Google
Plomo Quesadillas earns a solid 4 stars. The food is delicious and packed with flavor—crispy quesadillas, melty cheese, and fresh toppings that hit just right every time. The menu has a good mix of options, from classic combinations to more creative ones, and everything comes out hot and well-prepared. The restaurant itself has a fun, casual vibe with a bit of personality, making it a great spot to grab a quick bite or hang out with friends. The service is usually friendly and efficient, though it can get a little slow during peak hours. My only minor complaint is that the portions can feel a bit small for the price. Still, the taste and quality easily make up for it. If you love quesadillas, Plomo is definitely worth checking out.

Google
Had a great time at Paloma Quesadilla Bar! The food was delicious and fresh, and the quesadillas hit the spot. The employees were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool, perfect for hanging out with friends or a date night. And the margaritas? Strong and flavorful, exactly how they should be! Definitely a spot I’d visit again.

Google
Chill vibes, absolutely amazing customer service and the food was superb. I love it when I go to an eatery and the staff shares their favorites. Ohhhh I just love it! So I had the monthly drop, “The Condesa” quesadilla filled with Steak, avocado slices, caramelized onions, queso and cilantro. My husband had the Black Magic quesadilla…it’s a vegetarian option. When I tell you the elotè that was in the combo made the meal complete….i will literally return for that alone. But let’s get into the quesadillas!!!!! Look at the pics! PHENOMENAL!! I made it dirty with fried cheese on the outside….SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! We are definitely coming back. My only complaint is the parking. Other than that….they will see me again. Ask for Tori when you visit!

Google
Little eatery serving up a variety of quesadillas. Prices are really good, especially for the combo meal that comes with chips, a small serving of elite, and a drink. You can choose from several sauces or guacamole. They also serve up margaritas. The quesadillas were more than enough for one person - I've even shared one. Note that they offer counter service or takeaway only. I just wish there was more parking - there is very limited street parking.

Google
Location: mid. The fact that you have to drive down Ross is bad enough. Food: extremely fair priced which caught me off guard. The spice level is very accurate as well so be careful getting the lvl 3 spice. Service was okay. They ONLY take your order and call you to pick up your own food when it’s ready. Really no service in that. Pictured: Vasquez Escobar & El Padrino The Elote was a very small portion but good in flavor. Check out that cheese pull!!!!! Instagram: im_alwayshungryy

Everyone working was so nice, the vibes were awesome, the decor was great! The chips were fantastic! The quesadillas were good, but I really appreciated the atmosphere of the place.

Google
Their food is the best, especially the quesadillas and the lime Sprite. They make the most best meals. They have the most greatest type of limes. We could do a lot of tricks with the limes like whoever squint their eyes first when eating the lime loses it’s so fun here it’s decorated. — my 8 year old daughter

Google
These quesadillas were really delicious. The vibe is great, the hosts super helpful, but the food… SUPER YUMMY.

Yelp
After our shift ended, my new coworkers wanted to grab food and suggested this place. I was hesitant about it at first because I'm not really into Tex Mex. I ordered the Black Magic which was really good! I enjoyed it as well as the elote and chips. I got to try my coworker's foods too, the El Padrino and Jesse James, which was both good too! Overall, I was surprised and fulfilled. Very solid and good food especially for a late night bite.

Yelp
We really wanted to like this place and the hopes were extremely high. Everyone was nice! The place was nice and clean. We always get several menu items to try out. We started with the dip trio which was a flop. The guacamole was the best by the way, the salsa was just bad! It was like ground up tomatoes from a can topped with cilantro. The queso was just as bad. It tasted like heavy whipping cream with cumin. That's not queso. We were so disappointed! The chips were good though, nice and warm. For sides we got the chorizo Mac and Cheese and an elote. The mac and cheese was ok but lacked flavor, I was excited about the concept but it was a miss. That elote was not the type of elote I was hoping for. I guess I was thinking is was elote en vaso like from the carts in front of your local supermarket. I don't know what I was expecting. It's just mayo with cheese. I should've known better when it said it had cayenne pepper. Why would it have that? I don't know. It was so bland. Now for the quesadillas. We got the Rick Ross and brisket quesadilla with some add ons. The cheese was nice and melted which was a positive. Everything was a miss. The brisket was dry but had potential. Again. High hopes. Overall the chips and guac were tasty. I was thinking this was going to be a Mexican food joint. It's not. It's almost like Tex Mex. On to the next one.
google avatar

Jaquita L.

