Fun dueling piano bar with percussion, a rotating stage, good food and good drinks! Based on reviews, we expected the place to be packed on a Friday night, so we went early because we didn't have reservations. Sure enough, most of the tables were reserved, but we did have a few high tops or bar stools to choose from. We liked our table for two that was against the wall.
We got there right when they opened at six, (no cover charge before 6:30), but we also didn't realize the show doesn't start until 8. So we had plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed dinner. The menu has appetizers, burgers and pizza. We tried the Bohemian Rhapsody pizza minus 'shrooms, and were very happy with the quality and taste. One pizza is a hearty meal for two. We almost finished it.
Drinks are in line with the quality level.
The performers are energetic, talented, personable and funny. FUN! Bring cash to tip them, they work hard and well deserve any and all tips, plus it helps to get your song requests played. They were playing quite the variety of requests.
We got lucky that it never got crazy crowded while we were there, but we also didn't hang out super late.
We have been to several dueling piano bars in different cities, and this is definitely the best we have been to!
Note: the free R-line bus stops quite close.
