This place is a bit noisy but it has got a nice vibe. I ordered Spicy Garlic Chicken, Tonkatsu and Egg fried rice. All the items were good. I found few of the food items a bit expensive but the quantity of food compensates for it. The food came in pretty quickly and the service was food. I loved the Mango and Pineapple Sojus which I ordered here. It is a nice place to come, eat and have a few drinks with friends. I will definitely visit this place again

Initially, I was excited about my order because who can go wrong with chicken, fries, and Hot Cheetos? Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered take-out, and my initial impression was that the bag was pretty heavy, and there seemed to be a decent amount of food. However, when I opened my food, I saw that everything was wrapped in aluminum foil. Maybe they wanted to prevent leaking, but it only made what should have been crispy incredibly soggy. The chicken had more breading than actual meat which can be seen in the picture. Finally, it was rather expensive for quick comfort food. Overall, I might come back in person because the vibes seem great for a small group hangout, but I won’t be ordering take-out from them again.

I've tried a lot of pork cutlets in the South Bay, but this one takes the cake. It's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a perfect balance of flavors. The meat is tender and flavorful, and the breading is light and crispy. The corn cheese is a great side dish, and the soup is a nice way to end the meal. I would highly recommend this pork cutlet to anyone who is looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. It's the best pork cutlet I've ever had, and I can't wait to go back and try it again.

This place is great for meeting friends and having a drink with some good food. We went around 8:45 pm and the place was pretty busy but the service was still great and we were taken care of right away. The portions were perfect for sharing. I recommend the tonkatsu, it was huge and very crispy! We will definitely be going back :)

Google
Hi friends we went through so much to finally be able to get dinner here 🙏🙏 we ordered chicken gizzard spicy garlic fried chicken tokbokki and clam soup 🍲 we devoured the food in the first five minutes after moving stuff for a few hours 🤣🤣 we talked about korean food and life and silly things. It was a good time 😚 will come back 😚😚

Rob Harrison

Google
It's kind of a young person's drinking place, but it is open late. The food was great, but limited selections mainly geared toward sharing. The service was great.

Google
Food is great, late night availability is even greater. It's nice to have a place to go to late in the evening, especially one with a nice atmosphere as this. I've got no complaints about the food, but the service is on the slower side. Both times I went I averaged about a 30 minute wait between sitting down and my food arriving. If you're not in a rush, then the food is worth the wait.

Google
I don't understand the hype around this place. Service was slow and food was mediocre. I tried pork cutlets and I did not know you can make pork meat so dry and tasteless! The rice cakes were too chewy. Garlic chicken was good tbh. So they get 3 stars and I'll never come back here

Yelp
I've been to Pocha K easily over 5 times and it has never disappointed!! It is not too expensive, and is a great late night spot with really yummy food! Every time I go, I almost always get the egg fried rice and the soy garlic boneless chicken. The portions are large and great for sharing, and I haven't heard any complaints from friends at all! Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the ambiance is really comfortable. They play lots of kpop and the drink caps hung around bring a great pocha feel to it. :) Whenever I need a tasty late night snack I always come here!

Grace H.

Yelp
Delicious spot! I've been here a few times and I thoroughly enjoy the food. Their menu is a bit limited in my opinion but has a lot of necessities. Their bar/drink selection is a bit limited but has terra and soju, which is usually the typical for Korean pochas. I like their service but it isn't amazing per se. It can get very busy on the weekends and weekdays as well so I recommend coming before 8:00pm if you're just trying to get food. Their food items take a while to come out and they come out usually one by one so keep that in mind. Their portions are huge and I absolutely love their donkatsu, super delicious! Their pricing seems fair too. Overall, a small restaurant but good food and vibes. I'd recommend if you're looking for good Korean bar style food.

Lizey N.

