Absolutely delicious and would 100% recommend. I ordered fries and chicken tenders. The portions are generous. Delicious lemonade. Food came out quickly and I don’t feel bloated after my meal at Pluma. I’ll be going back!!

This place is 🔥🔥🔥 ! All the ingredients made from scratch just pure deliciousness . This place is absolutely fantastic the fries are marvelous and the hottie chicken sandwich was bananas. Nothing makes me happier than eating at a local gem that gives you high quality food at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be back for great service and amazing food.

Hubby and I tried this new fried chicken spot and I am so glad we did. It was truly amazing. Service was great, prices were fair, and the chicken was on another level. The place has an eclectic, artsy feel—very aesthetic without feeling overdone—but the real highlight is the food. The chicken and fries are twice fried in beef tallow, which gives everything a really rich, umami flavor. And the fries are hand-cut, perfectly crispy, and honestly kind of addictive. We’re looking forward to their grand opening since it’s right down the street from us. I have a feeling this place is going to get popular fast. A solid new neighborhood find.

The chicken sandwich is phenomenal. Everything from the milk bun to the sweet pickles. Make sure to get the fries and any of their sauces.

Giancarlo is that dude. This spot makes a disrespectfully good chicken sandwich and somehow manages to do it without hormones, chemicals, or FDA approved “don’t worry about it” science projects. Just real food. Imagine that. Locally owned and locally beneficial. If I trust Pluma to feed my wife while she’s nursing our daughter, you can be confident your lunch isn’t quietly rewiring your endocrine system. Eat here. Support places that refuse to serve lab-grown nonsense… but fair warning… you will never eat KFC or fast food again. Your taste buds will rejoice. Your body will breathe a sigh of relief. It’s chicken. Not a pharmaceutical trial. This won’t cure cancer (probably) but it sure as hell won’t invite it over for lunch with hormone loaded chicken either.

Everything was delicious and the servings were huge. The truffle fries were 10/10 would recommend. The restaurant has a retro vibe to it and the staff were friendly and well informed on the ingredients used.
