Pluckers Wing Bar

I had a great experience at Pluckers on Greenville in Dallas. The food was excellent, especially the wings, which were cooked perfectly with great flavor and a crispy texture. There are plenty of sauce options to choose from, and everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. The service was just as good as the food—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The atmosphere was lively and fun, making it a great spot to hang out with friends or catch a game. Overall, Pluckers delivered solid food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

We had 3 flavors of wings. A great sports bar and great service. The lemon pepper wings were some of the best I ever had.

30 years in this area and I have been a plucker customer since they opened their first store in this area. My experience tonight was one of the best in the recents time that I’ve gone. All the employees were as busy as beavers. I really enjoyed my experience tonight with the new young manager, David. He was on top of everything, even helping the bussers cleaning the tables for a faster flow, that’s what I call “leadership!” He leads by example, way to go! Also touching every single table, making sure everyone was okay, making kids laugh, leaving parents happy. I can’t say less about my server Anthony, he was just amazing! After my drinks were quarter to empty, a new one was in front of us. I also noticed all the servers were picking up dirty dishes often and happy with big smiles on their faces. I can keep going but I just wanted to say how great it was today, and so these new talented people will be recognized, praised and promoted for giving a great customer experience like mine tonight:)

I recently dined at Pluckers on July 6, 2025, and had an amazing experience with delicious wings and exceptional service. Casual restaurant/sport bar. Super busy for Saturday dinner so definitely make a reservation!! The wings were spectacular!! Our server was sharp and friendly. Recommended!!!

The patio is the spot for a Friday evening. Cool off after a long day, get some buffalo sauce wings, and have Jennifer Lopez as your waiter, you’ll have an amazing time. Wings good to the bone.

We arrived at around 7:15p on Friday and were quoted a 70-100 minute wait. We opted for the bar and found seats for 3 within 5 minutes of arriving! Full visit in and out in under the 70 minutes! Bar tender provided excellent service - I wish I remembered her name! Our drinks were refilled, food came quickly, everything was cooked well and as expected. Restaurant was clean. Overall we had a good experience and would go back to this location!

"Pluckers Wins Again.... And So Did Le!" First time at this location, and definitely not my last! Our waiter, Le, was absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and on point from start to finish. We ordered the 15-piece combo with tots (added that spicy ranch, of course ) and everything came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. Personally I think Pluckers has some of the best wings, spicy lemon pepper 10/10 Service was a little slow, took about 10 mins for someone to come to my table. Prices are great during lunch hour specials. Busy place which is expected.

We came here for dinner, and as usual, the place was packed, which is a testament to its quality. Our server, Isabella, was fantastic; she had a great energy that we really appreciated. I ordered the boneless wing basket, which was delicious and included four large, juicy tenders. I could only manage to eat two because they were quite filling. This restaurant is also a great spot to watch a game, with TVs positioned everywhere. Additionally, they offer discounts for teachers on Fridays. Thank you, Isabella, for a wonderful experience!

Location Ridgewood park area-northeast Dallas-just off the 75 and Lovers Lane Parking Large open lot Atmosphere Sports bar Seating Bar, outdoor tables, inside large tables-good for groups. Service Friendly, attentive Menu I have to say that I saw alit of drinks in jars and ect but no drink menu so if you are new to Pluckets-I don't really care about the history-what's the menu??? We had beer because no drink menu. The grilled tenders were the best. Huge slices of grilled chicken-we had lemon pepper and mild sauce. Best ever! Two neighbors ordered the " holy plank"- fried mac n cheese. They raved about it! Summary Local watering hoke-you have to know the drink menu, not provided, to order. Outstanding service and grilled chicken.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go here during a cowboys game. You will get no service. I ordered chicken wings to go waited 30 minutes to pick them up as stated. I arrived in the restaurant and was asked by 3 different people what the name of the order was. I stood there for 30 minutes and waited only for them to pull it out from under the counter. It had been there the whole time! My food was pretty cold and not usually how I liked to enjoy my pluckers wings

I came with my family and the food was fried in old oil. I was highly disappointed. I will definitely not be coming back.

3/17/25 - 12:46pm - tail end of lunch rush. 1st - EstephanieZ at the bar was cute, efficient, pleasant, friendly, attentive, etc. Just everything you would want in your server. Food - meh. had the 8 wing lunch combo...wings were stone cold. the sauce didn't become one with the wings. the skin was tough and chewy and the meat ate as "dry and old" if they'd been sitting out a while since cooked. the chosen side of potato chips were good; but, the description claims they come with a separate side of blue cheese dip...mine didn't and I just used the ranch that came with the wings for both the chips and wings. I did let Estephanie know that the wings were served cold and she did offer to have them redone; however, given time constraints, I chose to work with what I got. Better kitchen quality control would have prevented this faux pas at the serving line. Since the expansion and remodel of this location, the "side room" has dark walls and absorbs any and all ambient light making the overall atmosphere somewhat dark. Others will have different experiences in service and food quality; however, for me, I'll just cook at home or get takeout from other establishments.

