice cream joints, both inside and outside of the Magic Kingdom. This one is special in that it's in the heart of Main Street. The Victorian-era parlor style scoop shop fits the Main St USA vibes well. Staff is friendly and has a vast array of sweet treats from sundaes, to cones, to a multitude of toppings. The treats are sure to please anyone in your party! I am a cone person, so I love a double dipped cone wherever I go. On my most recent trip, I got a classic chocolate and vanilla scoop. They even add two chocolates on top to make Mickey ears out of it. Such a special added Disney touch! Only reason this is 4 stars is because it's not the best ice cream I've ever had. It's definitely good! But I reserve 5 stars for the creme de la creme of the creams. ;) But either way, you can be sure to find me in this scoop shop during any of my Disney trips!

Yelp
My wife and I have been saying for years that we would have the kitchen sink sundae and we finally did! It was the end of the night and it was the perfect time to have it. We ordered it with cookies & cream and mint chocolate chip with peanut butter sauce. It was the perfect combo of sweet & salty! Having that sundae we could view the castle was truly a great experience and one I wont forget.

Phil H.

Yelp
Located right on Main Street before entering the main park in front of Cinderellas Castle I love walking into this ice cream parlor with its amazing hot waffle aroma. The sundaes here are good with plenty of varieties. Vegan and sugar free options too. Last time I was here they served Edy's ice cream. Always busy but the lines move fast. Has that old timey look and vibe. Good spot to get off your feet for a while with a cup of coffee and ice cream treat.

Amanda S.

Yelp
We wanted a quick sweet treat so we stopped in. Half of our party was in the super long line next door at Starbucks. There was no line for ice cream. We all had the raspberry sorbet (no sugar added) one scoop each. The sorbet was really delicious and it even had two little Mickey "ears" on top made of chocolate. The price was high but hey, it's Disney!

Catt A.

Yelp
If you would like overpriced mediocre ice cream served under the management of the rudest manager in Disney, this is for you. Quite overrated and being poorly treated at Disney was over the top.

Alex R.

Yelp
The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is located on Main Street of Magic Kingdom inside Disney World. It is probably the most magical icecream shop I have ever been to in my life and the food definitely was filled with magic as well! Store: The store is located at the very end of Main Street so it has a corner entrance and can easy to miss if you're not paying attention for it. There are tables outside for anyone to enjoy so people not having icecream are allowed to use them. We had a hard time getting a seat but eventually got a cramped one in the end. Inside the store you are taken back to an old time icecream parlor with the look and feel of the store and also how the cast members are dressed. Everything is themed so well and really has that Disney Magic. The store itself is a little confusing. There are 2 lines that go to 2 different checkouts but all the icecream is the same. You have to gamble and pick which side you want but that doesn't mean your line will be the quickest. I picked the shorter line but didn't know that the person ahead of me was going to order 300 dollars worth of icecream so my line got bogged up and I just got stuck in that line. Other than the lines and no where to sit with your food the overall feel of the parlor is wonderful. The parlor is just not customer friendly. Food: Now this is why you go to this store. Once you wait through the awful long lines, order your food, wait to have it made, you can finally shove your face full of delicious magic icecream! We ended up getting the Kitchen Sink with the souvenir cup and it was worth every penny. The icecream was soft and smooth, the caramel and fudge were so thick, and the whipped cream was final amazing touch. The whole dessert was so indulgent and hit each and everyone of my icecream marks! Overall: We have only been here once out of all of our visits because we weren't sure of how good it was going to be. You're at Disney World so there's a million things to eat, so we just never tried the icecream before. This spot is definitely one to not skip out on and we will be making it a once on a trip time. The icecream is amazing, the store is really cute, the checkouts are confusing, and there's no where to sit. In the end this is a great Disney spot but it does come with a few flaws. If you're able to order quickly and get a good seat, you are in for a magical getaway to your icecream dreams!

Thea I.