Yelp
Great food with great company! We were a party of 9 coming in on a Friday night and waited about 10-15 minutes. They have heating outside which actually kept me so warm. When drinking soju, the shot glasses are chilled which is a nice touch. Food is so good and comforting, and family style which is nice too. Everything was delicious and flavorful.

Bre C.

Yelp
Pocha K's a solid late night spot with a lively environment. Amazing spot to get good grub with friends and enjoy some soju past midnight. My friends and I came here for a 21st birthday party and were pleasantly delighted by the vibes, service, and most importantly... the FOOD! Here's everything we ordered: Kimchi Fried Rice - 9.5/10 - Flavorful, tasty, and overall DELICIOUS! So good we ordered seconds. Corn Cheese - 7/10 - Typical corn cheese, very solid order. Nothing spectacular but still very good. Rabokgi - 6/10 - Tteokbokki with ramen, not the best one I've had just because it's a little sweeter than I'd like. Only thing I didn't really like here. Chicken Gizzard - 10/10 - WOWOWOWOW! I loved the chicken gizzard, so perfectly seasoned and presented on a sizzling plate. A MUST TRY! Overall, pretty solid experience. Definitely recommend visiting if you haven't been already.

Kelsey T.

Yelp
If you're in need of a late night dinner or pregame, this is the place to go! This place is so fun and has plenty of sharable food and drink options! My favorite is the kimchi fried rice and the pork belly! It does get very crowded and busy during the weekends, but if you're okay with waiting then this is a very enjoyable pocha to eat at! They have lights and bottle caps every where, which makes it feel like an a pocha in korea!

Dev R.

Yelp
Wonderful service and atmosphere. Lovely vibe even late at night. Inside was very smoky, entire party was coughing immediately and asked to be seated outside. Spicy pork and spicy seafood soup were decent, pork belly dish was less flavorful than I was expecting. Would definitely give it another try!

Carlson T.

Yelp
Came here after class to treat ourselves to a well done presentation to celebrate. We were here until 12.30AM so a great spot to chill with friends for sure! The spicy garlic boneless chicken is fffiiiirrreeee and the sweet potatoe fries always come out hot and crispy. The soup is pretty good too. The staff is also friendly as well and recommended some products to us. The pork on the sizzling plate was VERY good, one of my favorites with the included green onion. Good choices in drinks when it came to soju.

Tina L.

Yelp
Say what say what ^_^ Happy New Year Pocha K. What a great way to end 2024 and start 2025 with a big bang. Last time we came here the wait was too long. Today it is just bae and I and we had some yogurt soju, spicy garlic boneless wings and tteokbokki. Everything was all I imagine it to be. Kids didn't want to join us. Here we are! Service was great and the vibe inside is hyped. 감사합니다

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Rabokgi (ramen ddeokbokki) was way better than when I first came here pre-covid. The sauce was flavorful and not too spicy. However, the grilled pork belly was definitely the underdog and our favorite. It comes out on a sizzling plate with plenty of garlic, onions, and scallions on time. Super juicy meat that's seasoned well! Service was great too :) everyone is super nice and food comes out fairly fast. I always like the vibes in here, whether we're sitting inside or out. Tables are spaced out nicely and there's plenty of space for larger parties if needed.

Anthony G.

Yelp
TLDR: Good Korean bar vibes for late nights The food was good, service was quick. It's a nice spot to go with friends for a night drink/bar snacks, and can easily spend 1-2 hours. Has a private parking lot but parking still a bit spotty. Overall would come back if in the area.

Mandy L.