Yelp
Came here before the crowd and was not disappointed. Chill vibe, and loved the ambiance and outdoor seating. Rick Ross 7.5/10: the quesadilla itself was ok. I liked the flavors together but would have liked the meat to have some flavor - it was a little bland to me. My sides were the chorizo Mac and Mexican corn. I didn't have any noodles in what should've been my Mac - think they just gave me queso. But it worked out because those chips were delicious. The f*&king margarita was pretty good too. Overall though I'd definitely come back and try something else.

Yelp
Stopped by while in the area for a quick dinner. Such a cute place and great concept for quesadillas! I did try the veggie/black bean option which was good, wish i could've tried a different sauce with it. Overall food was great, quantity was nice and service was very quick!

Yelp
After living in San Antonio for 10 years I was worried I would a good quesadilla place in Dallas-but this is the one!! The service was stellar, ambiance is nice and casual. There are so many options on the menu we tried the black bean quesadilla (shared it) and it was delicious. This will def be my new late night craving spot
google avatar

Yelp
Look, if your name's rocking Quesadillas, you better bring the cheesy thunder. Sadly... it was more of a light drizzle. We even got it "dirty" and still--meh. Guac tasted like it moonlights in a lunchable. Freshness? Missing, presumed dip-sappeared. BUT hold onto your forks, because the Chorizo Mac & Cheese? Mic drop. Rich, spicy, cheesy perfection that stole the show like it was auditioning for its own Netflix special. Sure, it wasn't piping hot--but those flavors still came in loud and proud. Moral of the story: skip the quesadilla, marry the mac.

Yelp
THE BEST late night and quesadilla spot in dallas, hands down. it's almost a guarantee my boyfriend and i will pay Plomo a visit when we've burned 200 calories dancing. I've never had an issue with the service, they're always happy to explain any menu items, and the one road bump i've run into with a flat soda at the location, they were happy to fix it with a refund. although it's a late night spot, it never feels unsafe and the environment feels nice to be in and stay a while.
google avatar

Ricky L.

Yelp
I ordered online and to go at 9:30 on a Sunday night. Service was fine. Food was a little lack luster. I ordered el padrino. The protein is skirt steak. In the photo you can see there's not much steak. Not sure if they have a specific weight for the steak or not but it was mostly on one of the four pieces. I also got it dirty because the website said I will want it but I'm still not sure what dirty is. I will give it one more try.

Yelp
Saw this was the place to go, so I had to check them out myself. I saw it was more of an after hours place but I went in the evening. I ordered the steak quesadilla and the elote. Both were very very good. The quesadilla was super fresh and the elote was fresh as well. The elote was a little on the smaller portion size, but hey. The customer service was great the guy taking my order was v chill. You can tell they all vibe well in there. The ambiance was cool, and very clean. Will be pullin up again. Check em out.

Yelp
What Plomo does well is crafting delicious quesadillas with a great twist - not only is the taste authentic to it's Mexican roots but I love how they engineered a way to allow you to eat quesadillas on the go with their hand carriers. The location itself is very inviting and spacious as far as casual spots go. I would definitely go back again and try another quesadilla!
google avatar

Kristen A.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING! I got it three times while I was in Dallas for a month and I was not disappointed once! I even had my friends try it and they felt the exact same way. The service was fast and there was nice ambiance in the place. The El Marro and Jesse James were my two favorite while the Rick Ross was alright. I'm definitely going back when I get to Dallas!
google avatar

LaNitria T.

Yelp
Good food, but the place is small and abnormally crowded for as late as it was. They are efficient though all things considered we got everything we ordered without issue in a timely manner.
google avatar

Navid A.

Yelp
A great food spot at the end of the night in Lower Greenville. Open super late and their menu is straight forward; every option is a good option. The quesadillas definitely hit better later into the night so this is a great addition to the Lower Greenville experience
google avatar

Yelp
Went to the place one night after clubbing. The vibe and the set up is cool. Love that they stay open late that's a huge plus. The service was decent. The food was just ok to me. Nothing to write home about. If you're in the mood for a quesadilla and it's late night I would def say visit.
google avatar

Eli T.

Yelp
This is a great super late night spot. The quesadillas are really good. I tried the Escobar and chorizo and really enjoyed the chipotle sauce. There is limited seating inside but they do have a patio. Service was friendly and efficient. There is free parking on the left side of the building but if you go during peak times, it might be full. Overall it is a great place to go after a night out and the portions are pretty generous so I recommend asking for a carry out container.
google avatar

Princess T.

Yelp
The place looked nice was ready for some good food the price does add but I got a steak quesadilla and the meet just take like meat and blood it look so good but wasn't them the margarita was sour 60 dollars later never again chips and queso is good it was better then the food
google avatar

Autumn N.