Yelp
Disney's ice cream shop is an absolute delight! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a whimsical atmosphere and the sweet aroma of freshly made ice cream. The menu offers a wide range of flavors, each one more delicious than the last. Whether you prefer classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla or more adventurous options like bubblegum or lavender, there's something to satisfy every palate. The ice cream itself is rich, creamy, and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and eager to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to indulge in a sweet treat and create magical memories at the happiest place on earth. Obviously it's on the pricey side but what do you expect from Disney :( I'd give it a 7/10, def would try again if I'm in the mood for ice cream.

Danielle R.

Yelp
The ice cream saved this review. So Lets start there! The cookies and cream hot fudge sundae was a taste of childhood. Worth every calorie. Service was slow. We had a reservation and we got bumped and ended up waiting a hour. The green beans and mashed potatoes were cold but the meatloaf was good. The beef in the dip was chewy. Just not a great dinner. You know Disney meals are not cheap but for a sit down and what you spend, you want something decent. Big disappointment for us. Thankfully the ice cream turned it around. Get the dessert!

Rachael L.

Yelp
Expensive, but you do get enough for 2 to share in 1 order. We ordered 3 brownie sundaes and couldn't finish them all.

Kalvin K.

Yelp
I saw that they had a special fall flavor, pumpkin, so I definitely needed to go inside. Truth be told, I've passed by this shop many times on my visits to MK. Never did I think twice until this past fall day. They have quite a few delicious choices and I opted for the Apple Blossom which was a sundae on an apple pie base - super delicious. The pumpkin and cookies n creme ice cream were also super delicious! Prices were reasonable.

Chris A.

Yelp
So my girlfriend and I were at Magic Kindgom riding rides until the very end, and on our way out we wanted to get some ice cream. So we hop in line and hope it doesn't take too long. It's an impressively long line. But it moves surprisingly fast and we get our treat in no time. We ordered the Brownie Sundae (warm Brownie served with Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream Cherry and your choice of two hand-scoops of Ice Cream) with a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of cookies 'n' cream. It was so good. Four stars good. Ice cream is ice cream, we all know that, but the brownie you want to be ooey and gooey, and it was. Basically, if you want ice cream while you're at the Magic Kingdom, I was pretty happy with this place. The price wasn't even too bad, which is surprising for Disney. Come, enjoy.

Jennifer T.

Yelp
At the end of a long hot and humid day at the Magic Kingdom I decided to join the crowd in line at this place to get my Mickey Sink sundae. Partly for the raving reviews but Seriously.. let's face it. I stood in line for 20m just for a plastic mickey pants sink bc the ice cream is Dreyers brand and you can buy that from the store for way, way cheaper. The service was good. They could use more fans for the lines waiting outside of this place bc even though it was about 9:30pm when I went it was still very humid. Is the ice cream mind blowing? Uh.. have you had Dreyers ice cream before? It's good, but it's still a mass produced product. It's not like the local premium ice cream shops that whip up their own concoctions in smaller batches. With that said. The Mickey Pants container that holds the ice cream is really cute. They have a flavor of the month that isn't posted anywhere so make sure to ask what it is.

Jon V.

Yelp
Overall rating is 3.5. The ice cream parlor at the Magic Kingdom had the architecture of the classic ice cream establishment that you'd imagine in the movies. All white with baby blue striped wallpaper and a lot of light. A small convenient ice cream parlor that provided fast service. The kids got fudge brownie sundae. In their opinion, it wasn't absolutely "magical" just a big somewhat stale brownie and a nice and creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. The staff members are in uniform and quite friendly. Understandably, the pricing is a little on the higher side.

Esmahan A.

Yelp
I love Disney but sometimes it get so packed and busy the quality of food and service sucks. We waited on line on a hot day for the new donut ice cream. It was a 40 min wait because we bought into that hype. The server forgot our caramel sauce and nuts. We also got a cold hard donut. Saved us some calories but whatever. We would have liked a warm donut with our ice cream. God is good. And we didn't want to be petty. And Flint still has no clean water so we let it go.