First time having it. Cool wing spot. I wouldn't say it is something to brag about. Food was cool. Customer service was cool. The environment and set up was cool.

We tried Pluckers and I expected a Buffalo Wild Rings repeat. No, this is better than that and Wingstop, the wings were full of flavor and true to their flavor. I got some tater tots to go along with the wings which were decent, your average tots. We're going to miss this place. Wings: 7.9 Tater tots: 7.0

Not good. Wings are dried up and didn't taste fresh. It just felt like an expensive fast food joint. Did not give it 1 star because the young lady helping me was sweet and tried her best. Very surprised they are still in business after so many years. Wish I can share more positive news but unfortunately it's a no for me :(

The management staff at this location is shit. I have the membership and every time I have to go to this location that are the least accommodating and they like to make up their own "policies"

This is the worst pluckers. Came for lunch on a Saturday, ordered 25 wings (medium, garlic parm and lemon pepper) on the patio. The wings are room temp, overcooked, taste like nothing and the marinades don't even have a specific taste. No salt at all. The dipping sauces are watery too. It's like they fry up a bunch of wings, sauce them and leave them under the heat lamp for hours The waiter was fine, but literally any other wing place beats this. Huge miss. Really sad, I like other pluckers locations.

Service is good but yesterday I ordered a 10 wing combo to go and they gave me this weak ass piece of "chicken wing" and a little amount of fries. It always seems when I order to go they tend to mess up my order in some particular way. Probably my last time coming to this location. SMH!

Customer service was great. It was busy so the food took a little bit. The DIY dirty sodas were fun!

Bar service was horrible. While waiting for a table, decided to order some drinks at the bar. When our bartender, Tatianna/Tati, came to us she had an attitude asking what do we want. I asked if the toxic tea came with one full shot, she said it comes with an ounce and a half. I asked if I can have just one ounce of alcohol since I wanted a lighter drink and she said "okay well I can't adjust the price", to that I said no worries. We closed out the tab and waited on our drinks. When she gave us the drinks, she was aggressive with the placement to the bar, making a loud noise. It was uncomfortable. After separating from the bar, everything was good! Food was great and our servers were amazing! Sucks that the bartender/bar service was so bad. We love pluckers but wouldn't come back to this location :/

Absolutely terrible service. Wait time is very inaccurate. The host's were so ride. Everybody I would ask then anything they would just answer with "you have to wait". Will no be coming back.

Pretty good crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon was great but super loud. Waitress was hilarious too could tell she was overwhelmed. Which was weird there was a herd of workers inside. Just standing around when going to the bathroom. The food was okay girlfriend loved her sandwhich a little too much cheese on the salad though.

Came here to watch the rangers game. Despite the wait being 2 hours for a table I got a bar seating. The wait for food was long, but I understood as it was extremely packed. Regardless, our bartender was so kind and patience! We started off with the holy macaroni ($9) and did their Halloween special of dollar wings. We got 10 wings half spicy Lemmon pepper half Cajun. Both flavors were so good! Wings were very dry meat wise. The holy macaroni was so good!! We also got a few rounds of the psychedelic frog ($6.50) and the tall modelo. I loved the drinks!! Would come back for a good game.

Manager Chandler was very unprofessional , after waiting an hour for my table I stopped to get a soft drink at the gas station and therefore he told us to throw it away upon arrival and when greeted we were told we were not able to order drinks due to assumption of thinking the drink that i threw out was alcohol so therefore refused service even though we are over 21 , tried to come to understanding and he still refused just cause of his assumption truly upsetting .

I'm a regular at this location for many years now and My honest opinion is that the entire staff is amazing. If this is your first time at Plucker I would highly recommend that you try the holy mac & Spicy Ranch wing. Your Welcome !!!

First time trying Pluckers. We were lucky to have no wait for 2 people at noon on a Saturday! We just moved here from out of state and when we tried to order a beer, the waiter indicated that only the manager can validate out of state licenses. Which is odd. We then waited 15 min for a manager to give the OK. We got both boneless and in-bone wings which were good. Also got the frachos for an appetizer. Very basic and bland. Basically waffle fries covered in cheese wiz. Fries needed to be crispier. It's a great add to the area and will give it another try.

Tait was an amazing waiter, great service will come back to pluckers for the hospitality

I love the wings. I do have the bad luck of always getting served dryer than normal wings. My fault for not asking them extra wet ‍ But awesome service I love it.

