In A Nutshell: -I enjoyed the wings & wine at this Plucker's location. -It is pretty big inside w/ lot's of seating. -The 10 wings w/ tator tots was enough to keep you full for a little while. -I like the Spicy Lemon Pepper & Lemon Pepper seasonings which I split evenly between my 10 wings. -The tots were crispy & moist inside. -The canned Pinot Noir was actually very good too. Overall, Plucker's is a great place if you are in the mood to watch football & eat wings!

Been to multiple Pluckers locations and this one is by far the best. Super white meat, crispy, sauced but not dripping, with just enough at the bottom to dip your fries. Michael was our server, excellent service, great recommendations, prompt and friendly. Great vibe, thought it was brand new, turns out it’s one of the oldest. My new go-to Pluckers, I’ll drive just to be here.

Been eating at pluckers for years, and I have to say my last two experiences have been terrible. Last time I ordered the wings were very dry, but this time was just absolutely terrible. I ordered some spicy lemon pepper, bone in wings. There were things stuck in them that looked like feathers. I get that chickens have feather but ideally you don’t have to pluck them out of your wings before you eat them. I also ordered a basket of tenders with no sauce, for $17.99 I received 4 burnt tenders that were simply not edible, with a small handful of waffle fries. See picture below for size and burntness.

Went to Pluckers for Monday night football. Michael and Jaxon made it a fantastic experience. Always asking if you need anything else and creating a fun atmosphere. Revolutionizing what ‘Go Birds’ mean.

Food was great! I waited for awhile for a drink, finally got it. Order another later on and waited for even longer. No one was at the bar, so I went and got it myself. As I did, I walked past the group of waiters and waitresses that had been talking the entire time. I then waited more time before I went and got my own togo container. I then went to the hostess station and requested to pay my bill. I was told I needed to get with the waitress. I told them I was not going to do that. The manager then came from the middle of where all the waitresses and waiters were talking. She apologized, but offered nothing but an apology. I really like the food, but won't be back. Terrible management to be watching customers in your restaurant and have long conversations knowing no one is taking care of the customers.

Austin standard for wings and beer and the game. Sadly pluckers has gone too corporate and has let quality slide BIG time. Been a member since they were a whole in the wall. No longer worth the $$ as they skimp out on quality and you’d be better off going to grab some fried chicken for half price (if not more) at another Austin staple…P Terrys. Sure their wings are cool but that’s the only thing. We’ve been coming to this location for past 5 years and can tell the decline in quality. Food is overcooked, not well seasoned and not coming to the table hot. They’re skimping on seasoning! Sad for a restaurant when folks are trying to enjoy a family meal.

Been coming here once a week for a couple of years. Tonight was sitting at the bar when I see a couple of roaches on the bar! Needless to say I didn’t eat anything else. Pointed out to the bartender. He graciously took care of my wings. Still very concerned about the cleanliness of this location since they are constantly short handed leaving me to wonder if they have the staff to do the job.

What a great server Jack M. is! If I had a restaurant, I would do everything in my power to hire him away from Pluckers. Thankfully, I don’t. Hopefully nobody else will so that he will be there for the future!

My family and I were in the mood for burgers so we ordered from Pluckers. My husband went online, placed the order and then picked it up. I didn't go with him to pick up the food so I don't know about the ambiance. I ordered the Bypass Burger which comes with meat, bacon, cheese, onions, jalapenos, and pluckers sauce. I got mine without cheese, Jalapenos, and lettuce. I added avocado and got it on the sweet bun. I got my burger with a side of waffle fries. The burger was okay. The bun wasn't really sweet but it was warm and fluffy. The meat was more on the well done side and a little overcooked. The bacon was chewy. It wasn't crispy at all. I prefer bacon on the crispier side. The pluckers sauce and avocado was decent. The waffle fries were soft. They were not crispy at all. One of my sons didn't really like the burger. He didn't like the bacon as it was too chewy and the meat was too well done. My other son got the nachos and loved them. My husband ordered the Bypass Chicken Sandwich without cheese and a side of fries. He said it was okay. Overall the ordering and pickup process was easy and fast and the food was just okay.