Tom P.

Yelp
Iconic ice cream in the park. Pricey? Yes. But you're in the park where else are you going to go? Had a nice mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwich and sat by the Disney circle enjoying time with the family can't get better than that.

Ray B.

Yelp
You're at the Magic Kingdom. It's hot, it's humid, you need a break? This is the place for you. Located right on Main Street on the plaza. You can tell you've found it with the long line stretching out he doors. There really is only one thing worth ordering here. Mickey's Kitchen Sink !!! Choose 2 scoops of ice cream, top it off with some hot fudge, whip cream, and cherries. And you are good to go. The kitchen sink itself is an awesome souvenir. Take it home and reminisce about Disney World all over again. Yeah it's pricey at $16.99, but well worth it. The lines go pretty fast and service is super friendly. There's outside seating which gets "scooped" up quickly. This is one great ice cream shop.

Anthony H.

Yelp
I had the banana boom and it was awesome! The wait wasn't too bad and it smelled great in there. I'd definitely come back for ice cream here at Magic Kingdom!

Karena M.

Yelp
Good icecream. It get pretty full because of all the people attending the park. PLUS this Parlor is on the main strip where people stand to watch the fire works on the castle. I got the kitchen sink. Its ALOT. I also got the brownie sundae and it was also ALOT. The cookies and Cream icecream barely has any cookie pieces in it. Overall I'll be back. This experience is much needed. Plus my kid continued to use the kitchen sink for sundaes lol.

Wafa D.

Yelp
You have to have their ice cream!! Get the minnie souvenirs, they are super cute!!! You can just sit outside and enjoy the view of the castle and have your ice cream...

Yunny H.

Yelp
We tried the Brownie Sundae from Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, a Old fashion style ice cream shop on Main Street USA with desserts featuring hand scoop ice cream! It turned out to be a huge bowl stacked with layers of warm brownie, hot fudge, caramel, whipped cream, 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream and a Minnie chocolate bow on top finish off. The staff was super nice to re-make us a new one when our "Sundae tower" tipped over as he was handing it to us. it was an amazing chocolate-y sundae treat to share as we waited for the fireworks. They also got cones, floats, and even family size "kitchen sink" ice cream tub too. Brownie Sundae - $7.49

Ellen N.

Yelp
This is the 7th time I have visited Magic Kingdom. Finally I get a chance to patronize this ice cream parlor. The smell of waffle cones permeates the air all around. The taste is even better. The ice cream is extremely creamy. The price is not too bad, given that it is located at the heart of Main Street. Lots of different choices for anyone who loves ice cream. Be prepared for the long wait. But then once you have the ice cream, you will forget about the wait.

Jessi M.

Yelp
Omg, the sundae is totally worth the wait in line. I don't think there's ever a lull where the line isn't out the door but don't let that stop you! I'm vegan so I wanted to seize the opportunity for the plant-based ice cream. We decided on the Plaza Sundae, sub peanut butter sauce for the fudge and no whip cream. I'm aware that the waffle cone does have milk in it, thus is not vegan (but whyyy). My husband wanted it anyways and I don't mind that the ice cream was on it, I just didn't eat it. He said he wished it was vegan though so I could try it because it was really good. I'm actually sad that we didn't order our own sundaes because I totally could have ate my own, it was that good. Honestly, we will be here every time we come to Magic Kingdom from now on!

Iris S.

Yelp
Excellent! We were told by an Imagineer that the fresh cookie ice cream sandwiches were the way to go, and man was he right! SO MUCH ice cream and the cookies were amazing. My fiance and I shared it and almost couldn't finish it all. My mother in law had the kids cone which had two cute chocolate mickey ears on it. Overall this is a slam dunk.

Charity P.