Yelp
_+* HAPPY NEW YEAR! *+_ Popular late night Korean spot! Tends to get long wait times the busier it gets in the night and parking is limited. The menu is accessible through a QR code. The service is great as workers are very polite and get requests done right away. I love how they play strictly Korean music here since other Korean restaurants tend to play a mix of genres, making Pocha K's vibe feel more authentic. I also love the decorations they have, such as the soju caps replacing love locks haha :-) Keep in mind that the food portions are SHARABLE so definitely go with a group of friends! My favorite items on the menu are the Kimchi and Pork fried rice and the Pocha Fries. The Kimchi and Pork fried rice perfect and the hot Cheetos on the Pocha Fries make it all the better. The food is on the pricier side, but I usually have no regrets spending my money here. Personally, I think Pocha K hits better late at night after 11:30pm on an empty stomach than coming in at 9:30pm looking for a quick meal to grab with friends. If you haven't tried Pocha K yet, you're missing out!

Monica H.

Yelp
This place always hits. The vibes are light and fun, soju bottle caps and lights hanging everywhere. Servers are nice, albeit service is a little slow. Food is schmack! Food was so good I've ordered the kimchi fried rice, fried chicken, and rabokki twice in two weeks now (once dine-in, once to-go). Pro tip: everything is good even when you DoorDash it but the fried chicken is WAYY better to have in person when it's extra krispy and krunchy!

Prasiddha H.

Yelp
Went to Pocha K last night for dinner with a few friends and this was a fun experience. This place gets really crowded at night from what I had heard, but even when we went at 7:30 pm on a Saturday it was super poppin. We waited for our seat about 15-20 minutes and ended up ordering: * Pocha K Fries - sauced up yummy fries with hot Cheetos on top, if you are looking for an explosion of flavors this is a good option for you! * Corn Cheese - this is a simple yet delicious dish. It went so well with the Other items we ordered * Kimchi Fried Rice - One of my favorites, I am such a fried rice girlie, and this was an explosion of flavor. It also came with an egg which was nice * Boneless Garlic Chicken - Crispy, juicy and super crunchy which I absolutely LOVED. This paired perfectly with the kimchi fries rice and all the sides * Pork Belly - Crispy and fatty - this was also yummy if you are a fan of pork belly. I liked that they cut it up into small pieces *Rapbokki - this was ramen noodles, fish cake and rice cakes in a delicious sauce. This is a huge person and perfect for sharing! Highly recommend. Overall this was a good experience - and is the perfect place if you are looking to share food with a large group!

Nancy L.

Yelp
Fun, popular pocha spot in the area! Great place to hang out with a group of people with plenty of food & drink options, loud music, and decent service. Wait can get pretty long during peak hours (9pm & beyond) and parking lot is very limited. Both indoor and outdoor (with heated lamps) options avail. Service is honestly subpar, you have to flag the waiters down if you need something and the food tends to take a while to come out. The food itself is mid honestly. Kimchi fried rice is hit or miss - sometimes they use pork that tastes old but the flavor of the dish is decent. Chicken wings are crispy and flavorful, mostly batter though. Corn cheese is my favorite dish here - very cheesy and creamy. The complimentary chex mix is DELICIOUSSSSS!!! It's slightly sweet and they offer unlimited refills. They offer a variety of typical pocha drinks like sojus, beers, & a couple of other things. Overall, average subpar food and good drink options, but you can't really expect much for food from pochas so I constantly myself returning to this pocha spot.

Camila Y.

Yelp
All the dishes were tasteful and large sharing portion size! We asked for the hot Cheetos from the Pocha fries on the side because the combination didn't seem that appealing, and works if someone in your group can't eat spicy too. Great late night eating spot for drinking or hanging out! We got there around when it opened at 6pm but I can imagine it gets more busy as the night goes on. There's a small parking lot in the back. Be careful when turning into the lot because it's only 1 way in and out.

Soorin P.

Yelp
My favorite Korean bar. The food is so good we sometimes go just to eat. Service is amazing and ambiance is cozy and lively (esp love the lights).

Andrea K.