Can't tell you about the food because no one ever came to take my order after sitting at the bar by myself for 15 mins. Several bartenders look at me and just went to other patrons. The service sucked because I didn't receive any service. It's cool I'll go spend my money elsewhere. I will give credit to the guy who passed me a menu though he was attentive. I swear every time I go somewhere after leaving the gym I get terrible service. Maybe that's a sign oh well. The ambiance was typical pluckers packed but not too packed to where a person that looks like me should be overlooked and down right ignored. I was feeling very generous tonight with my tips if I would've received a little service tonight but hey maybe next time

Not sure what's up with all the negative reviews. I frequented the original pluckers in the late 90s in Austin and kept up the visits to this location when moving to Dallas the first then back in 2005. Then, this location was a little run down and cramped. Now it is super spacious with lots of room, a huge bar area, a dining room, and a large wrap around patio. I came with 2 little ones in tow and boy was that a good idea. The staff provided some small kid bags with a kids menu, some small toys, and crayons. Super good touch. Kept the kids entertained for as long as something without a screen can! The staff is super friendly but keep in mind you aren't at a fine dining establishment- lower your standards! We were here on a Sunday during lunch and were promptly seated. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and the kids got stuff off the kids menu. The options were plentiful and there's something for all the kids. Mine had wings, a corn dog, Mac and cheese, some tots, and some strawberry lemonade. Kids had a blast and I did too! We'll probably be back at some point soon as well since it's in the hood.

To preface, the food was definitely worth the wait. I'm a huge fan of Plucker's fried pickles and dry rub wings. The only thing that makes my experience unpleasant is the amount of wait time it takes to get into this place. The lines are always long. Also FYI, every time I go, there's always something wrong in the bathrooms. They never keep the bathrooms clean.

Have been to this location a few times already, was taking my parents and family out for dinner, we arrived 9:25pm, we had a party of 11, I was told that my waking time was 25-30 minutes which was not bad, we have waited this long before and had great service. After 35 minutes I walked up to the front desk and asked again how much longer would it be, I was told it could be up to an hour.. if they would of told me from the beginning that we were going to be waiting 1 hour we would of went somewhere else.. we decided to stay and hopefully be sat within the hour.. we finally decided to leave at 10:25pm.. just wanted to share with anyone interested in dining in here.. make sure you get an accurate time or you will be waiting for no reason. I finally got a your table is ready at 10:45pm we had already left.

we celebrated my daughters bday at pluckers and our waiter was absolutely beyond amazing!! We were a party of 15 and she was very attentive and ensured everything went smoothl, two of our apps came incorrect and she immediately tackled it and got them fixed. Overall the food was great and well made. It truly made a difference this time around as we were able to just enjoy our time as a family. The ambience is nothing less than what was expected at a wing bar some of us had the pleasure of watching our favorite games while also enjoying our family.

Always a good time and always good food! The wing flavors are great and plentiful as are the selections of fried and unfriendly items to enjoy. Beer is always cold and drinks are refilled mostimes without even asking.

Pluckers is one of those places I crave on a yearly basis and since I live further now I make my way up occasionally. We ordered Togo and although the food was ready fast and they got everything right, it was a bummer they forgot all of our dipping sauces, even to the holy Mac.

Visited the right after Greenville St Pattys Day parade. store was ready and staff hustling. Our food was good as always and drinks as expected. c"Considering how slammed they were, great attitude and atmosphere.

I ordered a 10 piece and got seven drumsticks and three flats. I was hoping the ratio would be better but no.

Second time having the wings here...the delivered on well cooked and flavored wings. The bad thing were the waffle fries, they were dry and cold so obviously served from under the heating lamp versus freshly made. As for the beer, some bottles end up being cheaper than drafts.

Walked in on Saturday at 11:15. Only prob 4 tables with customers. Sat down and after about 5 minutes of waiting we get a server. Give her our order and she comes back with drinks. 15 minutes later she comes back to ask how we are doing. We have no food yet but we are ok! lol. After 45 minutes our food arrives and it is completely wrong. Buffalo sauce covering the chicken even though we made it perfectly clear we wanted no hot sauce on our sandwiches. Flag her down and she leaves with our food, don't see her again. Call for a manager and explain the situation and that we do not want to wait another 45 minutes for our meal just want to pay for our tea and leave. Instead of saying no problem you don't owe for the tea and sorry for the f'up he walks away and says I'll go check and be back. We say a $5 bill on the table and walked out. Will NEVER be back to this location. Glad the Arlington location has better service and management. Do better pluckers. And btw they have an advertisement for $5 fried mushrooms and when I asked about it was told it's an ad from June that they never took down. WTH? It's December. Do better!

Beware of the 3rd level spice friend ordered half Buffalo thought she could take it (may her asshole rest in peace) . I got the mild chicken buffalo sandwich - absolute gas. Good beer to would def go back to with more knowledge of the spice level

I'm a frequent diner , but the last few times that I have been to this location all I have received is very slow service and it's because the waiters are all cleaning. I'm all for a good clean restaurant, but it makes me uncomfortable to eat when my waiter is using cleaning supplies and serving my food and other services are dusting while I'm eating my food . I feel like that shouldn't be going on while I'm eating. I normally am not a complainer but this is the second time this has happened. It's unhealthy to have someone sweeping dust up in the air and off of fixtures while people are eating finger food at that. They need to do this before or after people are eating.