Yelp
First impression - very clean inside but no one came to the counter to take my order for over 7 minutes. A man behind me walked around the corner to get workers to take our order. I ordered a side of small queso, a classic brisket quesadilla with a side of buffalo ranch. Everything was fresh and the food was great. The queso is a little on the thicker side if that's your preference. The brisket quesadilla is smoky and not spicy. Despite the wait the food was great.
google avatar

Lori H.

Yelp
What a great little spot to grab some delicious quesadillas. They have a variety of options. Very reasonably priced. You can get a combo for under 15 dollars that includes a drink, chips, and elote!!! The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is bumping. Not sure who put the Playlist together, but Bravo

Ryan S.

Yelp
On the walk up the establishment was clean . The line wasn't long , just people picking up dash orders. Customer service was chill and respectful. Music was tasteful. Food came out amazing . I say the Vasquez my favorite so far . Come on a Tuesday and you get $1 Queso
google avatar

Kylie F.

Yelp
Was very blown away and pleasantly surprised by how great this place was. Admittedly, I was not sober but I don't think that takes away from how good my quesadilla was. I got the Jesse Pinkman which is the special for the month of November- highly recommend! It was a chicken bacon ranch with cool ranch doritos. The quesadilla itself was huge and very filling with plenty of chicken and bacon inside. I also appreciate the included sauce- I got the avocado. You can get your quesadilla with crispy cheese on top for an extra charge, but mine honestly game with a decent amount of crispy cheese that had melted out of the quesadilla anyways even without that. It's clean and cool inside and we ordered and received our food very quickly. I think it's a great deal for the price and will definitely be back!
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
The quesadillas were very good! Kind of like a boujee quesadilla with things inside and on top. It was a great value and was very tasty! We went a little later on a week night and there was no one there. I would definitely recommend and will be back!
google avatar

Trisha M.

Yelp
We ordered 8 quesadillas to go and it was packed and ready to go when we got there which was great. However, once we opened the bags, we realized nothing was labeled. These are quesadillas so it's not easy (if possible) to see what's inside. For example, I am allergic to mangoes and a friend ordered one with some. To figure out what was what led to us de constructing the quesadillas, creating a mess, just to not only figure out who has what but also to make sure I don't eat the one with mangoes accidentally. On top of that 3 I'd 8 were the incorrect orders. Definitely do not recommend for to go at least but if they can't even make what was ordered but we get charged for it, not sure if this place is worth it.
google avatar

Neema S.

Yelp
Yummm, a late night quesadilla spot - what more do you need?? Plomo has a great menu, friendly service & is quick at churning out quesadillas despite their late night rushes. We enjoyed our quesadilla, definitely a great late night option!
google avatar

Izzie P.

Yelp
Service was super great! Staff is really friendly and inviting. Food came out super fast! I love that they're open late nights, great post bar or late night craving spot! I got the chicken quesadilla, steak quesadilla, dip trio & marg to go! I will say when my food came out the line filled up and was almost out the door. The chicken: love the flavor of the chicken. Cheese was melted to perfection and the crispy on the outside was so crunchy! The steak: steak fell apart in my mouth! Cheese was melted to perfection and I wish the crisp on the outside was as crunchy as the chicken. The dip trio: the quac & white queso are amazing! The salsa is a bit more mild than I prefer but still really good! Frozen marg was good, nothing like "this is the best" but again I got it to go so that might be why! Definitely planning on coming back to try more of the menu!
google avatar

Dr. D.

Yelp
We ordered a variety of flavors of quesadillas and loved them all. I had the brisket quesadilla and it was yum. White queso was good. Salsa was mid. Guac tasted store bought but it was good. I would go back.
google avatar

Sherelle L.

Yelp
Nice concept ! Just okay food. Went in on a Thursday night and it was empty in there. So service was quick! The menu is cute with really unique names and flavor mixes. You get 4 slices per quesadilla and one little service of a sauce. The quesadilla itself was decent, but not memorable at all. The meat needed more seasoning, and the quesadilla itself needed more cheese. At the price point of $15 I expected more. Now the side chips and cheese dip were delicious and the best part! Would I go back, not at my own will

Samuel O.

Yelp
Definitely recommend the Tikka Masala Quesadilla (During September only!) Great staff, ambience, and overall vibes. Wait times aren't long at all and customer service was amazing!
google avatar

Whitley M.

Yelp
Stopping by this place makes my night 5000x better EVERY time. It is worth making it "dirty" so just do it. I have nothing bad to say and the staff is amazing. They are also open till 4am on some weekend nights!!
google avatar

Monica U.