Yelp
5 stars not bc the food is insanely good but because I've been coming here with my freshman year friend group for a few years now (we're seniors now) and it holds a lot of fun memories. It's always pretty crowded, lots of young people and a very loud chatty atmosphere. The food is great and always hits (especially after a midterm)--it's not particularly amazing but it does the job. Cheese tteokbokki w ramen is pretty good, I like that they use mozzarella instead of American cheese. I've had better tteokbokki at my friends house but Pocha's isn't too bad. Cheese pork tonkatsu doesn't give much pork but the melted cheese and crunchy outside are super flavorful and crispy/gooey that it's still very good. Kimchi fried rice is pretty good, they give you a fried egg w runny yolk on top, shredded seaweed, and shaved green onion. Another favorite is the boneless chicken--the crust is super thick and crispy and the sauce is super sweet. Comes with shredded cabbage salad and picketed radish which go so perfectly with the sweet chicken. Steamed egg is good but is more spongy than silky. We still order it every time but I can make a better version in my microwave at home.

Daniel P.

Yelp
Coming to Pocha K is always a vibe. I've been here a couple of times and it never disappoints. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My favorite items are the Pocha fries (must try) and the spicy boneless chicken. Even though these are my favorite, everything else is just as tasty. The food portions are big enough to share or have enough food for the next day.

Jen T.

Yelp
My family has eaten at Pocha K 5+ times and it's STILL our late night go-to spot. The ambiance for their outside seating is just unbeatable and the food always comes out insanely delicious. my favorites ranked: * kimchi fried rice (5/5): our favorite must order, the fried rice is so flavorful and perfectly saucy and comes out piping hot every time * pork belly (5/5): our other must order, comes out so fresh and a little crispy, the best meat dish here * tteokbokki with cheese (5/5): super important to order with their cheese!! huge portion * spicy seafood seafood tofu soup (5/5): perfectly seasoned with lotsss of seafood * cheesy pork tonkatsu (4/5): huge, perfect balance of cheesy and crunchy, comes with a gravy-like tonkatsu sauce * steamed egg (5/5): delicious sesame flavor, again great portion pocha k hits all the boxes for being the best late night eats, with a fun and casual vibe that keeps bringing us back. parking can be tough starting at around 10pm, but there is a parking lot on the back and street parking in front!

Stephanie Z.

Yelp
This has everything that you could possibly dream of to cure a really long night out.

Tanisha M.

Yelp
Such a good late night spot! The food is absolutely impeccable. I enjoyed the boneless garlic chicken and the tteokbokki the most. The tteokbokki dish was huge! We also got corn cheese and my friends tried the pork belly and liked it. Love how all the dishes are sharable which was perfect for our group. I do wish the servers checked on us more often since we had to constantly get up and ask for water, napkins, etc.

Fiona T.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with a party of 6. We ordered : 2 Spicy garlic boneless chicken, Chicken gizzard, Kimchi and pork fried rice, Corn cheese, and Pork belly. We had 4 big dudes eating. They were full and we didn't have any leftovers. My favorite was the spicy garlic boneless chicken. I didn't think the pork belly was that good. If you're looking for a lively drinking and food spot, this is the perfect place.

Arthur T.

Yelp
Came by again...for two people. Was an ok experience. I had came to Pocha K before with a large group and that experience was a lot better. This review will be for a table for 2. Food came out extremely slow. We probably waited for 30-45 minutes. And it probably took around the same time for food to come out. We ordered: half and half chicken $22 egg fried rice $13 chicken gizzard $17 lychee soju $14 The fried chicken is really good here. Everything else was just ok. I thought the chicken gizzard was going to be good, but not really worth it. Parking can be tough during peak hours.

Kingston T.

Yelp
Here's a good Soju Den to have a date, share gossip and to wind down for the day with friends. They have Korean style bar food and for drinks they have regular and flavored soju and various Korean beers. seating is available inside and out. Service is quick but can be hard to get ahold of someone. Bathrooms are the worst, 1 each only men and women. I had: Spicy boneless garlic chicken 4/5 - delicious, juicy crispy Korean fried chicken, not spicy at all and barely tasted any garlic. The crispness of the chicken is the Hail Mary on this dish. Cheese corn 4/5. Nuff said Pork cutlet with cheese 4/5. - Fried pork tenderloin wrapped around a slab of mozz with tonkatsu sauce. Pork was a little dry. Eat quickly before mozz hardens.

