We took my husband out for his Father’s Day reward and he wanted to complete his burger challenge so he ordered the Gut Grenade…. It was super good and huge, also came with a 24 oz beer, and loaded cheesy tots or waffle fries all for $18.50! We joined the waitlist on the app only to arrive to find we were not on their waitlist.. the host checked and double checked and saw my app and location were correct so they went out of the way to make sure we were sat which was amazing, especially it being Father’s Day. Our server was busy and working hard and gave great, friendly service. Even though it was super loud and kind of chaotic they really had some all stars working and keeping the team going!

I Love Pluckers And Have Been To Many Locations And This Is The Worst One I’ve Ever Been To. Idk If I Caught Them Ona Bad Day But This Was A Terrible Experience. Our Server Was Nonexistent. Others Were Rude. The Food Was Good But Service Terrible Especially After We Asked Not To Be Seated By The Bathroom. Won’t Come Back And I’ll Warn Others.

From the moment we were seated, William made our dining experience exceptional. He greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive without being intrusive, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on. Drinks were always refilled promptly, food came out exactly as ordered, and his friendly personality made us feel truly welcomed. William’s professionalism and genuine care turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. We will definitely be coming back — and asking for William!

Great Pluckers location! We were seated super fast when we asked to be seated indoors. Barely waited before they called our names. Rachel was super sweet and helpful. She checked in on us several times to make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Good and drinks came out super quickly and delicious! We love this location!

So fresh you have to tell them to hold the feathers. My wing order came with a fried feather. Brought it to the attention of the server who then told the manager. The manager only offered to have my order remade for the chance to eat more feathers. This has never happened anywhere before but it was treated like it was normal here. I've been coming here since they took over the property back with it was Maggie Ritas, I can't say that I'll ever be back at the moment.

We go here for lunch periodically and it’s terrific. The wings are jumbo, and taste great. The lunch specials are plenty of food. Service has always been good. Occasionally music is a little loud, but they turn it down when we ask. Definitely a good place to have in your lunch rotation. Here’s those jumbo wings, Jamango Jerk flavor mmmmmm…

So today I arrived about 4:15 and it was especially packed. That's fine, I understand a bit of a wait, I was at the bar btw, just me. Tell me why it took 35 minutes for someone to bring me a menu and ask if I needed something to drink. And mind you they passed me probably 100 times in that time period, sitting there with not even a water. A manager even went behind there, was directly in front of me and nothing. Never in my life have I waited 35 minutes or even half that at a bar for a drink, absolutely terrible.

The service was amazing! William the bartender took very good care of me and the other bartender was kind as well. The wing flavor was awesome, but my wings were not fresh or warm. They were cold and for it to be lunch I found it very surprising. But overall the service was great and William is a keeper.

Food is always great, beer is always cold, and sports are always on. My favorite trio! I never mind making the drive.

The food was good .. My waiter was very attentive, sweet and prompt. She deserved her tip ! The ambiance is bar and grill so family welcomed . Very busy . I enjoyed it The hot wings are hot lol so tread lightly if your a light weight

Came to Pluckers with some friends to watch the final football game that determined the Superbowl picks. We came in about 15 mins before the game started and were seated immediately. Tehya was our server and she was super sweet. Since I was the first one to arrive, just caught on pretty quickly that I'd be waiting for a few people, so said she'd grab my drink order, and give me some time. As each of our party arrived, she was quick to greet us, and bring out more waters. I hadn't been to Pluckers in years, so I had an idea of what I wanted, but Tehya was great at explaining the rewards program to each of us, so we all signed up, which comes with a free appetizer! So we went family style on some apps, we tried the mozzarella sticks, fried pickels, fried mac and cheese and taternachos. I am a sucker for all things mozzarella, so that I'd have to say was my most fave. The taternachos were stacked sky high, and were filled with ALL the ingredients, so good!! The seasonings they put on the fried options, are all good, and flavors are on point. After chowing down on apps, we then placed our order. We knew with the game being on, and how crowded they were, that it would be a while, and we were in no rush. Tehya kept coming by to check on us, keep us updated, and keep our drinks full. She was on it. When the wings came out, it was game on, they were soooooo good. Hot, fresh, the way I ordered, and right on time! It was raining pretty hard this day in Houston, so when the tv's lost signal, or the volume went out, the manager would play music to keep the vibe going, and would walk around checking in on all the tables. For as busy of a day as it was, they were prepared, and we had a great time!