Yelp
After lunch we went here to get some dessert. It is the cutest little parlor that is Victorian style. It is quite busy when you enter what the line moves really quickly. Menu is located above cashiers. The thing about the menu, you can't hardly see it and it's it's the only menu to look at which you can't see until your right there at cashier. It would be nice to see something while waiting in line. Another thing is it is a two-scoop menu. They need a one scoop pricing on it. My husband ordered cookies and cream and loved it. I ordered the sugar free chocolate vanilla swirl. I thought it was ok but feel that was due to me and my taste buds. It's a great alternative for people that need to watch their diet. The kids got root beer floats. You can choose any kinds of ice cream to go in float. Thought that was pretty cool. Everyone one loved their ice cream, customer service was nice and fast, cost was perfect. This is for everyone. You will have to find a place to sit outside to eat it. However, there are tables and chairs right outside parlor.

LouCindy A.

Yelp
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Am I right Yelpers?! Not this time!! I'll tell you this much, I'm screaming alright and so should you after reading my review!! We have always indulged in the Kitchen Sink at this great Disney Magic Kingdom Ice Cream spot. However, I will say "no way" fellow Yelpers! No way, and stay away! First, Disney raised the price of this old time gem! Second, they went from 5 scoops to 3. I'll tell you, wifey and hubby would share this and feel like we ate WAY too much. It was hard to put down! Not anymore. 3 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge (extremely stingy with the fudge might I add) and a cherry inside a plastic kitchen sink with Mickey Mouse gloves that pose as the knobs of the sink. It's a great idea and we always loved sharing this with just the two of us or our much younger children. They love the sink! This sink probably costs them $1 to make or to purchase. Either way, how can you rip us off like that? Less ingredients and you raise the price!? Did the cost of plastic or making ice cream go through the roof? I would t care if they raised the price for the same product, claiming inflation. But c'mon!!! Cindy and I have been ordering this delight for years. No longer!! We took our two middle schoolers to Disney this weekend for a birthday celebration. When I got the order I was like, WTF?! I didn't say F out loud. I was thinking it y'all and I don't like to talk like that. Seriously? This is what I paid $17 for? YES, can you believe it, you pay $17 for a 3 scoop hot fudge ice cream sundae! I wrote it twice because it isn't very nice! SHAME ON YOU DISNEY!! This is outrageous and I am stunned at this display. Trust me when I tell you that i am in a state of dismay! This is just gauging the customer! Cindy and I didn't have more than a couple of bites since we didn't want to eat most of the dessert on the kids. One of my bites consisted of whipped cream since our son doesn't like the topping. What a downer! Beware! This is a joke and Disney you should be embarrassed!! What a bummer! That's the last time for us. Good luck everyone!

Stephanie M.

Yelp
I had a craving... peanut butter and chocolate!!!! Since Disney doesn't make my beloved peanut butter sandwiches anymore (think graham crackers stuffed with peanut butter then covered in chocolate) I thought the ice cream parlor may work. There are a TON of options!!! Im not a huge ice cream fan but I decided in the All American sundae... two scoops with peanut butter and hot fudge drizzle, whipped cream and cherries... I got the no sugar added butter pecan (because I may as well try to save SOME calories) and cookies and cream because I didn't want basic if I'm in Disney... I asked for extra peanut butter and fudge... hey i wanted peanut butter and chocolate... (btw you can order a side of peanut butter drizzle for $.69)!!! I asked the gal at the register how much it would be for just one scoop with the toppings and it was only $.50 less or something so I went for the full sundae. Ok the whipped cream is yummy as are the peanut butter and chocolate mini chips! The ice cream was good too... but what was actually fantastic was the amount of toppings they gave me!!! She put so much I had to put my sundae cup in a bowl too...it cured my craving... and I don't think i want sweets for two months. But it was pretty darn good. I got in line 20 minutes before the main street show and it was long. I was worried but they are efficient and I was able to get back to my friend with ten minutes to spare!!! Impressive so don't be daunted by the line... hey it's Disney what do you expect???

Bill B.

