Now the new service is fantastic! And employee like Jorge Figuero is a person with extraordinary skills and polite and he always helps the clients.

Worst attitudes and they don’t understand English. I kept saying money exchange to Mexico currency, at least 3 times. The staff just don’t understand what I was saying and called manager.

Long long lines whenever you come, they do try but just a lot of people come here. One of the guys that's on the outside guiding people is nice and helpful. Very nice staff and knowledgeable. Just come with time to wait.
