Pluckers Wing Bar

Very positive vibe. Crowds up in a hurry during lunch time. Fried macaroni balls we fantastic as were the extra large cheese sticks. Wings were not my favorite. Give them a 4/10. Very small and dry. Staff was very busy but kept a check on us. Will definitely visit again.

Super friendly staff, delicious wings, and super chill environment. Our server was good, but not the most attentive. Really enjoyed the Vampire Killer, and Gochujang flavors. Really spicy, with a subtle burn, but also sweet finish. The gold rush flavor is also delicious. Overall good experience, versus past experiences that resulted in a 3 hour wait. Will definitely be back soon as the wings are very tasty

Craving wings, so we decided to try Pluckers. It's been a long time since we have been to Pluckers. The atmosphere is a typical sports bar, with lots of TVs and wall decor. You feel welcomed. Our server was obviously a seasoned server and did an outstanding job. It wasn't too busy, so we got seated right away. We have the cheese sticks for an app. Now their fried cheese are like logs cut fresh from the block, then fried. They look good on the plate, but they are so big that they are very hard to chew with all that cheese. Traditional ones would be better. The wings and fries were good, but not great. Waffle fries were excellent, crisp, and hot. Bone in wings were ok. I had the chicken bites, which again were just ok. I'd go back for the service and atmosphere. The food was not; Wow, I need to go back right away, but it was good.

This location does a great business and for good reason. Went to this location today with two of my friends, avoided the wait-list thanks to reserving ahead with the app. Serenity was our server today, and she was wonderful. Even when they were slammed, she still took time where it was found to be personable and talk with my friends and I. She was even consistent in checking to see if we needed anything to a point where we didn't even have to really ask for refills since she was on top of it. This location has always had great management from the consumer end. It was packed wall to wall and we still had our order within thirty minutes from the time we were seated. Pluckers is a safe choice if you like wings (and fried pickles I may add), and I will probably request to be seated with Serenity in follow up visits with how wonderful she was today. I'll post pictures in follow up visits since I was too hungry to take photos today

There are many flavors of wings to choose from, and the service is great. Unfortunately, the waffle fries are too soft and have a poor taste. But overall it's still great

Yeah, I guess ordering online after a certain time at night you will get you the last of what's left. I ordered 10 wings and pickles $30. No problem get home with my food. All I could do was say well dam. I had 9 drums and a wing with no wet wettness. I just wanted some wings. Them drums was drummed out a crisp, hard, little to no sauce no wetness I paid for. I ate the one flat an my pickles. Now if you eating some chicken wings you gotta get some wings (flats...). Ten piece i thought came mixed unless you ask for a special order. I got one and I'm hungry I almost cried and it's late. Long story short went to bed hungry wasn't about to spend more money for food.

Update: I haven't been here in a long time and was quickly reminded why. Our server, who's name is couldn't get, was absolutely terrible! She was rude and we had to send food back bc it came out cold. We had to ask another server to help us bc ours treated us like we didn't exist. You pay $16 for boneless wings that come out partially breaded and cold tots. I was informed the last time I came that the sides come out cold bc they start it at the other end of the line. We ordered the loaded cheese tots app and it came out hot but with shredded cheese instead of queso. When I asked our server she said she asked if shredded cheese was OK. No she didn't. I even confirmed with my daughter that she never asked that. I would avoid the Arlington location as much as possible. I've been to 1 other location before and it was the one in Dallas. They are too pricey to be serving child food and have poor service. If the manager was around, they were wearing the same as the server bc i never seen them. Steven was our bartender. He was great. He was friendly and checked up on us constantly. We ordered boneless wings with tots, bone in wings with tots, Tox Tea, Frozen Straw Mar, and the Irish Trash Can with Watermelon Red Bull. Everything was amazing! The alcoholic beverages were on point as always. We get the tots bc they have seasoning. The only way we will get the waffle fries is if they are loaded. They taste bland and gross otherwise. They are always busy. It's best to join the wait list through the app! We also love doing the challenges on the app too.

Been coming here since they opened. Service experience can vary based on the time of day and where you are seated (main dining, bar, and paio). My favorite thing to get is the lemonade in the Mason jar and the homemade chips. This time I ordered online. My food was ready for pickup by the specified time. It was busy, lunch rush, but I was greeted

I came to Pluckers to celebrate my son's birthday, and overall, we had a great time! The atmosphere was fun and lively, which made it a perfect spot for a birthday meal. The service was great--our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The appetizers were a highlight for us. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, setting a good tone for the meal. When it came to the boneless wings, though, I was a bit surprised. They were more like full chicken breasts than what I usually expect from boneless wings. While they were cooked well and had good flavor, the size and texture didn't quite fit the "wing" vibe I was expecting. That said, the boneless bites were exactly what I had in mind! They were perfectly sized, easy to eat, and more in line with what I think of when I think of boneless wings. Next time, I'll definitely stick to the boneless bites or maybe even try their traditional wings to compare. Overall, we had a great experience celebrating my son's birthday at Pluckers. The food was good, the service was solid, and the vibe was fun. Just a heads-up for anyone who's picky about boneless wings--the boneless bites might be a better option!

