Celebrating Mother in laws 75th birthday with the whole family and friends ! A good time was had by all. I would recommend this place to anyone. Clean, caring and fun. In a popular busy area with lots of people and things to do.

Charlie was our server and he did an amazing job. He made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us multiple times, and kept a good vibe too. PlugIN is a good venue to have a good time with those close to you.

What a fun spot for karaoke! We came here with a group of 11 on a Friday night for a couple hours of karaoke. You get your own private room (and it was plenty of space for our group) and four microphones to share. Rooms are soundproof, and we had a blast belting out our favorite songs. While they don't have ALL the most popular songs, their catalog is still really impressive. They also serve food and alcohol. A server will stop by your room for orders. While we didn't order food, they had a pretty good selection of alcohol for a decent price. Just know that they do an automatic 18% service charge/gratuity on your bill. It is definitely a bit pricier to come here - for our group of 11, we paid nearly $400 for 2 hours - they charge per person/hour. That being said, we still had a great time.

My friends and I really enjoy karaoke and we came here to celebrate one of their birthdays. The ambiance was nice and that was about it. Yeah you get a private room but it'll come out a better deal if you just buy a karaoke machine and plan a fun night of karaoke at your house with friends. SERVICE: The service was not good. Let me just start off by saying that these people don't carry change so they'll round up and take your money. That pissed me off because even if it's change, it's the principle. They charge $16 per hour per person. $33 to sing for 2 hours and that didn't include anything to eat or drink. Then nobody there is really friendly. They're in a place that is about fun and excitement and they look bothered. The mics all kept dying. We had to ask them for new mics at least 5 times writing those 2hrs. At some point all the screen stopped in the middle of a song which took time from our very expensive reservation. We weren't allowed to have more than 4 mics in our room. Even though we were 6 and the room was big enough to sit 20ppl. And what really put the cherry on the cake was when our time was about to run out, one of the workers came in the room and stood there like a guard dog with a pissed off face while my friend was finishing up her song. This is the second time I go there and I left with a sour taste in my mouth. The first time was the same, I wouldn't have come the second time if it weren't that my friend wanted to celebrate here. I won't be returning here. Also, the music selection was VERY limited.

Super fun private room Karaoke!!! We had an outstanding time! ^.^ So how it works is you pay per person per hour, (I have attached a photo for your viewing of the prices), depending how many are in your party you get a musical room. All the rooms are different and are sound proof so you will not hear anything outside those rooms. The room we had brought 4 microphones (we were 5 total) which was more than enough. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly. They have rooms that can fit from 2 to 150 people!!! This is located right next (3rd floor) to the Gulfstream Horse racing and casino. The drinks were pretty sweet which I prefer to my liking and we didn't get a chance to order food because we only stayed for 1 hour. Please Note: They charge an automatic 18% service charge for booking the room and food + beverages. Also, they do not have all the songs to man but they have a pretty good selection of a little bit of everything for everyone. Highly recommend to check them out!

This is an ideal party spot. They have private rooms that you share on a birthday or special event. I love the freedom that allows you to sing any song you please no restrictions. I do believe their prices are a bit high to just sing with friend. I would recommending creating packages that can include other services in addition to karaoke. The food is ok-finger food and drinks. Overall it was a good experience I would love to come back if and when the price is right.

The atmosphere is amazing when you walk in mobile the hostess has the most pleasant smile. Come out and bone.

So we attended a Birthday party here Saturday night. The young guy who DJing was greatnand had a great selection of music. We had an open bar and the bartender did a really good job as well. I liked the selfie photo machine, but lighting was an issue when pics were developed. The food we had was appetizers and they were tasty. My one issue is that the food containers weren't labeled and it was dark. I thought they were serving fish tacos by the look of them with the minimal lighting...come to find out they were shrimp taco's which I'm highly allergic to. I definitely dodged a bullet when I noticed while walking back to my table where there was lights. They served wings, sweet potato fries and nachos. All three things were the perfect bites for this type of event. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a good time and a few laughs with friends.