Yelp
Who doesn't love a quesadilla? Plomo is a cute counter service joint slinging specialty quesadillas and sides. Sides include elote, rice, beans, queso, guacamole, chips and salsa, and chorizo mac n cheese. They have a variety of different quesadillas to choose from -- vegetarian as well as different meat proteins to choices. They also have dessert options as well as a kids menu. Currently, they are waiting for an adult beverage license. Quesadillas are in the $10 range, so the combo with side and drink at $12ish bucks is a great deal. Our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and tasty. The chips were excellent. The salsa was fresh -- not spicy at all, however. The Padrino with steak, Doritos, and the Plomo picante sauce was terrific! Elote was solid. The service was very friendly. The vibe is casual, and the restaurant was very clean. Great place for a quick, fresh, yummy meal!

Kelsey J.

Yelp
Quesadillas SLAPPED! F*cking Awesome Marg? Mid. Too much mix. Queso? Gross. Cute little spot, wish the chairs were more comfortable.
google avatar

Meredith H.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious quesadillas at Plomo Quesadilla Bar! I ordered the classic steak quesadilla combo with rice and I loved it, you can get elote instead, but the rice was so good! The staff was nice and very quick getting out orders and helpful in suggesting different menu options. We had a group of about 10 and there was plenty of seats for all us as well as free parking located in a small lot next to the restaurant. We have added Plomo Quesadilla Bar to our lunch rotation and will be back soon!

Yelp
My husband and I stopped by to try this new quesadilla spot, because who doesn't love quesadillas?! The location is great - off Henderson. My first thought was I hope they're good because restaurants off Knox Henderson don't last long if they're not great. It's unfortunate but true. The ingredients in most of the quesadillas sounded really good - avocados, local brisket, picked onions...the list goes on. I ordered the black magic which is a veggie quesadilla and my husband ordered the Escobar, which had steak, pickled onions, elote, etc. I wish I took some pictures of the food because it looked good. The presentation was great in the little triangle shaped holder. 10/10 for presentation. As far as taste goes, I was unfortunately very disappointed. I don't want to be that person but I can honestly make better at home. The quesadilla were flavorless and the only part that had flavor were pickled onions. The steak was bland. The cheese was bland. The vibe is more of a late night kind of feel. They are open till 3 and 4am some days, so they definitely cater to the going out crowd. The music was fun - felt like a club. The prices are reasonable. The staff were all extremely nice. It just wasn't our cup of tea as far as flavor.
google avatar

Sara N.

Yelp
Very good for late munch! Good portion for the price and the staff are friendly. Very quick as well and it's a cute restaurant, with outdoor seating. The padrino was the best and making it dirty gave it that extra crunch.

Yelp
3.8/5 overall rating for me Sunday 2ish pm Light crowd Been open 3 months Open late Parking: there is a little parking lot on the side. It's shared between a couple of restaurants. Parking is free. Ordered : ---Jesse James Combo (Specialty combos are $13.50, includes drink and elote) --Vasquez Combo (same ^) ---Notorious Queso $7 ---$36.80 was the total Service : spectacular ! Cashier was friendly and came to check on the guests, bringing refills and to go boxes as needed. Atmosphere : chill spot. Music SHOOK me lol "Bussit baby" by Plies was playing. I'm for it. Cleanliness : It was pretty clean- bathrooms too. Food: I would come back. The Jesse James tasted better to me than the Vasquez. Vasquez was decent, though- not spicy. I expected more jerk from the jerk chicken. The JJ was different - it had ruffles on it. I'm here for it. You could choose the crema / sauce for the top. We both got chipotle. The Elote has a little kick to it-- like a small twist from the original elote recipe. It was okay. I wouldn't order a larger side of it, though. Queso wasn't giving what I thought it would give. I wouldn't have to order that again. We ended up trashing it after a few bites. You may like it... order a small if you try it. Chips were good. Pros: I'll highlight the customer service. Definitely felt welcomed. His personality was awesome. Cons: a little on the smaller side. Once popularity hits, it'll be tight. They have a patio or the restaurant next to it does- but it's cold outside. I'm not sure if they have heaters out there. There are shared, community tables inside-- I believe they are a 12 or 14 top. Then a long low bar like table on the side. Some may see this as a con, but there's a topless photo of a woman- over her n!poles are stickers that say "Make it nasty"--- it doesn't bother me, but thought it was important to note for those who care about those types of things. Next time: The receipt says "choice of side" so I'm wondering if I can get something instead of elote. I would try another side. Try the Rick Ross or the quesadilla with Doritos on it Try the salsa and/or guacamole Try churros Make sure that I get the Mexican Coke. Not the cola... I wanted a bottle of coke. Make it.... NASTY for $2 I'll return !!