Krisha P.

Yelp
I LOVE POCHA K! The food is sooooo good, and the vibes are so mellow and inconspicuous. String lights hanging across the ceilings, soju caps hanging against the walls. It's great! Food is pricey but I never regret eating here and pairing with a soju and beer. Plus their steamed egg is the best I've ever had. I'm salivating thinking about it.

Vicki T.

Yelp
This is the soju den that I never knew I needed. I love the whole ambiance of this place. Everything is great, the servers, service and food was amazing. I went for an early dinner and found ample parking with no wait. If you're on a diet, this may not be the place to go. Everything is fried, cheesy and meaty. I did not have anything bad at this place. 5/5 would recommend.

Kath N.

Yelp
Such a fun place for drinks and Korean bites! Super chill vibes with plenty of seatings. I've had Pocha K bookmarked for years and finally made it on a Thursday night! The menu is very straight forward and has just enough options. The food was OK- I liked the pork belly best out of the three dishes we ordered. The Rabokgi was good, especially with cheese! The spicy boneless chicken was actually not spicy at all, not even a kick, but still had a nice flavor. I loved that they had so many soju flavors to choose from (Lychee FTW)! The service is great, from the server to food runners, everyone is super friendly! Can't wait to be back! Cheers!

Jason A.

Yelp
I've been to this pocha a couple of times now. I think it is one of the best in terms of the good quality. The seafood stew is one of my favorite dishes here. Also look at this steamed egg! The spam fried rice is decent. Of course, make sure to order some soju to go along with your delicious meal!

Scarlett L.

Yelp
This restaurant is typical Korean place where you come hangout, grab a couple of drinks with your friends and share the plates. Me and my boyfriend are not drinkers and are mostly here for the food, which came super fast. I really like their kimchi fried rice, the flavor is on point when mixing the seaweed with the rice! The Pocha fries is very interesting, combined with hot Cheetos, and very cheesy sauce. I think the garlic fried chicken was mid at best, the flavor was not very memorable and does not have too much depth to it and it was just okay. Would probably taste better with some soju Came here on a not very busy Monday night for them at 10 pm and got seated right away, place closes pretty late which is nice. There is not too many parking behind the restaurant so sometimes gotta improvise. I've been here before when it gets way crowded had have to park somewhere else.

Lauren L.

Yelp
Pocha K never disappoints! Been 3+ times now and can confirm that each time the food is yummy and service is good. I love the Spicy Garlic Boneless Chicken but their Kimchi Pork Fried Rice and Ddubokgi are delicious as well. Overall a fun and lively atmosphere -- especially hits the spot after a concert or late at night.

Nicole C.

Yelp
Cute pocha! The food was largely portioned so plan to share family style. There wasn't too much of a selection to the menu, but it included the typical Korean pub basics. Note, if you sit in the outside area it is very cute BUT there's no AC. So, pick and choose your battles. The service was nice!

David C.

Yelp
The food here is pretty affordable. The menu is relatively small, but portion sizes are nice and I don't have to spend a lot of time thinking about what I want to get since most of the items seem super tasty. These things definitely are meant for sharing in groups! As a group setting, this is an amazing location. The vibes are nice, Kpop music is playing, and it's fun to talk and chill with friends. Service workers are very friendly and helpful while taking orders. The boneless chicken I got (which is actually barely spicy if spicy at all) is really good! There's a good amount on the plate, and the texture/flavor is delicious. I will say, it tends to run a tad bit too sweet, but overall still enjoyable (especially paired with radish).

Sharon C.

