I had the most incredible time here this past weekend. Each item given to us off the menu was absolutely delicious, each handmade from the restaurant themselves. For my tea lovers there was an amazing selection of tea to choose from. The service was top tier, Staci took care of us and truly the experience would not have been the same without her. I’d love to have her everytime I go as she made the experience even more magnificent than it already was. She was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and present. I’d ask for her when you reserve! Absolutely loved this cocktail bar! The decor is stunning and the ambiance is warm and inviting—perfect for a night out. The drinks were delicious, and bartenders Ryan and Juan truly went above and beyond, crafting custom cocktails that were spot-on. Everyone was friendly, and the overall vibe was great.

The service here was excellent, and I loved the modern atmosphere—it felt sleek and inviting. The drinks were delicious and well-crafted. I ordered the chichorrones, and while they were good, they didn’t stand out as much as I had hoped. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely return to explore more of the menu.

The cocktails here are an absolute experience. Order off the menu for a great drink, or give Ryan or any of the other mixologists some themes of what you like and they'll serve up a dynamic custom cocktail. They are also able to make non-alcoholic drinks that will have you not even missing the booze. The inside decor and ambience make for a very elegant evening that takes you back to a time when craft was king.

Pluma Lounge was such a vibe! The atmosphere was on point—great music, stylish space, and just an all-around good energy. The cocktails were amazing, super well-balanced and crafted with care. Juan behind the bar really made the experience. He was so personable, easy to talk to, and clearly knows his craft. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the drinks and the service. Definitely one of my new favorite spots in St. Pete. I’ll be back for sure.

Perfect date night spot with comfy seating and balance of lively/intimate vibes. My server Alicia was super sweet, knowledgeable and attentive! Order the 1970s Zucca with the Panna Cotta and thank me later!

Wow. A real mixologist lover’s dream. Classy but not stuffy. The bartenders and wait staff know their stuff and are pleasant. There are some great craft drink places in Tampa Bay but this one is going to be tops. My friend who has traveled the world says it reminded him of the cozy bars in Singapore. Great bar bites but the drinks are over the top delicious.

The bartenders are true artists—whether you're sipping on a smoky mezcal or a botanical gin creation every sip is well balanced. Bonus points for the presentation and fun staff! Juan was an absolute gem and made our girls night out perfect. I will be back!

I really enjoyed my drink! I would love to go back to try other things, this was a quick stop before our dinning reservation, and the server was really nice and helpful. He help me choose the right drink and made sure everything came quick and checked up out fast so we could make it to the other one. We went Saturday and the hostess was amazing, she really helps create the best experience before even going in. The place has a cool vibe.

Im so happy we got to try pluma. It's been on my list for a while, we got there around 9pm on a Saturday night and were seated right away at a cozy pair of chairs. Our server was there quickly and explained the menu to us and answered any questions. I got the rhythm is a dancer (suggested by our server) and WOW. It was a delicious cocktail I would have about 18 of them if I could lol! My husband got the dip baby dip which is a mole / chocolate rocks drink that was SO complex and flavorful. It wasn't for me but he loved it (and it came with a house made mole chocolate tootsie!). It's expensive, but I do think the experience is worth trying out for a before or after dinner drink!

Awesome atmosphere and trendy luxury/sexy vibe at the bar with an upscale feel as soon as you are greeted at the red velvet rope by the hostess who makes arrangements for your party at either the bar, indoor or outdoor seating. The cocktails are amazing and expert bartenders are very personable and accommodating to any special requests, happy to provide recommendations. Although I wouldn't order the Green Ember again, the Açaí What You Did There cocktail is my go-to favorite cocktail here.

What an unexpected find! I fell in love immediately walking in. So comfortable and cozy. We met Ryan and what an awesome personality. I think my sister and I fell in love with his generosity and kindness. Plus, he thought we were cool. We sat and had the most amazing espresso martini. After two and the music and atmosphere we were so relaxed, happy and ready to go home. The only think I wish is that they had more desserts to offer. Or more to choose from cheese/meat platters. However, there is no place to have a great espresso martini like Pluma. Ryan's famous recipe. Shout out to Casey...she was awesome and amazing as well. Now that I have told you about this wonderful place. Don't take our seats by the window :)

Just popped in for a pre dinner drink and were so impressed with the pretty decor. We sat on a sofa near the bar and had excellent service from our friendly server. Will return for food soon.

Very friendly and welcoming bar staff with a very innovative mixology driven menu. I absolutely love the vibes in here. It gives upscale and almost not St Pete but a cocktail bar in a bigger city which is a nice change. The whole vibe is immaculate and the drinks are fairly prices for what you get. Definitely is becoming one of my go to spots but definitely make reservations before you go especially on a the weekends. Would highly recommend especially for a date night.

Jacob made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We asked for Paper planes and he took it a step further and made these adorable little paper planes to go along with the cocktail.

After having dinner next-door at their sister restaurant, Juno and the Peacock, a few of us decided to hit up their cocktail bar next door for an after dinner drink. It is a smaller area with a nice bar and then lounge type seating with couches. We were seated immediately and the service was very friendly. The servers understand the cocktail menu well. It is focused on South American liquors, ingredients and flavors. They also have a small food menu which we did not partake in. Enjoy!

Great selection of cocktails from South America. My favorite was the lima lush. Mezcal and sweet blue corn. The couches are very comfortable and atmosphere is nice relaxing vibe. When I arrived there were no available seats. Drinks can be ordered at the end of the bar by the red rope. After I ordered I saw a seat become available and grabbed it quick. My friends liked all of their drinks too. Especially espresso martini with the cinnamon inscribed "Pluma "

Very nice place for drinks and small plates! The "Don't Sweat the Technique" cocktail was light and refreshing and reminded me of watermelon sorbet. The scallops had a delicious ube puree and pepper coulis. For dessert, the torta de mil hojas was beautifully presented, and I loved the guava and cheese flavors. The "Flip the Script" cocktail was a great accompaniment, and kind of reminded me of an elevated eggnog. The bartenders here were welcoming and great about explaining the many drink options. Looking forward to returning!

Probably should have left after being treated so poorly. Had never been before so just walked up to the bar but wanted to sit in the lounge chairs. The bartender just said "it looks like you have a question to ask" instead of just offering a drink menu or explaining that a server will come to the lounge chairs. Super condescending. We should have walked out but went to the couch area as we had 2 more people joining us so wanted enough space. Again, the server didn't welcome us at all or offer a drink menu. We were greeted with "if a larger party shows up you need to move to a smaller area".... We had to let him know we had 2 more joining before we even got a drink menu. Can't believe we stayed and ordered drinks.

They have very good selection of cocktails inspired by Peru,Mexico and Brazil , very good wine selection as well. We have not tried their food menu but we will try it nextime . Servers are fast and friendly . The lounge is very cozy and great place to catch up with friends. Will definitely be back to try the other cocktails !
