With improvements in staff training and customer engagement, this establishment has the potential to enhance its reputation and customer satisfaction.

Nice atmosphere and good food. Good quality coffee as well. The dark roast was spot on. Loved seeing all different age groups enjoying a cafe experience here. Baked goods were outstanding. Many different options to choose from. Freshly beaked. Will be back when I am in the area.

We had a coffee and a cheesecake at this cafe. The coffee was good, but the cheesecake was worse than terrible, it tasted like playdough with lemon aroma, we managed just one bite and left it be.

It’s refreshing to find a café that makes you feel at home. This café does it for you. The latin tango/chill café del Mar music that soothes your soul. The friendly owner and staff ready to chat and help you choose which dessert to pick. It feels like family. The sandwiches wraps, pastries- authentic Italian, Greek and French desserts. I am in the process of trying them all. I have to make sure I don’t dive into a sugar coma. Thank goodness I am only here for a month. I only got a coffee in the pastry, but it was very much average, but it was super busy in there so it must be pretty good

A Super friendly staff took and served us our order. I had a honey cinnamon latte and the ham and cheese pastry. The pastry looked simple but it was super tasty!!! My husband got a coffee and a mcgrill bagel sandwich was also yummy!

Great coffee, nice staff, decent food, however the prices are a bit high.

This is really niche, but if you love iced matcha lattes, this is the best in the area! That's all I've had but their pastry and dessert case looks scrumptious if you're into sweets.

I would have given them a higher rating except that they were out of a lot of breakfast items. No Greek yogurt. No fresh fruit. So ended up with a cappuccino and that was all. My friend got a coffee and a muffin and let 1/2 of it go to waste. You can get a rewards card so after 10 punches you get a coffee. Perhaps at lunch it's very different. We sat by the window and chatted and that part was nice. We both went to Cornell and spotted someone with a Cornell T shirt so we all started talking -that part was very nice. I'll have to come back when they have more items to eat!

Plus Cafe is exactly what Marblehead needed! Friendly staff Incredible food Delicious coffee. I feel like I practically live there and for our community it's where we all meet to connect, get work done or just chill. Try the breakfast panini!

Well, to start, my 'panini' had a long black hair hanging out of it. Secondly, the 'paninis' were sub rolls. Really?? We were expecting artisan sliced bread. Very disappointed.

Interesting little cafe in Marblehead! Marblehead is a small town and there aren't a ton of options regarding coffee shops. This spot had pastries, breakfast sandwiches and basic coffee drinks. By late afternoon it was fairly picked over, but that's okay, as I was just looking for a plain tea drink. I have a lot of empathy for the world being short-staffed right now. I have to give huge kudos because they serve up La Colombe coffee, which is my favorite ever! I otherwise just really had no impression of this place because I barely interacted with or spoke to anyone beyond my terse interaction with the person that took my order. I don't know what they're known for or what they're pastry selection typically looks like. All I know is that it was a reliable spot to pick up some La Colombe, and they had ample seating which was almost 100% taken up during my visits. I also wish they would have called my name when serving up my drink, because if there's more than 1 person, it's hard to tell which is yours and I ended up standing there for quite a while when my drink was ready. I experienced that both days I visited. That little edit would make a big experience difference!

This is my morning coffee shop and sometimes lunch. Great Bagels, Muffins and very good coffee. They have a large assortment of pastries and slices of different cakes. Soups for lunch are very good and different every day. Sandwiches are large and nicely prepared. The staff works very hard to make you happy and serves you very quickly. A great newer place for Marblehead.

Place is so decent. I used to come here all the time when it first opened. I was truly impressed at first but then a year later the place went to rut. I think they could use more employees working at a time. But truly this place needs to come up with more ideas to bring enthusiasm to their menu. A big thing that's missing here is something to brighten up the atmosphere and change up the menu and add more specials to it. I think there is still hope to this restaurant but an expanded menu with a variety of different types of entrees would be extraordinary.

Don't get the salad. The Greek salad is 3/4 lettuce and I spent most of my time picking rotten leaves out. The muffin did not redeem the experience. The sandwiches may be ok The barista/cashier seems to hate his life at the moment and it is reflected in his coffee making. The steamed milk in the cappuccino was nearly boiling. For all that they have a Marzocco, they make bad espresso.

Delicious Nutella latte and even better sausage egg and cheese wrap! Really nice guy behind counter apologizing for wait. Worth it!

Plus Cafe has absolutely everything I look for in a cafe; the breakfasts and lunches are full of variety and very, very tasty. I especially like the Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts for breakfast. The cakes and pastries in the right display case are phenomenal; the tiramisu is the best I've every had. Most important of all, though, are the owner and staff. I have never met a group of people more committed to a customer's pleasant experience. To a person they are incredibly friendly, remember everyone's name (and usual order), are delightfully polite, and do whatever they can to make certain their customers have a memorable breakfast or lunch. Plus Cafe is spotlessly clean, and they are constantly clearing tables, vacuuming when necessary, and keeping things spotless. If you arre grumpy or in a bad move when you come in, I can guarantee you will leave uplifted and ready to greet the day. Cannot recommend enough.

This place is perfect for Marblehead. the staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of anything you need to get you started for your day. lunch is awesome as well.

Fantastic casual breakfast spot with great European pastries desserts and coffee. Love that they have a machine to squeeze fresh oranges for oj as this is something you see frequently in Europe but not the states. That alone is worth a trip to plus. They are always friendly and welcoming.

My favorite go to spot in Marblehead for breakfast! I absolutely love their chai latte, it is the best in town and they have oat milk! I also love their breakfast sandwich! People are so friendly and wonderful!

I'm usually very positive about places- but the coffee consistently isn't a roast I like to drink. Maybe I should ask next time what they use for their lattes. I never want to drink past a few sips.

The food was great, and came ready in just a few minutes. Customer service was good too, they asked if I needed anything multiple times. It's not too crowded and every detail in the store works well together. 5/5 recommend

Outstanding espresso, they serve La Colombe! Always a great experience,barista's are knowledgeable and very friendly. The breakfast menu is extensive with exceptional quality. During the summer, they offer outdoor seating and bring your order to your table !! It has become very popular with the locals. Give it a try and you will see why