Yelp
Friday - Saturday nights are when they are the most busiest. I came here on Friday night with two people at 11PM and we still had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. By the time we got seated the waiter was ready to take our order and the food came out 20 minutes later. What we got: Tteobokki (4/5): we got it with cheese and the portion was huge! we did not finish even half, it almost looked like we did not touch the food, besides the portion the dish was good until it got cold... we sat in the inside of the outdoor seating so the food we got was cold Corn Cheese (3/5): there wasn't anything really special with the corn cheese but went well with the tteobokki The ambiance was nice but if you are looking for a place to chat this would probably not be the place since it gets really rowdy. It was hard to have a normal conversation without repeating 3-4 times and yelling at each other. This would be a place to go out with groups of friends and rowdy, so its good to be mindful when looking for a late night spot to hang out.

Leon C.

Yelp
Usually my go to spot for some late night Korean food whenever I'm craving either a hangover/recovery meal. I recommend coming here during weekdays if you can because the line can be out the door sometimes exceeding up to 2hrs! Here are my go to foods that I usually order, Spicy garlic boneless chicken (5/5): the breading and chicken ratio is absolutely amazing, crispy on the outside while soft and juicy on the inside. They also add a side of pickled radish too to balance out the heavy oiliness to their chicken. Kimchi Pork Fried rice (4.5/5): This dish comes with sliced up green onions, crispy seaweed, kimchi, and a sunny side up egg on top of their rice. Super delicious, you can't really go wrong with this dish here and I have always ordered this without a doubt to go along with my other food that I get. The portions are pretty big in my opinion, good enough for 3-4 people! Fishcake soup (3.5/5): This comes with big chunks of jalapeños, onions, seaweed and a variety of fishcake ranging from different size and flavors of their fishcake. If you love spicy, you will enjoy this dish to the fullest. Being honest, this dish is sometimes a hit or miss for me because there would be times where the fishcake ratio would be lacking and there would be an insane amount of jalapeños in the soup. But when they do give you a ton of fishcake, you know you'd hit the jackpot. Steamed eggs (5/5): Soft, fluffy, and all around super umami when it comes to flavor. The portion size is huge compared to other places that I had tried. Can't go wrong with this dish, I usually get this all the time here. Overall, it's a great place to come with friends to have a couple of drinks and enjoy some beer food. A good tip is getting original soju + Cass Beer, trust me this drink combo is the best!

James C.

Yelp
Friend and I got seated within 5 minutes at 11:30am on a Friday night. Ambiance is dim with lots of decorative pieces from soju bottle caps to spring lights and fake leaves. They have a nice outside area and two inside areas, one in a tent. The food came quickly, like within 10-15 minutes! Sicky garlic boneless chicken 5/5 wonderfully seasoned and crispy. Came with a side salad too! Fish cake soup is on the spicy side and paired well between drinks of beer and shots of soju. Cheese corn was good, but nothing special 3/5 Overall would come again for a nice drink and loud chats hahaha

Jessica T.

Yelp
Pocha K is still one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the South Bay! I've been here numerous times and the boneless chicken is still one of my favorite dishes. The tteokbokki is perfect to share with a group as well. The ambiance and chill vibes are unmatched! I also tried the iconic Pocha fries for the first time, it was pretty good but HUGE! Not my cup of tea because I'm not a fan of hot Cheetos, but definitely filling. Their service has always been very good each time I've visited. I brought my friend here for the first time and he loved all the food! Will definitely be back again!

Kristine F.

Yelp
Korean nightlife in the Bay! This hot spot is poppin' after hours. They're open until 2am at least on weekends and have huge groups waiting for seating past 9pm. Needed some energy after partying at karaoke so we made the trek for grub & soju. Eats: *Pocha Fries have hot Cheetos. *Corn Cheese *Spicy Seafood Tofu Soup *Boneless Garlic Fried Chicken *Tteokbokki + ramen noodles *Fishcake Soup (oden) *Chicken Gizzard + cheese *Steamed Scrambled Egg **Complimentary sweet crackers We got bottles of grapefruit, apple mango, and lychee soju to share. Liked lychee the best. It got loud and hot. Fun times! Be prepared for large birthday parties going on all around. Make a reservation if possible!

