Hubby and I tried this new fried chicken spot and I am so glad we did. It was truly amazing. Service was great, prices were fair, and the chicken was on another level.
The place has an eclectic, artsy feel—very aesthetic without feeling overdone—but the real highlight is the food. The chicken and fries are twice fried in beef tallow, which gives everything a really rich, umami flavor. And the fries are hand-cut, perfectly crispy, and honestly kind of addictive.
We’re looking forward to their grand opening since it’s right down the street from us. I have a feeling this place is going to get popular fast. A solid new neighborhood find.