We were able to get seated quickly and all 3 kids were settled with a goody bag with crayons and a toy - a big win for parents with young kids. They loved their wings, fries and tater tots, which we ordered with less salt, and it still tasted great! Adults had wings (which we again asked for it to be less salty) and sweet tea, and it was fantastic. Server was attentive and wait was short. We will be back again!

Pluckers is one of my favorite wing spots to eat at. My favorite flavor to get is the buffalo hot mixed with the Cajun dry seasoning (it's a bit spicier than the regular spicy garlic Parmesan). Always get the fried pickles fried extra crispy because they often come too soft in my opinion. The service is always great at this location BUT parking is terrible so be prepared. It's a great vibe whenever I go to this location because the servers are happy and the music is great! High recommend

Randy is doing a great job here but let me tell you what as soon as I walked in we waited quite a while as the lady was taking a photo order to go however, you saw several employees made eye contact with us and just ignore us. Someone could've sat us down Then we wait for service. Randy comes by and addresses our concerns and he's top-notch and make sure we're taken care of . After that, there's a lady in training and we don't even get silverware, they overcharge us so I had to correct the bill. They bring out a Philly cheesesteak with no cheese. It was a big letdown, but I'll say what Randy is doing his best. he's doing a great job, but the staff really needs to step it up here. No one is paying attention. Everyone has their head down. No one is looking up to see if anyone needs anything. Guys you really need to work on your customer service and overall operations here. Things to work on ASAP. If you got people sitting at the host stand sit them down, and then when they get sat down, don't let them sit there and wait, Send a waiter to address them and take a drink order right away. Make sure they have silverware. Make sure they have their refills. Make sure the bill is right. Guys you gotta get it together here when I reviewed this place seven years ago it was a five star review. After today, I had to drop it down to a three.

This Pluckers location does it right. Great service and excellent food everytime. There's also a nice patio at the front. Trivia night here is popping!

We came here for game day with a crew. Parking is rough, Uber if you can. If you can't, you might be hunting for awhile. We had Tay as our staff, and she was BOMB. Between 5 of us, she kept us fed, beverages, and came by frequently. The food came out hot, and as ordered. The appetizer game is actually really good, had you asked me based off last visits, I would have dropped a three star. Times have indeed changed. We had Fried Mozzarella, Mac n Cheese, Fried pickles, and Totchos. On point. The chicken has always been really good, so that's not as surprising. I ordered a 10 piece half dry rub garlic oarm, and half saucy with spicy mandarin. We actually all got the membership, $10 every 6 months for perks. It was a good deal, and if it plays out right, we may become more frequent visitors. TBD. I'll update again later.

Let's kick this off! So, when you get here you'll be greeted at the door by a lovely greeter. I came during a really busy time, but I was in my seat within 20 minutes of arriving. This place is definitely packed, so make sure to get on the list asap. I sat on the patio and I had an amazing server named Britanie. The moment I sat down, she delivered amazing service. She even offered to cut the fan on outside for me because it was super hot outside. Her knowledge of the food was great and she recommended some great choices. The service here is impeccable. It seems like the staff here work very well together in delivering a great experience. Now, the most important part, the food. I ordered the fried pickles as my appetizer. The fried pickles were 10/10. They were really good. I'm mad I only got the half order. Definitely make sure to get the full order if you're into fried pickles. For my main entree, I got the 5 wing combo. Pluckers is known for their wings, so I had to get some. I decided on getting the Jamaican wings. I wanted something with a little heat that would be flavorful. In terms of the wings, I'd say a 7/10. The wings were good, but I didn't feel like it provided the heat I was looking for. Keep in mind, I like spicy food, so this didn't do it for me. Also, the wings were fried a little bit too hard. The sauce was fairly decent. It wasn't bad, but not what I was expecting. Last, but not least, the pricing is the last thing to discuss. The pricing here is very affordable. I didn't pay more than $25 for my meal and many of the food items range between $4.50 - $25. All in all, I'd definitely come back with friends to enjoy the ambiance. The best part of my trip today was the service I received. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. Food took less than 10 minutes for appetizers and the main dish. I think it's definitely fair to give this place a 4 out of 5.

