My new favorite chicken sandwich! When I heard they don’t use seed oils I had to check it out. Better taste, cleaner ingredients and open on Sunday vs the other “chicken” spot. Definitely worth it, can’t wait to go back!

Hubby and I tried this new fried chicken spot and I am so glad we did. It was truly amazing. Service was great, prices were fair, and the chicken was on another level. The place has an eclectic, artsy feel—very aesthetic without feeling overdone—but the real highlight is the food. The chicken and fries are twice fried in beef tallow, which gives everything a really rich, umami flavor. And the fries are hand-cut, perfectly crispy, and honestly kind of addictive. We’re looking forward to their grand opening since it’s right down the street from us. I have a feeling this place is going to get popular fast. A solid new neighborhood find.

This place is 🔥🔥🔥 ! All the ingredients made from scratch just pure deliciousness . This place is absolutely fantastic the fries are marvelous and the hottie chicken sandwich was bananas. Nothing makes me happier than eating at a local gem that gives you high quality food at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back for great service and amazing food.

Flavorful Crispy Fried chicken. Amazing staff and service. Affordable and No Seed oils. You really taste the difference Frying in Tallow.

As someone who is super health conscious, I am extremely thrilled to find a fast casual family owned restaurant that serves high quality, seed oil free foods. I have been searching for beef tallow fried chicken forever and I’m ecstatic that I finally have such a solid place I can rely on whenever I’m craving something naughty but still healthy and won’t destroy my stomach! The owners are truly dedicated to making American food healthier while keeping it fresh, simple and still absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

This is amazing restaurant for anyone with a sensitive stomach! I also love that it is family owned and runed. Great muchies food that is also healthy!