Rani S.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a year now and it did not disappoint when I finally went this week! Everything was delicious, portions were huge, and the ambiance is comforting but nice at the same time. We got: - Spicy Garlic Boneless Chicken -- this was probably top 5 best fried chicken I've ever had, it was so flavorful and crispy on the outside but soft and juicy on the inside. I don't do well with spice so I was a bit concerned about spice but it was just the right amount - Pocha Fries -- these were unique, it was fries with hot Cheetos, some white sauce, and cheese. I thought the hot Cheetos were a bit overpowering/took away from the rest of the dish so I was glad to try it but probably would not get it again - Rabokgi -- this dish came with rice cakes, cheese, and ramen and it was so delicious but also a huge portion!! One of my favorite things about coming here was the value -- we only paid $81 for soju and all of this food (before tip) for three people and still had a lot of leftovers. I will definitely be back and it's great to know they're open so late

Alisa B.

Yelp
Very fun spot to bring groups! Fun ambiance, good food, and plenty of drinks to go around. We were seated toward the back area where there were pretty lights across the ceiling and a couple big tables - so be aware, it gets really loud inside! Very much a party ambiance. The staff here are really friendly and trying to manage huge tables all at once, so I give them praise! For food, my favorites of the night were the Soy Garlic Boneless Chicken and the Cheese Rabokgi. These were pretty big portions and good quality dishes. On the pricey side, but very shareable! You can pass on the Pork Belly since it was dry and a little salty. Can't go wrong with the cheese corn though.

Ervin A.

Yelp
This type of Korean restaurant is great if you're a drinker, I'm not, but I still enjoyed the meal. I didn't particularly enjoy the nightclub type of ambiance, especially the Kpop music on repeat. I felt like I was in Guantanamo bay at one point when I was forced to listen to a Kpop cover of "Kiss Me" from Sixpence None The Richer 4 times in a row. It was rough, but I made it through and went home a stronger man. I won't take off any stars for that, but I did take 1 star off for a particularly dirty move by the waiter. Let me preface this by saying that he was a great waiter who gave great customer service. He explained the menu in detail, and made sure to bring the food out hot and fast. What he did at the end was what rubbed me the wrong way. I paid cash, and he was going to receive my usual tip of 18%. My change was $22 and some change, and he gave me two $1 bills and a $20 bill. This way, I was forced to either tip him a lousy $2 (which I would never do) or a 30% tip of $20. He didn't bring proper change out, and it wasn't an accident. I've worked at restaurants, and I know this tactic. It's a very shady move that shady waiters pull, and a move that I didn't appreciate being the recipient of. I'll still go back, but if he decides to pull that move again, I'm calling him out on it, and just like the Hulk, he's not going to like me when I'm angry. Other than that, everything was just fine, excluding the repetitive Kpop cover of "Kiss me," that was torture.

Yelp
I liked Pocha K, but did not love. The place smelled like dirty stinky rags... and it was confirmed when a neighboring table was wiped down with said rag... ew! We got soju, kimchi fried rice, and the spicy garlic boneless chicken. While I enjoyed the food, nothing stood out in particular. I am just ok with it. Indifferent. I wouldn't choose to dine here, but if a friend wanted to go, I would not oppose either.

Yelp
Pocha K is an amazing Korean Comfort food spot in the Bay. The atmosphere is so fun with all of the Soju caps hung up. We ordered the Tteokbokki and it was a massive portion for two. It comes with cheese, a hard boiled egg, tons of ramen noodles and rice cakes. This dish is definitely enough for 3-4 adults. We shared between 2 and had a lot leftover. The flavor is incredibly rich and full of different spices. The drinks here are expensive for being bottled Soju (nothing fancy). But, for the vibe, it could be worth it. Highly recommend and would come back.

