We stayed in a Deluxe Suite for three nights. The room was spacious, with tall ceilings, a chandelier, and a large wardrobe as the first feature upon entering. Closet space was ample, and there were convenient hooks for coats and umbrellas.
The living room included a desk, sitting furniture, a TV, a Nespresso machine, and a hot water kettle. The bedroom also had its own TV, both with Chromecast, which I always favor ☺️. The bathroom included both a shower and bathtub, L’Occitane toiletries, robes, and slippers.
Housekeeping maintained the room in the cleanest condition. Everything was consistently neat and refreshed, and two bottles of water were provided daily.
The hotel has a spa located in the vaulted cellar with a small pool, showers, a sauna, a cold plunge, a steam room, and heated loungers. Out of all the hotels we stayed in while in Kraków, I found this spa the most enjoyable.
Additional observations:
The suite had beautiful curtains, but there were no blackout shades.
The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. However, I noticed the same style in all four hotels I stayed in while in Kraków.
There was no turndown service, and the bathroom amenities did not include washcloths or bath salts.
Each Deluxe Suite has a different layout. Ours did not include a bathroom window or an exhaust fan, so it may be worth contacting the hotel in advance if you prefer a specific setup from the pictures on their website.
The hotel is located on a busy street, and noise carried into the evening. I required white noise to offset it.
The only drawback during our stay was the air conditioning unit, which continuously made a clicking noise each time it cycled on and off.
Overall:
The suite, restaurant, and spa made for a special experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.