Our last food stop in Texas before heading back to CA! Super fun chicken wing joint with so many delicious flavors and junky fast food options (my god look at all the fried goods on their menu!). Service was friendly and we were seated immediately. Quite a large restaurant and they have many TV's going on with sports or trivia and such (though surprisingly not super overwhelming). Thought it was SUPER funny that the restroom signs are Cocks and Chicks haha. Our table shared a 10 piece wing order of the Vampire Killer and Lemon Pepper rub. Lemon Pepper was solid. Vampire Killer did have a heat to it but not as garlicky as I would have liked for something meant to murder the undead. Some of the wings had moist meat the others were a tad dry. Overall not bad. My bf wants to come back and try their wing challenge, so next time we're in Texas for sure!

Great Wings, service was good. I wish they had more to offer during Happy Hour such as more specials on draft beer.

Came here for lunch with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I hadn't been to Pluckers in about 10 years and now I see why the line is always wrapped around the building during busy hours! Luckily I didn't have to wait long during the middle of the day during the week! My waiter recommended the Gold Rush wings and I really wanted to try the Buffalo lemon pepper which were good! The gold rush were a little mustard-y... not terrible but not my favorite. The appetizers were great -- the fried pickles were a perfect crunch and the fried Mac and cheese logs were freaking creamy and delicious! The service was quick, there's plenty of TVs to catch whatever game you're interested in (they had the Olympics in when I was there) and it was an overall great atmosphere!

Visiting on a Friday night and on a second occasion to watch the Super Bowl, those were my experiences; both times Pluckers had people standing outside of the door waiting for tables. The hostesses were pleasant and provided anticipated wait times. The individual checking in is asked for a cell number and a text is sent to notify you of being on the waitlist. I can't speak to if the times were accurate because both times we decided to sit at the bar (open seating). The waiter/waitresses seemed to work as a team (of 3-4 people)! The menus were unique in their layout and placement of pictures/etc. Prices are low and portions are large! Drink orders were taken quickly and the team would pass by pretty frequently to take orders and inquire about refills. One of the Pluckers signature drinks- the Blue Coconut- was smooth and sweet. They also carry my favorite local beer, Revolver Blood and Honey (just an FYI). Wings come in 3 different ways- traditional bone-in, boneless and naked with a great variety of flavor choices (traditional wings are served on a silver platter, which I found unique to Pluckers). I chose the naked the first time with garlic Parmesan Flavor and the boneless the second time with honey BBQ flavor; both were delicious and came with 4 very large chicken breast style strips! Both style of tenders were tender and juicy, full of flavor. They also offer French fries, sweet potato fries, house made chips, tater tots and more! The sweet potato fries were thin cut waffle style fries and I was given the option to add cinnamon/sugar to them. The tatr tots were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, just like I like them. This yardbird based establishment is one to try and return to for great prices and large portions!

Great place just hated waiting for my drinks for so long. Our appetizer the waffle nachos only received bits and pieces of waffle fries. My wings also felt like there was more bone than meat. Overall good place just the inconvenience

I attempted to put my order in online; however, it does not allow for me to request all flats. Instead, I called. Initially a man answered the phone and told me that hold for a second while he had some lady take my order. Mind you, this entire time I'm in route to the restaurant. I waited on hold for approximately 11 minutes. When I walked in the door (I'm still on hold might I add), the ladies at the reception desk were sitting there laughing and having a grand time. I asked to have my order taken and she had the nerve to tell me to wait a few more minutes. Ummm. I've already waited 11 minutes and you're clearly not doing anything. This is absurd. According my receipt her name is Victoria. It was a short Hispanic/latino lady with dark hair that was laughing and doing nothing. She also put my name in as Jasmine even though I explicitly told her it was Nick. I'm 100% sure she did that intentionally to make me wait even longer if they were calling Jasmine. I had to go back up to the register so she could fix the name as I didn't notice it until 5:07pm (25 minutes later). The black lady with the locs is amazing. She helped me out yesterday and was amazing. Love her and I don't even know her name. The two stars is because the food is great. 10/10 on the food.

Came here with the cousins for lunch and had a great time. We tried the appetizer sampler and got to try a little of each. The cheese sticks were a favorite amongst us. The service was great, fast and quick! They also offered the different sauces so we could sample before ordering. The wings were flavorful, hot, and juicy! Enjoyed all the flavors.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I'm in town I make sure to stop by Pluckers. Please consider opening a location in California. I love these wings & appetizers more than life itself. The last time I was in Texas I ate here every single day & that's not even an exaggeration. Was I sick & tired of it by the end of the trip? The answer is no. The staff is friendly even though they're so busy. Please please please open a location in California, some holy Mac would fix all my problems.

