San Antonio, you’re sleeping on a hidden gem! My wife and I stopped by this place on a whim—and wow, were we blown away. Let’s start with the ambiance: warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. You feel like you’re stepping into a cozy escape from the city. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal. The pork belly? Next level. So good, I had it both as an appetizer and again as my main dish. We paired our meals with mango aguas frescas, and it genuinely felt like we were dining at a beachside resort. Service was just as memorable. Ask for Daniela—she was friendly, attentive, and added to the overall great experience. We’re already planning to come back next weekend. Don’t miss out on this place!

I’ve been here twice now and I’m already obsessed. I seriously LOVE this place! The food is insanely good. It’s hands down one of the most authentic Mexican spots I’ve tried in San Antonio. The vibe is super chill and cute. Perfect for a casual brunch or lunch with friends or family. And can we talk about the service? Karen has helped me both times and she’s the BEST. She’s recommended dishes for both brunch and lunch, and every single one has been a winner. If you’re looking for a new go-to, this is it.

Food is phenomenal! Service is excellent!! Karen was our server she was a sweetheart ❤️ Drinks are awesome!! Would definitely come back! And the happy hour is so fun!😍😍

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. My waitress was Daniela was also very friendly and helpful. I had the Poblano soup (delicious with kick of heat), PM Quesadilla, and the flan.

Omg!!! We were just supposed to come here for drinks, but everything ended up being so delicious we stayed for a 3 course meal. Sheila was an AMAZING server, super attentive and had great suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend the flautas ahogadas, and if you save room definitely try the tres leches. Happy hour is Mon-Friday 4pm-7pm. All the drinks were amazing as well. 10/10, will definitely be coming soon. We got the flautas ahogadas, gaonera taco, esquites, tuna tiradito, and the tres leches.

PM Tacos & Cocktails is a total gem! The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was full of flavor. The drinks were just as amazing, perfectly crafted and full of personality. Huge shoutout to our bartender Daniella — she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Great vibes, great service, and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. These were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The homemade tortillas were so good and the meet flavorful with interesting flavor and texture combinations. We will definitely be coming back!

Wow! This place really surprised me! We've driven by a few times and finally decided to stop in. The cocktail menu was more extensive than I would have thought for a place this size and the drink I got (Italian margarita) is excellent! What really threw me for a spin, however, was the food. We had the ribeye taco on flour and it think it was one of the most unique, delicious tacos I have ever eaten! We will definitely be telling our friends about this place!

Recommend: Maybe. Food: I ordered jamaica mezcal, cheese dip, mole enchiladas and smoke ribeye taco. The mezcal was very good. Loved the Jamaica flavor and the smokiness of the mezcal. The cheese dip was ok, but I loved the chips. They were home made, fresh, and so crispy. The enchiladas de mole were good, they def had a sweet, cinnamon aftertaste but it was not over powering .the smoked ribeye taco...not my fave. The smoke was definitely overpowering and I could not taste the meat. It was a little disappointing as many of the reviews stated it was delicious. Ambiance: The restaurant was nice, clean, had plenty of seating, and the music was lively but not loud. Service: Service was great! It was a little slow but only because there was one waitress and she was doing it ALL! Bartending, taking orders, checking in on you, refills, very friendly, answered all questions. I believe her name was Daniella. Even thought she was by herself, her attitude and attention to detail did not suffer. I can only imagine that if they were fully staffed, the service would be even greater. Overall, the food experience was ok. I'd try them one more time as I may have had a one off experience.

First time trying this place. They serve breakfast. So I ordered the Chilaquiles plate and an order of corn tacos of Chorizo and egg. It was all delicious. The estates clean and modern decor. The server was kind and attentive. I would definitely go again to try a spirited drink. Plus they make fresh corn tortillas for the tacos. I like the fact they are not factory tortillas. I believe this is a little gem. Try this place out.

Went for happy hour. Love the happy hour runs through 7 PM. They have drinks and some food items on their happy hour menu. The food items on their happy hour menu are not on their regular menu. I got a margarita, chips, salsa, and queso to start with. The queso was good. It had a little bit of a spice to it. I like that it came with two different types of chips. The margarita was small, but pretty strong. Fairly certain they used a mixer though. The waitress did recommend that we order one or two tacos at a time because they were big. She was not kidding. These tacos are huge. I am glad I only ordered one since I already had the chips and queso. I ordered the Baja taco with fish on corn. It truly did take up the whole small plate (bread plate size). The taco was good with good flavor. The restaurant is cute and it has a back area as well. Looks small when you come in but the area in the back has a few tables. There's also a cute Little Picture station. Our waitress got busy and at one point another waitress came in to check on us. The teamwork was very much appreciated. Parking is available on site, but shared with the other business

This place slaps! Great places to watch a game as they have a few TVs. The restaurant is open and fresh. If you come here, try the tacos. The waitress was great in her recommendations. She mentioned the intention is to order a taco at a time. The tacos are big, my gf filled up on 1 taco, I had a couple. The flavors are yummy, the salsa is also pretty yummy. The tortillas are handmade with a variety of taco options. From streak, to different types of fish, to octopus! The drinks were also top notch! The variety of mezcal offerings is always a positive in my eyes as many places are hesitant to offer the spirit due to negative feedback. I had the Jamaica mezcal(Hibiscus), my gf had the spicy jalapeño mezcal drink(Grinch). Both were delicious. We sat at the bar so we could see the bartender was using fresh fruit & juice. Also had a yummy michelada with a mix made fresh by the bartender. A great place to take a date as the food & drinks are fun! Overall should be an add to your list of places to check out!

