Pocono Plaza Inn

Positive: Location Negative: The pool area was to close to room therefore, was very noisy and I think I heard a dryer running all night. i'm not sure but, I think it was just purchased and rooms were clean however the hall ways needed some upkeep. I would probably stay again

Positive: "" Negative: Hard to say as realize in midst of remodeling so place total disaster. However, sheets were clean and liked overhead fan - and we just needed a place to sleep as in town for a wedding.. Was only worth the price we paid.

Okay so basically I LOVE this place. The pools are great and amazing if you have kids. Speaking of kids, they have an area where you can play pool with family or friends, and your kids can play with the games they have! But mostly for the adults and maybe kids they have a sauna. They have a fitness area that is just perfect for getting strong. Customer service is great, most of them are very happy and spunky! They bring a smile to my face when I see them. Plus, I think they have breakfast and when I occasionally wake up early I had some great breakfast😋. I love the beds and they were so comfy the bathroom in my room was just great. Overall my experience at this hotel has to be a 5-STAR⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! Come here for a fun experience with family and friends I’m 100% sure you would love it here!

Positive: Location from the highway. Negative: The hotel had a musty smell. The path to our room was through an area where the pool was and the walkway was wet. The AC units in the rooms on the second floor were dripping on the floor we had to walk through to get to our room. Not safe.

the most tackiest hotel i ever stayed in. & it’s super inconvenient the set up sucks. it’s hot everywhere u go instead of the rooms .. no elevator & it takes forever to get to ur room.the indoor pool stinks it smells like curry through out the hallways. but i guess u get what u pay for. janky productions. this place is super inconvenient & annoying & it smells bad

Positive: Nothing! It should be condemned or the health department should shut it down. Negative: Everything! This hotel was absolutely horrible! I am still fighting to get my money back from you. I did not even stay there is was so disgusting!

This hotel is my favorite hotel it's like stepping into a time machine and traveling to the late 70's the atmosphere is a little sketchy, but the property is so cool! The price is on point, and the hotel staff have always been very professional and courteous. The tiki bar and conversation pit are so awesome!

Positive: Nothing Negative: There a moldy smell in the hallway, the smoke detector was off the room on the dresser. The room didn't smell too clean. Only half the lamps worked in the room. The window was all dirty and wasn't clean.