This was my first time doing karaoke and let me tell you, it won't be my last. PlugIn karaoke offers private rooms which can accommodate small or large groups, depending on your party. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by their friendly staff who provide you with a wristband and walk you to your karaoke room. The rooms radiated a fun and intimate feel with great visual lighting. Our server, Luis was exceptional. Being that we were a party of 10 he managed to take care of us individually and was extremely attentive. All the equipment that was provided to us was sanitary and worked well. There was a wide variety of music to select from which was displayed on an iPad. The food and drinks were decent. I ordered the margarita and the chicken Tostones that I thoroughly enjoyed. This is a great place to show off your talent and let loose. Whether it's a work outing, birthday or casual night out with friends. You will truly have quite the experience.

Joel and the staff at PlugIn are amazing and super attentive! The environment is fun and such a vibe. I will definitely be back to enjoy an espresso martini while i sing my heart away.

Open till midnight like your website says? Nope - closed at ten. At least he warned me when I got there at 9:40.

Would have gave a better review if they had more of a music selection and that we did feel like we were rushed out the door after spending over $500. They only had us and another group, the whole Gulf Stream casino area was slow and hardly had any business. Instead of trying to sell more of their services they opened our door to rush us out. Even when my son misplaced his watch they seemed annoyed that we came back to look for it. I myself didn't feel like we were appreciated as customers.

The food wasn't all that great (except for the Caesar salad), but we had an amazing time in our private karaoke room! Shoutout to Noel for sending us a round of shots for my birthday. (Room 16 is probably the best room in the entire venue for a party of 8-10.)

This is a great spot for birthdays or group outings. They have tons of songs to choose from in English and Hebrew ! The drinks and snacks can be ordered to the room while you are singing.

I visited this place quite a few times before and I do really like it. The options for food , drinks, private room is all pretty good. This place allows you to book online if reservations are not available there is always a customer care number that you can call and they tried to accommodate you. I called earlier Saturday morning to book a slot for 10 people and was able to be accommodated by the staff. Once there we did the check in got our bands and was escorted to our room. Once in the room our hostess provided us with menus and drinks. Over all pretty yummy and standard food and drinks . The hostess went over how to use the karaoke system. The room was spacious . For our group we were allowed about five microphones which was pretty good . One of the biggest issues with this place is the lack of music and lyrics. The system is extremely slow and you can tell very old. There was barely any new songs and by new I mean within the last 2 decades. There is an option to connect your phone which was cool but there still was no options to see the words on television so do true karaoke style. This is something I do think they should definitely address. Overall it was a good experience but definitely needs updating. This place is ideal for date night, birthdays, groups , work events, etc

Nice place to do karaoke with a group of friends. Room is nice and spacious. You can't hear the other rooms when your door is closed. The music selection could be upgraded a bit but overall it was a good time.

Had to wait about 15 extra minutes for our room even though it had been scheduled ahead of time. They don't have a lot of songs in their tablet/system. We were "lucky" that the device in our room broke down and after spending 10 min unsuccessfully trying to fix it, they ended up connecting us to some app that let you play directly from Youtube. Very overpriced in general. Food was decent, drinks were mild and expensive. Would not recommend nor come back.

My friends and I ordered churros and those came out very nice. We also had very good service and an explanation of the system, but the reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the lack of song selection. We had to play from our phones and the lyrics don't get displayed on the screen. We were playing majority of the music on our phones, and if I wanted to do that, I would have done karaoke from my house. The manager needs to upgrade and do better because this a karaoke joint and that is the point.

The year is 1993..if you were in High School Heineken or a basic rum & coke were considered top shelf. We had outside lunch in high school and could go get Buffalo wings & fries, or whatever the culinary arts students made and sold for 25 cents. If you liked hip hop, Uncle Luke or Buju Blanton were in your Walkman. Oh and I graduated high school. Since the same balanced crew of geeks, jocks, pretty girls and bad boys has been the one that has stuck together through the years, our 28 year reunion was at PlugIn Karaoke. We had a private room for a 3 hour block with our VIP waitress Alex (who made a (more than a couple) wicked rum and cranberry & kept the Heinekens flowing, just like the old days! We had a classic bar food buffet - the fries, wings and churros were my favorite. The playlist is a little limited as far as some of the music we got down to back then but Alex was able to connect someone's Spotify list to keep our music going. I definitely had a great Friday night!