The service was quick, very informative, food was absolutely delicious. It felt fancy even though it was casual and welcoming. I recommend the Octopus taco, the ribeye taco, and the shrimp tostada. All are fresh and tender.in addition to that I gad the guacamole and the mole enchiladas. My drink was the mango frescos. Very delicious as well. We have wanted to try this place for a while, and my husband wasn't sure what he wanted to eat for his birthday! we drive and ended up stopping here and then can speak for us both it was impressive how good the food was and great the customer service was. Karen our server was pleasant and super nice to wish the hubby a happy b-day! She didn't miss anything we ordered, the ambiance is fun and chill! I love the sports shows playing and music. they have a wider variety of drink options as well. Overall it's a 10/10 for us and we will be back! They have brunch on Saturday and Sunday so we can't wait to try it because everything taste homemade and fresh

Food was amazing! Next level unexpected with how flavorful and filling just one taco was. The Paloma was also perfect. Will definitely be back again to try more dishes.

This new taco shop is a strip mall surprise offering small bites and great happy hour deals. We started with salt-rimmed house margaritas on the rocks, which I found a bit more sweet than tart. Tuna tiradito, topped with chunks of avocado and a generous helping of purple-hued red onions, stole the show. Pork belly chicharrones, also available as beef, come with a choice of flour or corn tacos. Ribeye taco, heartily sized and topped with avocado and spiced mayo, packed enough flavor that it didn't need salsa. It paired perfectly with a spicy margarita rimmed with black salt.

IMO These are the ratings: Food: 4.8/5 Service: 4.9/ 5 Ambiance: 4.7/5 Total: 4.8/5 They have a lot of Tequila selection(hence, the name) Price is a bit on the high side but the flavor Of the tacos were amazing!

The food is so delicious!! Absolutely love it! Very authentic Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend them. The service is spot on, they take such great care of you. The atmosphere is very up beat and modern. Definitely will be coming back. You need to try this place. By the way the "Chicharrones" are so good!!! They are an absolute must have! P.S. Ask for Karina and Emiliano they were so good to us. They took great care of us. Amazing service!!

Came in with family, very inviting atmosphere. Ordered Baja shrimp and fish, Tuna Tiradito, Picanha. Emiliano welcomed us in from outside and waited on us while we ate, he was hospitable and explained ingredients and suggested tacos for us. My husband says, tuna was super fresh.

If you are living in San Antonio or just visiting and you're not eating here, you are missing out on THE BEST and authentic cuisine! The Suiza (tomatillo) sauce has so much flavor and just the right amount of heat. We take a pint home every visit! The chef knows his stuff! As for Isabella and she'll take terrific care of you and your whole party like family!

We stopped in here after having dinner somewhere else, so we only had the tuna tiradito and cheese dip to eat. The tuna was exceptional and the dish tasted incredibly fresh. The pickled onions with the cilantro, harissa, aïoli, sesame seeds and chili oil is something that you just can't pass up especially at four dollars on their happy hour menu. The chips with the cheese dip were freshly fried thick tortilla chips that were excellent. The salsa was fresh and the cheese dip was smooth and super creamy! Our service was exceptional and the food we brought home for later was superb. We took home the poblano Crema soup, the gaonera taco and the pichana taco. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and flavorful! We will be back and hope that this restaurant gets the appreciation that it deserves. The prices are great for such excellent, fresh and vibrant food.

A jewel of a restaurant!!! As one who has had his share of tacos over many years, PM Tacos and cocktails has the most flavorful, aromatic and experiential delights in town and beyond! The portions are generous and well presented. Their corn tortillas are a must. So much so, that I have not tried their harina tortillas...something to look forward to in the very near future. The enchilada dishes are also excellent and flavorful. Their cocktails are superb - try their Happy Hour. We are blessed to live nearby, although definitely with any drive to PM Tacos and Cocktails!

Just had the Carne en su Jugo for lunch. Absolutely amazing paired with the Charro Negro. Great lunch and best fresh corn tacos I've ever had in SA!

Very impressed with our visit here. Everything was perfect. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent cocktails. We came here because they offered non meat options. I ordered the cauliflower tacos and they were the best cauliflower tacos I ever had. We will be back for sure.

