The BEST SEAFOOD ever! I usually make my seafood at home, because I hadn't found anyone who could make it better...well they do and better! Never thought I would say that!!! This place is amazing! Fresh, delicious, and all-around special!! I ordered the #9. Yummy Dungeness crab and shrimp platter! That season is everything! We also ordered the fried shrimp platter. It's better than Sid Booker!!! Also, the sesame boubon shrimp and rice platter (something special right there).. what made this place extra special was that they also added a complimentary side of sea slaw🫠 and it was so good! Thank you for that@pleasureplatters! My husband didn't realize this until he got home!. Will be a returning customer here on out! I finally found my happy place 😊😊🥰

We love pleasure platters and try to support atleast once a week /bi weekly. ALL her food is EXCELLENT!!!! However, we just tried that seafood pasta salad and here it is two days later and I can't stop thinking about it!!! 10/10 You did the Damn Thing!!! Okay, love you bye!

I've been searching for this place for a bit. Finally realized it is just one block away from my hair salon. I tried to buy a little bit of everything but have to go back for the desserts. The house sauce is everything! Don't forget the sea slaw!

The service was nice and welcoming. The lobster bisque was really good and packed with seafood. The bread they give with the soup was very flaky and good. The sea slaw I liked but not enough to get again. I am glad I tried it, as I am not a fan of coleslaw. The salmon Alfredo I was not a fan. Salmon was a little dry/overcooked. I would come back I hear great things about the fried shrimp.

Every time I get paid, I put Pleasure Platters in my budget lol. I just had the triple threat with New Zealand mussels, crabs, shrimps and veggies. The size of those shrimps, the freshness of the crabs, and I’ve never had that kind of mussels before and everything was UHMAZING!!! I’m a big back so I love food but this hits you in a completely different way. I can’t really rate the atmosphere or the service because I always do DoorDash but her TikTok’s are very upbeat and friendly

This place is a treasure in North Philly. The aroma of lovingly, expertly prepared seafood greets you as you enter, as well as friendly, helpful staff. We were blown away by the incredibly flavorful fare, and by the extremely generous portions. We ordered fried colossal shrimp, corn, broccoli and fries, and had more food than three of us could eat for just over $40. We can't wait to go back and try more delicious options off the menu. I drove 12.5 hours to meet the owner and her family. From Evansville, IN to Philly. The food was amazing. The lobster bisque was the best I've ever had. The seasonings used on the seafood was phenomenal. Everything was so flavorful, I wanted the seasoning on everything. The service was personal and very genuine even though I got there late at night. I ate some in the store but I took the rest of it with me to my hotel room.

First time there and was pleased with my meal. I ordered the #17, 2 pieces Haddock, Fries & Seaslaw. Everything was seasoned just right and the Seaslaw is very good. Portion size was good and the food tasted fresh. I also had a piece of Strawberry cake that was also delicious. The staff was courteous and the environment was clean. Parking is tight so beware, business is take out so park and walk or park and pay. I recommend Pleasure Platters and I will revisit.

A friend recommended Pleasures Platters to me. I stopped in this weekend and ordered a Large Seaslaw and Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo. The Seaslaw was incredible. I ate the entire container on the ride home. The Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo was delicious as well. It was packed with well seasoned Colossal shrimp and grilled chicken breast. I recommend you order in advance. My order took sometime to prepare but worth the wait. I'll definitely be back!

This was my second time ordering from Pleasure Platters and they did not disappoint. The crab legs were very clean, flavorful and plump and juicy. The shrimp were HUGE and piping hot. Go get you some...

Alright, let's take a trip to get the lowdown on Pleasure Platters, a seafood spot on the north side of Philly! I've been following them on social media for some time. I had really high hopes because all of the reviews were so great but since I'm rarely on this side of the city, it took a while for me to check them out. Is it worth the hype or not? I got my chance to taste and see. Please keep in mind this is based on my and my mom's taste buds. You may love it. First off, let's talk vibes. Pleasure Platters is a neighborhood joint. It is not a hang-out spot, you will not take your boo for a fancy dinner. However, they do have an option for a date night meal, if you are looking for something to have a nice night in for two. The fact that they've upgraded from someone's kitchen to an actual building is a solid flex though, gotta give 'em props for that. Mother in the front was nice. She did her best to take care of everyone. The staff was also nice. They get a plus for that. Especially since, some brown family businesses get bad rep for bad customer service. I can say nothing but good things about the customer service! Now, onto the main event: the food. We snagged ourselves a crab leg platter, and let's just say it didn't exactly set our taste buds on fire. Based on everything I saw on social media I was expecting more. It's like, you take a bite expecting fireworks, but all you get is a sparkler on a rainy day. It was ok but it didn't make us do that oohweee dance. You know...the one you get when you take a bite of granny's cornbread, mac n cheese with aunty's collards! Yeah, that dance. But hold up, wait a minute, there was something that had some yummy in it! There's a shining star and it goes by the name of seafood slaw. Seriously, Mom got some crackers and went to town. So, in conclusion, we will travel for food but Mom and I would not trek back over there just to get a platter, however, we might get some of that seafood slaw if we happen to be in the area.

2nd time patronizing this store for some reason it did not taste the same , I bought the clam chowder this time , kind of disappointed , it didn't really taste that great , too thick and not seasoned good , but I always enjoy the pita bread that comes with it . The colossal shrimp are so good and the veggies are done right , not soggy but the sauce tasted , like tomatoes to me , was not a old bay seafood type of buttery goodness this time . They messed my order up this time and forgot items I had paid for , didn't realize till I received it at home , they did give me a refund , store is small only at the window with stools type seating . . Otherwise it's a good reasonable place to grab seafood and the quality is awesome

Foods always amazing, and very reasonably priced. I love the portion sizes. You have to try their desserts.

I drive a hour to get a platter and I'm Not a fan. The flavor was Not hitting. I would not recommend. I will give them a 3 out of 5.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. The salmon & peppers, the curry salmon, the to die for chicken & shrimp Alfredo, the curly fries, the sea slaw, the fish were all fantastic. My friends and I traveled from South Philly multiple times during the month. The food is very tasty and top quality. Kudos to the staff. Everyone that I've come in contact with are all very pleasant and polite.

OH MY GOODNESS. THIS IS THE BEST SEAFOOD I'VE EVER HAD. I live in Los Angeles, but visiting family in Philadelphia. These are the best crabs I've ever had. The serving size is so generous. The sauce and flavor are amazing. Please check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Chicken and shrimp alfredo $27 was trash. The container was half empty. Smfh. NEVER AGAIN!

The food is consistently delicious. The shrimp are the biggest you have ever had. My 11 year old grandson never wanted to try any soups, but he loves the lobster bisque. This is a must see and eat location.
