Pnoé Breathing Life

We have just returned from a week at Pnoe after being upgraded from the sister hotel Unique Blue, and wow what an amazing time we had! This hotel is absolutely exceptional and deserves all the brilliant reviews it gets.||We stayed in the Breeze Double Deluxe room which came with its own private pool. The style and design of the room was beautiful, traditional but also modern, and was a great size. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve stayed in and came with a pillow menu where you could test the different pillows on offer for free. The outdoor space was big and private, and we loved spending afternoons sunbathing out there.||We were part of the all inclusive package having been upgraded from Unique Blue, and although we were initially worried about the options that would be available, we were blown away by the number of options and quality of the food. There are 3 restaurants on site, the main one and a traditional Cretan restaurant being available at no extra cost to all inclusive guests (there’s also a sushi restaurant which we didn’t try), and the food was delicious and exceptional quality. Drinks, including alcohol and cocktails, were also included and were lovely.||But the real stand out of our trip was the staff. All of the staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay and we felt like they would do anything for us. We were always greeted and made to feel welcome. A special mention to Ioanna who went above and beyond with her exceptional service - from remembering our coffee orders, to suggesting her favourite foods from the menu. It was little touches like that this that made the experience really special. The reception staff would also transfer us to Unique Blue free of charge so that we could enjoy the experience there too.||Also as an LGBT couple it was really nice to see lots of other LGBT couples there which made us feel very welcome.||One small thing was that both the private pools and communal pool weren’t heated, so in October were chilly, and to heat would’ve cost €50 per day which we thought was quite steep. But for such a small issue we could overlook it for the brilliant service and beautiful design of this hotel. It’s a lovely retreat and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone.

The BEST - Always friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, beautiful interiors, stunning décor in the rooms and public areas, delicious meals. The location is excellent, and the view is a perfect place to enjoy the evenings. The restaurant and Uranus are truly beautiful. The service is top-notch, respectful, open, and helpful. Very clean, and everything is well-maintained. The only downside is the Cicada beach area, which is slightly off the beaten track. Although a walk along the beach only reinforces the beauty of the place, the organized beach for guests should, in my opinion, be redesigned to be more peaceful. It's too noisy, and people are constantly milling about among the sunbeds. This is irritating, but that's just my subjective opinion. I highly recommend staying at Pnoe; I've been there twice and will be back next season in 2026.

A beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and professional staff who go the extra mile to make sure guests have a wonderful experience. I run a gold-rated self-catering business in the UK and could not fault anything here. We travelled with Jet2 but were not all-inclusive, so we ate in the hotel restaurants a couple of times - both were excellent. Breakfast (which was included) is top class. The beach, gardens, reception, pool and restaurant areas are relaxing and well maintained. If you want a quiet break with plenty sun and swimming time, this is a great option. And it's Greece so there are lots of cats hiding in the ornamental grasses if you want to make feline friends. Particular thanks to Cristos, Joannes and Manos in the restaurants and the expert reception team who made our stay truly memorable. Thank you.

Pnoé Breathing Life is an exceptional hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless — the service, the design, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed and offer true comfort and tranquility. The private pool suite is high more than I expected. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. The entire experience felt luxurious yet deeply relaxing. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more. I give it a full 10/10 and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The people are super friendly, the food is delicious, and the swim-up room with private pool was a highlight. Everything is clean and well maintained. The private transfer to the beach is a nice bonus, and communication via WhatsApp is fast and easy. In general, Greeks are incredibly warm and welcoming — you feel it everywhere. Renting a car is definitely recommended, since there’s not much within walking distance of the hotel. But the island is stunning and perfect to explore by car. Still, the hotel is a clear 10/10. Highly recommended.

We spent two nights at Pnoe and left with mixed feelings. The property itself is visually striking, though the design gave us more of a “1980s corporate office park meets spa” impression than the serene luxury feel we expected. The landscaping was lovely at first glance, but unfortunately much of it looked half-dead. The beach was closed during our stay, so we were shuttled to the hotel’s own beach club next door—convenient, but not what we’d hoped for. Adding to that, there was a noticeable sulfur smell across parts of the property, which made it hard to fully relax. On the positive side, the massage at the spa was excellent. However, the main pool was far too cold to enjoy. The location is close to the airport, which makes for easy access, but you do hear and see planes overhead throughout the day and night. Overall, it’s a pretty property with potential, but it fell short of expectations for the price and branding.

Pnoé Breathing Life Adults Only is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are exceptional, always kind, respectful, smiling and truly eager to help with anything you need. Even when a small misunderstanding occurred, they did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. The facilities are outstanding. There is a beautiful pool area where you can enjoy the sun throughout the day, a stylish bar serving excellent food and drinks, and a breakfast buffet that is honestly one of the best I have ever experienced. The hotel also has two restaurants offering outstanding dishes that are definitely worth trying during your stay. Each room comes with its own private pool, giving you the chance to fully relax with your partner, and the rooms themselves are modern, elegant and equipped with everything you might need. There is also a spa with a wide variety of treatments and a 24/7 gym with all the equipment required to keep in shape. Overall this is a true five star experience, combining luxury, comfort and genuine hospitality. I absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Crete.

We chose this location for our honeymoon and it was the most amazing and unforgettable stay we could ever imagine.||This resort is truly magical. The interior, the attention to detail, the whole vibe and especially the choice of music provide for a uniquely relaxing atmosphere. Add to that the extremely friendly staff and you get a dream vacation. The food and drinks were amazing and we felt well looked-after.||And lastly, the rooms: the well-thought-out storage, the elegant colour palette, the comfortable bed, the pillow menu and the private pool - truly an unforgettable experience. The attention to detail, the random acts of thoughtfulness and the dedication to making the guests feel special are unmatched. We are sure to return for another special occasion.
