Mo was such an amazing server!! She informed us about all the specials. She answered any questions we had about our food. The atmosphere was fun and inviting and professional!!

I had a great experience at Pluckers! The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for hanging out with friends or watching a game. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. And the food? Absolutely delicious! The wings were cooked perfectly with great flavor, and everything came out hot and fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Went for the holy Mac and wings and the holy Mac wasn’t cooked all the way , it was cold in the middle and had like flower stil in there . I got the 10 piece wing combo and the fries were all the crumbs like it was at the end of the pile , and wings looked like they were sitting in the window for awhile .

Great staff, accommodated a party of 7. Zen was amazing. Very quick service and had a great attitude! I have been to a few pluckers but service stood out in this location. Will return!

Unbelievable. In Plucker's for wings watching the 2025 Wimbledon Men's Championship. Dude changes the channel on championship point. Unacceptable! If you work in a sports bar your job is to know the situation with the game BEFORE changing the channel. I don't care that you hate tennis you still understand that it is one of 4 majors and do not under any circumstances change the channel on championship point. All you had to do was wait 2 minutes. Kinda sums up why the place was practically empty on a Sunday afternoon.

We had a great experience with Aubrey for dinner. From the time we sat down to when it was time to leave she took great care of us. Checking up on our table frequently, and making sure we weren’t missing or needing anything at all. We left very satisfied.

It was very crowded and wait time was around 30 minutes. The people at entrance and waiters were sweet and were able to find us place as early as possible. Ambience was good especially outdoors. But the food was too bad everything very cold. Nachos, fries were totally cold. Chicken wings were just okay. The chef made some mistake in the order and food came so late so the waiter managed to reduce the bill amount upon talking to the manager, which was sweet of him but still the food was too bad. They need to work upon it..!

Always been a fan! Food was great, service was friendly and attentive. I just wish they would bring old menu items back, wing sauce options have decreased, miss the hallelujah! The sweet potato fries and magic mushrooms, my all time favorites, are no longer served. That’s my only complaint.

DISAPPOINTING im such a fan but came in on yesterday (Tuesday) we got our table, the server came took our order we got 3 flavors of wings, and waited... the ambiance was calm, not pretty busy. the wings and fries came and they were COLD, we asked if he could please make our wings hot, and then the manager came and fix our inconvenience, cool. but then the wings came back as different flavors that the ones we asked for... we decided to just eat them because whatever i'm tired and hungry! the fries were cold again too. when the receipt was brought, i gave him a tip cash of 20% of the bill. (because even tho the service was bad, he still helped us) but then my boyfriend tells me that they have already charged us a 20% tip in the card... weird i didn't understand what was the deal with that?

Came in on a Saturday around 11am and grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender wasn't super friendly - more just business. I placed my order which is the boneless bites basket with mangonero and spicy mandarin with my fries tossed in cajun seasoning. The wings were not coated in the sauce and my fries weren't tossed in the seasoning. Essentially they brought out - both of the wing sauces and put butter in the cajun one - they told me it was so it would stick to my fries better. It was goopy and gross as well as n o t what I ordered. Why would the kitchen allow that to go on the floor if its basically chicken nuggets with a drizzle? No idea. Anyway, never had this issue at any other location - they are usually smiling and in a great mood - food is fresh order correct. I was a party of 1 it shouldn't have been that complicated of an order but it just seemed like me coming in was a giant after thought. My overall opinion? Mmm - try another location. Xoxo.

I can 100% see this place being crazy packed during a great sporting event. There are TVs everywhere. Lots of seating. The ambience is sports bar. Our service was great. The ladies at the bar were very attentive. Very kind. I ordered the hot garlic Parm and hot lemon pepper. Both of the wings were fried perfectly and tasted delicious. It's spectacular. It's your sports bar with really good nice size wings.

Food was great! Good place to watch sports. I can tell it gets packed easily on sports day as there are lots of TVs. There are outlets along the walls where the booth seats are. Service could improve. The server, I think her name was Channing, didn't know the menu and provided me with incorrect information as I had to show her the menu and it contradicted what she said. We had to wait a bit to get our check and waters refilled. She was nice though. Beer wasn't filled up to the top or close to the top. The psychedelic frog cocktail was tasty and costed $6.50, 34 oz Michaelob $10, 34 oz Dos $10.50, boneless basket $15.80, and 5 wing combo $11.25. Been craving the spicy ranch! The plaza where pluckers is located can get quite busy so parking may be tough if you arrive around common times.

Haven't been to pluckers in a few years. Wings are still well portioned by inflation is hurting everyone. Wings came out cold. Over sauced. The wings didn't hit the same as they used to... Gold rush and spicy ranch. Trivia on Tuesdays was fun but it was like 3 hours long. Service was great as usual. While the food is 3 stars I'll still keep coming back.

