Our stay at Pnoé was truly unforgettable. Although the weather wasn’t on our side and it rained most of the time, it didn’t take away from the incredible experience we had.||From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, smiles, and genuine hospitality. A big thank you to all the employees in the entire hotel—from reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone always had a smile on their face, was extremely kind and helpful, and truly did their best to meet every expectation. The service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely cared for.||The room was beautiful, equipped with smart features and designed for privacy. We had our own private pool, which I didn’t get to use due to the weather, but the space still felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is calm and serene—you can really feel the good energy.||The food was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was a delight, and I can’t express how much I enjoyed it.||We also treated ourselves to a massage at the hotel’s spa, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable—just what we needed to unwind even more.||There’s a natural beach just a short walk from the hotel. It’s in a protected area, so it’s not used for hotel services, but it’s ideal for a peaceful walk or refreshing swim. The hotel also offers private transfers to a beach that belongs to them, just 2 minutes away by car—super convenient and beautifully arranged.||The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. While you may occasionally hear planes, it never disturbed our sense of peace or relaxation. In fact, it added to the ease of travel.||This hotel was exactly what we were looking for—peace, amazing food, nature, spa atmosphere, and complete relaxation. I’m already looking forward to visiting again.

The private pool suite is high more than I expected. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. The entire experience felt luxurious yet deeply relaxing. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more. I give it a full 10/10 and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Wow this resort is amazing. It is immaculate, with delicious food and has a sophisticated ambiance. We came here for our first stop on our mini moon and were upgraded to a suite which was one of the loveliest rooms we’ve stayed in. The beach is a short drive away but the staff at pnoe is very responsive and will drop you / pick you up upon request. We each had a massage at the spa - don’t miss out on that!

This is a beautiful hotel, a calm oasis where the food is amazing and staff are always very helpful and are a great team. We arrived late at night to a thoughtful gesture of food and a bottle of wine in the room. It was such a kind gesture. ||The pool is lovely and the beach is a short walk and very pleasant. Special thanks to Melpomeme in the Anasa restaurant and our housekeeper who came by twice daily and looked after us so well.|The standard of food is first class with an amazing breakfast buffet alongside great evening options cooked in front of us be excellent chef. Staff were calm, helpful and the uniforms are very relaxed, leaving the impression of a very cohesive team. You leave well rested with a 5 star experience.

This hotel is simply fantastic! From the very first moment, we were impressed by the modern, stylish design and the impeccable cleanliness everywhere – in the rooms, common areas, and around the pool. The food is absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious – every meal was a real culinary experience! They also paid great attention to dietary needs, which was a huge plus for us. The staff is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful – always smiling and responding to every request with care. We truly felt like valued guests. We had a wonderful time, it was total relaxation, and we’ll definitely come back! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

It's a beautiful resorts. It really depends on what you're looking for. We personally wanted to be close to the airport and the city, so you could hear the airplanes, and while there's beach access, it's not an area that has been set up and maintained by the hotel. The resort itself is beautiful. I love the individual pools, there are so many different types of personal touches that make you feel extremely luxurious. The breakfasts were amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it’s a beautiful property with kind and professional staff. The team was responsive and offered thoughtful gestures after we shared some feedback, which I really appreciated. However, for a 5-star hotel, the experience felt a bit “cheap” in many ways. Many things that are usually included elsewhere came with extra charges here: the mini bar, room service, and even heating the pool—at €50 for every 2-degree increase, which felt excessive. The hotel only covers a one-way airport transfer, and the return trip costs €25. Also, coffee capsules in the room weren’t replenished daily. One important thing to note is that the price of the rooms fluctuates significantly. We booked about a month in advance, and just a few days later, the price dropped by almost €50 per night. Although the manager eventually provided us with a €160 spa voucher to compensate, this kind of inconsistency can be frustrating. I’d recommend not booking too far in advance if you’re considering staying here. Additionally, there’s no real beach directly at the hotel. They do offer a free shuttle to a sister hotel with a beach, which is nice. In summary, the staff is lovely and willing to help, and the hotel has great potential. I just hope they move toward offering a more generous and transparent service—perhaps slightly higher rates that include basic amenities—so guests can relax without constantly facing additional charges or surprises.