Yelp
I was highly disappointed by the ice cream here. The options are limited and that is ok but it was melty and the seating area outside was absolutely dirty with full trash and recycling bins. I have never seen this in Disney. Pretty sure they got my order wrong 2 times but the first time it was caught before being served. The staff was friendly and did their best

Justin L.

Yelp
If you're concerned about time and money, skip this place and buy yourself a nice quart of Edy's (Dreyer's in Texas/West Coast) when you go home. There's plenty of other dessert options in Magic Kingdom. But if you're really a fan of supermarket ice cream, you should definitely come here. Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is located along Main Street, USA. The decor is consistently old-fashion, from the light color walls to the light blue employee uniforms. Ice cream flavors are vastly limited; there's vanilla, chocolate, cookies 'n cream, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, raspberry sorbet, tofutti, rice dream, and chocolate-vanilla swirl. The double-scooped ice cream cone is decently priced. Other options include a ice cream cookie sandwich, ice cream float, and sundaes. You can also purchase beverages here as well. Ice cream is always a good idea at the Disney parks, but better options exist elsewhere.

Yelp
I always get the friendliest cast members here. They are personable. My orders are prepared quickly and taste yummy. I always have to stop by when I'm there. Awesome ice cream treats

Yelp
There's nothing like watching fireworks at the Magic Kingdom with a giant ice cream cone melting in your hands in that Florida heat! To some, that might sound awful, but to many, that image brings back countless memories of days spent with their families in the most magical place on earth. Ice cream is as American as it gets, which is why the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is a park staple on the corner Main Street near Cinderella Castle. Have doubts? Just check the size of the line about 30 minutes before the evening fireworks show (currently "Happily Ever After"). Guaranteed there will be a line out the door 30+ guests long. While nothing out of the ordinary, this ice cream parlor serves up all the classic favorites (fitting with the theme of turn-of-the-century small-town America). You'll find sundaes, cookie sandwiches, cones, floats, and even the famous kitchen sink (recommended for groups). Ice cream flavors include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, cookies 'n cream and more. Prices here aren't too bad (considering they are Disney prices), ranging from $3.49 for a kids cone to $5.79 for a sundae and $16.99 for the Kitchen Sink. Looking to eat your ice cream inside? Don't count on it. This place is really just built for ordering, although there are a few tables and seats you can find just outside the shop. Also expect the line here to move fairly slowly. They do have an efficient system in place, but with such a small store, it's difficult to move people through quickly. Otherwise, the flavor of the ice cream here is very good (probably as classic as it gets when it comes to flavor) and the ambiance very fitting. Word of advice: avoid this place during peak evening hours (within an hour of the fireworks show before or after). The lines get very long! On my last visit, I got in line at 8:15pm (for a 9:00pm show) and had my ice cream around 8:40pm. If you're looking for a truly classic ice cream experience, this is the place to go!

Yelp
The line is hit or miss - depending on when you're visiting. If it's hot, it's more likely that the line will be longer. It was a pretty cold evening in Orlando for us Floridians, so there wasn't much of a line. There's only a few selections, but this is probably to keep the line moving and for the kitchen to be efficient. They also only have about seven or eight types of ice cream - no cookie dough ice cream. As the parade was going on, we wandered in for a late night snack. There are two lines. If you aren't sure what to get, there were some small menus floating around; otherwise, you've just got to read the large menu at the center. My recommendation is to get the ice cream cookie sandwich. Kids cones are only $2.99 but are one scoop of vanilla ice cream. I enjoyed my cone, but as someone else mentioned, it's really simple - what you could get by going to your local grocery. But hey, it's Disney.

