If you're craving a fried chicken sandwich, a hot and spicy chicken sandwich, or a barbecue fried chicken sandwich, you don't need to look any further. The crust on this chicken is somehow light, thick, not ready, and crispy, even when covered in their hot sauce. I'm a big sauce guy too, and their homemade hot sauce, smothered on and for dipping, was the "cherry on top" of the experience. It is so good. The heat is just enough for all preferences, and the flavor is just perfect. I went in looking for the fried chicken, but now, with how good it was, I'm curiously excited for their chicken smash burger too.

This place is 🔥🔥🔥 ! All the ingredients made from scratch just pure deliciousness . This place is absolutely fantastic the fries are marvelous and the hottie chicken sandwich was bananas. Nothing makes me happier than eating at a local gem that gives you high quality food at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back for great service and amazing food.

Absolutely delicious and would 100% recommend. I ordered fries and chicken tenders. The portions are generous. Delicious lemonade. Food came out quickly and I don’t feel bloated after my meal at Pluma. I’ll be going back!!

Hubby and I tried this new fried chicken spot and I am so glad we did. It was truly amazing. Service was great, prices were fair, and the chicken was on another level. The place has an eclectic, artsy feel—very aesthetic without feeling overdone—but the real highlight is the food. The chicken and fries are twice fried in beef tallow, which gives everything a really rich, umami flavor. And the fries are hand-cut, perfectly crispy, and honestly kind of addictive. We’re looking forward to their grand opening since it’s right down the street from us. I have a feeling this place is going to get popular fast. A solid new neighborhood find.

Flavorful Crispy Fried chicken. Amazing staff and service. Affordable and No Seed oils. You really taste the difference Frying in Tallow.

The chicken sandwich is phenomenal. Everything from the milk bun to the sweet pickles. Make sure to get the fries and any of their sauces.