Houston has some hotties and some real good LOOKERS A lot of OnlyFans models, high priced H**KERS It also has a lot of truck-driving MotherF***ERS And they all like wings, and they go to PLUCKERS I used to live in Buffalo, with wings like no OTHERS So I thought all the wing fans here were SUCKERS But let me tell you now, all my sisters and BROTHERS I was wrong, the best wings in Texas are at PLUCKERS! Barbi pouts and asks for wings (can't resist when she PUCKERS) And if I don't take her, she goes with a gang of TRUCKERS Then posts it on Facebook for you and Mark ZUCKERS So that's why I always bring my girl to PLUCKERS WHAT If you think Houston wings suck, I don't give a pluck. You probably just haven't been to Pluckers yet. Pluckers is pretty amazing, and we really like the wings. I'm from Buffalo so I have very high standards, and by Buffalo standards they might score a three, maybe a four, but by Houston standards it's five star all the way - depending on the location. This particular location is one of the better ones, with good service and big size wings, they come out juicy and very tasty, and unlike some other locations, they came out piping hot, so it's 5 stars all the way. Now all you motherpluckers need to excuse me, it's on to the next review.

This is a really popular pluckers, so if you're planning on coming here for just the food, you may need to plan your visit to avoid the large crowd days such as the local sports teams big games. Great wings, and I always get the queso waffle fries. Side note, will never forget that I was at this location where u saw Jose Altuve walk it off in the 20-9 ALCS

Shepherd is our go to location. We always get great customer service, our food is always hot & love the friendliness of the staff.

I can't believe I never actually published my review for this place. I came here during their soft opening over 10 years ago and I continued to come here almost on a weekly basis while I worked near by. I have been a club member back when I was in Austin, so I always took advantage of their daily specials. This particular location is awesome, because it was the first re introduction to Pluckers for me in Houston, so that will always bring back strong core memories. When I come here I always get the 10 wing combo with spicy ranch and tater tots, I used to get the sweet tea, but as I've gotten older, I get it half and half unsweet. The service is solid at this location, the parking lot can suck during peak lunch hours.

The food is always great there but the service could be better. Today March 5 I attended pluckers in order to enjoy a great but the waiter was really bad since we arrived he was being slow and forgetting everything he even forgot about us after we ordered. I had to ask another waiter if he was still in the building and at the end while we were paying i left a tip for him in the middle of and he grabbed it while were paying couldn't wait for us to leave. BTW I dont even know his name he never introduced himself all i know is that he was a skinny white male with blue eyes around 5'10 in his 30's. He didnt give me a receipt, dont even know my order number

Great place to have lunch. It was not crowded and seating was available immediately. The ambiance is casual and I enjoyed having the view of sports on the screen. The holy macaroni is an excellent appetizer choice. Talk about tasty! Then I had the lemon pepper wings with tater tots. I was so full but I could not resist the fried cookies and cream. Can't wait to go back!

I always come to the Shepherd location, food is always bomb. Service even on a busy Friday night is still good, I'm always greeted by the host too! Love it!