Had a BLAST!! The room was comfy, there were plenty of songs, great cocktails, and food! Chris was amazing and the front desk staff was friendly, fast, and professional. I will be back!

I came for my bday and I've been to tons of private room karaoke spots prior and never have I been watched on cameras and had my drinks confiscated was sooo wack of them to do that. So this is a warning to people. Also from booking online I thought each person would be paying 39 but they didn't say they would be adding taxes and gratuity so it ended up being 49 per person which is really expensive if I'm paying that much I should have a PRIVATE room not one where we're being watched and where they make you buy their expensive drinks and food laaaaame won't be back

My family of 10 enjoyed our 2 hours of 'Plug in' karaoke on my birthday! Too bad there is not an unlimited song catalog.

Ambience was okay, the place seemed a bit dirty however. The experience was very expensive and the food and drinks were expensive with a hidden 18%gratitude they don't tell you about. Not all my microphones were working properly. Overall it was okay, still had a great time and you still get your own room and can sing your heart out.

Unfortunately this place has gone down in service. I had a private party here about 4 years ago and it was amazing. The open bar was great and menu selections that came with the party package were delicious. Of course the karaoke was fun. We recently returned for a second private party. However, the experience was not the same. It took about 30-40 minutes for the staff to get the music & sound system to work. The food was not appetizing (cold fish sticks which were supposedly fish tacos) and some of the items they brought out were not what we ordered. Once the sound issue was fixed and open bar started, things got a little better. But overall I don't think I would return. Service isn't what it used to be.

It was a night where they had a DJ there. Music was good and he played a mixture of genres.. I went (Friday). Saw plenty people having dates, it was cute to watch..It was a mixture of age groups...I didn't bowl. I was on the side where the bar and lounges weren't I like the set up of the tables and it was spacious. Good selection of drinks available, bring cash, the pool table and air hockey takes cash only.. we stopped here after doing karaoke upstairs. I will return

It was alright. The actual karaoke was fun, but the food is too overpriced to be the quality it is. I paid about $20 (including the mandatory 18% gratuity) for chicken and waffles and it was just gross. Not to mention the portion size was disgustingly small. It felt like they gave me an ego with two chicken tenders on them and a weird sauce. I was going to get the tacos, which are about the same price, but paying $20 for three small tacos is INSANE. they did end up giving me a refund bc I just couldn't eat it. I also have a problem with the mandatory gratuity for the room. The gratuity when you get food is a separate, additional 18% when you order, but you still have to pay gratuity for the room even tho they don't do anything, but open the door to let you into it. Maybe I'm missing something, but the service in general was not exceptional and charging everyone mandatory gratuity while the staff does no additional work is ridiculous. Also multiple of our mics just kept going out during our session, and their songs weren't that updated. For the price, I would just stay in and do karaoke at home.

This place is amazeballs! I went here Saturday to celebrate my friend's bachelorette weekend and they took such great care of our group of 7! The environment is so fun! Even the bar has piano keys along the entire counter! There are colorful lights from everywhere and there are so many rooms to choose from. The different rooms are so well put together. I've been to a lot of karaoke bars with private rooms, and these ones are special! Our particular room had a disco ball and different lighting that you can choose from as well as plush curtains around the back so you really get "royal" treatment! The music selection was pretty good to sing along with. The iPad/tablet made it really easy to choose songs and ones to put on next. Typically, I'd have to select them on a computer so I liked having the flexibility to carry it around or pass it to others in the group to choose songs. Plus, they had the ability to record the performance! So you could save your memory instead of having to record it only on your phones. I highly recommend this place! The staff is so personable and fun! If I lived in Florida, I would definitely come here all the time! Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience!!

This was an awesome experience!! Noella went above and beyond in her assistance via phone and in person in preparation for the birthday-oake event. Each of my guests were attended to with great care and Jose, our room host, made sure anything we wanted and needed were handled right away.... The food quality was excellent and we really appreciated receiving 4 microphones for our group size! The decor is amazing- so come ready to take some memorable photos and the overall 3 hour session was well worth it!!

