We visited Po Nagar Temple during our trip to Nha Trang, and it was a fascinating glimpse into Cham culture and history. The ancient towers are beautifully preserved, with intricate carvings and a serene atmosphere that makes you feel transported back in time. The views from the hilltop are stunning, overlooking the Cai River, and the short hike up adds a nice touch of adventure. Learning about the Hindu influences and the goddess Ponagar was enlightening—definitely worth the entrance fee.
That said, it can get quite crowded with tour groups, especially in the mornings, which made it a bit noisy and hard to fully appreciate the tranquility. Some areas could use better signage in English for non-Vietnamese speakers, and the steps might be challenging for those with mobility issues.
I'd recommend it to anyone interested in Vietnam's diverse heritage, but try to go early or late to avoid the crowds!