Yelp
TOFUTTI ice cream....... Nuff said. One of the places that make Magic Kingdom actually magical (at least from a vegan mom's perspective). Great dessert place for a carnivorous family. They have regular milk ice cream options, sorbet, rice dream available.....but all vegans know that TOFUTTI (in terms of ice cream) is the best of all. Limited in toppings but great ice cream doesn't need much. Their ice cream is presented by good ol Edy's and the staff here are ALWAYS sweet (even when they're not at heir best). Portion sizes are generous so don't worry about splitting a scoop! The line moves fast but if your a party of more than one take the hands you need, get everyone's order, and send the rest of the fam (with strollers) to find seats on the lawn or a table to enjoy. The lines are cramped and small so the less stroller and family action going on the better your experience. No annual pass holder discounts but worth every penny! Mickeys sink is still used in our house anytime we have a Ice Cream sundae night and our five year old digs the magic staying alive outside of Disney. I know the parks can be daunting but ice cream makes everything better! Hope this review helped and don't forget spoons and napkins on the way out!!

Yelp
Word of caution... I am a HUGE Disney nerd. I love almost all things Disney.... and the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is one of them! Whether it is the Plaza sundae (two scoops of ice cream with hot fudge in a waffle bowl) or the ice cream sandwich made with two fresh chocolate cookies that is big enough to share- either is an excellent sweet treat. The line can be long depending on the time of day, but they seem to run it efficiently to get you in, out and on your way. Each item runs about 5.00 except for the overpriced Mickey kitchen sink at 15.00, but you do get to keep that souvenir sink.... If you are in the Magic Kingdom and need a sweet treat, this is the place to go.

Yelp
Don't get the root beer float. Room temp root beer. It was probably the worst one my husband and I have ever had.

Yelp
This is a great spot for breakfast at Disney. We decided on the Mickey Waffles. The Waffles were made fresh, light and fluffy and dusted with powdered sugar. They were served with syrup as well as a tasty strawberry preserve that had whole pieces of strawberries. The 3 slices of bacon just helped to make this breakfast all the more better for a long day at the park! The only problem I found was no coffee, but they do serve hot chocolate, juice, milk, and water.

Yelp
Fun restaurant with ice cream and other treats. There is almost always a line. If you order mickey's kitchen sink, beware! They announce it and everyone cheers. We ordered the brownie sundae but were not impressed. We didn't finish it, which says something because we love sugar. The brownie wasn't good, and it soaked up the chocolate sauce. I think we just didn't order the right thing here. The prices are very reasonable and cheap for the amount they give you.

Yelp
Love their ice creams, every time. Its a must visit place. Reasonable prices and accommodating. The cast member Blake took mine and my daughter's order. She asked for lots of peanut butter sauce and he made it happen with an awsome sense of humor, put a bigger smile on our faces as we saw the receipt and got our icecreams. The rest of the crew had prepared it without question. Thank you guys.

Yelp
Ice cream cookie sandwich for the win. A nice treat on a hot day, the ice cream parlour is always a good choice. They only have a handful of flavors (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint chip), but they always have something unique to offer. I enjoy the ice cream cookie sandwich most days, but more recently I had something with a donut and an vanilla cone stuck on top with some chocolate sauce and a cherry. Needless to say it was delicious. As with almost everything at Magic Kingdom, there is usually a decent wait before you can indulge in your treat.

Yelp
Good solid ice cream parlor on Main Street, USA. I had the Plaza Sundae or whatever it's called - 2 scoops, hot fudge, whipped cream, cherry, waffle bowl, prob some nuts. It was $5.xx before tax and lemme tell ya - as a SF resident, that's cheap af for a fairly sizable sundae (feels like more than 2 scoops and they are generous with toppings). Now, let's address something. I see a lot of comments about enjoying a sundae "on a hot Florida day" and I just cannot get behind that at all. To me, an ice cream sundae is a nice treat at the END of the day, in this case after a long day out at the park (they stay open for a while after the park officially closes). I just cannot fathom having a big fat sundae and then running around the park for 6 more hours. (I could understand perhaps a 2 PM Mickey bar.) Ice cream is not COOLING or refreshing, it's sticky. Drink a water or iced coffee or even a Diet Coke if you're looking to "cool off". Anyway, this place will suit your needs no matter what time of day it is!