Cam C.

Yelp
Love this place. Very nice staff and quesadillas we got were amazing. Music is always way too loud. Seems like their thing... to be fair I never asked them to turn it down.
google avatar

Tandi H.

Yelp
I found this restaurant a while back ago. I've had it in my mind since then. It's a good spot for me to go when I get off work late & want dinner to go before I go home. I finally stopped by tonight. I had the chicken & cheese quesadillas. Really good. My only thing is I didn't really taste the chicken. It was still good & will make this my regular place for late nights.
google avatar

Nelli T.

Yelp
Not your average quesadillas! These have a creative spin on them and are packed with protein and other ingredients. They just added drinks to the menu too like margs and a Paloma. Plus, they're open late on the weekends!
google avatar

Vanh D.

Yelp
Food was okay. I think it's definitely overhyped. The quesadillas were okay. It sounds really good but when I tried it, I realized it's a lot of stuff going on. It was like that saying less is more. I couldn't taste all of the ingredients inside because everything ended up tasting the same. It was bad but it wasn't the best either. The staff and service were great. I really like the churros.
google avatar

Brett B.

Yelp
Food was very good. Service was great. Environment has some adult humor. Family enjoyed.
google avatar

Nishitha M.

Yelp
I was craving a quesadilla and this was the perfect place to order from! It was cheesy and filled with chicken making it completely melty and loaded. It lacked a little taste (seasoning in the chicken) but other than that the quality and quantity was good for the price.
google avatar

Jacob M.

Yelp
A great spot to get a fun twist on a quesadilla! This late night spot is great to fulfill your late night meal needs and much more! I recommend getting the El Padrino quesadilla, the chorizo Mac and cheese was also unique in flavor. The quesadilla is filling; make sure to "make it dirty" if you want even more cheese and flavor! The food came fast and the staff was kind and responsive to my questions. Will definitely be coming back again!
google avatar

Appal B.

Yelp
Soo me and my girls decided to stop here last night after a girls night out. The place was ver clean and the service was great! One this is they don't cash so make sure you have a card of some kind! I order the veggie quesadilla it was tasty but it did take some time to make which was weird because there was no meat that needed to be cooked. Lol.. we also had some churros.. they were ok.. but it had entirely too much cinnamon on it! It was like over powering the churro! But it was fresh and had like a leche filling in the inside! Overall it was a great late night snack, nothing I probably will be rushing back to get!
google avatar

Kevin M.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and nice outdoor seating. Had a margarita which was good and The Padrino which was spicy and flavorful. They definitely didn't skimp on the steak either. Would definitely go again!
google avatar

Roma B.

Yelp
Love this quesadilla spot! It's great if you're looking for a late night meal. Parking is a bit hard though. Got the Jesse James and El Chapo quesadillas and side of queso. Loved white queso and chips, even the small portion was huge. The quesadillas were very filling, a bit on the oily side. Make sure to ask for extra sauce on the side!
google avatar

Simone P.

Yelp
First of all I am soooo glad I found this spot. It is open late night and the food is SCRUMPTIOUS. I had the chicken and rice bowl 100/10 and 2 different chicken quesadillas. I will say if it had a fire sign next to it on the menu it is SPICY. Very spicy. The food came out quick and the cashier was super friendly. It is kind of small on the inside depending how busy it is but I 100% am going back soon
google avatar

EJ G.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. I had 3 different quesadillas and they were all fireeeeee. The food was sooo good and it's open late. It's good if you're sober or after a night out. The people are nice and they play really good music in the spot. I'm from out of town and I would go here everytime I come back. I didn't take a picture because the food was too good to wait
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
I wanted to really love Plomo. It's in the neighborhood and right next door to the absolute best burger in Dallas at Burger Schmurger. If I walked up to the building & had to choose which place to go into, it's the burger, hands down. I got the Jesse James today. It wasn't bad. It also wasn't good. I guess I expected the Ruffles chips on it to be crispy? They weren't, just mushy chips on the tortilla. Flavors were good. Chips and queso were good. The two guys working there were kind and helpful. Not saying I won't be back for a second try, but the food will have to blow me away next time.
google avatar

Shivani M.

Yelp
Good quesadillas! Quick service and friendly. Great for late night snack or quick lunch. Bunch of seating and parking at the back.

Yelp
This place is so good! Alex is amazing! Anything you get here is delicious. Highly recommended