The server was very nice and knowledgeable. I don't like wing sauce and just got boneless wings but the serving size was huge. definitely 2 meals. my friend and I were there quite awhile and we were taken care of the entire time. Definitely going back.

As a long-time Plucker's patron, it's disappointing to see how much the service has declined over the past year. At times, the bar iis understaffed and not welcoming. Over the past year or two, there's been a high turnover in staff and management. Been coming here for years, but lately the experience has been far less enjoyable. In my most recent visit, the staff was eager to close down come 9 p.m. although closing hour is 11 p.m. I will say that they do well at seating large parties. At other locations there is a very long wait on the weekends, this location is reasonably accommodating.

I've been Pluckers member since 2017 and I know that doesn't mean much but I've never had a bad experience until now. Manger katy directed her employee to serve only small drinks. We arrived late 10:20pm and I asked the hostess if we could still order food and they no problem " we had until 11pm to order!" . However . The Bartender never gave us last call...so when we ordered our last drink at 10:40pm we were told no. And we had not even received our food! Crazy you're cutting us off without notice! And when we asked for our food to go it was a scene by the bartender. When I asked the MOD Katy old me this is how ALL pluckers operate! Zzz I want to add I don't want to discount their food but PotLuck is 10x better and has free delivery!

Bartender didn't even greet us first if all then we asked her to clean the bar top off and she flung a wet rag across it. Then my husband dried it off w a paper towel and the bartender said "sorry I have a lot on my mind" like what? Once she realized that was noticeably unprofessional she decided she was going to have NO eye contact during our order. Horrible experience from the beginning! Felt like we were a burden vs a customer! The only reason we come here is because of the wings not the customer service!

Okay the Pluckers I usually go to always disappoints but this location was great. Our order was correct. My wings were cooked perfectly. The waiter was efficient. The food came out quick. And the restrooms were clean. Only reason they got 4 stars was because the wait took forever I think because they were short staffed.

I always love how fast I'm able to be seated at this location, the others always have an extremely long wait. Additionally, the servers here give you that happy medium- they check in when needed but not over bearing when it's interrupting a meal. Lastly, the food always comes out fairly quick and fresh. I love coming here on game days- they always have the game I want to watch!

Loved the garlic Parmesan and spicy ranch wings. Crispy! Service was fast and friendly, and the bar is nice

Food was excellent as always (I'm a loyal Pluckers fan), but the atmosphere? Brutal. Nothing but wall-to-wall country music on loop. Great wings, but the playlist desperately needs more variety -- I was ready to leave before I finished my beer.

Order my order online at 3:05pm said it was going to be done at 3:23pm arrived at location and my order still not ready I'm on my lunch break and not going to have time to eat now. My order 30mins late unacceptable

Stopped in for a quick lunch while passing through. Their wings can't be beat. My waiter was very helpful in suggesting new sauce flavors And service was great!

Food and service was great. We had the salad and wings and ice tea. This is our 10th time coming to this location. It's normally busy. Plucktlers is a great place to watch sports on TV and eat some wings with some ranch dressing.

We had an est time to sit down at 7:5lp and when we went to the door they said another hour of wait time. Totally ruined our dinner plans. The guy at the front said that he didn't know anything and that the app must not update. We had joined the wait list an hour prior our sit down time. We've used the app multiple times to check in or to join to waitlist and never had this problem before.

Leo with the seahawk jersey was a fantastic server, even with it being busy! Food was great and even better with the 30th anniversary deal.

Service at the bar for Monday Night Football was great, even with only one bartender on.

Rhett is the man. Quick, friendly and always good. A reliable neighborhood favorite that our daughter loves!

