Such a cute store! Great place to find a gift for someone who is hard to buy for.

The perfect small shop in a wonderful neighborhood. They serve up the perfect doses of key home comforts and accessories including clothing! This little hidden gem is worth going out of your way for. Keep your eye on store hours - as any smart small neighborhood shop revolves around the traffic patterns of it's immediate community. Love Shop POD!

The most wonderful well curated store. I always come by for holiday shopping and should come more often! Julie is an amazing owner and has impeccable taste. Coming in for a stop will brighten your day!

very small store but they have an amazing assortment of home goods and textiles! lots of stuff on sale too and i thought the prices were very fair. the owner was SO kind too, offered to hold an item i purchased until i could come back to grab it the next day as i was walking a bunch and couldn’t carry it with me. when i went back the next morning she remembered my name and home city and greeted me like a friend. def stop by.

5 seconds into walking in where there was no customers and I was previously video chatting my mom who was sick with Covid she had told me to take my phone conversation outside and I asked her politely why and the owner responded “she really doesn't want to hear the conversation and we have people working back here” i said I don't think there is anything wrong with me video chatting since I wanted to show the person what was in the shop. She then responded rudely “I really just don't want to hear your conversation. “ I walked away from the shop wondering what just happened. My mother on the other line of the video chat was stunned. As a customer I don't have to ask permission to be on my phone or to adjust my behavior to your entitlement. Its classist, hostile and discriminatory behavior. I had not wanted to escalate the situation so I calmly left. I wrote a bad review because sincerely this shop doesn't deserve customers if theres no freedom of personal choice in the way the customer chooses to shop. Have some integrity and put a sign on the door that says there is no video chatting allowed in my store. Don't kick a person out especially on a cold snowy day. Hope the shop owner reads this and never treats another customer like so.

A source for beautiful linen items and bespoke gifts. It's quite unique. Like a secret spot few would notice, gifts from here won't be anything your friends and family might already have. The ownership, management and staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful.

Yelp
Their lavender lotion is wonderful. The service is nice and the store is cozy. I almost tripped over the dog in their and his tennis ball, but other than that it was a great shopping experience. I plan to go back to get more lotion and see what else looks nice.

Yelp
So adorable! It's a little shop near porter square with lots of chic home goods especially dinnerware and kitchen stuff. I got a cute pair of bensimon tennis shoes on sale for $28- I was hesitant about the sizing and the woman at the front was very upfront about whether the shoes would stretch, etc, I didn't feel like she was trying to push them on me at all. I ended up getting them and am so happy I did! Items here are generally pricey but on par with similar beacon hill and south end home good shops.

Yelp
Great local gift shop! I always find something special here and recommend it. Among all the special things I noticed yesterday were lovely different candles including a cardamom one I bought and I love the homemade sea salt caramels, wonderful soaps (the Pinion scent was yummy) linen napkins, & creative and beautiful socks for everyone. Too many items to list. Have been coming here for years, followed them from Brookline to their home in Cambridge between Harvard and Porter Sq. The shop is set back a bit from Mass Ave, but definitely worth seeing out. The word curated is so overused, but I love and trust the owner's taste (Julie) so I know I'll always find something exceptional. This shop was once compared to some in Brooklyn. I've been to some of those-- this is better. This is the place to go for yourself and for hostess gifts. P.s. their glass drinking glasses are perfection, so simple and beautiful, perfectly weighted in your hands, I've used them for years.

Yelp
The store manager was abrasive and made me feel like a second class citizen. I have never been treated more poorly visiting a store. I can understand if the store was full and I was being loud on the phone but it was empty and it made no sense as to why I was reproached.