Service was great. Drinks were perfect...top shelf margs with Tajin. Yum. Guacamole on point...I usually add lime and salt everywhere else. I had chicharrones app as a meal. Home made corn tortillas. I'm coming back no problem. Easy location in Huebner Oaks. Did I say there's lots of TVs for watching women's and men's sports?? I'm in love.

Drinks are excellent, would absolutely come back for margaritas. Food was good, we had pastor tacos. Services was good, but it was obvious the waitress had her favorite tables. Place is nice, has like a private table for a small party.

I highly recommend this place, the quality, plating and authenticity of the food was so delicious! Karina and Yaretzy broke everything down in detail and were so helpful! This is definitely a top place for me to go to now.

Bad service, food is from 1 to 5 is 2. Let's see if they improve service and food . In the 2 months that the place has been open, they have already raised the prices.

Came here for a drink and late lunch. Only positive thing I can say is the drinks were good. (Mexican martini and cantarito) It was extremely hot in the restaurant. We ordered chips and queso and pastor tacos to share. The "queso" was cheese sauce that resembled concession stand nacho cheese. Not impressed. After 30 mins of waiting, the waitress came and told us that the kitchen was out of pastor... frustrated, I asked for the check. The manager came over and said they did have pastor but the chef "didn't like the smell of it!" WTH?? She mumbled something about the restaurant not having gift cards to offer me. I told her not to worry about it (wouldn't want to come back here anyways.) 10/10 don't recommend

My family and I stopped in for some lunch and drinks while we shopped. Walked in and we were the only people there except for two other customers sitting at the bar. They brought us menus and some water and then we sat there for over 10 minutes. Nobody came to take our order or check in with us and all the employees were sitting & standing around the bar chatting. We looked around a couple of times to see if someone could tell we were ready and when nobody came, we left. So disappointing because we were very excited to try the drinks and food! Will not be returning.

On my recent visit i was very impressed by the quality and presentation of the tacos. I tried the Pulpo taco, it was unlike anything i have ever had. The slight charr and texture and flavors were amazing. When they place the food in front of you they explained the ingredients and flavors you will experience. which was a nice touch and elevates the experience and cuisine. The drink selection and drinks were also top notch. Great service and very outgoing employees at this establishment. They created a very lively yet somewhat intimate ambiance depending on where you chose to sit. The bar looks amazing. They made my first visit one to remember. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of their offerings.

I found this lovely restaurant on Yelp whilst passing through San Antonio. We had spent three weeks in Orange Beach, AL gorging on seafood so we were craving some Mexican food. Sergio greeted us as soon as we walked in and directed us to sit wherever we'd like. The interior has a fresh modern feel. Sergio was very friendly and helpful offering that all of the dishes were freshly made in-house including the tortillas, and were authentic Mexican recipes. The drinks too were made with fresh juices. We began with an exploration of their appetizers settling on the Steak Carpaccio and queso chips and salsa. Very delicious! Craft cocktails with Mexican flair. For entrees we decided to choose two each of their amazing list of tacos. The house-made tortillas were large reminding us of crepes. The ingredients were large portioned with carefully chosen combinations. My husband exclaimed that if we lived here it would be our go-to Mexican, which says a lot. Amazing that they have only been open two weeks!

Small unassuming location in a shopping center. Just recently opened. Has some outdoor seating. Fully stocked bar with great choices. Acknowledged as soon as we came in, but took a few minutes to get menus. However, food was excellent & worth the small inconvenience. Probably just needed to get in sync since just opened. Waitress was very nice once she got to us. Queso & chips were really good & very reasonably priced. Sirloin tacos were well seasoned & sides of charro beans & esquites, ( corn), were on point! Best I've had in a while at a restaurant. The enchiladas suizas were also delicious. Just the right amount of tomatillo sauce & melty cheese. Also had a Mexican margarita which was well poured. Great combo of tang & sweetness. They had a whole bunch of specialty tacos we didn't try but seemed like great combinations of ingredients. We will be back soon to try them. Overall delicious food, drinks, & friendly service!

I am giving 3 stars for the overpriced food and slow service. Family of 4 and our bill was $145! Hate to say it, but can get the same quality at Velvet taco.

PM Tacos and Cocktails is new and hip Mexican restaurant that brings authentic Mexican flavors with a twist. The food was incredible, great music and the service was amazing! Gracias, Karen! Bien recomendado 5 Estrellas!

We must have come on a bad night. We ordered the house margarita during happy hour for $5. We were up charged to a $17.00 drink. I ordered the brisket taco which was stuffed with the green apple salad and one skimpy slice of brisket. The tortilla was delicious, but the lack of meat was disappointing. The manager did give us a refund on the drink so I will giving them a second chance.

The place was really cute on the inside. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating. He gave me recommendations on the menu and I ordered the ribeye taco, it was really good! It is only one taco which kinda sucks, but I personally felt full without feeling shitting afterwards.