I've eaten at the original Pluckers in Austin for years. I always appreciate how the consistency stays the same at any location. The only downside at this spot is the restaurant is there is always a wait and the parking lot gets full quickly. Wings are always tasty and consistent. My favorite flavor is definitely the spicy ranch. The dry rub goes so well with the wings here. You can't go wrong with getting the ranch fries as well. Everything tastes so good with the ranch. Overall, I highly recommend this spot! Food is great, and the service is always friendly. I will definitely be back in the future.

The wings were good as always. I usually order takeout, but this time I decided to dine in. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, and I couldn't hear what was being said over the microphone, making it hard to have a conversation with my friends. The service was also very slow.

Pluckers is a Texas staple that must be defended at all costs. As iconic as The Alamo, Nasa, or the Lone Star on the Texas Flag, Pluckers is a staple of our culture. Yes, you have so many options of wings nowadays, buts Pluckers keeps me coming back. I remember when this location became the first one in Houston, my friends and I were met with some of the biggest wings we had ever seen, a Texas standard. A tear rolls down my eye as I picture that first time I stepped into this location during my college years, and could smell those 'Fire in the Hole' wings. This location has been here for about 10 years serving up the best. The staff here is always friendly, there is indoor and patio seating, along with tons of neat decor that would make any Texas smile. This place gets backed whenever there are big sporting events, or just in the afternoons, so its best to get here early, to beat some of those hungry Texas looking to get a delicious and tasty wing feast. When it comes to size and options, Pluckers is way above the rest. The wings are HUGE, no other place compares, and there are so many options of dry or traditional rubs that you can chose from. Texas is known for oil, and sweet tea, and no place does sweet tea like Pluckers. It just fits perfectly with those massive Texas. They have an entire bar, bar seating, and tons of drink and brews on draft to pick from. I've had many of things on the menu, and there is so much to chose from. If you love mac-and cheese, the fried mac and cheese is something out of this world that you need to try. On my most recent visit, we had some of my favorite traditional wings: Dr Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey BBQ. So good, and so delicious. The thought of having Texan Soda mixed in Texas wings is just a match made in heaven. As Hank Hill once said, "Thy will be done." My girlfriend is from California, and whenever she comes to Texas, the first things she craves is Pluckers. Its a Texas staple, that's become recognized nationwide for its greatness and superiority. You just have to check it out.

Came with a big party for my nieces birthday dinner, long wait only due to waiting on tables so understandable..Taya I believe was her name, was a good server! Her and the other two ladies split taking sections of the table which was good.. food was delicious as well! Will glad to go again :)

Wings are great, tried two dry rubs and one with Dr. Pepper sauce, hit the spot! On the healthier side, you will love the honey bbq chicken chop salad. Portion size is big, very filling. Service is great, but seatings are a little crowded and tables are too close to each other. Parking situation can get very difficult, come here before 1pm, otherwise you'd be driving around and around for a spot. And not much neighborhood parking either.

Placed order for pickup. We went to get it at the scheduled time. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting. Same thing happened last time we ordered from this place about a year ago. Won't be coming back. Update: got the food after waiting 45 minutes. Of course, they messed up the order. The managers of this place should not be in the restaurant business.

Had a great experience at this Pluckers. It does get a bit crowded on the weekends and especially for dinner time. So go in with an open mind and just be prepared to wait a lil. So all we waited was like 12 min wasn't to bad. The waitress was really helpful humbling and happy. Wish I would've gotten her name. But we did have special orders as in type of sauce on the wings and also double fried. Also the dressing on the salads blue cheese and ranch. Long story short everything came out just as we ordered and the wings were flavored to the T. Perfect night and definitely tv for sport great conversation. What else can u ask for.

To me this place is very similar to B-dubs but maybe a step up. The bar area was a nice size. There were enclosed patios on both sides. Service was prompt. I had the spicy lemon pepper wings which was a dry rub with hot sauce poured over them but I expected that. Nothing special but I enjoyed them. The waffle fries were good and hot...lightly seasoned. Washed everything down with some strawberry lemonade.