From the moment my group and I walked in we felt extremely welcomed and ready to have a good time. The concept is very original, you get a private room to sing karaoke (great music selection) and drinks/food if you want it. The service is amazing and the rooms are very very cool. You can control your own AC, the lights and there is a phone to call the front desk all in the room for your convenience. The food was amazing! Chicken tostones, guacamole, truffles fries, and tenderloin skewers - all wonderful choices, flavors were on point. Hands down amazing night and amazing service - our waitress Melanie was so kind and a joy to be around.

Visited here on 6/8/2023, the experience was amazing and had so much fun. The food was delicious and Carlos was an excellent server. I will be back when I come back in town.

We hosted our annual holiday at PlugIn Karaoke. Shani was our event coordinator and she was phenomenal!! From the initial process of coordinating the event and all the support in between, she answered every question and provided us solutions for all of our requests. She offered us the corporate suite to host all of our 160+ employees. It was a perfect suite! Not to mention on the day of the event, she was very hands on and catered to our every need with a smile on her face. Her and her team were incredible! I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Shani, for making our holiday party one to remember and cherish forever!

This place is the worst karaoke place I have ever been to. Once we arrived, the hostess asks if you have a reservation but I didn't. Then she asked how big the party was and when we told her 7, she gave us a price immediately without explaining how the rate works because I've been to some places where you have to spend a certain amount of money for the room through food and drinks and others are by the hr. So we paid thinking it was the rate for the room itself without a time limit. The microphones were very poor quality that it took us like 25-30 minutes to adjust the sound quality. We kept asking the employee how to make the microphones louder because just holding it regularly and singing into it did nothing. No sound was coming from the microphones. He kept telling us that you had to use your entire hand to cover the top part of the microphones for it to have sound but who sings like that?! My hand was cramping from cupping/holding the microphone like that. The system to select songs was also a bit of a pain because of the predictive text. It kept changing the artist's name so in the end had to just scroll through the list of artist starting from A half of the time. Then at the hr mark, the ipad goes to their home screen telling us our time was up. It was really frustrating because we didn't know there was a time limit and we had spent SOOO much times trying to get the microphones to work that once we got settled and in the groove, time was up. Also the employee that checked up on us from time to time never gave us the option of if we wanted to extend our time of the room and was basically like "time is up. Thanks for coming, bye." Would definitely NOT recommend coming here for karaoke

We went to PlugIN Karaoke with a group while on a work trip and we had a blast! The food and drinks were good, and the music was great. We had private karaoke rooms, which were awesome, and also went into the public room to dance and hang out. This is definitely a fun spot to spend a night out!

Had an amazing time with friends. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was actually good. Great selection of songs, music and sound is perfect and all rooms are very spacious. You can have groups of all sizes our room accommodated more than 20 people

I'd say the only downside to this spot was the pizza, I'm a big pizza fan and it was slightly underwhelming. Aside from that this is definitely a spot I'd come to for events, or when friends come in town. Really fun, with great drinks!

While the concept of a private karaoke room seems enticing... the song selection is MINIMAL. They state they have 40,000 songs, but no Whitney Houston, The Killers, Beatles, Green Day, Linkin Park, etc. We were told not to complain about the lack of music selection by our waitress, who overall was not very friendly. Food was overpriced and subpar at best. I liked the concept, but the experience itself wasn't worth it.

2nd time there for my birthday after 7 months. I decidedto go because we had a really god time on my friend birthday last year. Now for my birthday April 29 we had the worst server, and my drinks didn't come out. It was a bigger room this time, number 9" with a bunch of lights malfunctioning, also the General Manager tried to charge a friend for coming the last 15 minutes to say happy birthday and they also charged 60 bucks to a couple of friends for coming for 30 minutes (ridiculous) they went from high standards to a joke and scam, not reasonable at all. My advice. Unless they change the management to somebody more capable and professional, go somewhere and save yourself from a ripoff. Peace