This location is full of workers that either don't care, or have zero attention to quality. Last 10 orders, they maybe got one of them mostly correct. What a shame. Been a member for over 20 years... and this last order made we never want to order from them again.

Food was good. Not many choices when it comes to alcoholic drinks but it's decent enough. Service was great as well.

Great service. Our waitress Yadiel did a great job. Was very impressed with how attentive he was. Food came out sooner then we expected. Definitely would want him as your waitress.

Happy Hour at its finest, but apart from that, let me tell you, the wings are a 10/10! They have the perfect crispy skin, and the hot sauces we tried were a great selection, and each wing had the right amount of coating. I like spicy, so my selction was the jamango jerk, which is made with authentic jerk seasoning imported from Kingston. It had a subtle sweetness but ended more on the spicy savjey build-up. The second order had half and half of the mangonero: Mango + Habenero, which is our go-to pick. This gave me exactly what I wanted. The other half the Maple Chipotle: A sweet, syrupy glaze with a smoky chipotle kick landed too much on the sweeter side than I would have liked. It was a good choice to try all around but wouldn't be an every visit repeat more of a craving selcetion for me.

My boyfriend and I love Pluckers. The service is usually mediocre, but the wings are the shining factor that has us returning every-time. I wanted to take the time to write this review to shout out our server, Tyler. This was the first time in a long time that we truly felt served. Thank u, Tyler! We will be back.

The food was delicious. So many wing flavors to select. The service was okay but slow. I understand they were down a bartender in the bar area but it took us an hour to get our food.

The food is always good and service is great. Nice place to sit and eat with friends or family. Sometimes it's really busy and there's a bit of a wait but it's always worth it.

Came here on April 9th to have lunch because pluckers is one of my favorite places. This location is slacking! Waited 15 min+ and no one came to greet us or take our beverage order. Had to ask who our server was and even at that we still didn't get anyone. We got up and left, the manager needs to get it together with the staff.

My boyfriend and I love coming here for their spicy lemon pepper wings! The service is always good though there is a wait sometimes.

Wings were decent, chicken was kind of dry. Weekends can be a 2-3 hour wait time. Chicken sand which was good.

Pluckers has been a go to of mine since I moved to Dallas over 10 years ago. I love love love the wings and loaded tots here. I also love the holy macaroni and mozzarella sticks for appetizers. They now have a lunch special menu which is really dope. The everyday drink specials make it an ideal place for most (like me lol) and everyone is always nice and inviting. Bakers Gold is my favorite sauce here (they were out this day) so I tried Mangonero (AMAZING) and my 2nd favorite Gold Rush. I'm glad I tried a new flavor, I'll definitely be getting that again. @MissMo2323

We made the choice to come and dine during the Cowboys game. What a busy night!!! Nevertheless, everything was crispy and creamy served with a smile. We will back to enjoy another meal!

I love this pluckers location, especially the bar area! All of the employees have great vibes, my location would be Arlington but prefer Addison.

First time to visit. Definite sports bar ambiance. We were seated immediately, but a long wait for someone to come by. When we finally asked, they fixed it immediately and apologized profusely. Mistakes happen and they truly wanted us to be happy. Service was exceptional the rest of the way. Tried the homemade potato chip appetizer with blue cheese dressing, tomatoes, and bacon. I thought it was fine, but my wife did not feel much blue cheese flavor or cheese chunks. Wings were ok, but not as crisp with the dry rub as hoped. The lemon pepper dry rub was overpowered with the lemon flavor. Would not go for those again. The garlic parmesan dry rub had a nice flavor. 5 wing pieces for $8 seems high for how little meat is on a wing part, but admittedly not a wing shopper.

Food was fine but it was so hot inside that me and the family were in a rush to get out and into the cool of our car! I didn't get any photos of our grub but it was good! The temperature in the place made for a bad experience though!

I love the food here but putting in an order for pickup always goes wrong. The employees suck at packing your order properly & accurately. I'm always missing something from my order, and most of the times they fail to add the complimentary celery.

Pluckers sauces are good. Their portions have shrunk, over the years, and aren't nearly the value they used to be. And, service is typically poor, even if your server is good. Remind yourself in advance, it will take a while to get your food and something on your order will be wrong. It helps to be prepared. Atmosphere is wings-sports-bar good. As you certainly know, if you live near Addison, parking is atrocious, and the parking garage is designed to maximize your frustration. And yet, I go back.

Horrible service, got drinks spilled all over me from the server and all I had to hear from "the manager " was is there a problem? Thanks gema aka manager lol, hey pluckers might want to do a better job choosing a who manages this establishment.