Horrible host stand on seating.. been waiting over 2 hours and people walking in getting seated i seen like 6 different parties who came up n ask how long the wait walk right back in and get seated and then i was told they all had skip the line and platinum members really do i look that stupid.. im also a member and im still waiting and get a text message say its gonna. Be longer. I used the yelp app to get in the waitlist. Sorry i hate to put a bad review cause i always eat here its never been like this

Waited almost two hours for a table. They can't help that but after waiting almost two hours; was by far the worst food I've had out of all pluckers locations In the metroplex. As far as service, the employees all stood around talking in groups blocking customers from walking. Crazy they were all talking when my whole tables drinks ran dry. Love pluckers but this location was not it.

Normally I would give Pluckers a 5. Their customer service is usually on point but for this visit it was a fail. I tried to give feedback via their app, but that must be more for show than actual communication. For this visit, I ate in and had a to go order. My to go order was a monster boneless wing basket. I asked how many tenders are normally in that order and I was told, 6. When we were half way done with our food, I put in my to go order. Foolishly, I didn't check it. Going forward, I will take a minute to check my order. Since the waitress brought it out bagged, I just opened it and added my leftovers. Why did I get home and find that I had 4 tenders? That order alone was $24.00. Six dollars a tender? That is crazy because my side was a salad. 66.00 lighter, I am irritated. So, leaving a review here since their app feedback loop is broken. If you order to go, stop and double check it. Also, carry out/to go orders don't qualify for points unless you get the receipt with the barcode so you can load them later. This is true even if you order from their app.

Always packed but wings are worth the wait. Wish the host at the entrance were more welcoming but I guess there are so many people coming in they may be overwhelmed. Food is great just have to show up with time

I love this place.... If for nothing else but the chips they make. I mean they are great. Ok the chicken sandwich is always my go-to and it's really good too, fried or grilled you can't miss with it. The chicken has gotten smaller and thinner over the past 3 yrs but so have I so I'm ok with that but don't think we don't notice Pluckers! Just saying... lol. Their sweet tea is sweet and always warm. I guess they sell a lot of sweet tea because it's always like just brewed which is a plus but gotta bring that extra glass of ice if the tea melts it before it gets to the table. It's summer in Texas and it's hot! We need that ice, Just a suggestion. Anyhow great chicken, pretty good service usually. It can get/be very busy at times so be prepared for a wait or check in ahead online and be ahead of the people waiting. Always really helpful for us. Definitely recommend!

I hate to have to leave a bad review since I love Pluckers a lot and I've mostly had good experiences. However, my latest visit to pluckers was pretty bad. So I wanted to eat with my party around 6:30 PM on Wednesday Dec 27th, and I tried to get on the waitlist around 5:15 PM on Yelp but it said there was no wait. It was around 6 and one person in my party happened to be nearby Pluckers, so he went in to ask if he can get on the waitlist for 9 people, but the front staff said there's no wait so there's no waitlist, even though there were parties of people waiting in the front. I got there 10 minutes later, and suddenly it's a 45-60 minute wait. So we waited, since there's no other choice if I want to eat at Pluckers. I tried to plan ahead, but they made it difficult for me. Nearly an hour later, we're told we can be seated, however I saw their hesitation to seat us. They sat us at a long table by the bar that only had enough seating for 8 and we were told we'll get another chair for the 9th person. As we waited, the waitress who worked that area immediately snapped at my party saying "we have to put you back on the waitlist because we can't have you standing in the way like this." This rubbed me the wrong way. We didn't choose to sit here, we were placed here. If that's an issue, take that up with your coworkers that sat us here. We already had to wait after being unable to get on the waitlist at an appropriate time for the time we actually wanted to eat, and now we're being berated for something that was not in our control. This was enough for one member of my party to leave so that there was only 8 people and we wouldn't have to move. When the waitress came back, she tried to then explain that the table can be moved out and a chair be placed against the wall. I informed her that one person already left, to which she responds condescendingly "well he didn't have to leave." The rest of the dinner was fine. The food is still the food. The sports bar is still a sports bar. My mood was spoiled by the inability to get on the waitlist and how my waitress treated my party at the beginning. Other than that, she did her job and that was that.

the food is always good here, the biggest issue is the horrible wait to get in. I'm not sure why this location is always an hour long wait.

We frequent this pluckers often, but today we received service that was worthy of a review. Jaycie, provided the absolute best service we have had. She was kind, personable, and attentive. We had actually just planned on having a little bite, and heading somewhere else, but because of Jaycie's service we decided to stay at Pluckers and order another round of food. I can not express enough how great of a job Jaycie did!

Best wings and flavors hands down! Some other places you never know what you are going to get, but at Pluckers, the wings are always meaty and delicious!

Food was great the only thing is that if you go during the weekend at night there is always a wait time I recommend you calling to be put on the waitlist so once you get there you can be seated or you wait a considerably less time