This was our first time here at Pluckers. This is the location on the 71 right off of the 290 freeway. We had very good service and attention from our waiter and unfortunately, a couple of our chicken tenders came out a little undercooked. However, we told the waiter and the manager came over and apologized and offered to give us two more on their house. So overall, it was a very good experience. We chose to try the buffalo mild and the honey barbecue sauce. My wife like the honey barbecue sauce better than the buffalo sauce and I like just the opposite. They have a ton of different sauces and sides to offer that go along with the chicken. Drop in and give them a try.

Usually this place is great every single time. However the past couple of visits have been sub par. The margaritas and beer take way too long to get to the table. We got the margaritas the same time we got our food. Which brings me to my next point. We received our drinks, appetizer, and wings ALL AT THE SAME TIME. That's a huge upset for me. I want to be able to enjoy my margarita, then the app, then my wings. This happened the last to visits. Both on Monday, which wasn't too busy. My most recent visit I ordered the waffle cheese fries, as it comes, with the jalapeños and sour cream. However, there were TWO HEAPING scoops of sour cream. Two scoops that were bigger than your average ice cream scoop. After eating around the pile of cream, there was almost no cheese and it seems they attempted to cover that with the cream. Disappointed. Will not back soon in hopes they improve.

We have eaten here twice over the past week (once my food was to go, the other time we dined inside the restaurant) and very much enjoyed it both times. For the in person second visit, Elissa was taking care of us and she did a great job. Very attentive, personable and an overall solid server. As for the food, I got the 10 bone in wings both times and they were delicious each time! The fried cheese and Holy Macaroni appetizers are also very good. And my fiancé enjoyed her salad as well. Their prices are also reasonable too. And they have TVs all over the place as well. We will be back again for sure!

Celeste had great service!! Food was fresh and adequate time. Drinks came out quick! Late Saturday evening so few people in the building.

Love Pluckers on Hwy 71. The service at the bar is always stellar and the bartenders are always the best!! And of course how can you go wrong with the Bakers Gold wings! The food is always delicious!

Michael is super friendly and provided great service on national wing day (and it was packed), definitely ask for his section when you come in. The appetizers were very fresh but the chicken was slightly dry. That is to be expected when pluckers is offering $1 wings!

Visited about 4 times this year and didn't have a very pleasant experience, but tonight I'd have to say hands down one of my best experiences in Pluckers Oak Hill!!! Well worth the wait!!! Wings were perfectly made our server was amazing don't know if management has changed but whatever you guys are doing keep it up!!! See you guys soon! The atmosphere in this place was definitely great!

I have been dining at Pluckers Wing Bar establishments since they had only two locations. For all those years they have maintained the same service and concept with chicken wings with beer and sports. The Oak Hill location is my closest location and mostly order chicken wings, but occasionally order other items on the menu. On this day I ordered the 5 Wing Combo with Tater Tots. I chose not to include a sauce where planned on dipping them into the ranch dressing. However my wife ordered the same but with Honey BBQ. We ate at the bar where you get faster service and the bartender was very friendly. They had lots of beer on tap and ordered one. I was ready to enjoy my lunch. The wings are not the best but out of 1-10 they are a solid 8, and far ahead of their competition. They are fried and even without sauce taste good with nice flavor. By dipping them in ranch sauce they add a great match. Five wings pretty much filled me up along with the tater tots. They always offer sometime free since I am a Pluckers Club member. But many times too much to eat. Overall this place has an excellent sports bar atmosphere where the walls are covered with TV flat screens and always has sports on the TVs not news, talk shows, the weather, or soapies.

I love Plucker's. Especially the Oak Hill location. The staff has always been on their A-game with their operations-- even with newbie's. The quality and temperature of food has never let me down. It's also incredibly family friendly, my stepson loves going there. This is our favorite location.

service was great. I had a great dinner and the food was amazing, hot and ready within 10 minutes of putting my order in. trivia night was popping and the vibe was at an all time high.

This place has a great atmosphere and food is always top notch. My family and I go every chance we get.