I already didn't like pluckers from a while back, but I hadn't been in a while so I decided to go ahead and go when my friend said they wanted pluckers. I got two flavors. One I know I liked and the other I let the server know ahead of time that I was recommended by someone else so I wasn't sure if I would like it...the wings were fried to a crisp. No chicken, only rock-hard crispys. On top of that, the flavor that I tried that was recommended to me was terrible and tasted so sour I thought it had gone bad. I ate one wing and the rest I did not eat or take home. I left them for the server and let her know that I didn't like them. I am not here for freebies, but as a person that works in food service -if someone says they didn't like something AND doesn't eat it, it's not going to be on their tab. I could understand if I ate it all and then said I didn't like it or even if I asked for a to-go box and took them home after saying I didn't like them. I ate one, set them aside and said that I really didn't like them and let her take them away. So in the end I paid $20 for 5 wings. I tried giving pluckers another chance and they showed me that they're a lost cause. I am really never happy when I leave this place.

Miriam was our server and she was an absolute delight. She was so sweet and accommodating that she really made our night and even though the restaurant didn't have certain things she was so apologetic. The food was good but the service was even better. THANK YOU MIRIAM

Stopped by for wings and they do not disappoint. We like the dry rubbed and them get a few sauces to dip. We tried two of the spicy sweet dips one with mango one with chili booth where so good. Disappointment of the meal was the waffle fries covered with cheese bacon jalapeños and sour cream you would think how could they be bad well yuck the fries where not crispy at all more mushy. Service started out slow they where not busy so mo reason for poor service. It got better after bartenders switched out.

This is the second Pluckers I tried and it is pretty good. Lunch time mid week was busy but not uncomfortable and we were seated immediately. Our server was fantastic and friendly but she had a heavy workload so things understandably took a bit longer than expected. The dining area was nice with plenty of seating. The tables were spread out with more comfortable spacing than the other Pluckers restaurant I visited. The food was great. Huge tenders and good side salads. We received the wrong dressing for our salad but we didn't catch it in time so we just went with it. The tenders were great but they weren't as hot and crisp as my previous visit. The sauces: Gold Rush = fantastic. Nice balance of tang, sweet, and smoke. Buffalo Hot = awesome. High heat with strong buffalo flavor. Probably too much heat for the average person. Vampire Killer = disappointing. This seemed like a sweet teriyaki with garlic chunks. Not much heat and too much sweet.

I am a pluckers member. I ordered pluckers nachos to go with everything on the side and they did not add the nachos. I'm currently at the phone with them and it's been more than 10 minutes waiting for the manager to talk to me and I haven't hear anything. This is literally the first time that something like this happen to me and it's really disappointing.

My boyfriend and I have always loved coming to this pluckers but today I was very disappointed. It took about an hour for take out when they said 15min. I understand that it's busy but if you're going to take that long at least make sure it's not sloppy like in the pictures. I also orders extra fries for our wings to be extra wet. Once again I was very disappointed after I paid for it.

From the start the waiter was very rude and had an attitude.she just threw our straws when she brought the drinks instead of just placing them down.she kept on mean mugging other customers she was taking care of as well. Didn't get her name but worked on the booth tables that day she was light skinned with blondish highlights on her hair 03/23/24 don't recommend coming here overall bad experience.

Went to the place to have a good time to end up knowing they don't accept out of country ID,s, never heard of a place that does this. I've gone to other bars with my ID and never had an issue till this time, also the waitress was in a bad mood from the beginning and got worse whenever i called for the manager to check my ID. I won't recommend this place to any tourists!

This area of parking is terrible, there's no room to turn around comfortably. The parking garage is terrible! There's no way to tell if the parking garage is full, it's dangerous. The whole area is unsafe, it's so dangerously packed I couldn't image first responders being able to come thru safely.

This is my first time here at pluckers and I've lived in DFW all my life , since the moment i walked through the door the ambiance hit the spot and I knew I was in for the best treat of my night . IZZY our server recommended her favorite items on the menu and made the ordering smooth and quickly as possible even for a busy Thursday night , our food was hot and fresh upon receiving it therefore best believe these wings were extraordinary and savory . Knocking two birds with one stone never felt this easy !

Service fell short Saturday night over 3hrs wait for party of 7. I enjoy the food but management needs but process with getting customers in and taken care of.

Every time I come here is amazing. I have the best time with the best food. They have a great variety of great food and drinks. I always get my wings just how I like them. I love their loaded waffle fries, they are just perfect! Their waitresses are always in a great mood and they are always so patient and friendly. I assisted Jan 21st and Nathan was great. He was patient abs very friendly. I will definitely come back for more great moments.

I always come here and food is always fresh First time coming on rush hour friday 9-10pm let me say the service was quicker than expected Our food got here before our drinks but let me say it was FRESH! You had people coming in and out quick I like that about this specific restaurant !

Shitty service. Came on a Thursday night around 10pm and it was insanely packed. Managed to sit at a wet table with crumbs all over it and no one came to take our order after 30 minutes, so we left. Insanely unorganized and rude staff. Did not get an apology or anything.