Been eating at some Pluckers location for nearly 20 years (since college in Austin). Wings have always been great, beer cold, plenty of TVs. Can't come in without ordering the fried mac and cheese and/or the fried pickles. Service has always been friendly. The last time we came, we were 2 minutes late for our reservation, but luckily the hostess showed mercy and showed my buddy some way in the app to restore where we were at. The downside of this location is 1) it gets insanely busy (on game nights/weekends, you're waiting 45+ minutes) and 2) the parking situation is absolutely awful. If you're planning on going at any reasonably popular time, try and take an Uber/Lyft.

Wings had no taste , tried 3 different flavors (you can barely see the sauce/seasoning in the picture). Wingstop tastes better. Very disappointing, my first and last visit. For the price this is unacceptable quality.

Very crowded and parking is so difficult!! The wings are decent I've tried boneless and bone in. The bone is much more worth it. My favorite combo is the dry ranch rub with honey bbq dipping sauce. Unfortunately the service is so/so because its always so busy!

The service was great. Food was okay. It was NOT good enough to be worth getting my vehicle towed because there was no parking left in the Pluckers lot that I had to park at a nearby business that was already closed for the evening. Not satisfied with this $420 meal.

Waitress was nice and food was really good. For a Saturday night with a lot of sporting events on, it was incredible how fast the staff were getting people in, dined, and out. Top tier pluckers experience for sure here at this location.

Pluckers Pasadena, Tx Getting to the restaurant me and my family of four, we didn't have to wait to long for a table which was good. The host said we're cleaning a table for y'all we said okay. Hostess sat us in a booth, table was clean but the seats were dirty with crumbs and greasy finger stains, had to call the host and she said "would you like us to clean it" !!! Ugh yes please. I thought they already cleaned the table for us, well I guess the table was clean but not the booths. The host cleaned the seats left them wet. The waitress Mariana sounded very nice I was like okay good, I till all of this happened. We order are drinks and appetizers we got fried cheese and fried pickles. We didn't get plates to eat are appetizers so I asked for some. We got are appetizers plates and they were all dirty so we ate on napkins.The fried cheese was good all of us got one. The fried pickles were good but only came with three, and there was four off us wasn't aware of the three count pickles. After eating are appetizers we still have not gotten are drinks. Finally finishing are appetizers we got are drinks. The waitress Marianna, I may not have spelled her name it right. Marianna took are order. I need more ranch for my daughter piece of fried pickle we love ranch, she didn't check on us till are mane course was here. My husband order Chong sandwich I ordered buffalo chicken salad I am pregnant so of course didn't want to eat anything to heavy and I got the sauce buffalo hot. My two daughters order 10 wings and waffle fries each. We waited more than 30 min for are food and are waitress Marianna didn't even check on us till again are main course was ready. The food came out okay still didn't ask for any refills. My salad was on fire very hot I literally had tears of the Spice and again Marianna still had not checked on us I need a refill cause my month was on fire. Finally after calling her again she check on us I ordered a refill I got water instead of sweet tea, I'm going to say 6 minutes later are waitress comes back with an other waitress and NOT my water to tell us she leaving for the day an Karenny G will be are waitress. Waited another 5 min for my water, so me and my husband waved Marianna down cause she was standing in the front she was looking are way and pretending to not see us so I walked up to her and ask for my water and she said your new waitress we'll get. I thought to my self why if she was still are waitress when I order it, but okay I'll waited with my mouth on fire. Finally Karenny G came with my water. I asked for my tab to pay are bill we didn't get ask do y'all need any desert any to go drink or any to go boxes why I'm not sure. So I asked. The bill was $108.07 I personally didn't want to leave any tip because everything was bad from the hostess to waitress and then which to another waitress. My husband left $7.00 tip but we we'll never come back to this location ever or even this restaurant. This was are first time coming to Pluckers and so many things went wrong. The price $108.07 was upsetting because of all the bad service as soon has we got there of course we had to pay and we got very bad service and was a disappointment Honestly. What's the point of having nice good looking waitresses and waiters is service is terrible the service has to be on point.
