A truly superb Restaurant Just on the outskirts of Fidenza near Parma expertly run by Daniela, Simon and their team. Although they do local specialties very well ie using top quality charcuterie locally sourced and the most delicious Torta Fritta I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, their forte is inventive dishes such as foie gras on brioche with a sweet wine reduction, grilled octopus, superb pasta dishes, gnocchi with seafood and so on all very delicious. Not only do they have plenty of wines from Italy to choose from but they even visit lots of small French vineyards in Burgundy and Champagne region and choose wines for their ever expanding wine list. Service is very professional but they retain a family run atmosphere, Large portions of very good food at the right price, in a very beautifully designed room.
A must try if you are in the area, booking a must as they are very busy. Highly recommend!
