Po Nagar Temple

This is a great temple. Fascinating look into Cham culture and history. The ancient towers are beautifully preserved. Wonderful gardens. Spent about three hours wondering around viewing the temples and grounds. Po Nagar provinces robes if you do not have proper clothing. It is a lot of fun to walk around on the many paths. There are a lot of areas to sit and meditate. Next time I will bring a lunch to I joy on the grounds. The inside of the temples are amazing. Good bathrooms, snacks bars and lots of places to sit. Very easy to find walking over from Nha Trang center.

This is a beautiful look into the past, but with little to no details provided about it on site it requires either a really good internet connection or a tour guide. There was a QE code to a flashy 360 style website with great views but the internet wasn’t strong enough for it to work properly. A great idea on paper, let down by details. The local performance at the venue was a welcome addition to the atmosphere Worth seeing to say you’ve seen something cultural but not overly impressive.

We visited Po Nagar Temple during our trip to Nha Trang, and it was a fascinating glimpse into Cham culture and history. The views from the hilltop are stunning, overlooking the Cai River, and the short hike up adds a nice touch of adventure. Learning about the Hindu influences and the goddess Ponagar was enlightening—definitely worth the entrance fee. That said, it can get quite crowded with tour groups, especially in the mornings, which made it a bit noisy and hard to fully appreciate the tranquility. Some areas could use better signage in English for non-Vietnamese speakers, and the steps might be challenging for those with mobility issues. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in Vietnam's diverse heritage, but try to go early or late to avoid the crowds!

Very beautiful temple. Buddhist temple with Hindu elements. I liked that they didn’t painted and didn’t made fancy renovation. Looks very authentic and raw. A lot of space to set down, drink cool drinks, buy souvenirs. Recommend to walk around, had a small garden behind with beautiful trees and big rocks. There were dancers at the beginning who dance national dances with drums. Entrance fee 30.000 d. has a clean toilet near the temple. Beautiful view on the city. It was a bit busy with tourist groups, I was there around 10.40. Google maps says they open at 6, maybe it’s better to go as early as possible.

Walk here today. Arrived just when all the tour groups came(enuff said). Spent half a day absorbing the whole sprintual aspect of the religious site and felt an inner calm considering I'm a non faith believer.(Sounds like a line out of a song) Worth the 30k vdn entrance for the visit to enlighten ones soul and for some great photos you can take with your selfie stick or tripod.( Best you take snaps on the stairs as people climb them it's more rewarding). Enjoy I did.

Very interesting and peaceful landmark, you have to pay an entry , they have long covers if you happen to be in shorts to enter the temples. In 30 mins you are done. We went end of day and it was not busy.

The temple is a beautiful building, surrounded by lush trees and blooming flowers. We loved the monuments and the spacious grounds. There's also a great selection of affordable souvenirs available. The entry ticket is very reasonable at 30,000 per person.