Yelp
Such a fun experience. Came here for a GNO. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere was loud but respectful! The food was so delicious. Totally would come ba

Yelp
Came by on a Saturday night around 10pm and were luckily seated right away but the place was pretty packed. It's a fun spot with a large group - they sell soju, beer and the standard late night korean fare. We ended up getting some drinks to share along with the spicy garlic boneless chicken and pocha fries to eat. The fried chicken was surprisingly really nice with a crunchy shell. The fries which came with cheetos were a bit odd and too salty covered in ranch and what tasted like thousand island dressing. I could have settled with cheese fries but the dressing made it overall too heavy. The staff was great and really friend overall - they managed the tables well despite it being busy and noisy on a Saturday night.

Yelp
First of all the soy garlic chicken was AMAZING. We had a double date with our friends here and the server was so patient with us when it came to deciding what exactly to order! Very cute vibes we'll definitely come back!

Yelp
After a concert, this really hit the spot!! It was late, so Pocha K was perfect. We were seated quickly and ordered corn cheese, kimchi and pork fried rice, and spicy garlic boneless chicken. All of the dishes were delicious. I especially enjoyed the spicy garlic boneless chicken. It was well-flavored and crispy! I like that it also comes with radish and a little salad. The corn cheese and fried rice were solid choices as well. I enjoyed the food and would come back for a late-night meal.

Yelp
Parking can be a bit tricky due to limited space, but options like street parking or neighboring lots help. We usually use the neighboring parking since it gets pretty packed. I went with a group of 11 people, and Pocha K is a perfect place for family-style dining. It's nice since we can try everything and actually finish The standout favorite among us was the boneless chicken. It's so sweet and juicy and a perfect pair when your drinking. We also savored the flavorful kimchi fried rice, the tantalizing rabokki, and indulged in the spicy delight of hot cheeto french fries. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the skill and dedication of the kitchen. The staff at Pocha K deserves applause for their exceptional hospitality. They checked on us frequently, ensuring we had everything we needed. As a fan of spicy food, I appreciated their attentiveness to keep my water glass full during the fiery bites. The ambiance at Pocha K strikes a perfect balance between cozy and lively, reminiscent of a Korean bar. We enjoyed drinks while vibing to Kpop tunes, creating a fantastic environment that enhanced our dining experience. Advice: Plan to arrive early as it can get quite busy and the wait can be long.

Yelp
Cozy, fun place to be at for late night Korean food and soju! We waited around 45 min for a table of 4 on a Sunday night around 8pm. Food, vibes, and service were great. They only sell soju by the bottle, so no soju cocktails here. Can't wait to be back! KIMCHI AND PORK FRIED RICE: 5/5 ($14) + MUST try! One of the best kimchi fried rices I've ever had. So much flavor from the kimchi and pork belly + Rice texture was great + Not too sour like some other places SPICY GARLIC BONELESS CHICKEN: 5/5 ($22) + MUST try! Very subtle kick, but just as savory, sweet and tasty as the soy garlic chicken SOY GARLIC BONELESS CHICKEN: 4.5/5 ($18) + MUST try! Savory, sweet and delicious! Love that it was boneless so it's easier to eat + Different from Bonchon's soy garlic chicken but in a good way MUSSEL SOUP: 4/5 ($19) + Clear broth but actually has a kick from either the jalapenos or serrano peppers. Not a problem for me but be aware if you can't tolerate as much spice! + Not something I'd get again since I prefer tofu soup, but was solid PORK TONKATSU: 2.5/5 ($22) + Really mid honestly. Huge portions, crunchy, but so dry on the inside. Would not get again nor recommend GRILLED PORK BELLY: 2.5/5 ($21) + Dry and flavorless in my opinion. It looks well seasoned but it's nothing special, wouldn't get again
